一种安全手拉式切菜器,属于食材加工工具领域,包括杯体(1)、与杯体(1)相匹配的杯盖(2)、安装于杯盖(2)内的拉绳驱动机构(3)、以及位于杯体(1)内且与拉绳驱动机构(3)的驱动端可拆式连接的刀片组件(4),所述的杯盖(2)的底部设有一圈位于刀片组件(4)外周用以遮挡刀片组件(4)的裙边(5),所述的裙边(5)在杯体(1)与杯盖(2)组合时位于杯体(1)的内侧,所述的刀片组件(4)在杯体(1)与杯盖(2)打开时留在杯盖(2)上。该切菜器减少了使用者接触刀片的几率,提高了使用安全性,使用时可将固体食材直接放入杯盖(2)的裙边(5)内侧,然后将杯体(1)组装在杯盖(2)上,不仅切菜器的装配组合更加方便,而且切菜过程操作更加方便安全;另外,刀片组件(4)采用磁吸的方式吸附在杯盖(2)上,刀片组件(4)拆装更加方便快捷。

Description

一种安全手拉式切菜器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种切菜器,更具体地说,涉及一种安全手拉式切菜器。
背景技术
目前市场上常见的手动切菜器大多是用手旋转或往复将食材在刀具上刮擦来完成切菜的,这些切菜器使用简单方便,但存在切菜效率低、操作比较吃力等不足。为了克服上述切菜器存在的缺陷,市面上还存在一种手拉式切菜器,如中国专利号ZL200920311434.8,授权公告日为2010年9月8日,发明创造名称为:一种拉绳切菜器,该申请案涉及一种拉绳切菜器,其具有容器、盖合在容器上面的盖体组件和与盖体组件相连的刀架组件;盖体组件具有盖子,安装在盖子下面的拉绳回卷机构,与拉绳回卷机构相连的增速轮系,与增速轮系相连的单向输出机构;刀架组件具有刀架和安装于刀架上的刀片。这种拉绳切菜器通过拉动拉绳即可驱动刀片旋转来对食材进行切割,加工省力,切菜效率高。
基于手拉式切菜器省力高效的特点,近年来广受消费者的喜爱。许多技术人员也针对“手拉式切菜器”进行了优化。例如中国专利号ZL201620729905.7公开的名称为“手拉式旋转剁碎机”,其在原有基础上换装了新型的单向输出机构,简化了切菜器的手拉传动机构。中国专利申请号201610090733.8公开的名称为“一种双工作室的拉绳食物处理器”,其将原有单个切割腔室扩展到两个切割腔室,解决了现有拉绳食物处理器只能处理一种食物或者几种食物混合处理,无法同时处理两种单独食物等技术问题。中国专利号ZL201721240776.6公开的名称为“手动切菜器”,其通过齿轮结构来带动卷绳切碎食物,减轻使用过程中的力度,并且减小了内部整套转动结构的摩擦力,实现了省力并快速切碎食物的效果,并且大大减少了收绳时卡住的情况。
然而,由于现有的手拉式切菜器的刀片组在杯盖打开后是留在杯体内的,在取出食材或清洗时,需要将刀片组取出,增加了接触刀片的几率,容易出现伤到手的情况,并且调研发现实际使用过程中割破手指的情况时有发生,存在较大的安全隐患;另外,由于刀片组留在杯体内的,在切菜器组装时,刀片组与杯盖上的连接部较难准确对位,组装较为麻烦。检索发现,目前还没有技术人员针对上述安全性问题和装配问题提出行之有效的解决方案。
发明内容
1.实用新型要解决的技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有手拉式切菜器存在使用安全性差、组装较为麻烦等不足, 提供一种安全手拉式切菜器,采用本实用新型的技术方案,将刀片组件与拉绳驱动机构的驱动端可拆式连接,并在杯盖的底部设有一圈位于刀片组件外周用以遮挡刀片组件的裙边,使得切菜器打开后刀片组件留在杯盖一侧且由裙边遮挡,减少了使用者接触刀片的几率,提高了切菜器的使用安全性;并且使用时可将固体食材直接放入杯盖的裙边内侧,然后将杯体组装在杯盖上,不仅切菜器的装配组合更加方便,而且切菜过程操作更加方便安全,便于切菜器的清洗;另外,刀片组件采用磁吸的方式吸附在杯盖上,刀片组件拆装更加方便快捷。
2.技术方案
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:
本实用新型的一种安全手拉式切菜器,包括杯体、与杯体相匹配的杯盖、安装于杯盖内的拉绳驱动机构、以及位于杯体内且与拉绳驱动机构的驱动端可拆式连接的刀片组件,所述的杯盖的底部设有一圈位于刀片组件外周用以遮挡刀片组件的裙边,所述的裙边在杯体与杯盖组合时位于杯体的内侧,所述的刀片组件在杯体与杯盖打开时留在杯盖上。
更进一步地,所述的裙边内侧还设有若干止转筋。
更进一步地,所述的裙边贴合于杯体的内侧壁上,且裙边上间隔设有若干镂空通槽。
更进一步地,所述的止转筋设于每个镂空通槽的同侧开口壁上,所述的镂空通槽的上部还设有半封闭挡边。
更进一步地,所述的裙边的外侧壁上还设有卡槽,所述的杯体的内侧壁上设有与上述的卡槽相配合的卡块,所述的卡块与卡槽通过旋转的方式卡合连接。
更进一步地,所述的刀片组件采用磁吸的方式吸附在拉绳驱动机构的驱动端上。
更进一步地,所述的刀片组件包括刀座和安装于刀座上的刀片,所述的刀座的上端设有用于与拉绳驱动机构的驱动端插配传动连接的插孔,刀座的下端设有用于与杯体底部的定位柱相配合的定位孔。
更进一步地,所述的杯盖包括上盖和安装于上盖底部的下盖,所述的裙边一体成型在下盖的底部。
更进一步地,所述的拉绳驱动机构安装于上盖和下盖组成的腔体内,该拉绳驱动机构包括扭簧、卷绳盘、棘爪和棘齿轮盘,所述的卷绳盘套设于上盖的中心柱上,卷绳盘的中部绳槽内设有拉绳,拉绳的一端与设于杯盖外侧的拉手相连接,所述的卷绳盘的上部设有扭簧,卷绳盘的下部设有棘爪,所述的棘爪与安装于下盖上的棘齿轮盘相配合,所述的棘齿轮盘的中心设有穿过下盖的连接柱。
更进一步地,所述的连接柱内设有用于与插孔内的铁磁性部件吸附连接的磁吸块。
3.有益效果
采用本实用新型提供的技术方案,与已有的公知技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本实用新型的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其将刀片组件与拉绳驱动机构的驱动端可拆式连接,并在杯盖的底部设有一圈位于刀片组件外周用以遮挡刀片组件的裙边,使得切菜器打开后刀片组件留在杯盖一侧且由裙边遮挡,减少了使用者接触刀片的几率,提高了切菜器的使用安全性;并且使用时可将固体食材直接放入杯盖的裙边内侧,然后将杯体组装在杯盖上,不仅切菜器的装配组合更加方便,而且切菜过程操作更加方便安全,便于切菜器的清洗;
(2)本实用新型的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其裙边内侧还设有若干止转筋,有效防止食材随刀片旋转,提高了切菜器的切菜效率;
(3)本实用新型的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其裙边贴合于杯体的内侧壁上,且裙边上间隔设有若干镂空通槽,在杯体设计为透明时,可以通过镂空通槽观察食材的切碎情况,使用更加方便;
(4)本实用新型的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其止转筋设于每个镂空通槽的同侧开口壁上,不仅便于止转筋在裙边上的成型,而且利用镂空通槽的开口壁能够加强止转筋的止转效果,切菜更加高效;镂空通槽的上部还设有半封闭挡边,将裙边的顶部封闭,且下部通过镂空通槽镂空,在向裙边内添加食材时能够防止小粒食材从镂空通槽中漏出,并且能够留出部分观察空间来观察食材的切碎情况,使用更加灵活方便;
(5)本实用新型的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其裙边的外侧壁上还设有卡槽,杯体的内侧壁上设有与上述的卡槽相配合的卡块,卡块与卡槽通过旋转的方式卡合连接,切菜器的杯体与杯盖拆装轻松方便;
(6)本实用新型的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其刀片组件采用磁吸的方式吸附在拉绳驱动机构的驱动端上,使得切菜器打开后刀片组件能够留在杯盖一侧,杯体内切碎的食材可直接使用,无需取出刀片组件,并且采用磁吸的方式固定刀片组件,拆装更加方便快捷。

具体实施方式
为进一步了解本实用新型的内容,结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作详细描述。
实施例
结合图1至图5所示,本实施例的一种安全手拉式切菜器,包括杯体1、与杯体1相匹配的杯盖2、安装于杯盖2内的拉绳驱动机构3、以及位于杯体1内且与拉绳驱动机构3的驱动端可拆式连接的刀片组件4,拉绳驱动机构3通过拉绳与拉手7相连接,通过拉手7拉动拉绳带动拉绳驱动机构3旋转,进而带动刀片组件4旋转来对杯体1内的食材进行切碎;利用拉绳驱动机构3中的拉绳回卷机构和单向输出机构,反复拉动拉手7即可快速将食材切碎。与现有设计不同地是,杯盖2的底部设有一圈位于刀片组件4外周用以遮挡刀片组件4的裙边5,裙边5在杯体1与杯盖2组合时位于杯体1的内侧,刀片组件4在杯体1与杯盖2打开时留在杯盖2上。采用上述结构设计,在杯体1与杯盖2打开时,刀片组件4留在杯盖2上且由裙边5遮挡,在切碎固体食材时,将食材放入杯盖2的裙边5内,然后盖上杯体1即可,切碎完成后,打开杯盖2,刀片组件4留在杯盖2上,杯体1内的食材可直接取出使用;在打碎鸡蛋等液体食材时,将食材放入杯体1内进行打碎即可;清洗时,直接对杯体1和装有刀片组件4的杯盖2进行简单冲洗,然后在杯体1内装入清水,装上杯盖2,晃动并拉动拉手7即可将刀片组件4及杯体1和杯盖2清洗干净。由上述的使用过程可知,切菜器打开后刀片组件4留在杯盖2一侧且由裙边5遮挡,减少了使用者接触刀片的几率,提高了切菜器的使用安全性;并且使用时可将固体食材直接放入杯盖2的裙边5内侧,然后将杯体1组装在杯盖2上,不仅省略了刀片组件4与杯盖2上的连接部对位的过程,使得切菜器的装配组合更加方便,而且切菜过程操作更加方便安全,便于切菜器的灵活使用和清洗。
另外,如图5所示,为了提高切菜器的切碎效率,在裙边5内侧还设有若干止转筋5-4,利用止转筋5-4有效防止了食材随刀片旋转,提高了切菜器的切菜效率。如图2至图4所示,作为一种优选实施方式,裙边5贴合于杯体1的内侧壁上,且裙边5上间隔设有若干镂空通槽5-1,镂空通槽5-1将裙边5分割为若干挡片,采用上述的镂空通槽5-1设计,在杯体1设计为透明时,可以通过镂空通槽5-1观察食材的切碎情况,使用更加方便;当然,杯体1也可以设计为半透明或不透明。为了提高切菜器的防滑性能,在杯体1的底部还设有防滑垫1-2。优选地,止转筋5-4设于每个镂空通槽5-1的同侧开口壁上(如图5所示),不仅便于止转筋5-4在裙边5上的成型,而且利用镂空通槽5-1的开口壁能够加强止转筋5-4的止转效果,切 菜更加高效。另外,镂空通槽5-1的上部还设有半封闭挡边5-2,将裙边5的顶部通过半封闭挡边5-2封闭,且下部通过镂空通槽5-1镂空,在向裙边5内添加食材时能够防止小粒食材从镂空通槽5-1中漏出,并且能够留出部分观察空间来观察食材的切碎情况,使用更加灵活方便。如图4和图5所示,在本实施例中,镂空通槽5-1优选在裙边5上均匀设置三组。杯体1与杯盖2采用旋转卡接的方式连接,在裙边5的外侧壁上还设有卡槽5-3,杯体1的内侧壁上设有与上述的卡槽5-3相配合的卡块1-3,卡块1-3与卡槽5-3通过旋转的方式卡合连接,杯体1与杯盖2拆装轻松方便;卡块1-3与卡槽5-3也对应设有三组,提高了杯体1与杯盖2的连接稳定性。
此外,本实施例的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其刀片组件4采用磁吸的方式吸附在拉绳驱动机构3的驱动端上,使得切菜器打开后刀片组件4能够留在杯盖2一侧,杯体1内切碎的食材可直接使用,无需取出刀片组件4,并且采用磁吸的方式固定刀片组件4,拆装更加方便快捷,便于刀片组件4的快速更换。本实施例中的刀片组件4包括刀座4-1和安装于刀座4-1上的刀片4-2,刀座4-1具体可由图2和图3所示的三部分组成,通过三部分实现两片刀片4-2的固定安装,便于更换刀片。刀座4-1的上端设有用于与拉绳驱动机构3的驱动端插配传动连接的插孔4-1-1,刀座4-1的下端设有用于与杯体1底部的定位柱1-1相配合的定位孔4-1-2,保证了刀座4-1能够与拉绳驱动机构3的驱动端进行稳定地传动连接,使得刀片组件4旋转更加稳定可靠。参见图2所示,本实施例中的杯盖2包括上盖2-1和安装于上盖2-1底部的下盖2-2,上盖2-1和下盖2-2固定连接,在上盖2-1和下盖2-2中间形成一腔体,裙边5一体成型在下盖2-2的底部,便于裙边5制作。为了便于切菜器的抓握,在上盖2-1的外表面上可设计防滑纹。本实施例中的拉绳驱动机构3的具体结构与现有技术类似,拉绳驱动机构3安装于上盖2-1和下盖2-2组成的腔体内,如图6所示,该拉绳驱动机构3包括扭簧3-1、卷绳盘3-2、棘爪3-3和棘齿轮盘3-4,卷绳盘3-2套设于上盖2-1的中心柱上,能够在上盖2-1的中心柱上自由旋转,卷绳盘3-2的中部绳槽内设有拉绳,拉绳的一端与设于杯盖2外侧的拉手7相连接,卷绳盘3-2的上部设有扭簧3-1,该扭簧3-1的内侧连接端与卷绳盘3-2连接,外侧连接端与上盖2-1连接,卷绳盘3-2的下部设有棘爪3-3,棘爪3-3安装于卷绳盘3-2底部的安装销3-2-1上,且棘爪3-3与安装于下盖2-2上的棘齿轮盘3-4相配合,棘齿轮盘3-4的内侧设有一圈棘齿,棘爪3-3与棘齿轮盘3-4单向啮合,棘齿轮盘3-4的中心设有穿过下盖2-2的连接柱3-4-1。拉动拉手7时,拉绳带动卷绳盘3-2旋转,此时棘爪3-3与棘齿轮盘3-4啮合传动,带动棘齿轮盘3-4一起旋转,从而通过连接柱3-4-1来带动刀片组件4旋转,对食材进行切碎,同时扭簧3-1收紧;松开拉手7时,扭簧3-1释放带动卷绳盘3-2反向旋转,将拉绳回收到绳槽内,此时棘爪3-3与棘齿轮盘3-4相脱离,棘齿轮盘3-4不会随卷绳盘3-2反 转;往复拉动拉手7即可驱动刀片组件4单向快速旋转来对食材进行切碎。当然,拉绳驱动机构3也可采用其他类似的单向驱动机构。上述的连接柱3-4-1内设有用于与插孔4-1-1内的铁磁性部件吸附连接的磁吸块6;例如,在连接柱3-4-1内嵌入磁铁,在插孔4-1-1内设有螺钉,通过磁铁和螺钉实现刀片组件4与拉绳驱动机构3驱动端的吸附连接;为了提高磁吸力,可在连接柱3-4-1和插孔4-1-1内均设有磁铁;当然也可以在插孔4-1-1内设置磁铁,在连接柱3-4-1内嵌入铁质金属块。
本实施例的一种安全手拉式切菜器,使用时,逆时针旋转杯盖2即可将杯盖2打开,此时刀片组件4连接在杯盖2上,切固体食材时,将杯盖2反过来,食材直接放如杯盖2的裙边5内,然后盖上杯体1,反向旋转杯盖2将杯盖2与杯体1连接在一起,之后一手握住切菜器,一手拉动拉手7,使刀片组件4快速旋转来将食材切碎,在切碎过程中,可通过透明的杯体1和裙边5上的镂空通槽5-1来观察食材切碎的情况,在切碎结束后,打开杯盖2,轻轻抖动杯盖2即可将刀片组件4上残留的食材抖落到杯体1内,杯体1内的食材可直接取出使用;清洗时,直接将杯体1和杯盖2进行冲洗,并在杯体1内留适量清水,盖上杯盖2晃动或拉动刀片组件4旋转,即可将刀片组件清洗干净;打碎液体食物时,可更换对应的刀片组件4,更换时直接将刀片组件4拔出并安装新的刀片组件4即可,然后将食材放入杯体1内,同样盖上杯盖2后拉动拉手7驱动刀片组件4快速旋转实现液体食材的打散。
本实施例的一种安全手拉式切菜器,将刀片组件与拉绳驱动机构的驱动端可拆式连接,并在杯盖的底部设有一圈位于刀片组件外周用以遮挡刀片组件的裙边,使得切菜器打开后刀片组件留在杯盖一侧且由裙边遮挡,减少了使用者接触刀片的几率,提高了切菜器的使用安全性;并且,使用时可将固体食材直接放入杯盖的裙边内侧,然后将杯体组装在杯盖上,不仅切菜器的装配组合更加方便,而且改变了现有手拉式切菜器的使用方式,切菜过程操作更加方便安全,便于切菜器的清洗;另外,刀片组件采用磁吸的方式吸附在杯盖上,刀片组件拆装更加方便快捷。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全手拉式切菜器,包括杯体(1)、与杯体(1)相匹配的杯盖(2)、安装于杯盖(2)内的拉绳驱动机构(3)、以及位于杯体(1)内且与拉绳驱动机构(3)的驱动端可拆式连接的刀片组件(4),其特征在于:所述的杯盖(2)的底部设有一圈位于刀片组件(4)外周用以遮挡刀片组件(4)的裙边(5),所述的裙边(5)在杯体(1)与杯盖(2)组合时位于杯体(1)的内侧,所述的刀片组件(4)在杯体(1)与杯盖(2)打开时留在杯盖(2)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其特征在于:所述的裙边(5)内侧还设有若干止转筋(5-4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其特征在于:所述的裙边(5)贴合于杯体(1)的内侧壁上,且裙边(5)上间隔设有若干镂空通槽(5-1)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其特征在于:所述的止转筋(5-4)设于每个镂空通槽(5-1)的同侧开口壁上,所述的镂空通槽(5-1)的上部还设有半封闭挡边(5-2)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其特征在于:所述的裙边(5)的外侧壁上还设有卡槽(5-3),所述的杯体(1)的内侧壁上设有与上述的卡槽(5-3)相配合的卡块(1-3),所述的卡块(1-3)与卡槽(5-3)通过旋转的方式卡合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其特征在于:所述的刀片组件(4)采用磁吸的方式吸附在拉绳驱动机构(3)的驱动端上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其特征在于:所述的刀片组件(4)包括刀座(4-1)和安装于刀座(4-1)上的刀片(4-2),所述的刀座(4-1)的上端设有用于与拉绳驱动机构(3)的驱动端插配传动连接的插孔(4-1-1),刀座(4-1)的下端设有用于与杯体(1)底部的定位柱(1-1)相配合的定位孔(4-1-2)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其特征在于:所述的杯盖(2)包括上盖(2-1)和安装于上盖(2-1)底部的下盖(2-2),所述的裙边(5)一体成型在下盖(2-2)的底部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其特征在于:所述的拉绳驱动机构(3)安装于上盖(2-1)和下盖(2-2)组成的腔体内,该拉绳驱动机构(3)包括扭簧(3-1)、卷绳盘(3-2)、棘爪(3-3)和棘齿轮盘(3-4),所述的卷绳盘(3-2)套设于上盖(2-1)的中心柱上,卷绳盘(3-2)的中部绳槽内设有拉绳,拉绳的一端与设于杯盖(2)外侧的拉手(7)相连接,所述的卷绳盘(3-2)的上部设有扭簧(3-1),卷绳盘(3-2)的下部设有棘爪(3-3),所述的棘爪(3-3)与安装于下盖(2-2)上的棘齿轮盘(3-4)相配合,所述的棘齿轮盘(3-4) 的中心设有穿过下盖(2-2)的连接柱(3-4-1)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种安全手拉式切菜器,其特征在于:所述的连接柱(3-4-1)内设有用于与插孔(4-1-1)内的铁磁性部件吸附连接的磁吸块(6)。
