上述空气净化器在使用时,可以旋转安装壳体,当所述安装壳体转动至第一预设位置时,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部限位配合,此时,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部能够起到相互限位的作用,因而,所述安装壳体与所述出风格栅不会在轴向发生跳动或者跳动幅度微小,进而实现安装壳体和所述出风格栅的安装;当需要拆卸所述安装壳体和所述出风格栅时,只需要转动所述安装壳体,当所述安装壳体转动至第二预设位置时,此时实现所述安装壳体和所述出风格栅的拆卸分离。可见,整个空气净化器的出风结构具备拆装便捷的优点。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及具体实施方式,对本申请进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用以解释本申请,并不限定本申请的保护范围。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当元件被称为“固设于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直 接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
有必要指出的是,当元件被称为“固设于”另一元件时,两个元件可以是一体的,也可以是两个元件之间可拆卸连接。

如图1至图4所示,本申请一实施例中的一种空气净化器的出风结构10,包括:安装壳体100,安装壳体100设有第一限位部110;及出风格栅200,出风格栅200设有第二限位部210,安装壳体100可转动地设置于出风格栅200,当安装壳体100转动至第一预设位置时,第一限位部110和第二限位部210限位配合,当安装壳体100转动至第二预设位置时,第一限位部110和第二限位部210分离。
上述空气净化器的出风结构10在使用时,可以旋转安装壳体100,当安装壳体100转动至第一预设位置时,第一限位部110和第二限位部210限位配合,此时,第一限位部110和第二限位部210能够起到相互限位的作用,因而,安装壳体100与出风格栅200不会在轴向发生跳动或者跳动幅度微小,进而实现安装壳体100和出风格栅200的安装;当需要拆卸安装壳体100和出风格栅200时,只需要转动安装壳体100,当安装壳体100转动至第二预设位置时,此时可以实现安装壳体100和出风格栅200的拆卸分离。可见,整个空气净化器的出风结构10具备拆装便捷的优点。有必要指出的是,当安装壳体100转动至第一预设位置时,第一限位部110和第二限位部210能够限位配合,此时,第一限位部110可以位于第二限位部210的上方或者第二限位部210位于第一限位部110的上方,第一限位部110和第二限位部210可以间隔设置也可以互相接触,只要满足当安装壳体100转动至第一预设位置时,第一限位部110和第二限位部210能够实现限位配合即可。
如图1和图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,出风格栅200设有导向结构,第一限位部110与导向结构导向配合。如此,第一限位部110沿导向结构的延伸方向移动,使第一限位部110能够准确的移动至第一预设位置,便于安装壳体100和出风格栅200的安装。 在该实施例的基础上,导向结构包括与第一限位部110导向配合的螺旋导槽220,第二限位部设置于螺旋导槽220的出口224。如此,当安装壳体100的沿顺时针转动时,螺旋导槽220的螺旋方向与安装壳体100的转动方向一致,使第一限位部110能够沿螺旋导槽220按顺时针方向转动;当安装壳体100的沿逆时针转动时,螺旋导槽220的螺旋方向与安装壳体100的转动方向一致,使第一限位部110能够沿螺旋导槽220按逆时针方向转动,第一限位部110设置于螺旋导槽220,螺旋导槽220能够起到限位作用,在一定程度上限定安装壳体100沿出风格栅200的轴向跳动。在本次实施例中,在螺旋导槽的入口222靠近出风格栅200的出风端,第二限位部210设置于螺旋导槽的出口224。
如图1和图2所示,进一步,在上述任一实施例的基础上,出风格栅200还设有第一限位件230,第一限位件230设置于螺旋导槽的出口224,当安装壳体100转动至第一预设位置时,第一限位件230与第一限位部110限位配合,第一限位件230设置于第一限位部110和螺旋导槽的出口224之间。如此,通过设置第一限位件230,避免第一限位部110沿螺旋导槽的出口224进入螺旋导槽220,而发生轴向的移动。如此提升安装壳体100和出风格栅200安装的稳固性。在本次实施例中,第一限位件230为限位凸起。在该实施例的基础上,第一限位件230包括第一导向斜面,第一导向斜面沿第一限位件230远离出风格栅200的侧壁的端部向出风格栅200的侧壁的方向倾斜,且第一限位件230的厚度沿第一限位件230远离出风格栅200的侧壁的端部向出风格栅200的侧壁的方向逐渐增加。如此,通过设置第一导向斜面,便于安装壳体100的移动。在本次实施例中,第一限位件230包括两个第一导向斜面,且两个第一导向斜面均沿第一限位件230远离出风格栅200的侧壁的端部向出风格栅200的侧壁的方向倾斜,且第一限位件230的厚度沿第一限位件230远离出风格栅200的侧壁的端部向出风格栅200的侧壁的方向逐渐增加,如此,两个第一导向斜面的导向方向与安装壳体100的转动方向相适应。
如图1和图2所示,在上述任一实施例的基础上,所述出风格栅200还设有第二限位件240,所述第二限位件240与所述螺旋导槽的出口224间隔设置,且所述第二限位部210设置于所述第二限位件240和所述螺旋导槽的出口224之间。如此,通过设置第二限位件240,限制所述安装壳体100的转动范围,当安装壳体100转动至第一预设位置时,第一限位部110可以在所述第二限位件240和所述第一限位件230之间,如此,避免安装壳体100继续转动,使第一限位部110和第二限位部210分离,影响安装壳体100和出风格栅200安装的稳固性。在本次实施例中,第二限位件240为限位凸起。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,第一限位部110为第一卡部,第二限位部210为与第一卡部卡接配合的第一扣部;或第一限位部110为第一扣部,第二限位部210为与第一扣部 卡接配合的第一卡部。如此,通过第一卡接部和第二卡接部的卡接配合实现安装壳体100和出风格栅200的安装。第一限位部110和第二限位部210卡接均可以通过现有技术实现,在此不一一赘述。
如图2至图4所示,在上述任一实施例的基础上,该空气净化器的出风结构10还包括风道出风件300,出风格栅200可转动地设置于风道出风件300,风道出风件300设有第三限位部310,出风格栅200设有第四限位部250,当出风格栅200转动至第三预设位置时,第三限位部310和第四限位部250限位配合,当出风格栅200转动至第四预设位置时,第三限位部310和第四限位部250分离。如此,可以旋转出风格栅200,当出风格栅200转动至第三预设位置时,第三限位部310和第四限位部250在出风格栅200限位配合,此时,第三限位部310和第四限位部250能够起到相互限位的作用,因而,出风格栅200与风道出风件300不会在轴向发生跳动或者跳动幅度微小,进而实现出风格栅200和风道出风件300的安装;当需要拆卸出风格栅200和风道出风件300时,只需要转动出风格栅200,当出风格栅200转动至第四预设位置时,此时实现出风格栅200和风道出风件300的拆卸分离。可见,整个空气净化器的出风结构10具备拆装便捷的优点。有必要指出的是,当出风格栅200转动至第三预设位置时,第三限位部310和第四限位部250限位配合,此时,第三限位部310位于第四限位部250的上方,第三限位部310和第四限位部250可以间隔设置也可以互相接触,只要满足当出风格栅200转动至第三预设位置时,第三限位部310和第四限位部250限位配合即可。图4中的箭头为安装壳体100、出风格栅200及风道出风件300的安装方向,安装壳体100为最外层,风道出风件300为最内层,出风格栅200位于安装壳体100和风道出风件300之间。具体地,安装壳体100可以是装饰圈或者是机组外壳,在本次实施例中,安装壳体100为装饰圈。
如图3所示,在上述任一实施例的基础上,第三限位部310包括第二导向斜面312,第四限位部250包括与第二导向斜面312导向配合的第三导向斜面252,当出风格栅200转动至第三预设位置时,第三限位部310与第四限位部250沿出风格栅200的轴向相对设置,且第三限位部310沿出风格栅200的轴向的高度高于第四限位部250沿出风格栅200的轴向的高度。如此,通过第二导向斜面312和第三导向斜面252的导向配合,便于出风格栅200移动至第三预设位置,使第三限位部310与第四限位部250沿出风格栅200的轴向相对设置,且第三限位部310沿出风格栅200的轴向的高度高于第四限位部250沿出风格栅200的轴向的高度,如此,使第三限位部310和第四限位部250实现互相限位,避免出风格栅200和风道出风件300在轴向发生相对位移。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,第三限位部310为第二卡部,第四限位部250为与第二 卡部卡接配合的第二扣部;或第三限位部310为第二扣部,第四限位部250为与第二扣部卡接配合的第二卡部。如此,通过第三卡接部和第四卡接部的卡接配合实现风道出风件300和出风格栅200的安装。
一实施例中的一种空气净化器,包括空气净化器的出风结构10。
上述空气净化器在使用时,可以旋转安装壳体100,当安装壳体100转动至第一预设位置时,第一限位部110和第二限位部210限位配合,此时,第一限位部110和第二限位部210能够起到相互限位的作用,因而,安装壳体100与出风格栅200不会在轴向发生跳动或者跳动幅度微小,进而实现安装壳体100和出风格栅200的安装;当需要拆卸安装壳体100和出风格栅200时,只需要转动安装壳体100,当安装壳体100转动至第二预设位置时,此时可以实现安装壳体100和出风格栅200的拆卸分离。可见,整个空气净化器的出风结构10具备拆装便捷的优点。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空气净化器的出风结构,其特征在于,包括:
    安装壳体,所述安装壳体设有第一限位部;及
    出风格栅,所述出风格栅设有第二限位部,所述安装壳体可转动地设置于所述出风格栅,当所述安装壳体转动至第一预设位置时,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部限位配合,当所述安装壳体转动至第二预设位置时,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器的出风结构,其特征在于,所述出风格栅设有导向结构,所述第一限位部与所述导向结构导向配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器的出风结构,其特征在于,所述导向结构包括与所述第一限位部导向配合的螺旋导槽,所述第二限位部设置于所述螺旋导槽的出口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空气净化器的出风结构,其特征在于,所述出风格栅还设有第一限位件,所述第一限位件设置于所述螺旋导槽的出口,当所述安装壳体转动至第一预设位置时,所述第一限位件与所述第一限位部限位配合,所述第一限位件设置于所述第一限位部和所述螺旋导槽的出口之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空气净化器的出风结构,其特征在于,所述第一限位件包括第一导向斜面,所述第一导向斜面沿所述第一限位件远离所述出风格栅的侧壁的端部向所述出风格栅的侧壁的方向倾斜,所述第一限位件的厚度沿所述第一限位件远离所述出风格栅的侧壁的端部向所述出风格栅的侧壁的方向逐渐增加。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空气净化器的出风结构,其特征在于,所述出风格栅还设有第二限位件,所述第二限位件与所述螺旋导槽的出口间隔设置,且所述第二限位部设置于所述第二限位件和所述螺旋导槽的出口之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器的出风结构,其特征在于,所述第一限位部为第一卡部,所述第二限位部为与所述第一卡部卡接配合的第一扣部;或所述第一限位部为第一扣部,所述第二限位部为与所述第一扣部卡接配合的第一卡部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器的出风结构,其特征在于,还包括风道出风件,所述出风格栅可转动地设置于所述风道出风件,所述风道出风件设有第三限位部,所述出风格栅设有第四限位部,当所述出风格栅转动至第三预设位置时,所述第三限位部和所述第四限位部限位配合,当所述出风格栅转动至第四预设位置时,所述第三限位部和所述第四限位部分离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空气净化器的出风结构,其特征在于,所述第三限位部包 括第二导向斜面,所述第四限位部包括与所述第二导向斜面导向配合的第三导向斜面,当所述出风格栅转动至第三预设位置时,所述第三限位部与所述第四限位部沿所述出风格栅的轴向相对设置,且所述第三限位部沿所述出风格栅的轴向的高度高于所述第四限位部沿所述出风格栅的轴向的高度。
  10. 一种空气净化器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的空气净化器的出风结构。
