本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种数据传输方法及装置。
背景技术
随着移动通信技术的飞速发展,第五代移动通信技术(5G,Fifth-generation)新空口(NR,New Radio)用户设备(UE,User Equipment)可以通过配置高阶多输入多输出(MIMO,Multiple-Input Multiple-Output)、多载波聚合、高阶调制编码、或者大带宽等方式来获得超高的传输速率,以满足用户对于高速率数据传输的需求。
相关技术中,有些5G终端的缓存配置和读写速率并不能支持5G的高速率,因此,可能会存在由于5G终端的缓存配置和读写速率与5G的高速率不匹配,而导致5G终端缓存溢出的问题,这个问题会导致数据频繁的重传,浪费系统资源,影响业务的质量。

本发明实施例提供一种数据传输方法及装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种数据传输方法,应用于网络接入设备,方法包括:
接收终端发送的所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息包括内存大小、和/或内存读写速度;
确定与所述物理配置信息匹配的目标无线资源配置参数;
使用目标无线资源配置参数,向所述终端传输数据。

基于上述分析,提出以下各具体实施例。

实现方式2、当终端接收到网络接入设备发送的终端能力查询消息时,终端向网络接入设备发送终端能力信息,终端能力信息中包括终端的物理配置信息;网络接入设备在网络接入设备向终端发送终端能力查询消息之后,接收终端发送的终端能力信息。例如,终端的物 理配置信息可以在终端收到网络接入设备发送的终端能力查询(UE Capability Enquiry)信令后,在终端发送至网络接入设备的终端能力信息(UE Capability Information)信令中进行上报。

示例的,根据物理配置信息,确定终端的最大数据传输速率;根据最大数据传输速率及终端的签约速率,确定终端的目标数据传输速率;根据终端的目标数据传输速率,确定终端的目标无线资源配置参数。例如,首先根据终端的内存大小和/或内存读写速度,确定终端在不发生缓存溢出的前提下所支持的最大数据传输速率,例如,当终端1的内存读取速度为1Gbps,则终端在不发生缓存溢出的前提下所支持的最大数据传输速率可以达到1Gbps。其次,将终端的最大数据传输速率与终端的签约速率进行比较:当终端的最大数据传输速率小于终端的签约速率时,将终端的最大数据传输速率确定为终端的目标数据传输速率;当终端的最大数据传输速率大于或等于终端的签约速率时,将终端的签约速率确定为终端的目标数据传输速率。然后,根据目标数据传输速率、无线测量结果、待传输数据大小及可用无线资源,确定终端的目标无线资源配置参数。可选的,目标无线资源配置参数例如可以包括载波数、带宽、及天线配置等参数。

电源组件906为数据传输装置900的各种组件提供电力。电源组件906可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为数据传输装置900生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件908包括在数据传输装置900和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件908包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当数据传输装置900处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件910被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件910包括一个麦克风(MIC),当数据传输装置900处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器904或经由通信组件916发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件910还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口912为处理组件902和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件914包括一个或多个传感器,用于为数据传输装置900提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件914可以检测到数据传输装置900的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如组件为数据传输装置900的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件914还可以检测数据传输装置900或数据传输装置900一个组件的位置改变,用户与数据传输装置900接触的存在或不存在,数据传输装置900方位或加速/减速和数据传输装置900的温度变化。传感器组件914可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件914还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件914还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件916被配置为便于数据传输装置900和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。数据传输装置900可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi、2G、3G、4G、5G或它们的组合、或对讲网络。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件916经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管 理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件916还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,数据传输装置900可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子组件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器904,上述指令可由数据传输装置900的处理器920执行以完成上述方法。例如,非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
图10是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种数据传输装置的框图。例如,数据传输装置1000可以被提供为一服务器。数据传输装置1000包括处理组件1002,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器1003所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件1002的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1003中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1002被配置为执行指令,以执行上述方法。
数据传输装置1000还可以包括一个电源组件1006被配置为执行数据传输装置1000的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口1005被配置为将数据传输装置1000连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口1008。数据传输装置1000可以操作基于存储在存储器1003的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如,非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等;当存储介质中的指令由数据传输装置900或数据传输装置1000的处理器执行时,使得数据传输装置900或数据传输装置1000能够执行如下方法,方法包括:
获取终端的物理配置信息,物理配置信息包括内存大小、和/或内存读写速度;
当终端与网络接入设备进行初始连接时,向网络接入设备发送终端的物理配置信息,物理配置信息用于使网络接入设备确定与物理配置信息匹配的目标无线资源配置参数。
在一个实施例中,当终端与网络接入设备进行初始连接时,向网络接入设备发送终端的物理配置信息,包括:
当终端在进行随机接入过程时,向网络接入设备发送终端的物理配置信息。
在一个实施例中,当终端与网络接入设备进行初始连接时,向网络接入设备发送终端的物理配置信息,包括:
当终端接收到网络接入设备发送的终端能力查询消息时,向网络接入设备发送终端能力信息,终端能力信息中包括终端的物理配置信息。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种数据传输方法,其特征在于,应用于网络接入设备,包括:
    接收终端发送的所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息包括内存大小、和/或内存读写速度;
    确定与所述物理配置信息匹配的目标无线资源配置参数;
    使用目标无线资源配置参数,向所述终端传输数据。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端发送的所述终端的物理配置信息,包括:
    接收所述终端在进行随机接入过程时发送的所述终端的物理配置信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端发送的所述终端的物理配置信息,包括:
    在所述网络接入设备向所述终端发送终端能力查询消息之后,接收所述终端发送的终端能力信息,所述终端能力信息中包括所述终端的物理配置信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定与所述物理配置信息匹配的目标无线资源配置参数,包括:
    根据所述物理配置信息,确定所述终端的最大数据传输速率;
    根据所述最大数据传输速率及所述终端的签约速率,确定所述终端的目标数据传输速率;
    根据所述终端的目标数据传输速率,确定所述终端的目标无线资源配置参数。
  5. 一种数据传输方法,其特征在于,应用于终端,包括:
    获取所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息包括内存大小、和/或内存读写速度;
    当所述终端与网络接入设备进行初始连接时,向所述网络接入设备发送所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息用于使所述网络接入设备确定与所述物理配置信息匹配的目标无线资源配置参数。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述终端与网络接入设备进行初始连接时,向所述网络接入设备发送所述终端的物理配置信息,包括:
    当所述终端在进行随机接入过程时,向所述网络接入设备发送所述终端的物理配置信息。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述终端与网络接入设备进行初始连接时,向所述网络接入设备发送所述终端的物理配置信息,包括:
    当所述终端接收到所述网络接入设备发送的终端能力查询消息时,向所述网络接入设备发送终端能力信息,所述终端能力信息中包括所述终端的物理配置信息。
  8. 一种数据传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端发送的所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息包括内存大小、和/或内存读写速度;
    确定模块,用于确定与所述物理配置信息匹配的目标无线资源配置参数;
    传输模块,用于使用目标无线资源配置参数,向所述终端传输数据。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块接收所述终端在进行随机接入过程时发送的所述终端的物理配置信息。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块在所述网络接入设备向所述终端发送终端能力查询消息之后,接收所述终端发送的终端能力信息,所述终端能力信息中包括所述终端的物理配置信息。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块,包括:
    第一确定子模块,用于根据所述物理配置信息,确定所述终端的最大数据传输速率;
    第二确定子模块,用于根据所述最大数据传输速率及所述终端的签约速率,确定所述终端的目标数据传输速率;
    第三确定子模块,用于根据所述终端的目标数据传输速率,确定所述终端的目标无线资源配置参数。
  12. 一种数据传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息包括内存大小、和/或内存读写速度;
    发送模块,用于当所述终端与网络接入设备进行初始连接时,向所述网络接入设备发送所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息用于使所述网络接入设备确定与所述物理配置信息匹配的目标无线资源配置参数。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块当所述终端在进行随机接入过程时,向所述网络接入设备发送所述终端的物理配置信息。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块当所述终端接收到所述网络接入设备发送的终端能力查询消息时,向所述网络接入设备发送终端能力信息,所述终端能力信息中包括所述终端的物理配置信息。
  15. 一种数据传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收终端发送的所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息包括内存大小、和/或内存读写速度;
    确定与所述物理配置信息匹配的目标无线资源配置参数;
    使用目标无线资源配置参数,向所述终端传输数据。
  16. 一种数据传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息包括内存大小、和/或内存读写速度;
    当所述终端与网络接入设备进行初始连接时,向所述网络接入设备发送所述终端的物理配置信息,所述物理配置信息用于使所述网络接入设备确定与所述物理配置信息匹配的目标无线资源配置参数。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,其特征在于,该指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-4中任一项所述方法的步骤。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,其特征在于,该指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求5-7中任一项所述方法的步骤。
