Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé, un serveur et un système de gestion de la distribution d'un plan commercial sur la base d'une chaîne de blocs. Le procédé selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention peut comprendre : une étape dans laquelle, lorsqu'un plan commercial d'un fondateur potentiel ou d'un fondateur qui vient de fonder son entreprise est généré, un processeur d'un serveur de gestion de documents classifie les contenus de chaque section du plan commercial en tant qu'informations de non-chiffrement ou informations de chiffrement ; une étape dans laquelle le processeur stocke les informations de non-chiffrement dans une base de données du serveur de gestion de documents et émet, à un réseau de chaîne de blocs, une première transaction contenant les informations de chiffrement et les conditions d'accès aux informations de chiffrement, pour générer un bloc de genèse ; une étape dans laquelle, lorsque le serveur de gestion de documents reçoit une demande d'accès primaire en provenance d'un terminal d'investisseur, le serveur de gestion de documents fournit les informations de non-chiffrement stockées dans la base de données au terminal d'investisseur ; une étape dans laquelle, lorsque le serveur de gestion de documents reçoit une requête d'accès secondaire en provenance du terminal d'investisseur, le serveur de gestion de documents émet, au réseau de chaîne de blocs, une seconde transaction concernant l'accès aux informations de chiffrement ; et une étape consistant à effectuer une validation des conditions pour l'accès dans le réseau de chaîne de blocs, à générer un bloc pour la seconde transaction lorsque l'investisseur satisfait les conditions pour l'accès, et à fournir les informations de chiffrement du réseau de chaîne de blocs au serveur de gestion de documents ou au terminal d'investisseur.
