一种涂写工具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂写工具,特别涉及控制书写工具和化妆品中各类液体释放的技术领域。
背景技术
在控制液体释放的技术领域中,多孔材料得到了广泛的应用,如在记号笔中,使用多孔材料作为吸收和容纳液体的材料。现有技术中,最常用的多孔材料是由薄膜包覆纤维束而形成的卷包芯,使用时装入外壳并插入涂写头,卷包芯两端与大气连通,以便注入液体时空气向两端排出、液体向两端扩散,也便于液体释放。但是卷包芯的出液量会随着使用时间的增加而逐渐降低,并且卷包芯有残液量大的缺点。
在控制液体释放的技术领域中,另一种常用的技术是采用引水芯传导液体,并用翅片组来控制液体释放,适合于小出墨量的应用,如水性宝珠笔,这种引水芯和翅片组结合的技术对制造精度要求很高,零部件稍有质量波动或遇到温差和压差等异常环境变化时液体容易泄漏。申请号为201510018984.0的专利文献公开了一种直液式书写装置,该技术在墨水管和笔头之间设置了一个调节部,利用调节部中非常精密的间歇来控制墨水释放,这种液体释放技术较好地解决了卷包芯类涂写工具的问题,并有利于大出液量的应用,但调节部的设计较为复杂,并且调节部中间歇尺寸控制要求极为精密,制造成本较高。这两种技术中因为笔头离墨水管较远并且两者之间只用引水芯传导液体,造成共同的缺陷是:如果笔头朝上放置一段时间或笔头朝上使用,均容易导致笔头部分缺少墨水而影响功能。
发明内容
为解决传统卷包芯类涂写工具和现有的一些直液式涂写工具存在的问题,本发明提出一种涂写工具,包括涂写头、与外界大气连通的缓冲体、气液交换器和给气液交换器供给液体的储液管,气液交换器具有引水芯、包覆在引水芯外周壁上的液封管和设置在引水芯和液封管之间的气液通道;缓冲体包覆在液封管的外周壁上,液封管的毛细压比缓冲体的毛细压大30%以上。

本发明的液封管32由多孔材料制成。制成液封管32的多孔材料可以为滤膜或纤维。液封管32的壁厚为0.1-5mm,如0.1mm、0.5mm、1mm、2mm、5mm。壁厚较薄的液封管32可以用滤膜制作,壁厚较厚的液封管32可以用单组份纤维或双组份纤维粘结制成。较薄壁的液封管32对液体的容量小,有利于更充分地利用和释放液体,减少残留量;较厚壁的液封管32对液体的容量大,有利于在气液交换器3中保留较多液体,即使在涂写头1朝上使用时也具有良好的液体释放性能。
液封管32包覆在引水芯31外周壁上。液封管32可以部分包覆在引水芯31的外周壁上,也可以全部包覆引水芯31的外周壁上。包覆的面积可以根据设计的需要进行合理选择。
液封管32在吸收一定量液体后使气体不能在径向穿过液封管32,从而将引水芯31及气液通道30与缓冲体2隔离,在这种情况下,储液管4和外界只能通过气液通道30交换气体,而无法从缓冲体2经液封管32交换气体。吸收液体后的液封管32内壁与引水芯31及其表面的凹槽之间形成气液通道30,并在气液通道30的大部分空间中充满液体,从而使导气通道30被液封成多段小气泡。当液体从储液管4经气液交换器3导出时,储液管4内和外界的压差增加,推动气液通道30中的气泡向储液管4移动并进入储液管4,使储液管4与外界的压差减小直至平衡,同时气液通道30中形成新的液封段和小气泡。液封管32的毛细压比缓冲体2的毛细压大30%以上,使得缓冲体2难以在正常情况下从液封管32吸收液体。
<气液交换器>
本发明的气液交换器3包括引水芯31和液封管32,引水芯31的全部或部分外周壁被液封管32包覆。
气液交换器3的引水芯31外周壁上的凹槽与液封管32内周壁形成气液通道30,并且与环境大气连通。根据涂写工具的使用要求和其中的液体性质,当气液通道30作为导气通道时,导气通道横截面的最大内切圆直径为0.1-0.8mm。最大内切圆直径不同的导气通道具有不同的毛细力,以控制导气时的液封强度。最大内切圆直径较小则导气量小,适合于出液量较小的涂写工具;最大内切圆直径较大则导气量大,适合于出液量大的涂写工具。
气液交换器3中还设置有导液通道。用纤维制作的引水芯31本身可以作为导液通道;引水芯31表面的凹槽或凹槽与液封管32内壁也可以形成导液通道。当涂写工具中使用的液体含有较大的颗粒时,比如使用了珠光墨水或金属墨水,有凹槽的导液通道尤为重要,因为没有凹槽的普通引水芯31会全部或部分过滤液体中的颗粒。
<缓冲体>
缓冲体2包覆在液封管32的外周壁上,液封管32的毛细压比缓冲体2的毛细压大30%以上。
缓冲体2可以部分包覆在液封管32的外周壁上,优选将液封管32的外周壁全部包覆。
本发明的缓冲体2由多孔材料制成,并与环境大气连通。制成缓冲体2的多孔材料可以为海绵或纤维,缓冲体2长度和壁厚可以根据涂写工具的内部空间设置。根据涂写工具中使用的液体和使用要求制作具有适当毛细压的缓冲体2。
液封管32的毛细压比缓冲体2的毛细压大30%以上,并且在正常状况下缓冲体2几乎不从液封管32吸收液体。缓冲体2的内壁和液封管32的外壁连接,如果发生异常状况而使液封管32中液体含量过高,则缓冲体2吸收液封管32中过多的液体,这样可以防止液体从涂写头1泄漏。当异常状况消失后,缓冲体2中的液体回传给液封管32,并经导液通道返回储液管4。为使缓冲体2具有上述性能,缓冲体2的密度为0.03-0.20克/厘米 3,如果用纤维制作缓冲体2,纤维的纤度为0.5-30旦比较合适。
<涂写头>
本发明的涂写头1可以与穿过液封管32的引水芯31连接,也可以插入气液交换器3并与液封管32的部分内壁连接。还可以将引水芯31延长作为涂写头1。
<储液管>
本发明的涂写工具中,储液管4是储存液体的部件。储液管4的底部可以设置向上或向下的套管62,将套管62插入气液交换器3并与液封管32的内壁紧密接触,或将液封管32和引水芯31插入套管62,这样有利于固定气液交换器3、并防止液体泄漏。可以采用可更换的储液管4,有利于重复利用外壳6等部件,减少资源浪费。替换型的储液管4可采用螺接、卡接等多种方式连接到涂写工具中。
第一实施例
图1a是根据本发明第一实施例的涂写工具的结构示意图;图1b是沿图1a中A-A剖面的截面示意图。如图1a和图1b所示,根据第一实施例的涂写工具,包括涂写头1、与外界大气连通的缓冲体2、气液交换器3和给气液交换器3供给液体的储液管4,
气液交换器3具有引水芯31、包覆在引水芯31外周壁上的液封管32和设置在引水芯31和液封管32之间的气液通道30;
缓冲体2包覆在液封管32的外周壁上,液封管32的毛细压比缓冲体2的毛细压大30%以上。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,液封管32全部包覆在引水芯31的外周壁上,引水芯31的一端伸出液封管32的上端插入储液管4中,另一端穿过液封管32下端与涂写头1连接。在本实施例中,引水芯31与涂写头1抵靠连接。
液封管32为滤膜或粘结纤维,缓冲体2为海绵或粘结纤维。液封管32的外周壁被缓冲体2全部包覆。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,还包括外壳6和隔板61,储液管4一体设置在外壳6中,隔板61同时用作储液管4的底部。隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,储液管4的底部设置有向下延伸的套管62,套管62与隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔同轴心设置且内径相等。在装配时,套管62可以插入液封管32与引水芯31之间,套管62的外周壁与液封管32的内周壁紧配,从而方便储液 管4和气液交换器3之间可靠地装配。
外壳6的下部可一体设置有安装涂写头1的涂写头座10。涂写头座10也可以单独成型,然后可拆卸地安装在外壳6的下部。
第二实施例
图2a是根据本发明第二实施例的涂写工具的结构示意图;图2b是沿图2a中B-B剖面的截面示意图。本实施例与第一实施例结构相似,与第一实施例相同的部分在本实施例的描述中不再赘述。
如图2a和图2b所示,根据第二实施例的涂写工具,包括涂写头1、与外界大气连通的缓冲体2、气液交换器3和给气液交换器3供给液体的储液管4,气液交换器3具有引水芯31、包覆在引水芯31外周壁上的液封管32和设置在引水芯31和液封管32之间的气液通道30;缓冲体2包覆在液封管32的外周壁上,液封管32的毛细压比缓冲体2的毛细压大30%以上。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,液封管32全部包覆在引水芯31的外周壁上,引水芯31的一端伸出液封管32插入储液管4中,另一端穿过液封管32并插入涂写头1中。
引水芯31外周壁上设置凹槽,凹槽与液封管32内周壁形成气液通道30。即在引水芯31的外周壁上,从一端延伸至另一端设置一条或多条凹槽,作为气液通道30。在本实施例中,凹槽的数量设置为3条。凹槽的最大内切圆直径优选为0.5毫米。在本实施例中,引水芯31优选为粘结纤维或塑料。
液封管32优选为粘结纤维,液封管32的壁厚优选为0.5毫米。缓冲体2优选为海绵或粘结纤维。液封管32的外周壁被缓冲体2全部包覆。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,还包括外壳6和隔板61,储液管4一体设置在外壳6中,隔板61同时用作储液管4的底部。隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,储液管4的底部设置有向下延伸的套管62,套管62与隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔同轴心设置且内径相等。在装配时,套管62可以插入液封管32与引水芯31之间,套管62的外周壁与液封管32的内周壁紧配,从而方便储液管4和气液交换器3之间可靠地装配。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,气液交换器3下方设置保护体5,保护体5的毛细压不大于缓冲体2的毛细压。
在本实施例中,引水芯31的另一端穿过液封管32后,再穿过保护体5,然后插入涂 写头1中。
在极端的异常情况下,比如从低海拔地区携带涂写工具到高海拔地区,或在高空飞行的飞机上打开涂写工具,因储液管4内、外部的极端气压差,导致从储液管4迅速导出的液体无法及时被缓冲体2吸收而泄漏。这种情况下,保护体5可以吸收从气液交换器3快速逸出的液体。在异常情况消除后,保护体5中暂存的液体会通过引水芯31传输给涂写头1或者由液封管32吸收。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,可以应用于眼线笔。根据本实施例的涂写工具,由于作为气液通道30的凹槽的数量为3条,其中,至少有一条可以作为导液通道,则眼线液中的颗粒可以通过凹槽输送至涂写头1,而不会被引水芯31过滤掉。
第三实施例
图3a是根据本发明第三实施例的涂写工具的结构示意图;图3b是沿图3a中C-C剖面的截面示意图。本实施例与第一实施例结构相似,与第一实施例相同的部分在本实施例的描述中不再赘述
如图3a和图3b所示,根据第三实施例的涂写工具,包括涂写头1、与外界大气连通的缓冲体2、气液交换器3和给气液交换器3供给液体的储液管4,气液交换器3具有引水芯31、包覆在引水芯31外周壁上的液封管32和设置在引水芯31和液封管32之间的气液通道30;缓冲体2包覆在液封管32的外周壁上,液封管32的毛细压比缓冲体2的毛细压大30%以上。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,引水芯31的外周壁被液封管32全部包覆,引水芯31的一端伸出液封管32插入储液管4中,另一端穿过液封管32并延伸出外壳6。
引水芯31外周壁上设置凹槽,凹槽与液封管32内周壁形成气液通道30。即在引水芯31的外周壁上,从一端延伸至另一端设置一条或多条凹槽,作为气液通道30。在本实施例中,凹槽的数量设置为1条。凹槽的最大内切圆直径优选为0.3毫米。在本实施例中,引水芯31优选为粘结纤维。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,还包括外壳6和隔板61,储液管4一体设置在外壳6中,隔板61同时用作储液管4的底部。隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,储液管4的底部设置有向下延伸的套管62,套管62与隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔同轴心设置且内径相等。在装配时,套管62可以插入液封管32与引水芯31之间,套管62的外周壁与液封管32的内周壁紧配,从而方便储液 管4和气液交换器3之间可靠地装配。
液封管32优选为粘结纤维,液封管32的壁厚优选为1毫米。液封管32抵靠储液管4的下方,即抵靠在隔板61上。
缓冲体2优选为海绵或粘结纤维。液封管32的外周壁被缓冲体2全部包覆。缓冲体2和液封管32优选一体成型,液封管32的外周壁和缓冲体2的内周壁粘结。
在本实施例中,引水芯31伸出外壳6的部分制成涂写头1,即涂写头1和引水芯31一体成形。
第四实施例
图4a是根据本发明第四实施例的涂写工具的结构示意图;图4b是沿图4a中D-D剖面的截面示意图。本实施例与第一实施例结构相似,与第一实施例相同的部分在本实施例的描述中不再赘述。
如图4a和图4b所示,根据第四实施例的涂写工具,包括涂写头1、与外界大气连通的缓冲体2、气液交换器3和给气液交换器3供给液体的储液管4,气液交换器3具有引水芯31、包覆在引水芯31外周壁上的液封管32和设置在引水芯31和液封管32之间的气液通道30;和缓冲体2包覆在液封管32的外周壁上,液封管32的毛细压比缓冲体2的毛细压大30%以上。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,液封管32全部包覆在引水芯31的外周壁上。引水芯31外周壁上设置凹槽,凹槽与液封管32内周壁形成气液通道30。即在引水芯31的外周壁上,从一端延伸至另一端设置一条或多条凹槽,作为气液通道30。在本实施例中,凹槽的数量设置为3条。凹槽的最大内切圆直径优选为0.1毫米。
在本实施例中,引水芯31优选为聚甲醛塑料。
液封管32优选为滤膜,液封管32的壁厚优选为0.1毫米。缓冲体2优选为海绵或粘结纤维。液封管32的外周壁被缓冲体2全部包覆。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,还包括外壳6和隔板61,储液管4一体设置在外壳6中,隔板61同时用作储液管4的底部。隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,储液管4的底部设置有向储液管4内部延伸的套管62,套管62与隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔同轴心设置且内径相等。
引水芯31和液封管32的一端一起伸出缓冲体2,插入储液管4中的套管62中。
引水芯31的另一端穿过液封管32并插入涂写头1中,涂写头1尖部设置有球珠11, 引水芯31优选和球珠11抵靠。
在装配时,引水芯31和液封管32的一端插入储液管4中的套管62中,套管62的内周壁与液封管32的外周壁紧配,从而方便储液管4和气液交换器3之间可靠地装配。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,可以用作小出液量的装置,例如走珠笔。
第五实施例
图5a是根据本发明第五实施例的涂写工具的结构示意图;图5b是沿图5a中E-E剖面的截面示意图。本实施例与第一实施例结构相似,与第一实施例相同的部分在本实施例的描述中不再赘述。
如图5a和图5b所示,根据第五实施例的涂写工具,包括涂写头1、与外界大气连通的缓冲体2、气液交换器3和给气液交换器3供给液体的储液管4,气液交换器3具有引水芯31、包覆在引水芯31外周壁上的液封管32和设置在引水芯31和液封管32之间的气液通道30;和缓冲体2包覆在液封管32的外周壁上,液封管32的毛细压比缓冲体2的毛细压大30%以上。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,液封管32全部包覆在引水芯31的外周壁上,引水芯31的一端伸出液封管32插入储液管4中,另一端穿过液封管32并插入涂写头1中。
引水芯31外周壁上设置凹槽,凹槽与液封管32内周壁形成气液通道30。即在引水芯31的外周壁上,从一端延伸至另一端设置一条或多条凹槽,作为气液通道30。在本实施例中,凹槽的数量设置为5条。其中,两条凹槽的最大内切圆直径优选为0.8毫米,另外三条凹槽的最大内切圆直径优选为0.5毫米。
液封管32优选为粘结纤维,液封管32的壁厚优选为5毫米。缓冲体2优选为粘结纤维。液封管32的外周壁被缓冲体2全部包覆。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,还包括外壳6和隔板61,隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔。隔板61的底部设置有向下延伸的下套管621,下套管621与隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔同轴心设置且内径相等。隔板61的顶部设置有向储液管4内部延伸的上套管622,上套管622的内径略大于与隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔的内径。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,储液管4为可替换储液管4。储液管4上设置有插接口41。在装配时,储液管4的插接口41与隔板61的上套管622卡接并形成液封。下套管621可以插入液封管32与引水芯31之间,下套管621的外周壁与液封管32的内周壁紧配,从而方便储液管4和气液交换器3之间可靠地装配,并易于更换储液管4。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,可以应用于大出液量的装置,例如毛笔。
第六实施例
图6a是根据本发明第六实施例的涂写工具的结构示意图;图6b是沿图6a中G-G剖面的截面示意图。本实施例与第一实施例结构相似,与第一实施例相同的部分在本实施例的描述中不再赘述。
如图6a和图6b所示,根据第六实施例的涂写工具,包括涂写头1、与外界大气连通的缓冲体2、气液交换器3和给气液交换器3供给液体的储液管4,气液交换器3具有引水芯31、包覆在引水芯31外周壁上的液封管32和设置在引水芯31和液封管32之间的气液通道30;和缓冲体2包覆在液封管32的外周壁上,液封管32的毛细压比缓冲体2的毛细压大30%以上。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,液封管32部分包覆在引水芯31的外周壁上,引水芯31的一端伸出液封管32插入储液管4中,另一端位于液封管32的内部,其与液封管32底端面的距离约为液封管32轴向高度的四分之一。
引水芯31外周壁上设置凹槽,凹槽与液封管32内周壁形成气液通道30。即在引水芯31的外周壁上,从一端延伸至另一端设置一条或多条凹槽,作为气液通道30。在本实施例中,凹槽的数量设置为3条。凹槽的最大内切圆直径优选为0.2毫米。在本实施例中,引水芯31优选为粘结纤维。
液封管32优选为粘结纤维,液封管32的壁厚优选为0.5毫米。缓冲体2优选为粘结纤维。液封管32的外周壁与缓冲体2的内周壁粘接在一起。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,还包括外壳6和隔板61,储液管4一体设置在外壳6中,隔板61同时用作储液管4的底部。隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔。
根据本实施例的涂写工具,储液管4的底部设置有向下延伸的套管62,套管62与隔板61上设置插入引水芯31的通孔同轴心设置且内径相等。在装配时,套管62可以插入液封管32与引水芯31之间,套管62的外周壁与液封管32的内周壁紧配,从而方便储液管4和气液交换器3之间可靠地装配。
在本实施例中,涂写头1插入气液交换器3并与液封管32的部分内壁连接。涂写头1的后端设置有一体成型的圆柱形、方柱形或者圆锥形的插入部,该插入部插入液封管32中,抵接或者靠近引水芯31。优选,在插入部外周壁上形成有凹槽,以形成导气通道。
如图6b所示,根据本实施例的涂写工具,外壳6和缓冲体2可以设置为截面为椭圆 形,可以应用于中等出液量的荧光笔等。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。本发明的涂写工具泛指办公用品中用于书写和涂画的装置、用于化妆等领域的各类液体涂抹装置等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种涂写工具,包括涂写头(1)、与外界大气连通的缓冲体(2)、气液交换器(3)和给气液交换器(3)供给液体的储液管(4),其特征在于,
    所述气液交换器(3)具有引水芯(31)、包覆在引水芯(31)外周壁上的液封管(32)和设置在引水芯(31)和液封管(32)之间的气液通道(30);和
    所述缓冲体(2)包覆在所述液封管(32)的外周壁上,所述液封管(32)的毛细压比所述缓冲体(2)的毛细压大30%以上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种涂写工具,其特征在于,所述引水芯(31)外周壁上设置凹槽,所述凹槽与所述液封管(32)内周壁之间形成气液通道(30)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种涂写工具,其特征在于,所述液封管(32)由多孔材料制成。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种涂写工具,其特征在于,当所述气液通道(30)作为导气通道时,所述导气通道横截面的最大内切圆直径为0.1-0.8mm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种涂写工具,其特征在于,所述缓冲体(2)由多孔材料制成。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种涂写工具,其特征在于,所述引水芯(31)穿过所述液封管(32)下端与所述涂写头(1)连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种涂写工具,其特征在于,所述储液管(4)底部设置套管(62)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种涂写工具,其特征在于,所述气液交换器(3)下方设置保护体(5),所述保护体(5)的毛细压不大于所述缓冲体(2)的毛细压。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种涂写工具,其特征在于,所述缓冲体(2)和所述液封管(32)一体成型,所述液封管(32)的外周壁和所述缓冲体(2)的内周壁粘结。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种涂写工具,其特征在于,所述涂写头(1)插入气液交换器(3)并与液封管(32)的部分内壁连接。
