一种LED橱柜灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED照明领域,尤其涉及一种LED橱柜灯。
背景技术
橱柜灯主要用于橱柜内的局部照明,当前LED领域中的橱柜灯多由LED灯珠作直射光源发光,发光不均匀且容易出现眩光现象,但因为使用环境的特殊性,橱柜灯并不适宜采用亮度较高或者光线较强的直射光源用于照明。
技术问题
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种发光均匀、光线柔和的LED橱柜灯。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种LED橱柜灯,包括LED灯条、导光板、反光板和扩散膜,所述LED灯条的出光方向朝向所述导光板的一侧面设置,所述扩散膜设于所述导光板的底面,所述导光板的顶面及导光板远离LED灯条的一侧面上分别设有所述反光板。
进一步的,所述LED灯条包括PCB板和至少一个的灯珠,所述导光板上设有至少一个的缺口,所述缺口与所述灯珠对应设置。
进一步的,所述缺口的形状为弧形。
进一步的,还包括外壳和分别设于所述外壳的内侧的控制电路板和电源,所述电源依次与所述控制电路板和LED灯条电连接。
进一步的,还包括用于控制LED灯条的开关按钮,所述外壳上设有通孔,所述通孔与所述开关按钮对应设置。
进一步的,所述外壳上设有一开口,所述导光板嵌设于所述开口中。
进一步的,还包括用于安装LED橱柜灯的安装组件,所述安装组件固定设置于所述外壳上。
进一步的,所述安装组件包括至少一个的磁吸件。

本实用新型最关键的构思在于:LED灯条设置在导光板的一侧面上,光线在导光板内进行漫反射,由扩散膜所在的导光板底板进行发光,经光线处理后的LED橱柜灯发光均匀。

本实用新型的结构原理简述如下:LED灯条设置在导光板的一侧面上,光线在导光板内进行漫发射,反光板使光线发生反射,最终全部光线均由扩散膜发射出去。

还包括外壳5和分别设于所述外壳5的内侧的控制电路板6和电源7,所述电源7依次与所述控制电路板6和LED灯条1电连接,在本实施例中,所述电源7为电池。
还包括用于控制LED灯条1的开关按钮8,所述外壳5上设有通孔9,所述通孔9与所述开关按钮8对应设置。

  1. 一种LED橱柜灯,其特征在于:包括LED灯条、导光板、反光板和扩散膜,所述LED灯条的出光方向朝向所述导光板的一侧面设置,所述扩散膜设于所述导光板的底面,所述导光板的顶面及导光板远离LED灯条的一侧面上分别设有所述反光板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED橱柜灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯条包括PCB板和至少一个的灯珠,所述导光板上设有至少一个的缺口,所述缺口与所述灯珠对应设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED橱柜灯,其特征在于:所述缺口的形状为弧形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED橱柜灯,其特征在于:还包括外壳和分别设于所述外壳的内侧的控制电路板和电源,所述电源依次与所述控制电路板和LED灯条电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LED橱柜灯,其特征在于:还包括用于控制LED灯条的开关按钮,所述外壳上设有通孔,所述通孔与所述开关按钮对应设置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的LED橱柜灯,其特征在于:所述外壳上设有一开口,所述导光板嵌设于所述开口中。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的LED橱柜灯,其特征在于:还包括用于安装LED橱柜灯的安装组件,所述安装组件固定设置于所述外壳上。
