대한민국 특허 출원 제2009-101562호에 개시된 바와 같이, 화장용 파우더는 분상물의 형태로 용기 내에 수용되어 사용되는 것이 일반적이나, 이러한 형태의 화장용 파우더는 사용시 파우더가 흩날리는 문제가 있었다.
이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 종래에는 파우더를 압축하였으나, 이러한 압축 파우더는 퍼프(puff)를 압축 파우더에 강하게 밀착시켜 압축파우더를 퍼프에 묻혀 사용하여야 하므로, 퍼프에 압축파우더가 골고루 묻지 않은 문제가 있었다.
또한, 퍼프에 묻은 압축파우더의 입자가 불균일하다는 것과 화장시 퍼프에 묻은 사용자의 땀과 같은 노폐물이 압축파우더에 묻는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술의 요망에 부응하기 위하여 발명된 것으로서, 고형의 화장품 내용물인 고형의 파우더뿐만 아니라 경화 크림, 경화에센스와 같은 밤형재를 미세하게 그라인딩하여 화장시 퍼프에 균일하게 묻도록 하고, 화장품 내용물을 보충하여 사용하도록 한 그라인딩 파우더 리필 화장품 용기는 데에 그 목적이 있다.

다음에 상기한 바와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 그라인딩 화장품 용기의 작동 및 효과를 설명한다.
먼저, 그 조립 과정을 설명하면, 중케이스(10)의 하부 바닥에 원추 스프링(99)을 설치하고, 원추 스프링(99)의 상부에 서포트가이드(30)를 위치시키되 서포트가이드(30)의 외주연 가이드돌기(31)가 이루는 홈에 중케이스(10)의 내주벽돌기(12)가 삽입되도록 결합시킨다. 서포트가이드(30) 내에 화장품 내용물이 담긴 화장품 리필용기(40)를 삽입하여 놓고, 그 위, 즉 화장품 내용물의 위에 그라인딩부재(50)를 위치시키되 그 칼날홈(51)이 화장품 내용물 위에 위치하도록 설치시킨다. 상기 그라인딩부재(50)의 플랜지부(52)를 회전링부재(60)로 파지하고, 핸들중케이스(20)의 상단 걸림돌기(22)에 대고 회전링부재(60)를 누르면 회전링부재(60)의 내주연에 형성된 내주돌기(62)가 걸림돌기(22)에 걸려 결합된다.
그리고 그라인딩부재 내에 퍼프(P)를 삽입하고, 그라인딩부재(50)의 플랜지부(52)에 중앙에 손잡이(71)가 형성된 퍼프커버(70)로 커버한다.
그리고 상기 중케이스(10)의 하부에 하케이스(80)를 결합하고, 하케이스(80)의 힌지부(82)에 상케이스(90)의 힌지돌기(91)를 힌지 결합하여 그 조립을 완료한다.
이와 같이 조립된 그라인딩 화장품 용기는, 사용하기 위하여 먼저 하케이스(80)의 개폐버튼(81)을 누르면 상케이스(90)가 힌지돌기(92)를 중심으로 회전하여 열리게 된다. 상케이스(90)를 연 상태에서 회전링부재(60)를 돌리면, 그라인딩부재(50)가 동시에 회전하면서, 그 하부면의 칼날홀(51)을 통해 화장품 리필용기(40) 내의 화장품 내용물이 그라인딩되어 그라인딩부재(50) 내, 즉 퍼프(P)의 하부면으로 유입되고, 퍼프에 유입된 화장품 내용물을 묻혀 화장하게 된다.
이와 같이 고형의 화장품 내용물을 그라인딩부재(50)로 그라인딩하여 가루 형태의 화장품 내용물로 화장할 수 있도록 함으로써, 화장시 퍼프에 균일하게 화장품 내용물이 묻도록 하는 것이다.
그리고 리필용기를 보충하기 위해서는, 중케이스(10) 내에 삽입되어 있는 핸들중케이스(20)를 힌지(21)를 중심으로 들어올리고, 리필용기(40)를 교체하면 된다.
이상에서와 같이, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서 구체적인 실시 예에 관해 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 기술이 당업자에 의하여 용이하게 변형 실시될 가능성이 자명하며, 이러한 변형된 실시 예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 기재된 기술사상에 포함된다 할 것이다.
본 발명의 그라인딩 화장품 용기에 의하면, 고형의 화장품 내용물을 그라인딩부재로 그라인딩하여 가루 형태의 화장품 내용물로 화장할 수 있도록 함으로써 화장시 퍼프에 균일하게 화장품 내용물이 묻도록 하고, 화장품 내용물을 리필하여 사용하도록 하는 효과를 가지고 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 하부는 폐쇄되고, 상부는 개구된 원통형의 중케이스(10)와;
    상기 중케이스(10)의 내주연에 힌지(21) 결합하는 테두리 형상의 부재로서, 상부 외주에 걸림돌기(22)가 형성되어 후술하는 회전링부재와 나사 결합하는 핸들중케이스(20)와;
    상기 중케이스(10)의 바닥면에 돌설되어 원주형상을 이루는 다수의 돌기(11)에 내주연이 지지되도록 설치된 원추 스프링(99)과;
    상기 원추 스프링(99)의 상측에 위치하고, 상부는 개구되고 하부는 폐쇄된 원통형상의 부재로서, 상기 원추 스프링(99)의 텐션에 의해 상기 중케이스(10)의 내주벽을 따라 상하이동하는 서포트가이드(30)와;
    상기 서포트가이드(30) 내에 삽입되는 하부가 폐쇄되고 상부는 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 서포트가이드(30)의 상단에 다수 개 형성된 홈(32)에 상부외주에 다수 개 형성된 외주돌기(41a)가 안착되어 회전하지 않는 리필용기 서포트부재(41)와;
    상기 리필용기 서포트부재(41) 내에 밀착 결합하는 고형의 화장품 내용물을 담는 화장품 리필용기(40)와;
    폐쇄된 하부면에 다수의 칼날홀(51)이 중심점을 중심으로 방사상으로 형성되고, 상부는 개구되고 개구된 외주연에 플렌지부(52)가 형성된 그라인딩부재(50)와;
    상기 그라인딩부재(50)의 플랜지부(52)를 파지하여 그라인딩부재(50)를 회전시키도록 상기 중케이스(10)의 상단 외주연에 결합되는 회전링부재(60)와;
    상기 그라인딩부재(50) 내에 삽입되어 있는 퍼프(P; PUFF)를 커버하도록 중앙에 손잡이(71)가 형성된 퍼프커버(70)와;
    상기 중케이스(10)의 하부와 하측을 감싸는 부재로서, 상부 일측에 개폐버튼(81)이 결합되어 있고, 상부 타측에 힌지부(82)가 형성된 하케이스(80)와;
    상기 중케이스(10)의 상부를 커버하는 부재로서, 상기 하케이스(80)의 힌지부(82)에 힌지돌기(91)가 힌지 결합되고, 상기 개폐버튼(81)에 개폐돌기(92)가 삽입되는 상케이스(90)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 그라인딩 파우더 리필 화장품 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 핸들중케이스(20)의 상단 외주에는 걸림돌기(22)가 형성되어 상기 회전링부재(60)의 내주돌기(62)가 서로 걸려 결합하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 그라인딩 파우더 리필 화장품 용기.
