본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터는, 화장품을 저장하는 저장부와 상기 저장부에 마련되는 뚜껑을 갖는 화장품 용기에 수용되는 어플리케이터로서, 화장품을 화장 부위에 전달하는 일측의 끝단이 연속적인 면 형태가 될 정도의 고밀도로 밀집된 복수 개의 모; 및 상기 복수 개의 모의 타측에 마련되는 손잡이부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 화장품을 저장하는 저장부와 상기 저장부에 마련되는 뚜껑을 갖는 화장품 용기로서, 상기 어플리케이터를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 화장품을 저장하는 저장부와 상기 저장부에 마련되는 뚜껑을 갖는 화장품 용기로서, 상기 저장부에 마련되는 부착부; 및 상기 부착부에 자성을 이용하여 부착되는 어플리케이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
구체적으로, 상기 모를 고밀도로 밀집 고정하기 위해 마련되는 밴드부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 모의 두께는 0.06 ~ 0.08mm이고, 상기 모 길이에 대한 상기 모 두께의 비율은 2 ~ 5x10-3이며, 상기 모의 길이 중 외부로 노출된 브러쉬 헤어 길이에 대한 상기 모 두께의 비율은 3 ~ 8x10-3일 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 모의 길이 중 외부로 노출된 브러쉬 헤어 길이는, 10mm 내지 20mm이며, 상기 모의 텐션 범위는, 30 ~ 350gf일 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 화장품 용기는, 상기 저장부로부터 화장품이 배출되는 금속 재질의 토출판을 가지며, 상기 어플리케이터는 상기 토출판 위에 안착되어 상기 화장품 용기에 수용될 수 있다.

또한, 본 발명은, 퍼프에 대비하여 화장 만족도가 향상된 브러쉬 형태의 어플리케이터를 화장품 용기에 자성으로 고정할 수 있어 부착부에 고정된 어플리케이터가 거울에 닿지 않아 거울의 오염을 방지할 수 있으므로 거울을 닦아야 하는 번거로움이 줄어 사용이 편리하다.
또한, 본 발명은, 용기와 손잡이부 각각으로부터 서로에게 오염물질이 전달되는 것을 방지하도록 손잡이에 굴곡이 형성되어 위생적일 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1 및 도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터와 화장품 용기를 도시한 도면이고, 도 3 내지 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터를 도시한 도면이며, 도 6은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 도시한 도면이다. 더불어 도 7 내지 도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터와 다른 형태의 어플리케이터(퍼프 등)의 화장만족도를 비교하여 도시한 도면이다. 그리고 도 10은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터의 모의 두께, 비율을 도시한 것이다.
도 1 내지 도 10을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 화장품 용기(100)는, 저장부(110), 부착부(120), 뚜껑(130), 어플리케이터(10)를 가지며, 통상적인 팩트 용기(예를 들어, 내뚜껑을 구비한 통상의 팩트 타입의 용기구조), 메탈쿠션(예를 들어, KR10-1471339B1 에 기재된 바와 같은 용기 구조), 메탈쿠션과 동일/유사한 구조를 가지면서도 토출판이 금속이외의 재질 일례로 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 형태, 플라스틱 재질의 토출판을 적용한 에어리스 팩트 타입(도 2 참조), 또는 에어쿠션 타입 형태 (예를 들어, KR10-2018-0055324와 함께 화장액이 함침된 함침부재와 내뚜껑을 구비한 용기 구조)와 같이 공지된 다양한 형태의 화장품 용기(100)가 가능하고, 후술하겠지만 어플리케이터(10)가 화장품 용기(100)에 자성을 이용하여 부착이 이루어져 보관될 수 있다.
다만 이하의 실시예들에서, 어플리케이터(10)가 자력으로 부착되는 경우, 화장품 용기(100)는 메탈쿠션 구조를 이루는 것이 바람직할 수 있으며 후술되는 부착부(120)가 금속재질의 토출판(121)으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 일부만 금속재질로 이루어질 수도 있는 바와 같이, 공지된 기술내용과 상충되지 않는다면 다양한 변형예와 조합이 가능하다.
다시 말해서 부착부(120)가, 금속재질의 토출판(121)으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하나, 토출판(121)이 하나의 금속재질로 이루어지는 것 외에, 금속재질의 층과 플라스틱층이 적층되는 구조를 이루거나, 금속재질과 플라스틱이 동일한 층에서 마련되되 자력이 필요한 부분에 금속재질이 부분 형성되거나, 플라스틱 재질로만 이루어질 수도 있는 바와 같이, 다양한 변형예가 가능하며, 공지된 용기 구조가 본 실시예에 상충되지 않는다면 어떠한 구조라도 무방하다.
먼저 저장부(110)는, 화장품을 저장할 수 있다. 저장부(110)에 화장품이 저장되는 형태는, 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 공지된 다양한 형태의 화장품 용기(100)가 가능함에 따라 여러 형태의 화장품 용기(100)에 적합한 구조 및 구성을 가질 수 있고, 공지된 기술에 갈음하여 구체적인 설명은 생략하도록 한다.
부착부(120)는 어플리케이터(10)가 장착되는 구성으로서, 일례로 화장품 용기(100)가 메탈쿠션 타입을 이루는 경우, 토출판(121)과 에어리스 펌프 구조로 이루어질 수 있다(도 2 참조). 또는, 상기 에어리스 펌프 구조가 생략되고 토출판(121)의 하부에 스폰지와 같은 함침부재에 화장료가 함침된 형태로 변형이 가능하고, 이 경우 부착부(120)는 토출판(121) 그 자체로 이루어질 수도 있다.
토출판(121)은, 저장부(110)로부터 화장품이 배출되는 금속 재질로 이루어질 수 있고, 이때 어플리케이터(10)는 토출판(121) 위에 안착되어 화장품 용기(100)에 수용될 수 있는데, 어플리케이터(10)가 화장품 용기(100)에 수용될 때, 자성(자력)을 이용하여 토출판(121)에 부착되도록 마련될 수 있어, 어플리케이터(10)는 자석(14)을 포함할 수 있으며, 이는 후술하도록 한다.
이와 같이 금속 재질의 토출판(121)에 어플리케이터(10)가 자력으로 부착되는 것 외에, 토출판(121)을 기준으로 어플리케이터(10)의 반대편에 마련되는 에어리스 펌프 구조 중 어느 하나의 구성이 금속재질로 이루어져 어플리케이터(10)에 대하여 자성이 작용될 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 도 2를 참조하면 에어리스 펌프 구조는, 가이드부(122), 피스톤링(123), 실린더(124), 탄성부재(125)를 포함할 수 있으며, 간략하게는 아래와 같다.
가이드부(122)는 토출판(121)의 하면에 마련되어 토출판(121)에 형성되는 복수의 토출공(도시하지 않음)으로 화장품의 토출을 가이드할 수 있다.
실린더(124)는 저장부(110)의 중앙 부분에 결합될 수 있고, 실린더(124) 내부에 피스톤링(123), 피스톤(부호 도시하지 않음)이 구비될 수 있으며, 실린더(124) 하부에는 저장부(110)의 화장품의 유입을 위한 구멍(부호 도시하지 않음)이 형성될 수 있다.
여기서 실린더(124) 내부의 압력이 저장부(110)의 내부 압력보다 낮아지는 경우 실린더(124)의 구멍을 통해 화장품이 실린더(124) 내부로 유입될 수 있고, 실린더(124) 내부로 유입된 화장품은 실린더(124) 내부의 압력이 높아지는 경우에 피스톤을 통해 외부로 배출될 수 있다.
그리고 탄성부재(125)는 스프링으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 가이드부(122)에 상방으로 탄성력을 제공하여 하부로 이동한 가이드부(122)를 상방으로 밀어올릴 수 있다. 이에 따라 탄성부재(125)는 가이드부(122)와 토출판(121)을 기본적으로 상승한 상태로 유지시킬 수 있어, 사용자의 가압으로 하방으로 이동한 토출판(121)의 위치를 탄성부재(125)가 복원시킬 수 있다.
이러한 구성 및 작동은 공지된 에어리스 펌프 구조가 적용될 수 있으며, 이러한 구성 중 하나 일례로 탄성부재(125), 토출판(121) 등의 구성이 금속재질로 이루어져 어플리케이터(10)가 자성에 의해 부착부(120)에 부착되어 고정이 형성됨으로써, 어플리케이터(10)가 화장품 용기(100)로부터 떨어지지 않고 안정적으로 보관이 이루어질 수 있다.
이때 어플리케이터(10) 상부에 거울이 마련되는 경우, 어플리케이터(10)가 부착부(120)에 고정된 형태로 보관될 수 있으므로, 화장품 용기(100)가 흔들리더라도 어플리케이터(10)가 거울에 닿지 않는 상태로 보관이 유지될 수 있어, 거울이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
더불어 사용자가 토출판(121) 상에 어플리케이터(10)를 임의로 놓아도 자력의 힘으로 어플리케이터(10)가 정위치로 배치될 수 있는 바와 같이, 어플리케이터(10)가 설계상의 위치로 배치될 수 있어 뚜껑(130)이 닫힐 때 어플리케이터(10)의 모(11)가 뚜껑(130)에 끼이는 등의 문제가 없어 어플리케이터(10)가 손상되지 않고 보관될 수 있다.
그리고 앞서 언급된 바와 같이 토출판(121)이 하나의 금속재질로 이루어지는 것 외에, 금속재질의 층과 플라스틱층이 적층되는 구조를 이루거나, 금속재질과 플라스틱이 동일한 층에서 마련되되 자력이 필요한 부분에 금속재질이 부분 형성되거나, 플라스틱 재질로만 이루어질 수도 있는 바와 같이, 다양한 변형예가 가능하며, 공지된 용기 구조가 본 실시예에 상충되지 않는다면 어떠한 구조라도 무방하다.
다른 예로 화장품 용기(100)가, 파우더나 에어쿠션 타입을 이루는 경우, 부착부(120)는 중체(120B)에 의해 이루어질 수 있다(도 6 참조).
중체(120B)는, 저장부(110)와 뚜껑(130) 사이에 마련될 수 있으며, 이때 어플리케이터(10)는 중체(120B)에 안착되어 화장품 용기(100)에 수용될 수 있다.
여기서 중체(120B)는, 저장부(110)에 저장된 화장품과 어플리케이터(10)를 구획할 수 있으며, 뚜껑(130)과 어긋난 방향으로 힌지 회전되어 저장부(110)를 개폐할 수 있고, 적어도 일부(어플리케이터(10)가 자력으로 부착되는 영역)가 금속재질로 이루어져 어플리케이터(10)가 자성에 의해 부착이 이루어질 수 있다.
뚜껑(130)은, 저장부(110)에 마련되어 화장품을 커버할 수 있으며, 화장품 용기(100)에 중체(120B)가 마련되는 경우 중체(120B)까지 커버할 수 있고, 앞서 언급된 바와 같이 뚜껑(130)과 중체(120B)의 힌지 회전방향이 어긋나게 마련되어 뚜껑(130)에 거울이 마련되는 경우 중체(120B)의 개방이 뚜껑(130)을 가리지 않도록 함으로써 중체(120B)의 개폐 여부에 관계없이 사용자는 뚜껑(130)의 거울을 이용할 수 있다.
어플리케이터(10)는, 화장품 용기(100)에 수용되며, 화장품을 피부에 펴바르는 구성으로서, 복수 개의 모(11), 밴드부(12), 손잡이부(13, 13A)를 포함한다.
특히 어플리케이터(10)의 모의 길이/두께/텐션이 적절하지 않을 경우, 화장품을 피부에 전달시 브러쉬 결 자국이 남거나 화장품이 뭉치는 등 화장이 매끄럽게 표현되지 않아, 동일한 도포면에 대하여 브러쉬를 반복적으로 쓸어내리며 화장을 수행하여야 하는 번거로움이 발생하기 때문에 본실시예는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 아래와 같은 구성을 가지는 것이다.
먼저, 복수 개의 모(11)는, 화장품을 화장 부위에 전달하는 일측의 끝단이 연속적인 면 형태가 될 정도의 고밀도로 밀집된다.
예를 들어 모(11)의 두께는, 도 10에 개시된 바와 같이, 0.06 ~ 0.08mm일 수 있고, 모(11) 길이에 대한 모(11) 두께의 비율은 2 ~ 5 x 10-3이며 모(11)의 길이 중 외부로 노출된 브러쉬 헤어 길이에 대한 모(11) 두께의 비율은 3 ~ 8 x 10-3일 수 있고, 모(11)의 길이 중 외부로 노출된 브러쉬 헤어 길이는, 10 ~ 20mm, 바람직하게는 10 ~ 15mm일 수 있으며, 모(11)의 텐션 범위는, 30gf ~ 350gf, 바람직하게는 100 ~ 300gf, 더욱 바람직하게는 150 ~ 250gf일 수 있다.
구체적으로, 모(11)의 두께가 0.07mm이고, 모(11) 길이에 대한 모(11) 두께의 비율은 3.4 ~ 4.6 x 10-3이며, 브러쉬 헤어 길이에 대한 모(11) 두께의 비율은 5 ~ 7 x 10-3일 수 있고, 외부로 노출된 브러쉬 헤어 길이는, 12mm이며, 모(11)의 텐션 범위는, 210gf일 수 있다.
이와 같은 본 실시예의 어플리케이터(10)는, 도 7 내지 도 9를 참조하는 바와 같이 화장만족도가 향상될 수 있다. 여기서, 도 7 내지 도 9에 개시된 0 내지 5는 불만족에 가까운 경우 0에 가깝고 만족도가 높을수록 5에 가까운 것이다.
그리고 도 10에 대한 모(11)의 두께, 비율 등은 아래와 같이 테스트되고, 정의될 수 있다.
브러쉬 헤어를 이루는 개별 가닥의 모(11)의 두께는, 'video microscope system, IMS-D-345, 300배율 확대'로 측정하였으며, 모(11)의 길이는 외부로 노출된 모(11)의 길이 및 밴드부(12) 내부의 모(11)의 길이를 합한 것을 의미하는 것으로 브러쉬를 구성하는 개별 모(11) 가닥의 전체 길이를 의미할 수 있다.
더불어 브러쉬 헤어 길이는, 실제로 사용되는 외부로 노출된 모(11)의 길이만을 의미할 수 있고, 모(11)의 두께와 모(11) 길이의 비율값이 작을수록 브러쉬의 유연성이 증가할 수 있다.
아울러 모(11)의 끝단이 지면에 닿은 상태로 70도 기울여 'Universal Test Machine (LLOYD, LS-1)'에 고정한 후 50mm/min의 속도로 5mm 눌러 주었을 때 최대하중을 측정하여 텐션을 측정한 것이다.
상기와 같은 스팩을 가지는 본 실시예의 어플리케이터(10)는 퍼프 등에 대비하여 화장 만족도가 향상될 수 있으며, 이는 도 7 내지 도 9를 통해 알 수 있다.
먼저 도 7은, 일반적인 퍼프(발포체로 이루어질 수 있음)와 본 실시예의 어플리케이터(10)를 사용한 경우의 광택만족도, 커버력, 모공커버력, 밀착력, 도포량, 최종화장만족도를 비교한 것이다.
도 7을 참조하는 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터(10)와 퍼프를 비교하면, 퍼프의 경우 3.5 내외의 만족도를 도출하는데 반해, 본 실시예의 어플리케이터(10)를 사용하는 경우 4 내외의 만족도를 도출하며, 광택만족도, 최종화장만족도 등이 퍼프에 대비하여 만족도가 모두 상승되는 것을 알 수 있다.
그뿐만 아니라 도 8은, 헤어길이가 20mm 이상인 브러쉬와 본 실시예의 어플리케이터(10)의 발림성, 텐션감, 사용감, 광택만족도, 모공커버력, 밀착력, 최종화장만족도를 비교한 것이다.
도 8을 참조하는 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터(10)와 헤어길이가 20mm 이상인 브러쉬를 비교하면, 헤어길이가 20mm 이상인 브러쉬의 경우 발림성, 텐션감, 사용감, 밀찰력, 최종화장만족도 모두 3 이하의 만족도를 도출하는 것에 반해, 본 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터(10)의 만족도는 모두 4 이상으로서, 발림성, 최종화장만족도 등이 헤어길이가 20mm 이상인 브러쉬에 대비하여 만족도가 모두 상승되는 것을 알 수 있다.
게다가 도 9는, 텐션 350gf 이상의 브러쉬와 본 실시예의 어플리케이터(10)의 발림성, 텐션감, 사용감, 광택만족도, 커버력, 모공커버력, 밀착력, 최종화장만족도를 비교한 것이다.
도 9를 참조하는 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터(10)와 텐션 350gf 이상의 브러쉬를 비교하면, 텐션 350gf 이상의 브러쉬는 사용상의 텐션감이 3이하의 만족도를 가지는 것은 물론, 발림성 및 광택만족도를 제외한 최종화장만족도 등이 본 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터(10)에 대비하여 만족도가 낮은 것을 알 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 실시예에 따른 어플리케이터(10)는, 사용자의 화장만족도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이러한 모(11)를 고정하기 위해 밴드부(12)가 마련될 수 있다.
밴드부(12)는, 모(11)를 고정할 수 있는 구성으로서, 모(11)를 고밀도로 밀집 고정하기 위해 마련될 수 있으며, 금속재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
여기서 밴드부(12)는, 모(11)가 고정되되 손잡이부(13, 13A)와 분리 가능하게 이루어져 밴드부(12)와 손잡이부(13, 13A)의 교체를 통해 모(11)를 교체하여 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 밴드부(12)와 손잡이부(13, 13A)가 접착제 등으로 접착되어 고정될 수도 있는 바와 같이 다양한 변형예가 가능하다.
게다가 밴드부(12)는, 손잡이부(13A)가 굴곡지게 이루어지더라도 손잡이부(13A)와 달리 평면을 이루어 부착부(120)에 용이하게 밀착될 수 있다.
손잡이부(13, 13A)는, 사용자가 어플리케이터(10)를 잡기 위한 구성으로서, 복수 개의 모(11)의 타측에 마련될 수 있고, 연장부(13B), 자석(14)이 마련될 수 있다.
먼저 손잡이부(13, 13A)는 토출판(121)/중체(120B)에 밀착되는 평면을 가질 수 있으나(도 1 참조), 이와 달리 굴곡을 이루어 토출판(121)/중체(120B)와의 사이에 공간이 형성됨으로써 토출판(121)/중체(120B)로부터 이물질이 전달되거나 전달하는 것을 방지하여 사용자가 위생적인 사용을 이루도록 할 수 있다(도 2 내지 도 5 참조).
연장부(13B)는, 밴드부(12)에 결합되기 위한 구성으로서, 밴드부(12)의 내측을 향해 한 쌍으로 연장되어, 밴드부(12)의 내측 양단에 밀착되는 구조를 가질 수 있고, 한 쌍의 연장부(13B) 사이에는 자석(14)의 자력이 부착부(120)에 영향을 미치도록 연장부(13B)가 자석(14)을 간섭하지 않게 공간이 마련될 수 있다.
자석(14)은, 일례로 손잡이부(13, 13A)가 밴드부(12)에 결합시 손잡이부(13, 13A)의 연장부(13B)와 함께 밴드부(12)의 내측에 마련될 수 있으며, 밴드부(12)의 내측에 밀착되는 바 형태를 가질 수 있다.
여기서 자석(14)은 영구자석으로 이루어질 수 있고, 네오디움 자석과 같은 강력자석으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 손잡이부(13, 13A)는 플라스틱, 실리콘 등 다양한 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
더불어 본 명세서에서는 어플리케이터(10)에 자석(14)이 마련되는 것으로 설명하였으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 부착부(120)에 인력(자력)의 상승을 위한 물질로서 자석이 추가될 수 있는 바와 같이 다양한 변형예가 가능하다.
이와 같이 본 실시예는, 퍼프에 대비하여 화장 만족도가 향상된 브러쉬 형태의 어플리케이터(10)를 화장품 용기(100)에 자성으로 고정하여 보관이 용이할 수 있고, 부착부(120)에 고정된 상태로 어플리케이터(10)가 보관될 수 있으므로 어플리케이터(10)가 거울을 오염시키지 않아 거울을 닦아야 하는 번거로움을 줄일 수 있어 편리하다.
본 발명은 상기에서 설명한 실시예로 한정되지 않으며, 상기 실시예들의 조합 또는 상기 실시예 중 적어도 어느 하나와 공지 기술의 조합을 또 다른 실시예로서 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함은 명백하다고 할 것이다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 모두 본 발명의 영역에 속하는 것으로 본 발명의 구체적인 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의하여 명확해질 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 화장품을 저장하는 저장부와 상기 저장부에 마련되는 뚜껑을 갖는 화장품 용기에 수용되는 어플리케이터로서,
    화장품을 화장 부위에 전달하는 일측의 끝단이 연속적인 면 형태가 될 정도의 고밀도로 밀집된 복수 개의 모; 및
    상기 복수 개의 모의 타측에 마련되는 손잡이부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어플리케이터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모를 고밀도로 밀집 고정하기 위해 마련되는 밴드부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어플리케이터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모의 두께는 0.06 ~ 0.08mm이고,
    상기 모 길이에 대한 상기 모 두께의 비율은 2 ~ 5x10-3이며
    상기 모의 길이 중 외부로 노출된 브러쉬 헤어 길이에 대한 상기 모 두께의 비율은 3 ~ 8x10-3인 것을 특징으로 하는 어플리케이터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모의 길이 중 외부로 노출된 브러쉬 헤어 길이는, 10mm 내지 20mm이며,
    상기 모의 텐션 범위는, 30gf 내지 350gf인 것을 특징으로 하는 어플리케이터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화장품 용기는,
    상기 저장부로부터 화장품이 배출되는 금속 재질의 토출판을 가지며,
    상기 토출판 위에 안착되어 상기 화장품 용기에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어플리케이터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품 용기에 수용될 때, 자성을 이용하여 상기 토출판에 부착되도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어플리케이터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품 용기는, 상기 저장부와 상기 뚜껑 사이에 마련되는 중체를 가지며,
    상기 중체에 안착되어 상기 화장품 용기에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어플리케이터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부는,
    바닥면에 대하여 공간이 형성되도록 굴곡이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 어플리케이터.
  9. 화장품을 저장하는 저장부와 상기 저장부에 마련되는 뚜껑을 갖는 화장품 용기로서,
    제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 상기 어플리케이터를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  10. 화장품을 저장하는 저장부와 상기 저장부에 마련되는 뚜껑을 갖는 화장품 용기로서,
    상기 저장부에 마련되는 부착부; 및
    상기 부착부에 자성을 이용하여 부착되는 어플리케이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 부착부는,
    상기 저장부로부터 화장품이 배출되는 금속 재질의 토출판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 부착부는,
    상기 저장부와 상기 뚜껑 사이에 마련되는 중체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 어플리케이터는,
    화장품을 화장 부위에 전달하는 복수 개의 모;
    상기 복수 개의 모를 고정하는 밴드부; 및
    상기 밴드부에서 상기 복수 개의 모의 반대편에 마련되는 손잡이부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부는,
    상기 부착부와의 사이에 공간이 형성되도록 굴곡이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부는,
    상기 부착부에 부착되는 자석을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
