The present invention relates to a tire cleaning mat for cleaning a vehicle tire.
At construction sites where soil is exposed, mud adheres to the tires of trucks that carry luggage, so when the trucks leave the road as they are, mud adheres to the road surface. In this case, after the work, the worker at the construction site must clean the road surface.
In order to solve such a problem, a vehicle tire cleaning apparatus has been disclosed which removes the mud adhered to the tire to prevent the mud from adhering to the road surface (for example, Patent Document 1).
The tire cleaning device described in Patent Document 1 includes an elastically deformable cylinder, a tread that can press the cylinder from above, a water supply port that is connected to one end of the cylinder and that supplies cleaning water, and a cylinder body. Since the mat 2 is repeatedly subjected to a pressing force from the outside, it is preferable to use a material having excellent restoring force and durability for this mat 2. For example, an elastic member such as a rubber material can be used. The top member 5, the bottom member 6, the side member 7, and the partition member 8 may be made of the same material or different materials. Further, the mat 2 may be divided and used side by side.
Further, the bottom member 6 may be configured as shown in FIG. 3 and may have a structure that can be attached to and detached from the side member 7 and the partition member 8. By removing the bottom member 6, the sludge accumulated in the pump chamber 3 can be easily washed.
[Pump chamber 3]
A plurality of pump chambers 3 are formed in each of the longitudinal direction X and the lateral direction Y, and water is stored in these pump chambers 3. The pump chamber 3 has a top member 5 as an upper wall, a bottom member 6 as a lower wall, and a partition member 8 as a side wall. Therefore, when the ceiling member 5 receives a pressing force from the outside, the ceiling member 5 is crushed, the partition member 8 is deformed, and the volume of the pump chamber 3 is reduced. The shape of the pump chamber 3 can be a cube, a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylinder, a cone, or the like. The shape of the pump chamber 3 can be determined in consideration of the difficulty of manufacturing, the efficiency of discharge and suction, and the like.
[Discharge suction hole 4]
The discharge suction hole 4 is formed so as to penetrate the front surface 5A and the back surface 5B of the ceiling member 5, and the opening 9 of the discharge suction hole 4 is circular. A plurality of the discharge suction holes 4 are provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction X and the lateral direction Y. The discharge / suction hole 4 serves as a flow path for water inside and outside the mat 2. Specifically, when the ceiling member 5 receives a pressing force from the outside, the water stored in the pump chamber 3 is discharged to the outside of the mat 2 through the discharge suction hole 4, and when the pressing force disappears, The water outside the mat 2 is sucked into the pump chamber 3 through the discharge suction hole 4. The shape of the discharge / suction hole 4 may be an elliptical shape, a quadrangle, a star shape, a triangle, or the like other than the circular shape, and can be determined in consideration of the difficulty of manufacturing, the efficiency of discharging / sucking water, and the like. it can. The arrangement and number of the discharge / suction holes 4 can be determined in consideration of the shape of the tire 15, the efficiency of discharging / sucking water, and the like.
Next, a method for manufacturing the tire cleaning mat 1 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the tire cleaning mat 1 has a rectangular shape that is partitioned by a partition member 8 between the top member 5 having the discharge / suction hole 4 formed therein and the flat bottom member 6, and penetrates vertically. It is manufactured by sandwiching the intermediate member 10 in which the through hole 10A is formed and adhering them to each other.
One discharge suction hole 4 corresponds to one through hole 10A. Further, the top member 5 is provided above the through hole 10A and the bottom member 6 is provided below the through hole 10A, whereby the pump chamber 3 is formed.
The tire cleaning mat 1 described above constitutes a part of the tire cleaning device 11, as shown in FIG. 5, for example. The tire cleaning device 11 includes a rectangular water tank 12, a tire cleaning mat 1 installed inside the water tank 12, and inclined members 13A and 13B provided before and after the tire cleaning mat 1 in the longitudinal direction X. ing. By immersing the tire cleaning mat 1 in the water tank 12, water is stored in each pump chamber 3.
The tire cleaning device 11 is installed, for example, at the boundary between a construction site in a forest where soil is exposed and a general road. The tire cleaning device 11 is installed on the iron plate 14 laid on the installation surface, and the right tire and the left tire are installed in parallel.
As shown in FIG. 6, the truck T passes through the tire cleaning device 11 when exiting from the construction site to the road. Specifically, it passes through the tilting member 13A, travels on the mat 2, and passes through the tilting member 13B.
Next, the function and effect of the tire cleaning mat 1 according to this embodiment will be described.
When the truck T passes over the tire cleaning mat 1, as shown in FIG. 7, the mat 2 (top member 5) receives a large pressing force from the tire 15, the partition member 8 is crushed, and the volume of the pump chamber 3 is reduced. Get smaller. Then, the water stored in the pump chamber 3 is vigorously ejected from the discharge / suction hole 4 toward the running surface of the tire 15. The injected water collides with the tire 15 from below, and the impact of the collision removes the adhering mud from the tire 15.
When the mat 2 receives a pressing force from the tire 15, the top member 5 in front of and behind the surface in contact with the tire 15 (the part that receives the pressing force) bends. Then, the orientations of the openings 9 of the discharge suction holes 4 on the front side and the rear side of the surface in contact with the tire 15 are changed to the direction of the tire 15. Therefore, the front surface of the tire 15 collides with the injected water and the mud is removed from the tire 15, as shown by the arrow F1. On the other hand, behind the tire 15, as shown by the arrow F2, water containing mud is sucked into the pump chamber 3 via the discharge suction hole 4.
Also, in addition to the front and back of the surface in contact with the tire 15, the top and bottom members 5 on the left and right of the surface in contact with the tire 15 (the portion that receives the pressing force) are bent. Therefore, not only the volume of the pump chamber 3 corresponding to the surface directly receiving the pressing force from the tire 15 but also the volume of the pump chamber 3 around it becomes small. Then, water is also sprayed from the periphery of the tire 15, and in addition to the traveling surface of the tire 15, the periphery of the traveling surface is also washed.
In this way, the mud adhered is removed in the front of the tire 15 and the water containing the mud is sucked in the rear, so that the tire 15 can be reliably washed, and when the truck T goes out of the construction site on the roadway. It can avoid polluting the road surface.
Further, in the tire cleaning mat 1 according to the present embodiment, since the plurality of pump chambers 3 are provided, water (fluid) does not circulate or move between the pump chambers 3 when pressed. Therefore, the water can be efficiently discharged or sucked through the discharge / suction hole 4.
On the front surface 5A of the top member 5 of the tire cleaning mat 1 according to this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, it is possible to provide a protrusion 16 as a tire adhesion preventing member. The protrusion 16 has a conical shape and is provided between the discharge suction holes 4 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction X.
By providing the protrusions 16, when the truck T travels on the mat 2, the protrusions 16 come into contact with the tires 15, and a gap is created between the ceiling member 5 and the tires 15. Then, the opening 9 of the discharge / suction hole 4 is prevented from being blocked by the tire 15, and water can be reliably sprayed toward the tire 15 via the discharge / suction hole 4.
The shape of the protrusion 16 is not limited to the conical shape, and for example, a rectangular parallelepiped shape can be used as shown in FIG. Further, a brush 17 can be provided, and the brush 17 plays a role of a tire adhesion preventing member and a role of scraping out the mud fitted in the groove of the tire 15.
The tire cleaning mat 1 according to this embodiment is manufactured by stacking the top member 5, the intermediate member 10, and the bottom member 6, and does not have a complicated structure. Therefore, as compared with a tire cleaning device that uses a large-scale device other than the mat 2, the installation work can be facilitated and the device can be installed at any place.
<他の例>
<Other examples>
In the tire cleaning mats 1A and 1B according to another example of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the bottom portion of the pump chamber 3 is wholly or partially opened. The tire cleaning mats 1A and 1B differ from the tire cleaning mat 1 described above in that the bottom member 6 is not provided.
It should be noted that the bottom portion being completely opened means that the bottom member 6 of the tire cleaning mat 1 is not provided, and the bottom portion being partially opened means that the bottom member 6 has a through hole (described later). It means that the through hole 6A) is provided.
In the tire cleaning mat 1A, the bottom member 6 is provided with a through hole 6A smaller in size than the bottom of the pump chamber 3 in accordance with the position of the pump chamber 3. Since the through hole 6A is formed in the bottom member 6 of the pump chamber 3, sludge accumulated in the pump chamber 3 can be removed through the through hole 6A, and the pump chamber 3 can be easily washed.
The water inside the pump chamber 3 vertically applies pressure to each member in contact with it (arrow in FIG. 10). Therefore, pressure is applied to the bottom member 6 from water, and the adhesion between the bottom member 6 and the water tank 12 is improved. Then, the water stored in the pump chamber 3 can be prevented from leaking to the adjacent pump chamber 3.
The tire cleaning mat 1B has a structure in which the bottom member 6 is not provided and the lower end of the partition member 8 directly contacts the water tank 12 (FIG. 11). This tire cleaning mat 1B maintains its adhesiveness because the lower end of the partition member 8 is in close contact with the water tank 12. Since the tire cleaning mat 1B is not provided with the bottom member 6, the sludge accumulated in the pump chamber 3 (bottom of the water tank 12) can be easily washed.
In the tire cleaning mat 1B, an example in which the side wall of the partition member 8 has almost the same thickness is shown, but the side wall thickness of the partition member 8 can be gradually increased toward the bottom. In this case, the contact area between the partition member 8 and the water tank 12 can be increased, and the adhesion between the partition member 8 and the water tank 12 can be increased. Then, the force applied to the side wall of the partition member 8 in the longitudinal direction X (the force applied to the partition member 8 from the adjacent pump chamber 3 side) is offset, and the force applied downward in the vertical direction with respect to the longitudinal direction X is canceled. growing. Then, the force of pushing the lower end portion of the partition member 8 toward the water tank 12 increases, and the adhesion between the partition member 8 and the water tank 12 can be further enhanced.
Although the present embodiment has been described above, the configurations described in the above embodiments can be selected or changed to other configurations as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. ..
In the present embodiment, an example has been described in which, when mud on the construction site adheres to the tire 15, water is injected as a fluid to wash the tire 15, but air can be used as the fluid. For example, when an adhered substance that is a powder and hardens due to the inclusion of water adheres to the tire 15, it cannot be washed by injecting water. Therefore, by injecting the air from the pump chamber 3, the powder deposit can be removed.
Further, in the present embodiment, the tire cleaning mat 1 in which one discharge suction hole 4 is provided for one pump chamber 3 has been described, but the number of the discharge suction holes 4 for one pump chamber 3 is one. The number is not limited to this, and a plurality may be provided.
The protrusion 16 and the brush 17 as the tire adhesion preventing member can be provided on the tire cleaning mats 1A and 1B.
