请参照图1至图4,在本申请实施例中,检测支架100设置为支撑显示面板200,所述显示面板200包括相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面到第二表面的方向为第一方向,所述检测支架100包括至少一支撑组件10,所述支撑组件10包括
底座1,沿第一方向依次形成有间隔的第一收纳槽11和第二收纳槽12;
第一止挡件2,可拆卸连接于所述底座1,并收纳于所述第一收纳槽11内;及
第二止挡件3,可拆卸连接于所述底座1,并收纳于所述第二收纳槽12内;
当所述显示面板200放置于检测支架100上时,所述底座1抵持所述显示面板200的一侧面,所述第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3分别抵接所述第一表面和所述第二表面。
本实施例中,该检测支架100设置为支撑显示面板200使其处于竖立状态,从而方便对显示面板200进行光学性能的测试,以保证显示面板200的合格率。所述显示面板200为日常所见的显示设备,包括相对的第一表面和第二表面及四个侧面。当现实面板200的尺寸较小时,可以设置支撑组件10的数量为一个。当然,为了提供较为稳定的支撑,一般为两个支撑组件10一起使用。底座1呈长条板状,具有一定的厚度,其材质可以是金属,具有较大的质量,从而可以起到很好的稳固作用。当然,底座1的材质也不限于金属,例如电木、塑胶或是其他材料。底座1一体成型,有效提高其结构强度。第一止挡件2、第二止挡件3和底座1的连接可以分别是螺纹连接、卡扣连接或是其他可拆卸地形式连接中的一种。
底座开1设有第一收纳槽11和第二收纳槽12,第一收纳槽11与第二收纳槽12的间隔距离为常规尺寸的显示设备200的厚度,便于夹持常见的显示设备。该第一收纳槽11深度与第一止挡件2的厚度相匹配,第二收纳槽12深度与第二止挡件3的厚度相匹配,且第一收纳槽11的宽度比第一止挡件2的宽度略大,第二收纳槽12的宽度比第二止挡件3的宽度略大,从而使得第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3在收纳和支撑状态转换过程中较为便利。
第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3均设置一个,结构简单,两者处于工作状态时分别抵接显示面板200的相对的第一表面和第二表面。当然,底座1也可以设置地较宽,从而开设多个并排的第一容纳槽11和第二容纳槽12,可以是第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3中的一者设置一个,另一者设置多个,从而实现更稳定的夹持;当然,也可以是第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3均设置多个,在此不做数量上的限定。
当显示面板200放于检测支架100时,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3中有一个会抵接显示面板200屏幕,另一个抵接显示面板200的背板,以下实施例中均设定第一表面为屏幕,第二表面为背板的表面,第一止挡件2抵接显示面板200的屏幕,第二止挡件3抵接显示面板200的背板。当然,也可以第一止挡件2抵接显示面板200的背板,第二止挡件3抵接显示面板200的屏幕。第二止挡件3和第一止挡件2面向显示面板200的表面可以完全抵接显示面板200的表面,也可以部分抵接。本实施例中,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3平行设置,使得两者均完全抵接显示面板200的表面,从而进一步增加夹持的稳定性。
本申请技术方案通过设置第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3与底座1配合,形成夹持位,结构简单,无需复杂的连接关系,该夹持位可以夹持显示面板200两相对的表面和一侧面,即,底座1抵持显示面板200的一侧面,第一止挡件2抵接第一表面,第二止挡件3抵接第二表面,该结构降低了支撑显示面板200的高度,且增加了检测支架00与显示面板200的接触面积,从而可以提供稳定的支撑,不会出现掉落损坏的情况;同时,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3与底座1为可拆卸连接,并分别可以收容于第一容纳槽11和第二容纳槽12内,在检测支架100不使用或移动携带时,可以将第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3收容起来,与底座1平行放置,简单方便,无需拆卸掉,节约空间,且不会分离,从而方便存放携带。
请结合图1和图2,本申请的一实施例中,所述第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3分别与所述底座1转动连接。
本实施例中,为了方便将支撑组件10的第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3在收容与支撑之间转换,设置第一止挡件2与底座1转动连接,第二止挡件3也与底座1为转动连接。从而在不使用时,可以转动第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3,使其各自收纳于第一收纳槽11和第二收纳槽12内,简单方便,省时省力;在使用状态时,再转动第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3至抵持位置,并且固定两者使其稳定于抵持位置,从而实现稳定的支撑。
请参照图5至图7,本申请的一实施例中,第一收纳槽11的两侧壁开设有贯通的两第一安装孔13,所述第二收纳槽12的两侧壁开设有贯通的两第二安装孔14,所述第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3分别开设有第一连接孔21和第二连接孔31;
一锁固件4穿设于所述第一安装孔13和第一连接孔21内并与锁紧件5配合,使得所述第一止挡件2螺接于所述底座1,另一锁固件4穿设所述第二安装孔14和第二连接孔31内并与锁紧件5配合,使所述第二止挡件3螺接于所述底座1。
本实施例中,使用紧固件4穿设于第一安装孔13和第一连接孔21内,该紧固件4为螺栓,锁紧件5为螺母,第一连接孔21与紧固件4的配合为过盈配合,紧固件4与第一安装孔13的配合为松配合,从而方便紧固件4于第一安装孔13内转动,同时带动第一止挡件2转动,在锁紧件拧入紧固件4时,使得第一止挡件2处于稳定状态。该结构的设置既可以实现第一止挡件2与底座1的转动连接,也可以实现第一止挡件2的稳定固定,简单方便,且节约材料和加工成本。同理,第二止挡件3也通过锁固件4穿设于第二连接孔31与第二安装孔14内,从而可以转动连接于底座1,也可以在转动到位时,实现稳定固定。当然,转动连接的方式还可以是轴孔转动等其他连接方式,并同时提供支撑固定的结构。
请参照图2和图5,本申请的一实施例中,所述第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3沿第一方向上的间隔距离可调节。
本实施例中,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3可根据实际需求与底座1呈直角或锐角设置,从而使得显示面板200垂直于底座1或相对于底座1倾斜设置,方便进行光学色域、均匀度及穿透率等的测量。同时,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3之间沿第一方向上的间隔距离可调节设置,使得该检测支架100可以设置为夹持不同厚度的显示面板200,从而提高广泛适用性,实用性强。
本申请的一实施例中,所述第二安装孔14为沿第一方向上延伸的条形孔或腰型孔,所述锁固件4带动所述第二止挡件3于所述第二安装孔14内可移动设置。
本实施例中,设置第二止挡件3相对于底座1可滑动设置,第一止挡件2在第一方向上相对于底座1不动,从而仅通过调节第二止挡件3的位置,就可以调节第一止挡件2与第二止挡件3之间的间距以夹持不同厚度的显示面板200,结构简单,操作便捷,提高检测效率。第二安装孔14为沿着第一方向延伸条形孔或腰型孔,从而可以使穿设于第二安装孔14的锁固件4沿第一方向滑动,进而带动第二止挡件3沿第一方向滑动,从而增大与第一止挡件2的沿第一方向上的间距,实现夹持不同厚度的显示面板200的目的。第二安装孔14的尺寸与锁固件4的尺寸相匹配,便于滑动的同时也不会使锁固件4过于松动。锁固件4在第二安装孔14内滑动,并在合适的位置固定,从而形成一定的夹持间距夹持一定厚度的显示面板200。当然,也可以是将第一安装孔14设置为沿第一方向延伸的条形孔或腰型孔,从而移动第一止挡件3调节第一止挡件2与第二止挡件3沿第一方向上的距离。也可以设置第一止挡件2与第二止挡件3均与底座1可滑动设置,从而使得第一止挡件2与第二止挡件3的间距调节选择性更多。
请参照图2,本申请的一实施例中,当所述显示面板200放置于检测支架100上时,所述第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3与所述底座1垂直设置。
本实施例中,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3均与底座1垂直,可以使显示面板200完全直立于水平面,从而可以使显示面板200的重量直接压设于底座1,减少对第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3的弯折压力,使得该检测支架100使用更耐久。在进行光学测试时,也可以提高测试的效率。
本申请的一实施例中,所述第一容纳槽11和第二容纳槽12的槽底分别开设有第一避开孔16和第二避开孔17,所述显示面板200放置于检测支架100上时,所述第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3的端部分别处于所述第一避开孔16和第二避开孔17内。
本实施例中,第一容纳槽11的槽底开设有第一避开孔16,第二容纳槽12的槽底开设第二避开孔17,第一避开孔16和第二避开孔17的形状可以为方形或圆形或者其他形状,第一避开孔16的长度与第一安装孔13的直径大致相同,第二避开孔17的长度与第二安装孔14的长度相同,从而方便调节间距时,也可以使得第二止挡件3的端部处于避让状态。该结构的设置,可以降低第一容纳槽11和第二容纳槽12的深度,保持两者的深度与第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3厚度相一致,从而使得第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3的安装位置更加贴合底座1,使得支撑结构更加稳定。
请参照图2和图6及图7,本申请的一实施例中,所述第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3均为长杆状,且所述第一止挡件2的长度小于所述第二止挡件3的长度。
本实施例中,为了进一步提高夹持稳定性,第一止挡件2为长杆状,因其夹持在显示面板200的屏幕表面上,故而其高度、宽度和厚度均不易设置较大尺寸,以免遮挡屏幕。具体地,所述第一表面为显示屏面,所述第二表面为背板面,第一止挡件2的高度大致与显示面板200高度的一半相当,在此不作限定,厚度小于等于5mm,宽度小于等于15mm。为了进一步减少对屏幕测试的影响,将第一止挡件2的材质设为透光材料,从而在进行光学测试时,不会遮挡光线射入显示屏的屏幕,从而既可以提供稳定夹持,又不会影响正常测试的进行。透光材料可以是玻璃、透光性好的塑料及树脂等等。
根据光线的反射和折射原理,当光线的射入面和出射面平行时,可以保持光路不变,从而较大程度减少光的衰减。因此,为了进一步减小第一止挡件2的影响,且方便开设第一安装孔21,设置第一止挡件2的横切面形状为矩形,矩形的两相对表面均为平行表面,当横切面为半圆形状时,入射光线经过反射和折射后依然以平行的光线射出,故而该形状均可以有效减少光衰减,提高对显示面板200光学测试的准确度。
第二止挡件3的材质可以是金属、塑料或是木质等,具有较好的抗弯抗压能力。第二止挡件3抵接显示面板200的背板表面,不影响光学的测试,其高度设置大于第一止挡件2的高度,具体可依据显示面板200的高度进行设置,宽度也可设置较大尺寸,但保证不影响与底座1的配合关系,从而提供较稳定的支撑。同时,显示面板200的背板表面通常是具有一定圆弧度,故而该第二止挡件3两侧面的连接处可以进行倒角处理,以与背板进行较好的配合,从而提高夹持稳定性,同时不会刮花背板。
请参照图3和图4,本申请的一实施例中,所述支撑组件10设有两个,两所述支撑组件10间隔放置,两所述支撑组件10的第一止挡件2共同抵接所述第一表面,两所述支撑组件10的第二止挡件3共同抵接所述第二表面。
本实施例中,为更进一步提高夹持稳定性,支撑组件10设有两个,两支撑组件10间隔并排设置,从而对显示面板200提供均匀且稳定的支撑,方便对显示面板200的测试;且无需和显示面板200设置相同的尺寸,从而进一步减小检测支架100的规格尺寸,更加方便携带使用和存放。
同时,根据显示面板200的尺寸,两支撑组件10之间的间距在与所述第一方向垂直的方向上可调节放置,可适应多种屏幕尺寸规格的显示面板200,满足夹持的需求。当然,也可以设置三个或三个以上的支撑组件10,提高支撑稳定的同时,可以满足更大尺寸显示面板200的支撑需求。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种检测支架,设置为支撑显示面板,所述显示面板包括相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面到第二表面的方向为第一方向,其中,所述检测支架包括至少一支撑组件,所述支撑组件包括
    底座,沿第一方向依次形成有间隔的第一收纳槽和第二收纳槽;
    第一止挡件,可拆卸连接于所述底座,并收纳于所述第一收纳槽内;及
    第二止挡件,可拆卸连接于所述底座,并收纳于所述第二收纳槽内;
    当显示面板放置于所述检测支架上时,所述底座抵持所述显示面板的一侧面,所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件分别抵接所述第一表面和所述第二表面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件和所述第二止挡件分别与所述底座转动连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件和所述第二止挡件平行设置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一收纳槽的两侧壁开设有贯通的两第一安装孔,所述第二收纳槽的两侧壁开设有贯通的两第二安装孔,所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件分别开设有第一连接孔和第二连接孔;
    一锁固件穿设于所述第一安装孔和第一连接孔内并与锁紧件配合,使所述第一止挡件螺接于所述底座,另一锁固件穿设所述第二安装孔和第二连接孔内并与锁紧件配合,使所述第二止挡件螺接于所述底座。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件沿第一方向上的间隔距离可调节。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的检测支架,其中,第二安装孔为沿第一方向延伸的条形孔或腰型孔,所述锁固件带动所述第二止挡件于所述第二安装孔内可移动设置。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的检测支架,其中,第一安装孔为沿第一方向延伸的条形孔或腰型孔,所述锁固件带动所述第一止挡件于所述第一安装孔内可移动设置。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的检测支架,其中,第一安装孔和第二安装孔均为沿第一方向延伸的条形孔或腰型孔,所述第二止挡件与第一止挡件均与所述底座可移动设置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一收纳槽的深度与所述第一止挡件的厚度相匹配,所述第二收纳槽的深度与所述第二止挡件的厚度相匹配。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,当所述显示面板放置于所述检测支架上时,所述第二止挡件和所述第一止挡件与所述底座垂直设置。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽的槽底分别开设有第一避开孔和第二避开孔,当显示面板放置于所述检测支架上时,所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件的端部分别处于所述第一避开孔和第二避开孔内。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一避开孔和第二避开孔的形状可以为方形或圆形。
  13. 如权利要求4所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽的槽底分别开设有第一避开孔和第二避开孔,当显示面板放置于所述检测支架上时,所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件的端部分别处于所述第一避开孔和第二避开孔内;所述第二避开孔的长度与所述第二安装孔的长度相同。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一表面为显示屏面,所述第二表面为背板面,所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件均为长杆状,且所述第一止挡件的长度小于所述第二止挡件的长度。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件的材质为透光材料,且所述第一止挡件的横切面形状为矩形。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件的的宽度小于等于15mm,且/或所述第一止挡件的厚度小于等于5mm。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的检测支架,其中,所述第二止挡件的两侧面的连接处为倒角设置。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述底座并排开设多个所述第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽,所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件分别与所述第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽的数量相对应设置。
  19. 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述支撑组件设有两个,两所述支撑组件间隔放置,两所述支撑组件的第一止挡件共同抵接所述第一表面,两所述支撑组件的第二止挡件共同抵接所述第二表面。
  20. 一种检测支架,设置为支撑显示面板,所述显示面板包括相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面到第二表面的方向为第一方向,其中,所述检测支架包括两支撑组件,两所述支撑组件间隔放置,每一所述支撑组件包括
    底座,沿第一方向依次形成有间隔的第一收纳槽和第二收纳槽;
    第一止挡件,可拆卸连接于所述底座,并收纳于所述第一收纳槽内;及
    第二止挡件,可拆卸连接于所述底座,并收纳于所述第二收纳槽内;
    当显示面板放置于所述检测支架上时,两所述底座共同抵持所述显示面板的一侧面,两所述支撑组件的第一止挡件和第二止挡件分别抵接所述第一表面和所述第二表面;
    所述第一表面为显示屏面,所述第二表面为背板面,所述第一止挡件的材质为透光材料,且所述第一止挡件的横切面形状为矩形;所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件均为长杆状,且所述第一止挡件的长度小于所述第二止挡件的长度。
