背景技术
消费者对曲面手机的曲面玻璃保护方法,目前市场上有三种,第一种是塑料类:比如TPU,PU等软性材料加胶水,缺点:覆盖了玻璃原先的爽滑度,和玻璃材料的手感相比,倒退了二个代差,回到了手机屏幕PMMA+PC的时代。第二种是热弯玻璃+边框双面胶的产品,缺点:由于热弯玻璃和曲面盖板,只有边缘用双面胶水粘结,中间无胶水,形成一个空气层,由于空气折射的原因,消费者就可以看到彩纹,另外触控灵敏度也大大的下降了。第三种就是现在消费者非常认同的热弯玻璃+AB胶的产品,我们俗称为全胶,这个产品的优点是触控非常灵敏,没有彩纹,清晰度高。但有个问题就是使用的AB胶太厚了,从330UM-450UM不等,由于热弯玻璃和原手机的曲面盖板有误差,不能自动排气泡,只能靠挤压的方式排气泡,我们一般会配一个塑料的刮板,用手去推动刮板,让空气排掉。但由于用力的稳定性,与用力的大小,我们徒手很难去控制,所以常常会有气泡产生,贴膜效果差,给普通的消费者产生很大的不便,对产品的评价也自然下降了。

在推动凵形手柄1左右移动过程中,如果玻璃膜内出现气泡,可轻轻掀起玻璃膜排出空气,再通过推动凵形手柄1使玻璃膜紧密的贴合的手机屏幕上。
综上所述,本发明通过在支架安装框内设有支架、导轨和滑块,通过固定板固定手机,通过滑块的滑动带动压膜转轴的左右移动实现贴膜,这样平稳的滚动贴合方式受力均匀,方便不同使用者使用,贴膜效果好。
以上结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护 范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种简易贴膜机,其特征在于,包括支架安装框,所述支架安装框下面设有底壳,所述支架安装框内设有支架,所述支架下面设有导轨安装槽,所述导轨安装槽内设有导轨,所述导轨上设有与所述导轨相配合滑动的滑块,所述滑块下面设有支撑板连接件,所述支撑板连接件前端设有前转轴支撑板,所述支撑板连接件后端设有后转轴支撑板,所述前转轴支撑板上端设有第一转轴孔,所述第一转轴孔上设有第一轴承,所述后转轴支撑板上端设有第二转轴孔,所述第二转轴孔上设有第二轴承,所述第一轴承和所述第二轴承通过压膜转轴连接,所述压膜转轴上套设有硅胶套,所述支架前端面上设有第一滑槽,所述支架后面设有第二滑槽,所述支架上设有开口向下的凵形手柄,所述凵形手柄前端与所述前转轴支撑板连接,所述凵形手柄后端与所述后转轴支撑板连接,所述支架上端面的右前端设有前滑槽,所述支架上端面的右后端设有后滑槽,所述前滑槽左端设有前滑条,所述后滑槽左端设有后滑条,所述前滑条右上端和所述后滑条右上端通过固定板连接,所述前滑槽右端设有第一弹簧,所述后滑槽右端设有第二弹簧,所述支架上端面的右端设有用于对所述前滑条和所述后滑条限位的限位板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的简易贴膜机,其特征在于,所述限位板右上角设有斜坡。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的简易贴膜机,其特征在于,所述支架安装框左上端设有凸起框,所述支架安装框和所述凸起框一体成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的简易贴膜机,其特征在于,所述导轨前后两侧都设有凹槽,所述滑块前后两侧都设有与所述凹槽相配合滑动的凸条。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的简易贴膜机,其特征在于,所述导轨通过多个第 一螺丝固定在所述支架上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的简易贴膜机,其特征在于,所述支架上端面的右端设有限位板安装槽,所述限位板通过第二螺丝固定在所述限位板安装槽上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的简易贴膜机,其特征在于,所述凵形手柄前端通过两个第三螺丝与所述前转轴支撑板连接,所述凵形手柄前端设有两个第一套筒安装孔,所述第一套筒安装孔上设有与所述第三螺丝相配合的第一套筒,所述凵形手柄后端通过两个第四螺丝与所述后转轴支撑板连接,所述凵形手柄后端设有两个第二套筒安装孔,所述第二套筒安装孔上设有与所述第四螺丝相配合的第二套筒。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的简易贴膜机,其特征在于,所述滑块通过第五螺丝固定在所述支撑板连接件上,所述前转轴支撑板和所述后转轴支撑板都为十字结构,所述支撑板连接件前后两端面都设有与所述十字结构相配合的十字槽,所述前转轴支撑板通过第六螺丝固定在所述支撑板连接件前端,所述后转轴支撑板通过第七螺丝固定在所述支撑板连接件后端。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的简易贴膜机,其特征在于,所述支架安装框外壁的下边缘处设有环形装饰槽,所述环形装饰槽上设有装饰条。
  10. 一种如1-9任一所述的简易贴膜机的贴膜方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    第一步:清洁双手;
    第二步:用清洁配件清洁手机表面;
    第三步:把手机固定好,剥离手机膜保护贴,玻璃膜左端对准贴在手机屏幕上,玻璃膜其他部分未贴合;
    第四步:拉开简易贴膜机的固定板放入手机固定好;
    第五步:推动凵形手柄,使玻璃膜与手机屏幕完全贴合,贴合后把凵形手柄推回原位取出手机即可完成手机的贴膜。
