Description
CLEANING DEVICE OF ESCALATOR
DESCRIPTION
Technological Field
The invention relates to a cleaning device for disinfecting the holding belts which the escalators have for use in all structures with escalators. Known Technique of the Invention:
Today, escalators are used by thousands of people in crowded areas such as the airport, metro, shopping centers, business center buildings during the day. These holding bands, which enable people to use escalators safely, have many bacteria, viruses and organisms that are harmful to human health.
In the known technique, most escalators are cleaned through wiping by hand. This process is difficult and laborious. Dirt and microbes cannot be removed sufficiently and because it is based on the work force, it is not practical.
It has been compared with China patent document CN20126180 in the literature study. On the document, a box with a wet / damp cloth inside it is mounted to the handrail belt . As the handrail belt moves, wet cloth inside the box cleans the handrail belt. There is no system for drying the holding tape.
A Korean patent document KR201 10016145 discloses a device for disinfecting the belt by emitting infrared rays. It is not possible to remove dirt without a contact cleaning.
Consequently, there is a need for an escalator handrail belt cleaning device in which the present state is overcome and its disadvantages are eliminated.
Brief Description of the Invention:
The invention is an escalator belt cleaning device in which the known state of the technique invention has been overcome and its disadvantages are eliminated.
The object of the invention is to provide a new escalator belt cleaning device which cleans and dries the escalators in an automated, hygienic manner. A further object of the invention is to provide a new cleaning device which provides the energy required for cleaning the escalator belt from the dynamos contained in the own structure.
In order to realize all the above and further objects of the following detailed description, the present invention is a central cleaning device with a box positioned in both ends of the escalator, to be used in all structures having an escalator in order to disinfect the belts (B), a controller for controlling the operation of the other elements, a cleaning kit, positioned on the belts of the escalator, a dynamo generating electrical energy from the escalator movement, a control display for determining the operating parameters and a control display which can be used for advertising purposes and a battery in which the energy obtained from the dynamo is stored and characterized with an opening to be positioned of the cleaning kit on the belt, detergent container for spraying detergent to the belt, a brush of the cleaning kit to rub the dirt on the belt, a sponge of the cleaning kit for cleaning the dirt on the belt, a fan of the cleaning kit in order to remove the moisture on the belt.
Explanation of figures:
The invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings, whereby the features of the invention will become clearer. However, this is not
intended to limit the invention to these particular features. Quite the contrary, it is also intended to cover all alternatives, modifications and equivalents which may be included in the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. It should be understood that the details shown are presented solely for the purposes of illustrating of the present invention, and are provided to provide both the shaping of the methods and the most useful and easy-to-understand description of the rules and conceptual features of the invention. On these drawings; Figure - 1 It is a representative view of the escalator cleaning device, which is the subject of the invention.

Explanation of the Invention:
In this detailed description, the escalator belt cleaning device (1 ), which is the subject of the invention is explained only by examples which will have no limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject.
The description explains the cleaning device (1 ) for disinfecting the escalator belts (B) on the escalator to be used in all buildings with escalators. In general, the invention comprises a box 10) positioned at the end of an escalator belt(B), the controller (1 1 ), the cleaning kit (12), the dynamo (13), the control display (14) and the battery positioned in the box (1 0) and battery (15).
The controller (1 1 ) is the controlling and checking element of the invention. The cleaning kit (12) is the element which cleans the escalator belt (B) and is in contact with the belt (B). The dynamo (13) is also in contact with the escalator belt (B), obtains electrical energy from the rotation of the band (B) and transmits it to the battery (15) for storage. Via the control display (14), the operator can determine how often the cleaning process is performed, and advertising and promotions can be carried out on the display (14).
Figure 2 is a perspective view of the interior elements of the cleaning kit (12) in the escalator belt cleaning device (1 ) which is the subject of the invention. Accordingly, the cleaning kit (12) comprises the detergent reservoir (121 ), the brush (122), the sponge (123), the fan (124), and the opening (125) in which the belt (B) is positioned. The detergent reservoir (121 ) sprays disinfecting fluid at regular intervals onto the belt (B). The brush (122) rubs the impurities on the belt (B) onto which detergent is sprayed. The sponge (123) cleans the dirt that the brush (122) rubs. The fan (124) ensures that both the belt (B) and the sponge (123) are dehumidified.
By means of the cleaning kit (12) provided in the cleaning device (1 ) of the present invention, both washing, cleaning and drying can be carried out together. The belt (B) does not allow any uncomfortable wetness or moisture to come into contact with users.
