It is consisted of main frames (1) which are prepared in the manner that can be adapted to escalator and handrail forms with different models, at least one disinfectant tube (2) positioned in the manner that can spray disinfectant agent to the handrail band (9) within the main frame (1) and a cartridge (4) which will realise wiping the handrail band and which is positioned on handrail bands (9) which do not prevent the rotation of handrail band (9).

ESCALATOR HANDRAIL BAND CLEANER
TECHNICAL AREA
This invention is relevant with the handrail band cleaner of escalator that ensures cleaning and hygiene of escalator by means of disinfectant agents applied directly. PRIOR ART
Escalators that take place in several areas like airports, subways, shopping malls which are indispensables of urban life today are used by thousands of users within day. The handrail bands which are held by people to prevent falling from the escalator are held by thousands of people. Therefore, these bands in question host several bacteria, viruses and microorganisms and threaten human health.
Hygiene of the escalator handrail bands is generally ensured by wiping by means of medicated swabs periodically. However, this cleaning cannot ensure a sound hygiene because it is performed in some intervals and dirt and microbes accumulated meanwhile are not removed sufficiently. Chinese patent application with number CN20126180 is an escalator handrail band cleaner that includes a box and a wet towel. The box is fixed at the end and under the handrail band and is full of wet towel. The plastic plate of escalator handrail passes through the box and rubs on the wet towel. By the way, the escalator is cleaned and sterilized. Korean patent application with number KR201 10016145 is a handrail band cleaning device equipped with an advertising surface which ensures the continuity of handrail band by emitting long infrared rays to the hand of user. A part of a handrail band is accepted in a cleaning body in the cleaning device in question. A cleaning agent tank is mounted under the lower edge of handrail band to preserve the cleaning agent. As known, escalators and handrail bands are manufactured by different companies and have different kinds. Therefore, problems arise with the inventions with known techniques about the compliance of handrail band cleaners with all handrail bands. A fully compatible and seamlessly working handrail band cleaner with escalators could not be achieved with the aforementioned inventions. Moreover, hygiene provided
could not be sufficient in terms of exterminating the dirt and microorganisms deposited.
For example; cleaning process has been tried with long infrared rays in Korean patent application but it could not be achieved in terms of ensuring a sound hygiene due to its not being a solid cleaning. DEFINITION OF THE INVENTION
This invention overcomes the abovementioned disadvantages. The body of the invention is prepared according to escalator models and the working system is prepared according to indoors and outdoors by a boutique study. Therefore, a product working seamlessly with all handrail bands is achieved. On the other hand, apart from the known techniques, it ensures 100% cleaning by applying the disinfectant agent to the band. For this purpose, a disinfectant agent with a very strong and wide spectrum microbiocide property which is used in high- level disinfection and sterilization for eliminating bacteria, viruses and microorganisms harmful for human health and is known as super-oxidized water in the world literature. This super-oxidized water in question disables several bacteria and viruses like Tuberculosis, Mrsa, Escherichia Coli, Salmonella, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV-1 , H5N1 and SARS quickly and safely. The figure in question is a representative view of preferred structuring of the invention and does not restrict the invention. In contrary, it is aimed to involve all alternates, changes and equivalences that can be incorporated in the area defined by the claims attached. It should be considered that the details indicated are only indicated for explanation of preferred arrangements of present invention and are presented both in order to form the methods and to ensure a useful and lucid definition of rules and conceptual features of the invention.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION All technical and visual design of this product has been invented by the inventor. It is unique in the world. This invention is completely different from other inventions patented and is a 100% disinfectant product.
This invention is created in order to ensure the cleaning of handrail band (9) and is an automatic cleaner that realises the cleaning of handrail band (9) by means of a spraying disinfectant tube (2) and a cartridge (4) with a cleaning swab which do not prevent rotation of handrail band (9).
The disinfectant tube (9) in question makes automatic spraying. The equipment that enables this automatic action is the programmable electronic card (3) which is connected with it. The electronic card (3) is connected with the battery (6) and runs with the energy supplied from the battery (6). The battery (6) is connected with the dynamo (5) which is located under the handrail band (9) and which supplies its energy from the rotation of handrail band (9) and is charged by the energy supplied from dynamo (5). Therefore, the system generates its own energy and does not require an external energy resource. The spraying intervals of disinfectant tube (2) are programmable by means of electronic card (3) and it should be changed periodically when emptied. In addition, the swab in the cartridge (4) can be changed due to wearing. The rotating handrail band (9) passes under the cartridge (4) just after spraying disinfectant agent by disinfectant tube (2). By the way, when the medicated swab in the cartridge (4) rubs the handrail band (9), the cartridge (4) ensures disinfection of handrail band (9) from dirt and microbes.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention is basically an escalator handrail band cleaner which is consisted of a frame where an advertising area takes place for escalator handrail bands. The main frames (1), prepared separately in a way that can adapt to different models of escalator and handrail forms, are comprised of at least one disinfectant tube (2) positioned within the main frames (1) that ensures spraying disinfectant agent to handrail band (9) and a cartridge (4) which will realise wiping the handrail band (9) and which is positioned on the handrail band (9) that do not prevent the rotation of handrail band (9).
The cartridge (4) is composed of a swab positioned in it and is with appropriate structure for wiping the handrail band (9) by disinfectant agent. The cartridge is mounted on the handrail (10) so that it touches to the handrail band (9).
The mentioned disinfectant tube (2) is positioned in the main frame (1 ) in the level that enables spraying the disinfectant agent to the handrail band (9) just before the handrail band (9) passes under the cartridge (4).
The disinfectant tube (2) that take place in the main frame (1 ) is activated by the command received from the electronic card (3) connected. The electronic card (3) is connected with the battery (6) and runs by the energy supplied from the battery (6). The battery (6) is connected with the dynamo (5) which is positioned under the handrail band (9) and which generates energy via the rotation of handrail band (9) and is charged by the energy supplied from dynamo (5).Therefore, the system
generates its own energy and does not require an external energy resource. The dynamo (5) mentioned preferably has 12 Volts of voltage.
By this invention, spraying intervals of disinfectant tube (2) can be adjusted automatically by taking the intensity of the region where the escalator takes place into consideration by means of the programming system and the electronic card (3). As well as this adjustment can be in the manner that enables it to spray once in 2 hours or 3 hours, it can also be set up as a disinfectant tube feed 7 days.
The main frame (1) has sucking discs for mounting (8) that enables it to be mounted on the handrails (10) without preventing the rotation of handrail band (9).
In order to use the cleaner in question to the invention also as an exterior advertising media, an LCD monitor (7) and/or advertising surface take place on the main frame (1). System is prepared separately according to indoors and outdoors. Preferably, LCD monitors (7) take place for indoor escalators and only advertising surfaces take place for outdoor escalators. The cleaner in question to the invention cannot be produced in the form of single product universally. The reason of this circumstance is that the escalators and their handrails manufactured under different trademarks are in different forms and its being impossible to fit the main frame (1) of the invention to all.
Even by means of this system, number of the people passed on the escalator daily, weekly and annually can be learned.
Claims
This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner which is consisted of a frame where an advertising area takes place on it and its feature is being consisted of;
- main frames (1) prepared in the manner that enables them to adapt to the escalator and handrail forms produced with different models,
- at least one disinfectant tube (2) positioned in the main frame (1) that is enabled to spray disinfectant agent to the handrail band (9),
- at least one cartridge (4) which will realise wiping the handrail band (9) and which is positioned on the handrail band (9) that do not prevent the rotation of handrail band (9).
This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by having at least one swab positioned in the mentioned cartridge (4).
This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by the swab of the cartridge (4) being positioned in the manner that it touches to the handrail band (9).
This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by the disinfectant tube (2) being positioned in the main frame (1) in the level that enables spraying the disinfectant agent to the handrail band (9) just before the handrail band (9) passes under the cartridge (4).
This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by having electronic card (3) that is connected with disinfectant tube (3) which take place in the main frame (1 ) and that sends command to disinfectant tube (3) to spray.
This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by adjusting the spraying intervals of disinfectant tube (2) upon the electronic card (3).
7. This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by having at least one battery (6) connected with the electronic card (3) and which provides energy to run the electronic card (3).
8. This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by having at least one dynamo (5) which is positioned under the handrail band (9) and which charges the battery (6) by the energy obtained from the rotation of handrail band (9).
9. This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by the mentioned dynamo (5) having preferably 12 Volts of voltage.
10. This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by having sucking discs for mounting (8) that enable the mentioned main frame (1 ) to be mounted on the handrails (10) without preventing the rotation of handrail band (9).
11. This invention is an escalator handrail band cleaner mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is characterized by having at least one LCD monitor (7) that takes place on the mentioned main frame (1).
