Abstract
一种便携自动水过滤器(100),包括:滤水模块,滤水模块包括滤芯组和管道(11),管道(11)与滤芯组相连,管道(11)具有吸水口,管道(11)用于伸入取水处。抽水模块(30),抽水模块(30)包括舱体(31)、水泵(33)、电源和控制器,舱体(31)内部具有水仓(311)和控制仓(312),水泵(33)设置于控制仓(312)内,控制器设置于控制仓(312)内且与水泵(33)电连接,舱体(31)与滤芯组连接,水仓(311)与滤芯组的内部连通,水泵(33)具有进水口和出水口,进水口与水仓(311)连通,出水口用于与用水处相接,电源用于向控制器、水泵(33)供电。便携自动水过滤器能够方便人们外出携带使用,并且净水量大,效果好,即便用水人数多、用水量大也能够满足需求。
Description
本发明涉及水净化技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种便携自动水过滤器。
“生命吸管(Lifestraw)”它可以将污水净化为饮用水。“生命吸管”实际上就是一根长16厘米左右,直径31毫米,长度和直径不同的塑料管子,里面装过滤材料和滤芯,包括过滤PP棉,活性炭、离子交换树脂、超滤膜碘树脂等不同滤料组合方式,以确保水的纯净(达lg7~lg8)。
因此很多种脏的水都可过滤消毒成可饮用的水质(重金属、化学物质等许多有毒物质无法过滤);进而预防饮水引发的疾病,如霍乱、伤寒及痢疾等。
对于户外旅行而言,生命吸管的普及率也是越来越高,但是生命吸管仍然具有一定的弊端:
此方式很累,出水有限,不便将过滤后的干净水储存起来;
通常情况只能一个人饮用;
不能用于过滤清洗所需的水,比如洗碗、洗菜、洗澡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便携自动水过滤器,其能够提供户外使用的净 水功能,方便携带且效率高,方便满足户外的用水需求。
本发明的实施例是这样实现的:
本发明的实施例提供了一种便携自动水过滤器,包括:
滤水模块,所述滤水模块包括滤芯组和管道,所述管道与所述滤芯组相连,所述管道具有吸水口,所述管道用于伸入取水处;
抽水模块,所述抽水模块包括舱体、水泵、电源和控制器,所述舱体内部具有水仓和控制仓,所述水泵设置于所述控制仓内,所述控制器设置于所述控制仓内且与所述水泵电连接,所述舱体与所述滤芯组连接,所述水仓与所述滤芯组的内部连通,所述水泵具有进水口和出水口,所述进水口与所述水仓连通,所述出水口用于与用水处相接,所述电源用于向所述控制器、所述水泵供电。
另外,根据本发明的实施例提供的便携自动水过滤器,还可以具有如下附加的技术特征:
在本发明的可选实施例中,所述滤芯组包括初效滤芯体和高效滤芯体,所述初效滤芯体安装于所述管道且位于所述吸水口处,所述高效滤芯体与所述管道的远离所述吸水口的位置连接,所述高效滤芯体还与所述舱体连接且与所述水仓连通,所述初效滤芯体用于过滤沉淀物、藻类、虫类,所述高效滤芯体用于过滤杂质、细菌且去除异味。
在本发明的可选实施例中,所述便携自动水过滤器还包括浮子,所述浮子连接于所述管道且靠近所述初效滤芯体,所述浮子用于在取水处浮起并使所述初效滤芯体漂浮或者悬浮。
在本发明的可选实施例中,所述高效滤芯体质量为90g-110g,体积为178cm
3-182cm

在本发明的可选实施例中,所述抽水模块质量为140g-160g,体积为178cm

在本发明的可选实施例中,所述便携自动水过滤器整体质量为300g-400g。
在本发明的可选实施例中,所述便携自动水过滤器还包括紫外灯管,所述紫外灯管设置于所述控制仓且通过所述电源供电,所述紫外灯管发光时能够照射所述水仓内部。
在本发明的可选实施例中,所述电源为电池,所述抽水模块还包括充电接口,所述充电接口用于与外部电源连接以为所述控制器、所述水泵供电和/或为所述电池充电,所述控制器为PCB板,所述充电接口设置于所述PCB板。
在本发明的可选实施例中,所述抽水模块还包括连接管,所述连接管的一端连接于所述水泵的所述出水口,所述连接管的另外一端用于连接外部储水器材。
在本发明的可选实施例中,所述抽水模块还包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴与所述连接管的远离所述出水口的一端可拆卸连接,所述吸嘴用于供人吸水。
本发明的有益效果是:
便携自动水过滤器通过滤水模块和抽水模块的配合,能够方便人们外出携带使用,并且净水量大,效果好,即便用水人数多、用水量大也能够满足需求。 此外,能够杀菌消毒,净化的效果较之一般的户外净水器更佳,便于清洗的特点也能够使得使用寿命更长。

实施例
请参照图1至图5,本实施例提供了一种便携自动水过滤器100,包括:
滤水模块,滤水模块包括滤芯组和管道11,管道11与滤芯组相连,管道11具有吸水口,管道11用于伸入取水处;
抽水模块30,抽水模块30包括舱体31、水泵33、电源和控制器,舱体31内部具有水仓311和控制仓312,水泵33设置于控制仓312内,控制器设置于控制仓312内且与水泵33电连接,舱体31与滤芯组连接,水仓311与滤芯组的内部连通,水泵33具有进水口和出水口,进水口与水仓311连通,出水口用于与用水处相接,电源用于向控制器、水泵33供电。
其中,控制器采用的是PCB板,整个装置具有开关80,以用于启动或者关闭装置内的用电器件。PCB板为常用控制器,此处不再赘述。
滤芯组包括初效滤芯体13和高效滤芯体15,初效滤芯体13安装于管道11且位于吸水口处,高效滤芯体15与管道11的远离吸水口的位置连接,高效滤芯体15还与舱体31连接且与水仓311连通,初效滤芯体13用于过滤沉 淀物、藻类、虫类,高效滤芯体15用于过滤杂质、细菌且去除异味。高效滤芯体15与舱体31为可拆卸连接,高效滤芯体15具有进水端155和出水端156,需要净水时,出水端156部分能够与舱体31的靠近水泵33进水口的部分可拆卸连接;需要清洗高效滤芯体15时,出水端156部分也能够与舱体31的靠近水泵33出水口的部分可拆卸连接。
可以想见的是,滤芯组除了初效滤芯体13和高效滤芯体15,还可以在管道11上增加更多的过滤件,以达到更高的净化要求。
其中,取水处是指户外的一些较为清澈的河水、泉水等水源,这些能够保障便携自动水过滤器100的一个较为良好的使用寿命。而在特殊情况下,比如需要用水,而周围只有受污染的水源时,也可以使用该便携自动水过滤器100进行过滤,同样能够起到较好的过滤效果,以应对用水需求。用水处则是指接水的容器,如杯子、水壶、水桶等器皿;或者是其他需求直接供水的地方。
其中,本实施例的初效滤芯体13采用80目石英砂烧结制成,孔径0.18mm,可过滤掉水中的大颗粒沉淀物、泥沙、藻类、虫类、尘埃,增加滤芯体的寿命,且本身易清洗。石英砂无杂质,抗压耐磨,机械强度高,化学性能稳定,截污能力强,效益高、使用周期长。初效滤芯体13的接头采用高压聚乙烯和低压聚乙烯混合材料制成,无毒无味。
具体的,便携自动水过滤器100还包括浮子50,浮子50连接于管道11且靠近初效滤芯体13,浮子50用于在取水处浮起并使初效滤芯体13漂浮或者悬浮,这样可以避免初效滤芯体13沉入泥沙而影响水质。在本实施中,浮子50为中空球体结构(附图外形)。此外,浮子50也可以是一些其他外形的 中空结构,内部腔室保持封闭。或者是整体为轻质可漂浮材料制作,比如泡沫材质。
连接到高效滤芯体15所采用的管道11采用优质PU,无毒无味。管道11的长度可以根据需求来选择性生产。或者是生产多种长度规格以供选择。
本实施例的高效滤芯体15内部分为多层,从与初效滤芯体13相通处到与抽水模块30相通处依次为第一级PP棉151、活性炭152、第二级PP棉153以及PES滤膜154。
详细的,第一级PP棉151进一步过滤泥沙等大颗粒杂质,活性炭152去除异味和进一步降低水的浊度;第二级PP棉153去除活性炭152颗粒杂质和进一步降低水的浊度;PES滤膜154采用0.01微米工艺,对于细菌的体积:一般球菌直径为0.5-1.0微米,杆菌宽1微米,长2微米。因此可以过滤细菌,并且去除大部分杂质。
更为详细的,本实施例中的高效滤芯体15质量为90g-110g,体积为178cm
3-182cm
3。初效滤芯体13的质量和体积、浮子50的质量和体积均小于高效滤芯体15,管道11的长度和质量则根据不同规格有不同参数。
抽水模块30质量为140g-160g,体积为178cm
3-182cm
3。
总的来说,便携自动水过滤器100整体质量为300g-400g。不到一瓶500ml矿泉水的重量,但是可以过滤2000L以上的水。
此外,便携自动水过滤器100还包括紫外灯管60,紫外灯管60设置于控制仓312且通过电源供电,紫外灯管60发光时能够照射水仓311内部。水在 水仓311内停留的时间使得紫外灯管60能够进行2秒左右,253.7波段的照射,进一步杀死残留细菌,并且能杀死多种病毒,这是物理过滤无法处理的。本实施例的UVC紫外线对常见细菌、病毒的杀菌效率可以参照以下表格:
需要说明的是,紫外灯管60是作为可选的部件,可以在生产时制作没有紫外灯管60的产品,这样的产品体积更小,更易携带,其他结构与具有紫外灯管60的产品结构类似。这样可以提供不同的选择,以满足不同的净水需求。
具体的,在本实施例中,电源为电池35,抽水模块30还包括充电接口,充电接口用于与外部电源连接以为控制器、水泵33、紫外灯管60供电和/或为电池35充电。充电接口设置于PCB板。这样既可以方便移动,又可以在有需求的时候直接连接外部电源进行使用。
为了更方便地把过滤后的水导出,抽水模块30还包括连接管37,连接管37的一端连接于水泵33的出水口,连接管37的另外一端用于连接外部储水器材。
特别的,抽水模块30还包括吸嘴,吸嘴与连接管37的远离出水口的一端可拆卸连接,吸嘴用于供人吸水。这样在没有供电的情况下,也能够应急使用。
此外,整个产品具有防水功能,抽水模块30的控制仓312内能够保持干燥,即便跌入水中也能够避免水浸入控制仓312,从而保障产品的正常使用。一般而言,在一米深的水深范围内,防水效果最佳。
本实施例的原理是:
在户外使用时,将初效滤芯体13投入到水源中,打开开关80以使得整体开始工作,将水抽取并过滤,导入至水仓311,然后经过紫外灯管60的照射杀菌,再流出到储水的器皿内。
整个过程简单而高效,无需人力一直吸水,省时省力,不影响使用者去做其他事情。净化后的水还能够供多人使用。在水源充足的情况下,还能够满足洗澡等大量用水的需求。
该便携自动水过滤器100体积小,质量轻,非常便于户外携带。人的负重有限,只要有水源,就能使用便携自动水过滤器100,一个人一般平均可负重3KG左右水,长时间的户外徒步、家庭旅游都需要大量的水,便携自动水过滤器100解决了需要背负大量水的问题。
便携自动水过滤器100将物理截留细菌和紫外线杀菌并用,PES滤膜1540.01微米工艺,去除大部分杂质,过滤细菌。注:细菌的个体微小,一般球菌直径为0.5-1.0微米,杆菌宽1微米,长2微米。细菌的个体非常小,目前已知最小的细菌只有0.2微米长,细菌主要由细胞膜、核糖体等部分构成,有的细菌还有荚膜、鞭毛、菌毛等特殊结构。绝大多数细菌的直径大小在0.5-5μm之间。
多数病毒直径在20-200nm,其中又以100nm较多。较大的病毒直径为300-450nm,较小的病毒直径仅为18-22nm,无法通过物理截留的方式解决,而紫外线杀菌杀死大部分病毒,解决了物理截留不能解决的问题。
本实施例的高效滤芯体15寿命长,初效滤芯体13可以过滤掉大部分的大颗粒杂质,避免高效滤芯体15受其污染。在使用结束后,还能够将高效滤芯 体15的出水端156部分与舱体31的靠近水泵33出水口的部分连接,然后水泵33在干净的水源(如回家后所用的家里的自来水)对高效滤芯体15进行反向冲洗,将泥沙清洗出去。
综上所述,本发明的便携自动水过滤器100通过滤水模块和抽水模块30的配合,能够方便人们外出携带使用,并且净水量大,效果好,即便用水人数多、用水量大也能够满足需求。此外,能够杀菌消毒,净化的效果较之一般的户外净水器更佳,便于清洗的特点也能够使得使用寿命更长。

- 一种便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,包括:滤水模块,所述滤水模块包括滤芯组和管道,所述管道与所述滤芯组相连,所述管道具有吸水口,所述管道用于伸入取水处;抽水模块,所述抽水模块包括舱体、水泵、电源和控制器,所述舱体内部具有水仓和控制仓,所述水泵设置于所述控制仓内,所述控制器设置于所述控制仓内且与所述水泵电连接,所述舱体与所述滤芯组连接,所述水仓与所述滤芯组的内部连通,所述水泵具有进水口和出水口,所述进水口与所述水仓连通,所述出水口用于与用水处相接,所述电源用于向所述控制器、所述水泵供电。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,所述滤芯组包括初效滤芯体和高效滤芯体,所述初效滤芯体安装于所述管道且位于所述吸水口处,所述高效滤芯体与所述管道的远离所述吸水口的位置连接,所述高效滤芯体还与所述舱体连接且与所述水仓连通,所述初效滤芯体用于过滤沉淀物、藻类、虫类,所述高效滤芯体用于过滤杂质、细菌且去除异味。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,所述便携自动水过滤器还包括浮子,所述浮子连接于所述管道且靠近所述初效滤芯体,所述浮子用于在取水处浮起并使所述初效滤芯体漂浮或者悬浮。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,所述高效滤芯体质量为90g-110g,体积为178cm 3-182cm 3。
- 根据权利要求4所述的便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,所述抽水模块质量为140g-160g,体积为178cm 3-182cm 3。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,所述便携自动水过滤器整体质量为300g-400g。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,所述便携自动水过滤器还包括紫外灯管,所述紫外灯管设置于所述控制仓且通过所述电源供电,所述紫外灯管发光时能够照射所述水仓内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,所述电源为电池,所述抽水模块还包括充电接口,所述充电接口用于与外部电源连接以为所述控制器、所述水泵供电和/或为所述电池充电,所述控制器为PCB板,所述充电接口设置于所述PCB板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,所述抽水模块还包括连接管,所述连接管的一端连接于所述水泵的所述出水口,所述连接管的另外一端用于连接外部储水器材。
- 根据权利要求9所述的便携自动水过滤器,其特征在于,所述抽水模块还包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴与所述连接管的远离所述出水口的一端可拆卸连接,所述吸嘴用于供人吸水。
