本发明涉及制药设备领域,具体为一种料斗蝶阀开启结构。
背景技术
料斗是固体制剂生产流程中的主要周转容器,物料在同一容器内完成不同操作,达到物料不转料、加料等频繁工序,可以有效控制粉尘和交叉污染。
料斗上一般都设置蝶阀,开启蝶阀的时候一般通过执行器控制的开启件来开启或者关闭,目前,由于开启件只能随执行器转动,这样对蝶阀的传动插块与开启件的相对位置要求较高。
技术问题
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供一种料斗蝶阀开启结构,主要解决了现在的料斗蝶阀的开启件只能随执行器转动,这样对蝶阀的传动插块与开启件的相对位置要求较高的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种料斗蝶阀开启结构,包括安装板,所述安装板上设有执行器和由所述执行器驱动转动的传动轴,所述传动轴上设有联动配合的套管,
所述套管上设有与所述套管同步转动的开启件,
所述开启件一端设于所述套管内与所述套管滑动配合,另一端伸出所述套管外设有用于与料斗蝶阀的传动插块相配合的插槽,
所述套管两侧设有复位组件,所述复位组件沿所述开启件滑动方向设置,两侧所述复位组件设于所述开启件两侧从两侧向所述开启件施力。
所述插槽的延伸方向与所述开启件的滑动方向相对垂直设置。
所述开启件包括主板,所述主板外侧包括平行设置的两个支板,所述插槽设于两个支板之间。
所述套管内沿径向方向设有燕尾滑轨,所述主板内侧设有与所述燕尾滑轨滑动配合的燕尾滑块。
所述复位组件包括壳体,所述壳体内设有弹性件,所述弹性件前端抵压有推块,所述推块抵压在所述燕尾滑块上。
所述套管外壁设有导向槽,所述推块上设有与所述导向槽活动配合的导向销。
所述安装板上安装有固定支架,所述固定支架内设有与所述传动轴相配合的四氟环。
所述套管内壁设有沉槽,所述传动轴轴向外壁上连接有固定板,所述固定板的边缘抵压于所述沉槽的上壁。
所述主板为圆盘状结构。
所述套管上安装有限位螺钉,所述主板上设有用于所述限位螺钉穿过的长槽,所述限位螺钉设于两个所述支板之间。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种料斗蝶阀开启结构,在传动插块插入的时候,该开启件由于两侧可以滑动而且设有复位组件,可以随之滑动进行微调,对传动插块与开启件的相对位置要求较低,使用更加方便。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:如图所示,一种料斗蝶阀开启结构,包括安装板1,所述安装板上设有执行器2和由所述执行器驱动转动的传动轴3,所述传动轴上设有联动配合的套管4,所述套管4上设有与所述套管同步转动的开启件5,所述开启件一端设于所述套管内与所述套管滑动配合,另一端伸出所述套管外设有用于与料斗蝶阀9的传动插块91相配合的插槽51,所述套管两侧设有复位组件6,所述复位组件6沿所述开启件滑动方向设置,两侧所述复位组件6设于所述开启件两侧从两侧向所述开启件施力。
这个复位组件设于开启件的滑动方向上,并从两侧向该开启件施力使其趋向于设于两个复位组件的中间,因此,当蝶阀的传动插块与开启件的插槽接触时,若位置不是刚好对上,蝶阀的传动插块可以一定程度的推开开启件(由于开启件与套管是滑动配合的),另一方面在复位组件的作用下,在蝶阀的传动插块完全插入插槽内时,会受力使其紧密配合,该插槽与蝶阀的传动插块可以为间隙配合也可以为卡接配合,优选为卡接配合,进而保证蝶阀关闭时的密封。
在扭矩传递的方面,该传动轴与套管可以通过键传动也可以通过型面传动,而且刚还套管也可以直接安装在传动轴上来实现,该执行器可以为电机等。
该安装板可以安装在抬升设备上,比如叉车等,以实现整个机构的上升、下降。
另一反面,执行器可以通过螺钉等安装方式安装在安装板上。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述插槽的延伸方向与所述开启件的滑动方向相对垂直设置。作为实施例之一,当开启件从下往上升的时候,蝶阀的传动插块可以推动开启件沿水平方向移动。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述开启件包括主板50,所述主板外侧包括平行设置的两个支板52,所述插槽设于两个支板之间。进一步的,该插槽相对蝶阀的传动插块进入一侧可以设有开口槽511,以配合传动插块底部的尖端911。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述套管内沿径向方向设有燕尾滑轨41,所述主板内侧设有与所述燕尾滑轨滑动配合的燕尾滑块53。通过滑动配合的燕尾滑轨和燕尾滑块一方面实现开启件的滑动,另一方面实现在转轴转动的时候传递扭矩,结构简单,使用效果更佳。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述复位组件包括壳体61,所述壳体内设有弹性件62,所述弹性件前端抵压有推块63,所述推块抵压在所述燕尾滑块53上。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述套管外壁设有导向槽42,所述推块上设有与所述导向槽活动配合的导向销631。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述安装板上安装有固定支架7,所述固定支架7内设有与所述传动轴相配合的四氟环71。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述套管内壁设有沉槽43,所述传动轴轴向外壁上连接有固定板31,所述固定板的边缘抵压于所述沉槽的上壁。该固定板可以通过螺钉安装在传动轴上,该固定板的边缘扣压在沉槽的上壁,对套管的轴向进行限位。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述主板为圆盘状结构。当开启件从下往上升的时候,主板会向上顶起自动蝶阀锁板,并且在开启件转动的时候,保证自动蝶阀锁板94始终处于开启状态。该自动蝶阀锁板上设有扭簧用于当开启件离开时复位。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述套管上安装有限位螺钉55,所述主板上设有用于所述限位螺钉穿过的长槽56,所述限位螺钉设于两个所述支板之间。该限位螺钉用于限制燕尾滑块的滑动行程。
