本申请实施例公开了一种医疗数据处理方法、装置、设备及存储介质，其中方法包括：从目标用户的住院凭证信息中获取住院信息，所述住院信息包括诊断的疾病的信息和诊疗信息，根据所述诊断的疾病的信息，从所述诊疗信息中筛选出目标诊疗信息；根据所述目标诊疗信息判断所述目标用户是否存在异常住院行为；根据所述目标用户是否存在异常住院行为的判断结果，从预设报销策略集合中获取与所述判断结果对应的报销策略，以根据所述报销策略对所述目标用户的住院费用进行报销，可有效地识别出异常住院行为。
