本实用新型对固态面膜层2的厚度不做限制,其可以采用本领域技术人员常规的技术手段。可以理解的是,固态面膜层2的厚度与使用者使用面膜的时长有关,因此固态面膜层2的厚度越厚,使用固态面膜的时间越长,因此本实用新型对固态面膜层2的厚度不做限制。在本实用新型的一个实施例中,固态面膜层2的厚度为0.05 – 4mm。可以理解的是,为后续对固态面膜层2和支撑膜层组1成的双层膜结构上支撑膜层进行模切,固态面膜层厚度设置为0.05 – 4mm,可以在模切过程中对支撑膜层提供良好的物理支撑,提高对固态面膜层和支撑膜层组成的双层膜结构上支撑膜层模切的成功率。
需要说明的是,模切机的模切深度5 - 300um,通过设定模切深度可以保证对支撑膜层1与固态面膜层2形成的双层膜结构模切过程中,固态面膜层不发生切割,即模切机仅对支撑膜层进行切割。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,支撑膜层1为离型膜材料制成,可以理解的是,支撑膜层1可以为各种离型膜材料制成,本实用新型对此没有特殊限制,例如,离型膜可以为淋膜离型膜、格拉辛离型膜或CCK离型膜。进一步的,由于格拉辛离型膜模切性能好,因此,本实用新型支撑膜层1采用格拉辛离型膜。
可以理解的是,本实用新型对模切机20模切支撑膜层1形成的空心支撑部形状以及与空心支撑部对应的实心结构部形状不做限制,其可以采用本领域技术人员常规的形状。在本实用新型的一个实施例中,如图2所示,空心支撑部101的形状为圆环,实心结构部102的形状为圆形。可以理解的是,空心支撑部101与实心结构部102是由模切工艺模切制成,因此实心结构部102的圆形直径与空心支撑部101的圆环内径相同。可以理解的是,将实心结构部102模切成圆形,便于使用者使用过程中撕下圆形的实心结构部102,并且圆形边缘光滑,降低使用过程中实心结构部划破固态面膜层的几率。
可以理解的是,通过模切将支撑膜层1分割成空心支撑部101和实心结构部102,进而,用户在使用固态面膜的过程中,可以将实心结构部102依次撕下后,仅保留空心支撑部101与固态面膜层2,使用者将固态面膜层2贴至使用者面部,空心支撑部101将固态面膜层2边缘固定于使用者面部,因此空心支撑部101可以为固态面膜层2提供良好的物理支撑,并且空心支撑部101改变了传统固态面膜中面膜基材中含有固态养颜液体的面膜结构,由于实心结构部202被撕下,本实用新型提供的固态面膜大大降低了现有的固态面膜中的面膜基材对液态养颜液体的吸收,使得大部分养颜液体均可被使用者皮肤吸收,提高了固态面膜的美容护肤效果。在本实用新型的一个实施例中,空心支撑部101的外沿形状与固态面膜层2边缘形状相同。可以理解的是,可以对支撑膜层、固态面膜层组成的双层膜结构同时进行模切,因此空心支撑部的外沿形状、固态面膜层边缘形状是相同的。本实用新型对固态面膜的形状不做限制,其可以使用本领域技术人员常规的形状。
现有技术中,常见的面膜是含有养颜液体的面膜,此种面膜中的养颜液体是呈液态存储于面膜中,此种面膜在制造、加工、保存、运输环节中,由于养颜液体呈液态,因此此种面膜容易受到污染,进而发生变质,此种面膜的保质期短;使用者使用过程中,此种面膜会在包装内残留大量养颜液体,并且使用者手上的细菌真菌会污染此种面膜,造成了养颜液体的浪费并且易引发使用者面部皮肤健康问题;常见的固态面膜,其面膜基材采用蚕丝基布,造成养颜液体大多被蚕丝基布吸收,造成养颜液体无法被使用者皮肤吸收,固态面膜的美容护肤效果不佳,因此固态面膜难易在市面上推广使用。
根据本实用新型提供的固态面膜,可以首先支撑膜层送入静电纺丝机,并将养颜液体牵引至支撑膜层第一表面,形成由支撑膜层和固态面膜层组成的双层膜结构,将此双层膜结构经模切工艺将支撑膜层模切形成支撑空心部以及实心结构部,最终得到一种具有支撑膜层-固态面膜层组成的双层膜结构的固态面膜;当使用者使用此种面膜时,可以先将实心结构部撕下,其仅剩空心支撑部以及与空心支撑部连接的固态面膜层,使用者将此种面膜的固态面膜层贴至使用者面部,并向固态面膜层加入适量纯净水,固态面膜层内含有的养颜成分溶解于纯净水中变为液态养颜液体,,待使用者皮肤吸收绝大部分液态养颜液体,完成整个敷面膜过程;在制造、加工、保存、运输环节中,由于减少了传统面膜制造过程中向面膜基材中入液工序,固态面膜不易混入污染源,并降低了传统面膜的制造成本,防止面膜在包装袋中残留大量养颜液体造成浪费,节约了大量养颜液体;空心支撑部作为固态面膜层的物理支撑,具有保持面膜形状的作用,同时,与传统固态面膜固态养颜液体存储于面膜基材不同的是,在使用时,由于实心结构部被去除,因此本实用新型提供的固态面膜中存储的固态养颜液体可被使用者皮肤大部分吸收,提高了美容护肤效果。并且,由于本实用新型提供的固态面膜具有上述安全、卫生、保质期长、护肤效果好等优点,可以得到很好的应用推广。
在本实用新型的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种固态面膜,其特征在于,包括支撑膜层,以及与所述支撑膜层第一表面可拆卸连接的固态面膜层;所述支撑膜层设置有空心支撑部,以及与所述空心支撑部的空心形状相同的实心结构部,所述实心结构部容置在所述空心支撑部的空心内,所述空心支撑部与所述实心结构部相互独立。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固态面膜,其特征在于:所述支撑膜层为离型膜。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固态面膜,其特征在于:所述支撑膜层为淋膜离型膜、格拉辛离型膜或CCK离型膜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的固态面膜,其特征在于:所述空心支撑部的形状为圆环,所述实心结构部的形状为圆形,所述实心结构部的直径与所述空心支撑部的内径相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的固态面膜,其特征在于:所述固态面膜层为养颜液体静电纺丝形成的固态纳米纤维层。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的固态面膜,其特征在于:所述空心支撑部的外沿形状与所述固态面膜层的边缘形状相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的固态面膜,其特征在于:所述支撑膜层的第一表面的摩擦系数小于支撑膜层的第二表面的摩擦系数。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的固态面膜,其特征在于:所述固态面膜层的厚度为0.05 – 4mm。
