背景技术

随着LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)显示屏行业的发展,对各项技术的要求越来越严格,液晶显示屏制造过程的清洗是精密清洗,为了达到良好的清洗效果,必须对清晰度、洁净度和防静电等功能的的技术要求也越来越高。从清洗剂上来看,清洗剂的选择要从两个方面来考虑:一方面要从污物的性质来选择化学作用效果最好的清洗剂;另一方面要选择表面张力、蒸气压及粘度合适的清洗剂,因为当你使用的清洗方式是超声波清洗的话,而这些特性与超声空化强弱有关。液体的表面张力大则不容易产生空化,但是当声强超过空化阈值时,空化泡崩溃释放的能量也大,有利于清洗。高蒸气压的液体会降低空化强度,而液体的粘度大也不容易产生空化,因此蒸气压高和粘度大的清洗剂都不利于超声波清洗。此外,清洗液的静压力都对清洗效果有影响,清洗液的静压力大时,不容易产生空化,所以在密闭加压容器中进行超声波清洗或处理时效果最差。
配向膜涂布前清洗机运转中,毛刷段药液喷洒进入两侧齿轮处,齿轮运转存在磨耗,产生的碎屑随药被药液冲走,随管路回收至储水池内,经过泵作用再次回到 上层清洗基板,碎屑在滤芯处残留,导致滤芯堵塞,使用寿命(1天)远低于正常水准(7天),而已知技术是将两侧齿轮处回收管路与废液管路相连,溅入的药液直接排走,不参与回收利用。示例性技术浪费材料、增加成本。

有鉴于上述缺陷,本申请所要解决的是提供一种减少材料浪费和降低成本的清洗装置和系统。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种清洗装置,所述清洗装置包括:传送组件,传送待清洗物品;驱动组件,与所述传送组件连接,位置低于所述传送组件,驱动所述传送组件;清洗组件,位置高于位于所述传送组件,清洗待洗物品;防水结构,位置位于所述驱动组件与所述清洗组件之间,遮挡所述驱动组件,防止洗剂与所述驱动组件接触。

经发明人研究发现,显示面板生产过程中,在配向膜涂布前需要进行清洗,清洗时需要传送组件、驱动组件与清洗组件共同作用,完成清洗流程,但清洗过程中,洗剂会与驱动组件接触,而驱动组件表面存在碎屑,这样洗剂回收时其中存在碎屑,对洗剂的回收产生阻碍,造成成本增加和洗剂浪费,而在驱动组件与清洗组件之间设防水结构,这样防水结构可以遮挡驱动组件,使得洗剂无法接触到驱动组件,也就无法与碎屑混合到一起,从而帮助洗剂回收,节省成本。

如图1至图8所示,本申请实施例公布了一种清洗装置,包括:传送组件110,传送待清洗物品;驱动组件119,与传送组件110连接,位置低于传送组件110,且位于清洗装置100的靠侧壁侧,驱动传送组件110;驱动组件119包括齿轮组件120;清洗组件130,位置高于传送组件110,清洗待洗物品;防水结构140,位置位于齿轮组件120与清洗组件130之间,遮挡齿轮组件120,防止洗剂与齿轮组件120接触。
面板的玻璃基板生产过程中,在配向膜涂布前需要进行清洗,清洗时需要传送组件110、齿轮组件120与清洗组件130共同作用,完成清洗流程,但清洗过程中,洗剂会与齿轮组件120接触,而齿轮组件120表面存在碎屑,这样洗剂回收时其中存在碎屑,对洗剂的回收产生阻碍,造成成本增加和洗剂浪费,而在齿轮组件120与清洗组件130之间设防水结构140,这样防水结构140可以遮挡齿轮组件120,使得洗剂无法接触到齿轮组件120,也就无法与碎屑混合到一起,从而帮助洗剂回收,节省成本。
本实施例可选的,清洗装置100包括机台150,机台150位置低于传送组件110且位于清洗装置100的侧壁内侧,防水结构140的一端与机台150连接固定,防水结构140的另一端与清洗装置100的侧壁连接固定。
显示面板清洗过程中,清洗装置100运作会产生震动,那么对于防水结构140这种 安装件来说,安装的牢固性尤为重要,考虑到清洗装置100中,机台150与侧壁结构上较大,比较稳固,因此,本方案通过将防水结构140与机台150和侧壁相连接固定,固定后的防水结构140有效遮挡覆盖齿轮组件120,而且固定后的防水结构140也会相对牢固。
本实施例可选的,防水结构140包括锁紧件142和至少两个挡板141,挡板141与挡板141并排且相接合地安装到清洗装置100上,至少两个挡板141覆盖并位置高于齿轮组件120,锁紧件142通过可拆装方式将挡板141与挡板141的相接合位置连接。
因为清洗装置100较大,而防水结构140的主要遮挡覆盖齿轮组件120的部分是挡板141,若挡板141对应设计去覆盖齿轮组件120,会使得到的挡板141较大,那么挡板141安装时会有很多不便,而若将挡板141设计相对小些,然后利用挡板141之间相互安装后的配合实现对齿轮组件120的遮挡覆盖,那么可以方便安装和拆卸的操作,因此,本方案设计的防水结构140包括至少两个挡板141,由于挡板141相对较小,这样对挡板141拆装都方便,而考虑到安装后的挡板141与挡板141之间可能存在缝隙,缝隙既会影响防水结构140的密封性,还影响挡板141与挡板141之间的安装牢固性,因此,本方案设计了锁紧件142,利用锁紧件142将挡板141与挡板141之间连接,既能帮助固定挡板141,还可以对挡板141之间的缝隙进行弥补,防止洗剂与齿轮组件120接触。
本实施例可选的,防水结构140包括导流件143,导流件143固定在清洗装置100的侧壁上,导流件143位置高于挡板141与其连接固定的清洗装置100的侧壁之间的接合处,导流件143遮挡接合处以防止洗剂从接合处渗入与齿轮组件120接触。
防水结构140与清洗装置100的侧壁连接固定后,两者的接合处可能会存在缝隙, 那么洗剂就可能会从缝隙通过接触到齿轮组件120,影响到洗剂的回收利用,从而导致材料和成本的浪费,而在高于防水结构140和内壁的接合处的位置设置导流件143,导流件143可以将可能会进入到缝隙的洗剂截住并导入回收系统,节省材料和成本的浪费。
本实施例可选的,清洗装置100包括清洗结构160,清洗结构160位置高于齿轮组件120,清洗结构160清洗齿轮组件120。
清洗装置100工作中,齿轮组件120会因为磨损使得其表面有碎屑,现碎屑不能与洗剂混合排除,但碎屑积累会影响齿轮组件120正常工作,因此,本方案通过在比齿轮组件120高的位置设置清洗结构160,该清洗结构160专门清洗齿轮组件120上的碎屑,这样就不会影响齿轮组件120的正常运作了。
本实施例可选的,清洗装置100包括废排系统170与再循环系统180,废排系统170与再循环系统180不相接触,废排系统170位置低于齿轮组件120,再循环系统180位置低于传送组件110。
因为洗剂清洗显示面板后还可以回收利用,而清洗结构160对齿轮组件120清洗下来的碎屑等混合物不需要回收利用,因此,本方案清洗装置100设计废排系统170与再循环系统180,其中,废排系统170是为了排出碎屑等混合物,而再循环系统180是为了对清洗显示面板后的洗剂进行再循环处理从而继续使用,所以废排系统170设置在低于齿轮组件120的位置,再循环系统180设置在低于传送组件110的位置,两者各自分工,使得清洗装置100的废排工作效率更高,同时节省了洗剂,避免浪费。
本实施例可选的,挡板141与导流件143采用硬质塑料制成。
挡板141与导流件143的使用环境就是引导洗剂,该洗剂量相对较少,对导流件 143基本不构成重量上的破坏性压力,但经常在潮湿环境,挡板141与导流件143材质应具备防静电和防腐蚀性质,又因为挡板141与导流件143安装后不能因为清洗装置100运作时的震动而轻易产生形变,那么挡板141与导流件143就需要具备一定硬度,因此,本方案挡板141与导流件143采用硬质塑料制成,这样既可以满足使用条件,而且硬质塑料的生产技术成熟,成本低廉。
本实施例可选的,废排系统170包括第二管路171和废排储水池172,再循环系统180包括第一管路181、滤芯182和再循环储水池183,第二管路171与废排储水池172相连,第一管路181与再循环储水池183相连,滤芯182设置在第一管路181上。
显示面板清洗后,洗剂是可以过滤回收重复使用的,而齿轮碎屑是需要排出不可回收利用的,那么两种类型排出物就需要处理系统进行相应处理,因此,本方案设计再循环储水池183与第一管路181相连来处理洗剂等可回收利用的排出物,同时在第一管路181上设置滤芯182来对利用过的洗剂进行初处理,经滤芯182过滤后的洗剂排入再循环储水池183内进行后处理,最后得到可以再次利用的洗剂;设计废排储水池172与第二管路171相连来处理碎屑等不可回收利用的排出物,这样可以提高处理效率,同时减少了洗剂的浪费。
本实施例可选的,挡板141包括第一板300和第二板400,第一板300与第二板400之间的夹角大于90°,第一板300与清洗装置100侧壁相连固定,且第一板300与清洗装置100侧壁之间的夹角大于90°;第二板400与机台150相连固定,且第二板400与机台150之间的夹角大于或等于90°。
因为挡板141遮挡下来的洗剂需要使其向清洗装置100侧壁的内侧方向流动,所以,本方案设计的挡板141的第一板300与第二板400之间的夹角大于90°,且使第一板 300与清洗装置100侧壁相连固定,且第一板300与清洗装置100侧壁之间的夹角大于90°,第二板400与机台150相连固定,且第二板400与机台150之间的夹角大于或等于90°,这样当洗剂落到挡板141上时,都会向清洗装置100侧壁的内侧方向流动,从而流向再循环系统180。
本实施例可选的,机台150包括凹槽151,第二板400包括凸台410,第二板400与机台150连接固定时,凸台410与凹槽151相互配合;清洗装置100侧壁包括支撑条190,支撑条190位置高于齿轮组件120,且支撑条190凸出于清洗装置100内侧壁;防水结构140包括加强筋144,加强筋144位于防水结构140内侧,加强筋144与第一板300和第二板400均相连,第一板300与清洗装置100侧壁连接固定时,与第一板300相连的部分的加强筋144和支撑条190相互配合固定。
因为防水结构140与清洗装置100非一体,若不采取专门的定位设计去对防水结构140进行定位,那么安装过程会产生难固定的麻烦以及安装后的牢固性得不到保障,考虑到定位设计不能影响清洗装置100的正常工作,因此,本方案通过在机台150的可利用空位开设凹槽151,同时在与之对应配合的第二板400相应位置设计凸台410,这样第二板400固定可以通过凸台410与凹槽151的配合来实现;然后在清洗装置100的侧壁内侧面上设置支撑条190,这样第一板300可以搭靠在支撑条190上,可以对第一板300起到一定的固定作用;同时可以方便挡板141的安装过程定位,又因为第一板300与第二板400对安装后的挡板141来说属于主干,并且工作过程中会受一定的力,板状结构受力容易产生变形,影响固定稳定性,因此,设计加强筋144将第一板300与第二板400连接,这样加强筋144对两板都有加固作用,使挡板141结构稳定性更好。
本实施例可选的,在与第一板300相连的加强筋144的端部设计卡槽500的结构, 第一板300与清洗装置100侧壁连接固定时,卡槽500与设在清洗装置100的侧壁内侧面上的支撑条190配合固定。
若第一板300与支撑条190配合固定时不对第一板300进行定位类的结构设计,那么安装过程中,第一板300可能容易移动,不方便安装定位,考虑到支撑条190凸出于清洗装置100的内侧壁,因此,本方案在与第一板300相连的加强筋144的端部设计卡槽500,然后通过卡槽500结构与支撑条190配合实现第一板300的安装定位,同时加强筋144的结构上较稳定,在其上开设卡槽500不会对第一板300的结构上造成影响,利用此种结构类的嵌合固定,既成本低,价值大。
本实施例可选的,清洗装置100包括管路200,管路200位置高于机台150,第二板400包括管路槽420,管路槽420包括槽壁,槽壁凸出于第一板300的外侧面;第二板400安装固定后,管路200穿过管路槽420,槽壁覆盖在管路200外侧,管路200外表面与槽壁内表面相切。
因为第二板400固定在机台150上,而比机台150高的位置有很多管路200,因此,本方案通过对第二板400设计管路槽420,从而使管路200穿过管路槽420,使第二板400能避开管路200对安装固定的影响;因为洗剂落在挡板141上后,最终会沿着第二板400流下,而管路槽420与管路配合后,管路200与机台150之间内的管路槽420是不封闭的,有存在洗剂透过从而与齿轮接触的可能,因此,本方案通过将槽壁设为凸出于第一板300的外侧面,这样相对的就增加挡板141对洗剂的阻挡面积,能有效防止洗剂与齿轮组件120接触到。
本实施例可选的,第一板300包括编号结构340和便携结构350,编号结构340和便携结构350均位于第一板300的外侧面上,便携结构350位于第一板300的中间位置。
因为挡板141在使用过程中可能会出现故障,而防水结构140由很多挡板141共同组成,若其中一个故障,一般是清洗工通知维修工来维修,现实维修时工作人员需要花费相当的时间去找到故障挡板141,导致时间浪费,而且考虑到挡板141拆装和维修等都需要移动携带等,因此,本方案在第一板300上设计编号结构340和便携结构350,编号结构340刻蚀每个挡板141对应的编号,而安装后的挡板141,第一板300朝上,所以编号结构340设计在第一板300的外侧面上,这样方便刻蚀编号和读取编号;因为第一板300在上,所以将便携结构350设在第一板300的外侧面上,方便手动拿放,由于挡板141的结构上较均匀,重心位于靠中间位置,所以将便携结构350设在第一板300的外侧面上的中间位置,更方便携带与拿放操作。
本实施例可选的,第一板300包括滑轨330、第三端310和第四端320,锁紧件142包括滑槽331,滑轨330位于第一板300的外侧面上,且滑轨330是沿着第一板300至第二板400的方向分别设置在第三端310和第四端320,滑轨330包括第一侧面,位于第三端310的滑轨330的第一侧面不凸出于第三端310的端面,位于第四端320的滑轨330的第一侧面不凸出于第四端320的端面,挡板141安装固定后,锁紧件142通过滑槽331滑动连接第三端310的滑轨330与第四端320的滑轨330。
防水结构140安装后,其中一个挡板141的第一板300的第三端310与相邻挡板141的第一板300的第四端320向连,因为挡板141之间的连接需要考虑到密封性、固定的稳定性以及固定方式是否方便,因此,本方案在第一板300的外侧面上设计滑轨330,方便与锁紧件142配合固定;将滑轨330设计在第一板300的第三端310和第四端320,且使位于第三端310的滑轨330的第一侧面不凸出于第三端310的端面、位于第四端320的滑轨330的第一侧面不凸出于第四端320的端面,可以保证两个挡板141 的第一板300之间接触更紧密,密封性更换;而且滑轨330与滑槽331结构的锁紧件142配合时,相接触率较大,这样可以使连接更牢固。
本实施例可选的,清洗装置100包括毛刷600和清洗剂清洗段700,毛刷600和清洗剂清洗段700均位置高于传送组件110,且位于清洗装置100的侧壁内侧,毛刷600和清洗剂清洗段700并列设置;毛刷600与清洗剂清洗段700共同作用对待清洗物品进行清洗。
作为本申请的另一实施例,如图3至图8所示,公开了一种清洗装置,包括:传送组件110,传送待清洗物品;驱动组件119,与传送组件110连接,位置低于于传送组件110,且位于清洗装置100的靠侧壁侧,驱动传送组件110,驱动组件119包括齿轮组件120;清洗组件130,位置高于传送组件110,清洗待洗物品;防水结构140,位于齿轮组件120与清洗组件130之间,遮挡齿轮组件120,防止洗剂与齿轮组件120接触;

显示面板生产过程中,在配向膜涂布前需要进行清洗,清洗时需要传送组件110、齿轮组件120与清洗组件130共同作用,完成清洗流程,但清洗过程中,洗剂会与齿轮接触,而齿轮表面存在碎屑,这样洗剂回收时其中存在碎屑,对洗剂的回收产生阻碍,造成成本增加和洗剂浪费,而在齿轮组件120与清洗组件130之间设防水结构140,这样防水结构140可以遮挡齿轮组件120,使得洗剂无法接触到齿轮组件120,也就无法与碎屑混合到一起,从而帮助洗剂回收,节省成本;显示面板清洗过程中,清洗装置100运作会产生震动,那么对于防水结构140这种安装件来说,安装的牢固性尤为重要,考虑到清洗装置100中,机台150与侧壁结构上较大,比较稳固,因此,本方案通过将防水结构140与机台150和侧壁相连接固定,固定后的防水结构140能够有效遮挡覆盖齿轮组件120,而且固定后的防水结构140也会相对牢固;因为清洗装置100较大,而防水结构140的主要遮挡覆盖齿轮组件120的部分是挡板141,若挡板141对应设计去覆盖齿轮组件120,会使得到的挡板141较大,那么挡板141安装时会有很多不便,而若将挡板141设计相对小些,然后利用挡板141之间相互安装后的配合实现对齿轮组件120的遮挡覆盖,那么可以方便安装和拆卸的操作,因此,本方案设计的防水结构140包括至少两个挡板141,由于挡板141相对较小,这样对挡板141拆装都方便,而考虑到安装后的挡板141与挡板141之间可能存在缝隙,缝隙既会影响防水结构140的密封性,还影响挡板141与挡板141之间的安装牢固性,因此,本方案设计了锁紧件142,利用锁紧件142将挡板141与挡板141之间连接,既能帮助固定挡板141,还可以对挡板141之间的缝隙进行弥补,防止洗剂与齿轮组件120接触;防水结构140与清洗装置 100的侧壁连接固定后,两者的接合处可能会存在缝隙,那么洗剂就可能会从缝隙通过接触到齿轮,影响到洗剂的回收利用,从而导致材料和成本的浪费,而在防水结构140和内壁的接合处上方设置导流件143,导流件143可以将可能会进入到缝隙的洗剂截住并导入回收系统,节省材料和成本的浪费;因为挡板141在使用过程中可能会出现故障,而防水结构140由很多挡板141共同组成,若其中一个故障,一般是清洗工通知维修工来维修,现实维修时工作人员需要花费相当的时间去找到故障挡板141,导致时间浪费,而且考虑到挡板141拆装和维修等都需要移动携带等,因此,本方案在第一板300上设计编号结构340和便携结构350,编号结构340刻蚀每个挡板141对应的编号,而安装后的挡板141,第一板300朝上,所以编号结构340设计在第一板300的外侧面上,这样方便刻蚀编号和读取编号;因为第一板300在上,所以将便携结构350设在第一板300的外侧面上,方便手动拿放,由于挡板141的结构上较均匀,重心位于靠中间位置,所以将便携结构350设在第一板300的外侧面上的中间位置,更方便携带与拿放操作。
作为本申请的另一实施例,如图1至图8所示,公开了一种清洗系统,包括如上所述的清洗装置,清洗装置的齿轮组件不会与洗剂接触。
以上实施方式的清洗装置和清洗系统可以对显示面板使用,也可以对其它产品使用,适用即可。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种清洗装置,包括:
    传送组件,传送待清洗物品;
    驱动组件,与所述传送组件连接,位置低于所述传送组件,驱动所述传送组件;
    清洗组件,位置高于所述传送组件,清洗待洗物品;
    防水结构,位置位于所述驱动组件与所述清洗组件之间,遮挡所述驱动组件,防止洗剂与所述驱动组件接触。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种清洗装置,其中,所述清洗装置包括机台,所述机台位置低于所述传送组件且位于所述清洗装置的侧壁内侧,所述防水结构的一端与所述机台连接固定,所述防水结构的另一端与所述清洗装置的侧壁连接固定。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种清洗装置,其中,所述防水结构包括锁紧件和至少两个挡板,所述挡板与挡板并排且相接合地安装到所述清洗装置上,所述挡板覆盖并且位置高于所述驱动组件,所述锁紧件通过可拆装方式将所述挡板与挡板的相接合位置连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种清洗装置,其中,所述防水结构包括导流件,所述导流件固定在所述清洗装置的侧壁上,所述导流件位置高于所述挡板与其连接固定的所述清洗装置的侧壁之间的接合处,所述导流件遮挡所述接合处以防止洗剂从接合处渗入与驱动组件接触。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种清洗装置,其中,所述清洗装置包括清洗结构,所述清洗结构位置高于所述驱动组件,所述清洗结构清洗驱动组件。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种清洗装置,其中,所述清洗装置包括废排系统与再循环系统,所述废排系统与所述再循环系统不相接触,所述废排系统位置低于所述驱动组件,所述再循环系统位置低于所述传送组件。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的一种清洗装置,其中,所述挡板包括第一板和第二板,所述第一板包括编号结构和便携结构,所述编号结构和所述便携结构均位于所述第一板的外侧面上,所述便携结构位于所述第一板的中间位置。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种清洗装置,其中,所述废排系统包括第二管路和废排储水池,所述再循环系统包括第一管路、滤芯和再循环储水池,所述第二管路与所述废排储水池相连,所述第一管路与所述再循环储水池相连,所述滤芯设置在所述第一管路上。
  9. 一种清洗装置,包括:
    传送组件,传送待清洗物品;
    驱动组件,与所述传送组件连接,位置高于所述传送组件,驱动所述传送组件;
    清洗组件,位置高于所述传送组件,清洗待洗物品;
    防水结构,位置位于所述驱动组件与所述清洗组件之间,遮挡所述驱动组件,防止洗剂与所述驱动组件接触;
    机台,所述机台位置低于所述传送组件且位于所述清洗装置的侧壁内侧,所述防水结构一端与所述机台连接固定,所述防水结构的另一端与所述清洗装置的侧壁连接固定;
    所述防水结构包括锁紧件和至少两个挡板,所述至少两个挡板并排且相接合地安装到所述清洗装置上,所述至少两个挡板覆盖并且位置高于所述驱动组件,所述锁紧件通过可拆装方式将所述至少两个挡板的相接合位置连接;
    所述防水结构包括导流件,所述导流件固定在所述清洗装置的侧壁上,所述导流件位置高于所述挡板与其连接固定的所述清洗装置的侧壁之间的接合处,所述导流件遮挡所述接合处以防止洗剂从所述接合处渗入与驱动组件接触;
    所述挡板包括第一板和第二板,所述第一板包括编号结构和便携结构,所述编号结构和所述便携结构均位于所述第一板的外侧面上,所述便携结构位于所述第一板的中间位置。
  10. 一种清洗系统,包括清洗装置,所述清洗装置包括:
    传送组件,传送待清洗物品;
    驱动组件,与所述传送组件连接,位置低于所述传送组件,驱动所述传送组件;
    清洗组件,位置高于所述传送组件,清洗待洗物品;
    防水结构,位于所述驱动组件与所述清洗组件之间,遮挡所述驱动组件,防止洗剂与所述驱动组件接触。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种清洗系统,其中,所述清洗装置包括机台,所述机台位置低于所述传送组件且位于所述清洗装置的侧壁内侧,所述防水结构的一端与所述机台连接固定,所述防水结构的另一端与所述清洗装置的侧壁连接固定。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种清洗系统,其中,所述防水结构包括锁紧件和至少两个挡板,所述挡板与挡板并排且相接合地安装到所述清洗装置上,所述挡板覆盖并且位置高于所述驱动组件,所述锁紧件通过可拆装方式将所述挡板与挡板的相接合位置连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种清洗系统,其中,所述防水结构包括导流件,所述导流件固定在所述清洗装置的侧壁上,所述导流件位置高于所述挡板与其连接固定的所述清洗装置的侧壁之间的接合处,所述导流件遮挡所述接合处以防止洗剂从接合处渗入与驱动组件接触。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的一种清洗系统,其中,所述清洗装置包括清洗结构,所述清洗结构位置高于所述驱动组件,所述清洗结构清洗驱动组件。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的一种清洗系统,其中,所述清洗装置包括废排系统与再循环系统,所述废排系统与所述再循环系统不相接触,所述废排系统位置低于所述驱动组件,所述再循环系统位置低于所述传送组件。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的一种清洗系统,其中,所述挡板包括第一板和第二板,所述第一板包括编号结构和便携结构,所述编号结构和所述便携结构均位于所述第一板的外侧面上,所述便携结构位于所述第一板的中间位置。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的一种清洗系统,其中,所述废排系统包括第二管路和废排储水池,所述再循环系统包括第一管路、滤芯和再循环储水池,所述第二管路与所述废排储水池相连,所述第一管路与所述再循环储水池相连,所述滤芯设置在所述第一管路上。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的一种清洗系统,其中,所述挡板包括第一板和第二板,所述第一板与所述第二板之间的夹角大于90°,所述第一板与所述清洗装置侧壁相连固定,且所述第一板与所述清洗装置侧壁之间的夹角大于90°;所述第二板与所述机台相连固定,且所述第二板与所述机台之间的夹角大于或等于90°。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的一种清洗系统,其中,所述机台包括凹槽,所述第二板包括凸台,所述第二板与所述机台连接固定时,所述凸台与所述凹槽相互配合;所述清洗装置侧壁包括支撑条,所述支撑条位置高于所述齿轮组件,且所述支撑条凸出于所述清洗装置内侧壁;所述防水结构包括加强筋,所述加强筋位于防水结构内侧,所述加强筋与所述第一板和第二板均相连,所述第一板与所述清洗装置侧壁连接固定时,与所述第一板相连的部分的所述加强筋和所述支撑条相互配合固定。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的一种清洗系统,其中,在与所述第一板相连的所述加强筋的端部设计卡槽结构,所述第一板与所述清洗装置侧壁连接固定时,所述卡槽与设在所述清洗装置的侧壁内侧面上的所述支撑条配合固定。
