Description

WATER-SAVING PLANTING APPARATUS
FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a planting device, especially a new type of water-saving planting apparatus.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] Recently, there are varieties of water-saving equipment for planting. However the existing equipment consumes the huge quantity of supplies, resources, energy together with high manufacturing cost as well as the installation time of the users, which lead to water pollution and cause diseases once organic substances used as the capillary. All lead to the wastage of social resources in current industrial era, particularly in the developing countries.
[0003] Patent for utility solutions No. 2-0000603-000 disclosed a plant container comprising: containner contains possiting ribs, drainage vents, a top blocking plate with drainage holes placed in container and a cloth sheet coating blocking plate.
[0004] Patent for utility solutions No. 2-0001745-000 disclosed a plant container including: container, a blocking plate inserted into support groove on the container wall, pair of straps fixed onto the top surface of blocking plate, support pipes, water absorption bars, connecting tubes with sealing lids, automatic valves, bottom dischagre valves.
[0005] These solutions have following disadvantage: the fabric creates biofilm that causes uneven growth, leading to plant death; hard to clean water storage or replace the soil, etc. SUMMARY OF INVENTION
[0006] Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a watersaving planting apparatus that overcomes the above disadvantages and provides the stable quality for plants and the time saving for the users to reduce wastage of soci al resources due to time wastage, and to prevent water pollution which causes diseases in current industrial era.
[0007] In order to achieve the above mentioned purposes, a water-saving planting apparatus comprises the angle tilt (skew angle) tubular body with holes along the body side, a blocking plate and absorption bar, characterized that:
a blocking plate comprises: at least one big hole on upper surface; where in the upper or/and lower rims of big hole is higher than the surface of blocking plate; at least two ribbing lines on the surfaces of blocking plate; the upper or/and lower rims have the same angle tilt (skew angle) with the body side and higher or/and lower than surface of blocking plate; at least two grooves on the upper or/and lower rims;
or a blocking plate comprises: at least one big hole on upper surface; where in the big hole have grooves; the upper or/and lower rims have the same angle tilt (skew angle) with the body side and higher or/and lower than surface of blocking plate; and
absorption bar have a cone-shaped which is small towards the bottom and made from inorganic material.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0008] Fig 1 and Fig 1.1 show the cross-section drawing of apparatus.
[0009] Fig 2 is the detailed first embodiment of the blocking plate with grooves on the rims.
[0010] Fig 3 is the detailed second embodiment of the blocking plate with grooves on the surface.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] Fig 1 and Fig 1.1 illustrate the water-saving planting apparatus has the angle tilt tubular body (1) with holes (1.1) along it, the inner body of the apparatus has at least three inward convex ledges at the same height (1.2) which are placed above the side holes (1.3), the blocking plate (2), the absorption bar (3), growth medium such as soil is put on the blocking plate (2).
[0012] In Fig 2 shows the first embodiment of the blocking plate (2). It has small holes (2.1) and at least one big hole (2.2) on its surface; the upper or/and lower rims of blocking plate (2.4) have the same angle tilt (skew angle) with the body side and higher than surface of blocking plate (2) in order to attach to the proper position; the upper or/and lower rims of big hole (2.3) is higher than the surface of blocking plate (2) to hold the absorption bar (3); the upper and lower surfaces have at least two ribbing lines raising on both the surfaces (2.6) and have a least two grooves (2.5) to prevent the blocking plate from being bent, flip or loose down and resist the gravity more effectively.
[0013] In Fig 3 shows the second embodiment of the blocking plate (2). It has at least one big hole (2.2) on its surface, wherein the big hole (2.2) is designed with grooves (2.7) to drain water and to create movable surface (2.8) in order to hold tight the absorption bar (3) as required and support the blocking plate to prevent it from being bent, flip or loose down and resist the gravity more effectively. The upper or/'and lower rims of blocking plate (2.4) have the same angle tilt (skew angle) with the body side and higher than surface of blocking plate (2) in order to attach to the proper position. In Fig 2 and Fig 3 show the absorption bar (3) have a cone- shaped tubular which is small towards the bottom and is made of inorganic compounds. The absorption bar (3) is placed in big hole (2.2) to absorb water or nutritive medium from the bottom up to plants and prevent it from loosing down.
[0014] To start the operation, p lace the blocking plate (2) inside the appara tus body, also place the obsorption bar (3) inside the big hole (2.2) of the blocking plate (2), put growth medium such as soil on the blocking plate (2), place plant seeds, or seedling into the growth medium, supply water for the first time into the apparatus until water overflows through the side holes (1.3) then stop watering and waiting for the harvest. During the planting process, refill water into the apparatus when it drains out.
