Description

GARMENT ON HANGERS (GOH) CONTAINER STEEL WIRE ROPE SYSTEM
Technological Area:
The present invention relates to a garment on hangers (goh) container steel wire rope system which is used to transport all kinds of textile products economically and safely in a shipping container without any damage.
The traditional GOH Container System:
With the globalization of the economy, different product groups can be produced and consumed in different countries, One of these groups is textile products (a.k.a apparels in the fashion industry), Today, some textile products are produced on a continent and transported to different continents.
In the current system; the way of transporting textile products from one country to another is made by either garment on hangers (goh) container systems (also known as bangtainers) made with rectangular or round constructional steel tubes assembly, or as in bulk loading in the containers or as in stuffed in the carboard boxes that are loaded into the shipping containers, Transport modes in the present system cause damage to the products or made with difficult and costly garment on hangers container systems, As a result of the transport of textile products in the form of cardboard boxes and bulk loading, various complications occur due to wrinkles, tears and dirt in textile products so that the buyer is not satisfied. Re-conditioning of these textile products (ironing, dry cleaning etc.) after the delivery to the main warehouses of the fashion brand causes some extra costs to these fashion companies.
In the existing export system made with the cardboard boxes, the transported textile product is limited in terms of quantity, They are loaded into a shipping container with a total average of 4-5 tons, This leads to an increase in the number of containers needed for the large amount of exports. Therefore, this is another factor that increases the transportation costs.
In reference to the utility model no: TR201405261, "Garment on Hangers transport, system" is described, The present invention relates to the GOH container transportation system used in order to ensure that all kinds of textile products are transported in an economical and safe way without being damaged, 8 pieces of hooks attached to the upper lashing rings in the container, the upper steel frame made with rectangular steel tubes placed on the hooks, a number of carrier feet vertically positioned to support the upper frame to the base of the container and the strings hanging on the bars of the upper frame. In reference to the utility model no: TR2Q1408719, the GOH system system mounted Inside the container is described for the transport of textile products. The system used here Is designed as a string and strap system. The invention also relates to the safe transfer of textile products contained In the shipping containers in motion during transport, without any damage.
US4494S96 numbered patent application discloses a "support bar". The invention is a hanger support rod for the transport of garments and comprises rings which are rotatably mounted on tubular members, It comprises a tubular element with swivel rods and long rods spaced over the tubular member for locking many of garment hangers engaging the rings and preventing it from being removed during transport. The tubular member has mounting elements which extend to the vertical slots with the release bolt extending to the housing at the other end.
The utility model / patent applications mentioned above describe the systems used for the transport of textile products, These systems are made of round steel tubes, rectangular steel tubes and angle irons, When the containers are carried by cranes or forklifts during the handling operations, a loosening or rupture of the connection points of these steel structures may occur due to the streching in the container. The Installation and dismantlement of these products take long time. These systems are problematic in carrying overload. At the same time, these systems are costly, The biggest handicap of these traditional GOH container systems is that the materials (steel bars and frames) used in the installation are heavy and the transportation of those are often problematic. Due to this, either a necessity occurs for transportation of the container to the places designated for this job or a necessity occurs for the transportation of the workers and materials to the place where the container Is present. This results in extra shipping costs, or a detention of the container for another 2-3 hours.
As a result, a new technology is needed to overcome the above mentioned disadvantages, A system which offers an easy installation and dismantlement in short times, offers a less space occupying storage option after dismantlement, a system offers a high load carrying capacity, a system which is flexible and robust to prevent the loosening or ruptures at the connection points during the transportation of the containers.
Description of the Invention;
The present invention is a garment on hangers (goh) container system made of steel wire ropes, capable of overcoming the aforementioned disadvantages; installation and dismantlement can be done In a short time and easily, with high load-carrying capacity, prevents the loosening or ruptures in the connection points because of the stretching during the transport of the container, after the dismantlement in the final destination the steel wire rope system can be stacked without taking up much space, a new technology that is lighter and cost-effective compared to traditional GOH container systems. With the invention, it Is ensured that the products reach to the the buyer in the most secure manner in their first state without the wrinkles and the deformation of the packaging in any way. The invention increases the number of products exported by the container at a lower cost. The invention also provides the transportation of the textile products to be economical and safe, by sea, road and railway without damaging them and bringing unforeseen costs to the buyer.
It is also easy to use while reducing the investment and operating costs. Thanks to the hanging strings, products are not damaged and safe transportation of the products is offered. The present invention with its unique design reduces the installation and dismantlement to a very short time period, The product of the present invention can carry very high loads with its robust structure.
The product according to the invention cannot cause any deformation or loosening of the connection points due to the stretching of the container occurring during the transportation. After the product of the Invention Is dismantled, It can be stored without taking up much space. The product according to the Invention is lightweight and therefore easy to carry. The cost of the product of the present invention is lower compared to the traditional GOH container systems made with rectangular or round steel tubes,
Thanks to the easy fixing of the components forming the invention, it Is easy to install and the costs are low due to the short installation and dismantlement time, The invention also has a robust construction,
