Description
WHEEL BEARING REMOVAL APPARATUS Technological Field:
The invention relates to a wheel bearing apparatus which is used for the maintenance and repair of wheels of all types of air, land vehicles and, at the same time, allows the removal of more than one wheel bolt.
Known State of Technology:
In the present system, special tools, called the wheel bolts, are used to remove or install the wheel bolts (stud bolts) that secure the wheels of the tires to the axle. Each of these wheel bolts, are in a shape of a“T“or a “+” and has a single bolt removal at each end that can be used to dislodge the wheel bolts. They vary in size according to the wheel size. Depending on the size of the wheel bolt, the desired bolt is used and the wheel bolts on the wheel are removed one by one. Depending on the need, some improvements have been made on the wheel bolts. In reference to utility model TR200502565, a,“L-key” is described. The present invention relates to a wheel brace switch which limits the excess torque and is used in many ways. The wheel bolt in accordance with the invention comprises a body, a crimp and a hexagon in its most basic form.
In reference to utility model TR200607337, a "device for disassembling vehicle wheel bolts at one time" is described. The invention relates to means for securing the wheel bolt of the vehicle, and means for disassembling and attaching these wheel bolts, and at least one bolt gear conveying the movement received from said engine to another conveyor, The two-stage gear, driven from the diameter gear, relates to the large gear which forms an integral structure with the key slot in which the two-position gear is
positioned for insertion and / or removal of the driven wheel from the small diameter gear.
The large number of wheel bolts used to secure the wheels on the vehicle has encouraged people to make many improvements. In the utility application number TR200706708 a“multiple flashing apparatus” is described. The present invention relates to the desired number and much more practical mounting of the wheel bearings (studs) mounted on the vehicle hubs. The inventions used in the present system have been aimed at facilitating the dismantling-fitting of the wheel bolts on the wheel which are more than one. But it didn't allow labor and cost to be reduced at the moment. Therefore, a new technology is needed. Description of Invention:
The present invention is a wheel bearing removal apparatus which can overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages; it can save time by removing multiple plugs on the wheel at the same time.
This interchangeable gear structure and the wheel bolt, it can be used at more than one wheel of any size. Production costs are low due to the small number of parts.
Wheel bolts are connected to pinion gears with the help of wedges. In case of malfunctions in bolts or pinion gears with bolted wheel bearers, they can be separated by wedges. In the same way, the central gear and the drive input shaft can also be separated by means of the wedges.
It is easy to produce due to the easy impregnation of the materials forming the invention, and the costs are low due to the short production time. In addition, the invention has a long service life.
Description of Figures:
The invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, whereby the features of the invention will become more apparent and appreciated, but this is not intended to limit the invention to these particular embodiments. On the contrary, it is intended to cover all alternatives, modifications and equivalents which may be included in the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. It should be understood that the details shown are presented solely for the purposes of illustrating preferred embodiments of the present invention and are provided to provide both the shaping of the methods and the most useful and easy-to-understand description of the rules and conceptual features of the invention.
In these drawings;

Description of Invention:
The invention includes a central gear (5) associated with the drive input shaft (3), at least three pinion gears (4) rotating about the central gear (5), and the central gear (1) with the stud bolt (1) associated with the pinion gears (4). 5) and the pinion gears (4), which comprise the housing (2) (Figure- 1, Figure-2).
The body (2) consists of the front cover (2.1) and the rear cover (2.3) so as to retain the gears (4, 5). The front cover (2.1) comprises the wheel bolt holes (2.2) formed to engage the wheel bolt (1) to the pinion gears (4). The front cover (2.1) comprises at least three stud holes (2.2) and the rear cover (2.3) comprises at least three holes (2.2) and a hole in the center (Fig. 2)
On the pinion gears (4), the wedge channels (4.1) are formed in the form corresponding to the wedges (1.1) on the spindle (1). Shaft bolts (1) and pinion gears (4) are fixed to each other by means of wedge
Detailed Description of Invention: In the invention, the circular motion given to the movement input shaft (3) is transmitted to the central gear (5), the pinion gears (4) located around the central gear (5) are rotated 360 degrees by driving and the spindle bolt (1) connected to the pinion gears (4) is also 360 rotating degrees.
