Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système d'investissement commercial basé sur une chaîne de blocs et son procédé de commande. Dans un procédé de commande d'un système d'investissement commercial basé sur une chaîne de blocs selon certains modes de réalisation, le système d'investissement commercial effectue un processus de financement, et chaque transaction générée dans le processus de financement est mémorisée dans une chaîne de blocs du système d'investissement commercial. Dans ce cas, le processus de financement est un processus exécuté pour conclure et gérer un contrat d'investissement d'un investisseur enregistré à l'avance dans le système d'investissement commercial, et comprend les étapes consistant : à générer un contrat intelligent dans lequel des conditions d'investissement pour une société faisant l'objet de l'investissement sélectionnée dans le système d'investissement commercial sont enregistrées ; à transmettre une pièce de financement à la société faisant l'objet de l'investissement en réponse à la réception de la pièce de financement pour la société faisant l'objet de l'investissement auprès de l'investisseur, tout en transmettant à l'investisseur un jeton de garantie de valeur calculé sur la base de la pièce de financement ; et à enregistrer, dans le contrat intelligent, des informations sur le contrat d'investissement de l'investisseur pour la société faisant l'objet de l'investissement, le jeton de garantie de valeur étant un jeton défini par le système d'investissement commercial et émis pour garantir une partie de la valeur totale de la pièce de financement tandis que le contrat d'investissement de l'investisseur reste en effet.
