Abstract
一种洗衣机联动门及其控制方法,所述洗衣机包括壳体(1)和设置于壳体(1)内的无孔内筒(3),所述壳体(1)上设置机门(9),所述无孔内筒(3)上设置内筒门(10),在机门(9)和内筒门(10)之一上设置具有磁性的吸引部(11),以及在机门(9)和内筒门(10)另一上设置能与吸引部(11)相吸或相斥的被吸引部(12),所述吸引部(11)和被吸引部(12)相互作用,机门(9)联动内筒门(10)同时开启或同时关闭。上述洗衣机联动门方便且可靠性高,根据其控制方法实现用户打开机门(9)的同时打开内筒门(10),或者关闭机门(9)的同时关闭内筒门(10),减少了用户打开或者关闭洗衣机的次数,提高用户的使用体验。
Description
本发明属于洗衣机领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗衣机联动门及其控制方法。
现有洗衣机包括外筒和内筒,外筒和内筒之间存在夹层,洗衣机洗涤或脱水过程中,水流会由内筒上的孔进入夹层,以及从夹层进入内筒,会导致夹层之间存在污垢并造成细菌繁殖,同时夹层之间的水也造成了水浪费的问题。为了解决这一问题,无筒内筒研发并上市。在无筒内筒洗衣机的内筒上设置有密封门,密封门随内筒旋转并防止内筒中的水流进入外筒,无筒内筒洗衣机的外壳上还设置有机门,机门是将旋转的内筒与外界隔离并起到装饰的作用。但用户在使用过程中需要分两次打开密封门和机门,以及分两次关闭密封门和机门,造成使用上的不便。
中国申请CN108252060A公开了一种门锁结构,包括吸引部件和被吸引部件,吸引部件设置在门体和机器壳体之一上,被吸引部件设置在门体和机器壳体之另一上,所述的吸引部件包括磁铁座和磁铁,磁铁设置在磁铁座内,所述的被吸引部件为门开关板,磁铁座和门开关板相对应设置,磁铁座为可被磁化的材料。本发明采用磁铁座放大磁力的作用,采用较少量的磁铁就可以产生足够大的吸力,同时磁铁在磁铁座内不容易掉出,本发明的门锁结构外形美观,表面看不到紧固的螺钉,成本低,门吸力便于调节,儿童进入烘干筒内容易在里面打开。此结构为依靠磁铁吸力的门锁结构,但其仅仅为壳体和门体之间的锁定关系,其为单门结构,但对于同时具有内筒门和机门两扇门体的无孔内筒洗衣机如何减少用户开关门次数的问题仍未得到解决。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种内将无孔内筒洗衣机上的内筒门和洗衣机壳体上的机门同时打开或者同时关闭的联动门,减少用户开门或关门次数,提高用户体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一目的在于提出了一种洗衣机联动门,所述洗衣机包括壳体和设置于壳体内的无孔内筒,所述壳体上设置机门,所述无孔内筒上设置内筒门,在 机门和内筒门之一上设置具有磁性的吸引部,以及在机门和内筒门另一上设置能与吸引部相吸或相斥的被吸引部,所述吸引部和被吸引部相互作用,机门联动内筒门同时开启或同时关闭。
进一步的,所述机门与内筒门相对设置,所述机门靠近内筒门的一侧向内凹陷形成第一凹槽,所述吸引部设置于第一凹槽中;和/或,所述内筒门靠近机门的一侧向内凹陷形成第二凹槽,所述被吸引部与所述吸引部相对立设置于第二凹槽中。
进一步的,所述吸引部设置永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置金属,在所述吸引部与被吸引部之间设置可开合阻磁结构,机门开启时,阻磁结构打开,吸引部与被吸引部相吸联动内筒门开启。
进一步的,所述吸引部设置第一永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置第二永磁铁,在所述吸引部与被吸引部之间设置可开合阻磁结构,机门开启时,阻磁结构打开,吸引部与被吸引部相吸联动内筒门开启;或者,机门关闭时,阻磁结构打开,所述吸引部与被吸引部相斥联动内筒门关闭。
进一步的,所述吸引部设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置金属,机门开启时,所述吸引部通电产生磁性与被吸引部相吸联动内筒门开启。
本发明的第二目的在于提出了一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,所述洗衣机包括壳体和设置于壳体内的无孔内筒,在所述壳体上设置机门,在所述无孔内筒上设置内筒门,在机门和内筒门之一设置具有磁性的吸引部,以及在机门和内筒门另一上设置能与吸引部相吸或相斥的被吸引部,所述控制方法为控制机门联动内筒门同时开启或同时关闭。
进一步的,所述吸引部设置永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置永磁铁或金属,在所述吸引部与被吸引部之间设置可开合的阻磁结构,在所述机门外侧还设置有控制按钮,所述控制按钮控制阻磁结构开合。
进一步的,所述吸引部设置永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置金属,机门开启的同时按下阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构打开,永磁铁与金属相吸,机门与内筒门同时开启,松开阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构闭合,永磁铁和金属之间无作用,机门和内筒门分开;
进一步的,当所述吸引部设置第一永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置第二永磁铁,所述第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁磁性相反,机门开启的同时按下阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构打开,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁相互吸引,机门与内筒门同时开启,松开阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构 闭合,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁之间无作用,机门和内筒门分开;
或者,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性相同,机门关闭的同时按下阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构打开,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁相互排斥,机门联动内筒门关闭,松开阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构闭合,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁之间无作用,机门和内筒门保持关闭。
进一步的,所述吸引部设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置金属,所述洗衣机上还设置有控制器,所述控制器控制电磁铁通电产生磁性,所述控制方法包括:判断机门是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器控制电磁铁通电,电磁铁与金属相吸,机门联动内筒门开启;若判断结果为否,则控制器控制电磁铁保持断电状态,机门与内筒门均关闭。
本发明的第三目的在于提出了一种洗衣机联动门,包括壳体和设置于壳体内的无孔内筒,所述壳体上设置机门,所述无孔内筒上设置内筒门,在机门和内筒门之一设置具有磁性的吸引部,以及在机门和内筒门另一上设置与吸引部相吸或相斥的被吸引部,所述吸引部和被吸引部相互作用,机门联动内筒门同时开启和同时关闭。
进一步的,所述机门与内筒门相对设置,所述机门靠近内筒门的一侧向内凹陷形成第一凹槽,所述吸引部设置于第一凹槽中;和/或,所述内筒门靠近机门的一侧向内凹陷形成第二凹槽,所述被吸引部与所述吸引部相对立设置于第二凹槽中。
进一步的,所述吸引部和被吸引部至少其一的磁极发生改变。
进一步的,所述吸引部设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置永磁铁,机门联动内筒门开启和关闭过程中,所述电磁铁的磁极发生改变。
进一步的,所述吸引部设置第一电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置第二电磁铁,机门联动内筒门开启和关闭过程中,所述第一电磁铁或第二电磁铁的磁极发生改变。
进一步的,所述吸引部活动设置第一永磁铁,所述被吸引部固定设置第二永磁铁,在所述机门上还设置有第一电永磁铁磁极转换钮,机门开启和关闭过程中,第一永磁铁沿轴线方向旋转,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁相对一侧的磁极改变。
本发明第四目的在于提出了一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,所述洗衣机包括壳体和设置于壳体内的无孔内筒,在所述壳体上设置机门,在所述无孔内筒上设置内筒门,在机门和内筒门之一设置具有磁性的吸引部,以及在机门和内筒门另一上设置与吸引部相吸或相斥的被吸引部,所述控制方法为控制机门联动内筒门同时开启和同时关闭。
进一步的,所述吸引部设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置电磁铁或永磁铁,所述洗衣机还 包括控制电磁铁产生磁性和改变磁极的控制器,所述控制方法包括:判断机门是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器控制电磁铁通电,吸引部与被吸引部磁性相反,机门与内筒门相吸,机门联动内筒门开启;若判断结果为否,则需进一步判断内筒门是否开启。
进一步的,当判断机门关闭时,还需进一步判断内筒门是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器控制电磁铁电流方向改变,吸引部与被吸引部磁性相同,机门与内筒门相斥,机门联动内筒门关闭;若判断结果为否,则控制器控制电磁铁断电,吸引部与被吸引部不相吸也不相斥,机门与内筒门保持关闭。
进一步的,所述吸引部活动设置第一电磁铁,所述被吸引部固定设置第二电磁铁,在所述机门上还设置第一电磁铁磁极转换钮,所述控制方法为,打开机门时,按压磁极转换钮,第一永磁铁沿轴线方向旋转180°,第一电磁铁与第二电磁铁相吸,机门联动内筒门开启;关闭机门时,磁极转换钮复位,第一永磁铁沿相反方向旋转180°,第一电磁铁与第二电磁铁相斥,机门联动内筒门关闭。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比,本发明分别在无孔内筒洗衣机的机门和内筒门上设置吸引部和被吸引部,通过吸引部和被吸引部相吸使机门联动内筒门同时开启,或者通过吸引部和被吸引部相斥使机门联动内筒门同时关闭,从而减少用户打开或者关闭无孔内筒洗衣机的次数,提升了使用用户体验。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明适用于无筒内筒3洗衣机,无孔内筒3洗衣机包括壳体1,以及壳体1内设置有外筒2,外筒2内设置有内筒3。外筒2主要目的为了收集内筒3的排水及内筒3高速离心的排水。内筒3旋转,优选的是设置了提升筋,不断的提升跌落摔打衣物,以便洗净衣物。内筒3是无孔结构的。在外筒2的中心设置中心安装孔,与内筒3紧固相连的轴承结构穿过所述中心安装孔与第一电机4相连,内筒3在第一电机4的带动下旋转。在所述轴承中具有中空的进水孔5,进水管与进水孔5采用动密封结构相连。在内筒3上还设置有单向阀6,以及在外筒2上设置有第二电机8及顶杆7,在洗衣机缓慢旋转(洗涤或者漂水)过程中,顶杆7处于复位状态,单向阀6保持关闭;结束缓慢旋转过程,内筒3停止旋转,此时内筒3上的单向阀6位置刚好与顶杆7相对,控制器13控制洗衣机排水时,顶杆7在电机的带动下向上升起,将单向阀6阀门朝内筒3内部方向顶开,内筒3中的洗涤水从单向阀6排出。在内桶中还设置有离心阀,在洗衣机高速旋转过程中(脱水过程中),离心阀因高速旋转产生的离心力打开,内筒3中的水经离心阀排出内筒3。
如图1所示,在内筒3上设置内筒门10,所述内筒门10关闭实现内筒3处于封闭结构,防止洗衣机洗涤过程中内筒3中的水进入外筒2和壳体1内,并且内筒门10关闭后可随内筒3旋转。在壳体1上设置机门9,所述机门9将内筒3与外界隔离,避免内筒3暴露在外产生 安全隐患,同时机门9也起到了装饰的作用。所述机门9和内筒门10相对立设置,并且所述内筒门10和机门9均具有独立的门锁结构,可以各自独立关闭。在机门9和内筒门10之一上设置具有磁性的吸引部11,以及在机门9和内筒门10另一上设置与吸引部11相吸或相斥的被吸引部12。所述吸引部11优选为永磁铁或电磁铁;所述被吸引部12优选为能被永磁铁或电磁铁吸引的金属、永磁铁或电磁铁。当所述吸引部11和被吸引部12相吸时,机门9联动内筒门10同时开启,和/或,当吸引部11和被吸引部12相斥时,机门9联动内筒门10同时关闭。并且要求所述吸引部11与被吸引部12之间的吸力大于内筒门锁的解锁力,和/或,所述吸引部11与被吸引部12的斥力大于内筒门锁的锁定力。
进一步的,所述机门9靠近内筒门10的一侧向内凹陷形成第一凹槽,所述吸引部11设置于第一凹槽中;和/或,所述内筒门10靠近机门9的一侧向内凹陷形成第二凹槽,所述被吸引部12与所述吸引部11相对立设置于第二凹槽中。将吸引部11和被吸引部12分别设置于第一凹槽和第二凹槽中既不破坏洗衣机的美观,又减小了吸引部11和被吸引部12占用的空间。
实施例2
如图1所示,本实施例关于洗衣机结构部分与实施例1相同,不同在于所述吸引部11设置永磁铁,所述被吸引部12设置能被永磁铁吸引的金属,优选为铁、钴、镍等及其合金。同时,在所述吸引部11和被吸引部12之间设置可开合的阻磁结构,所述阻磁结构具有能够屏蔽或削弱永磁铁磁性的功能。同时,在所述机门9外侧还设置有控制按钮,优选将控制按钮设置在机门9把手附近,并且其设置位置能够实现打开机门9把手的同时按下控制按钮的操作。
其控制方法为,用户打开机门9的同时,按下控制按钮,永磁铁和金属之间的阻磁结构打开,永磁铁和金属相吸,其吸力大于内筒门锁的解锁力,机门9联动内筒门10开启;用户松开控制按钮,阻磁结构复位,阻磁结构重新处于永磁铁和金属之间,将永磁铁的磁性阻挡或削弱,永磁铁和金属分开,机门9和内筒门10分开。
实施例3
如图1所示,本实施例关于洗衣机结构部分与实施例1相同,不同在于所述吸引部11设置第一永磁铁,所述被吸引部12设置第二永磁铁。同时,在第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁之间设置可开合的阻磁结构,所述阻磁结构具有能够屏蔽或削弱第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性的功能。同时,在所述机门9外侧还设置有控制按钮,优选将控制按钮设置在机门9把手附近, 并且其设置位置能够实现打开机门9把手的同时按下控制按钮的操作。所述第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性相同时,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁的斥力大于内筒门锁的锁紧力;或者,所述第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性相反时,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁的吸力大于内筒门锁的解锁力;
其控制方法为,所述第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性相反时,用户打开机门9的同时,按下控制按钮,第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁之间的阻磁结构打开,第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁相吸,其吸力大于内筒门锁的解锁力,机门9联动内筒门10开启;用户松开控制按钮,阻磁结构复位,阻磁结构重新处于第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁,将永磁铁的磁性屏蔽或削弱,第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁分开,机门9和内筒门10分开。
或者,所述第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性相同时,用户打开机门9的同时,按下控制按钮,第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁之间的阻磁结构打开,第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁相斥,其斥力大于内筒门锁的锁紧力,机门9联动内筒门10关闭;用户松开控制按钮,阻磁结构复位,阻磁结构重新处于第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁之间,将永磁铁的磁性屏蔽或削弱,第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁分开,机门9和内筒门10分开。
实施例4
如图1所示,本实施例关于洗衣机结构部分与实施例1相同,不同在于所述吸引部11设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部12设置能被电磁铁吸引的金属,优选为铁、钴、镍等及其合金。所述洗衣机上还设置有控制器13,当机门9开启时,控制器13控制电磁铁通电并产生磁性,此时电磁铁与金属相吸,其吸力大于内筒门锁的解锁力,从而使机门9联动内筒门10开启。
其控制方法为:判断机门9是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器13控制电磁铁通电,机门9与内筒门10相吸,机门9联动内筒门10开启;若判断结果为否,则控制器13控制电磁铁保持断电状态,机门9与内筒门10均关闭。
实施例5
如图1所示,本实施例关于洗衣机结构部分与实施例1相同,不同在于所述吸引部11设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部12设置永磁铁。所述洗衣机上还设置有控制器13,所述控制器13控制电磁铁通电产生磁性,以及控制流经电磁铁的电流方向改变而改变电磁铁磁性。当机门9开启时,控制器13控制电磁铁通电,电磁铁产生与永磁铁磁性相反的磁性,电磁铁和永磁铁相吸,其吸力大与内筒3的解锁力,机门9联动内筒门10开启。当机门9关闭时,控制器 13改变通过电磁铁的电流方向,电磁铁磁性改变,此时电磁铁产生的磁性与永磁铁磁性相同,电磁铁和永磁铁相斥,其斥力大于内筒3的锁紧力,机门9联动内筒门10关闭。
其控制方法为:判断机门9是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器13控制电磁铁通电,电磁铁与永磁铁磁性相反,电磁铁与永磁铁相吸,机门9联动内筒门10开启;若判断结果为否,则需进一步判断内筒门10是否开启。
当判断机门9关闭时,还需进一步判断内筒门10是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器13控制通过电磁铁电流方向改变,电磁铁与永磁铁磁性相同,电磁铁与永磁铁相斥,机门9联动内筒门10关闭;若判断结果为否,则控制器13控制电磁铁断电,电磁铁与永磁铁不相吸也不相斥,机门9与内筒门10保持关闭。
实施例6
如图1所示,本实施例关于洗衣机结构部分与实施例1相同,不同在于所述吸引部11设置第一电磁铁,所述被吸引部12设置第二电磁铁。所述洗衣机上还设置有控制器13,所述控制器13控制第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁通电产生磁性,以及控制流经第一电磁铁或第二电磁铁的电流方向改变而改变电磁铁磁性。当机门9开启时,控制器13控制第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁通电,第一电磁铁与第二电磁铁产生磁性相反的磁性,第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁相吸,其吸力大与内筒3的解锁力,机门9联动内筒门10开启。当机门9关闭时,控制器13改变通过第一电磁铁或第二电磁铁的电流方向,第一电磁铁或第二电磁性改变,此时第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁产生的磁性相同,第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁相斥,其斥力大于内筒3的锁紧力,机门9联动内筒门10关闭。
其控制方法为:判断机门9是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器13控制第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁通电,第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁磁性相反,第一电磁铁与第二电磁铁相吸,机门9联动内筒门10开启;若判断结果为否,则需进一步判断内筒门10是否开启。
当判断机门9关闭时,还需进一步判断内筒门10是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器13控制通过第一电磁铁或第二电磁铁电流方向改变,第一电磁铁与第二电磁铁磁性相同,第一电磁铁与第二电磁相斥,机门9联动内筒门10关闭;若判断结果为否,则控制器13控制第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁电磁铁断电,第一电磁铁与第二电磁铁不相吸也不相斥,机门9与内筒门10保持关闭。
实施例7
如图1所示,本实施例关于洗衣机结构部分与实施例1相同,不同在于所述吸引部11可活动设置第一永磁铁,所述被吸引部12设置固定第二永磁铁,在所述机门9外侧上还设置有第一永磁铁的磁极转换扭,优选将磁极转换钮设置在机门9把手附近,并且其设置位置能够实现打开机门9把手的同时按下磁极转换钮的操作。按下磁极转换钮,第一永磁铁绕其中部轴线旋转180°,此时第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁相对一侧的磁极发生改变。
所述控制方法为:机门9和内筒门10均关闭时,第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁磁性相同,当用户需要打开机门9时,按下磁极转换钮,此时磁极转换钮处于压入状态,第一永磁铁旋转180°,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性相反并相吸,其吸力大于内筒门锁的锁紧力,机门9联动内筒门10开启。当用户需要关闭机门9时,再次按压磁极转换钮,磁极转换钮复位,第一永磁铁朝相反方向再次旋转180°,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性相同并相斥,其斥力大于内筒门锁的解锁力,机门9联动内筒门10关闭。
或者,所述控制器13控制第一永磁铁绕其中部轴线旋转使第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁相对一侧的磁极转换。其控制方法为:判断机门9是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器13控制第二永磁铁旋转,使其与第二用永磁铁磁极相对一侧的磁极相反,第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁相吸,其吸力大于内筒门锁的锁紧力,机门9联动内筒门10开启;若判断结果为否,则保持第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性相同的状态,第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁相斥,其斥力大于内筒门锁的解锁力,机门9联动内筒门10关闭。

- 一种洗衣机联动门,所述洗衣机包括壳体和设置于壳体内的无孔内筒,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置机门,所述无孔内筒上设置内筒门,在机门和内筒门之一上设置具有磁性的吸引部,以及在机门和内筒门另一上设置能与吸引部相吸或相斥的被吸引部,所述吸引部和被吸引部相互作用,机门联动内筒门同时开启或同时关闭。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机联动门,其特征在于,所述机门与内筒门相对设置,所述机门靠近内筒门的一侧向内凹陷形成第一凹槽,所述吸引部设置于第一凹槽中;和/或,所述内筒门靠近机门的一侧向内凹陷形成第二凹槽,所述被吸引部与所述吸引部相对立设置于第二凹槽中。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机联动门,其特征在于,所述吸引部设置永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置金属,在所述吸引部与被吸引部之间设置可开合阻磁结构,机门开启时,阻磁结构打开,吸引部与被吸引部相吸联动内筒门开启。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机联动门,其特征在于,所述吸引部设置第一永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置第二永磁铁,在所述吸引部与被吸引部之间设置可开合阻磁结构,机门开启时,阻磁结构打开,吸引部与被吸引部相吸联动内筒门开启;或者,机门关闭时,阻磁结构打开,所述吸引部与被吸引部相斥联动内筒门关闭。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机联动门,其特征在于,所述吸引部设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置金属,机门开启时,所述吸引部通电产生磁性与被吸引部相吸联动内筒门开启。
- 一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣机包括壳体和设置于壳体内的无孔内筒,在所述壳体上设置机门,在所述无孔内筒上设置内筒门,在机门和内筒门之一设置具有磁性的吸引部,以及在机门和内筒门另一上设置能与吸引部相吸或相斥的被吸引部,所述控制方法为控制机门联动内筒门同时开启或同时关闭。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,其特征在于,所述吸引部设置永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置永磁铁或金属,在所述吸引部与被吸引部之间设置可开合的阻磁结构,在所述机门外侧还设置有控制按钮,所述控制按钮控制阻磁结构开合。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,其特征在于,所述吸引部设置永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置金属,机门开启的同时按下阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构打开,永磁铁与金属相吸,机门与内筒门同时开启,松开阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构闭合,永磁 铁和金属之间无作用,机门和内筒门分开。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,其特征在于,当所述吸引部设置第一永磁铁,所述被吸引部设置第二永磁铁,所述第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁磁性相反,机门开启的同时按下阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构打开,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁相互吸引,机门与内筒门同时开启,松开阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构闭合,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁之间无作用,机门和内筒门分开;或者,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁磁性相同,机门关闭的同时按下阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构打开,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁相互排斥,机门联动内筒门关闭,松开阻磁结构控制按钮,阻磁结构闭合,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁之间无作用,机门和内筒门保持关闭。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,其特征在于,所述吸引部设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置金属,所述洗衣机上还设置有控制器,所述控制器控制电磁铁通电产生磁性,所述控制方法包括:判断机门是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器控制电磁铁通电,电磁铁与金属相吸,机门联动内筒门开启;若判断结果为否,则控制器控制电磁铁保持断电状态,机门与内筒门均关闭。
- 一种洗衣机联动门,包括壳体和设置于壳体内的无孔内筒,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置机门,所述无孔内筒上设置内筒门,在机门和内筒门之一设置具有磁性的吸引部,以及在机门和内筒门另一上设置与吸引部相吸或相斥的被吸引部,所述吸引部和被吸引部相互作用,机门联动内筒门同时开启和同时关闭。
- 根据权利要求11所述的一种洗衣机联动门,其特征在于,所述机门与内筒门相对设置,所述机门靠近内筒门的一侧向内凹陷形成第一凹槽,所述吸引部设置于第一凹槽中;和/或,所述内筒门靠近机门的一侧向内凹陷形成第二凹槽,所述被吸引部与所述吸引部相对立设置于第二凹槽中。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述的一种洗衣机联动门,其特征在于,所述吸引部和被吸引部至少其一的磁极发生改变。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种洗衣机联动门,其特征在于,所述吸引部设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置永磁铁,机门联动内筒门开启和关闭过程中,所述电磁铁的磁极发生改变。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种洗衣机联动门,其特征在于,所述吸引部设置第一电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置第二电磁铁,机门联动内筒门开启和关闭过程中,所述第一电磁铁 或第二电磁铁的磁极发生改变。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种洗衣机联动门,其特征在于,所述吸引部活动设置第一永磁铁,所述被吸引部固定设置第二永磁铁,在所述机门上还设置有第一电永磁铁磁极转换钮,机门开启和关闭过程中,第一永磁铁沿轴线方向旋转,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁相对一侧的磁极改变。
- 一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣机包括壳体和设置于壳体内的无孔内筒,在所述壳体上设置机门,在所述无孔内筒上设置内筒门,在机门和内筒门之一设置具有磁性的吸引部,以及在机门和内筒门另一上设置与吸引部相吸或相斥的被吸引部,所述控制方法为控制机门联动内筒门同时开启和同时关闭。
- 根据权利要求17所述的一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,其特征在于,所述吸引部设置电磁铁,所述被吸引部设置电磁铁或永磁铁,所述洗衣机还包括控制电磁铁产生磁性和改变磁极的控制器,所述控制方法包括:判断机门是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器控制电磁铁通电,吸引部与被吸引部磁性相反,机门与内筒门相吸,机门联动内筒门开启;若判断结果为否,则需进一步判断内筒门是否开启。
- 根据权利要求18所述的一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,其特征在于,当判断机门关闭时,还需进一步判断内筒门是否开启,若判断结果为是,则控制器控制电磁铁电流方向改变,吸引部与被吸引部磁性相同,机门与内筒门相斥,机门联动内筒门关闭;若判断结果为否,则控制器控制电磁铁断电,吸引部与被吸引部不相吸也不相斥,机门与内筒门保持关闭。
- 根据权利要求17所述的一种洗衣机联动门的控制方法,其特征在于,所述吸引部活动设置第一电磁铁,所述被吸引部固定设置第二电磁铁,在所述机门上还设置第一电磁铁磁极转换钮,所述控制方法为,打开机门时,按压磁极转换钮,第一永磁铁沿轴线方向旋转180°,第一电磁铁与第二电磁铁相吸,机门联动内筒门开启;关闭机门时,磁极转换钮复位,第一永磁铁沿相反方向旋转180°,第一电磁铁与第二电磁铁相斥,机门联动内筒门关闭。
