Description

MOBILE MULTISPECTRAL CAMOUFLAGE NET STRUCTURING
Technical Field
The invention relates to the mobile multispectral camouflage net structuring for mobile vehicles.
In particular, the invention relates to the mobile multispectral camouflage net which provides a safe hiding against radar and thermal effects of vehicles, even when in motion.
Background of the Invention
Nowadays, various military materials (weapons, tanks, clothes, vehicles, etc.) used in the defence industry require concealment for having the ability of movement without being noticed by enemy forces during battle.
With the developing technology, it has become quite easy to determine the positions of personnel or their equipment with eyes or with detection devices called radars.
Especially, it is not an acceptable situation for the personnel or their equipment to be detected during battle.
Therefore, military personnel uses concealment textile called camouflage in order to conceal themselves and their materials from being seen by the eye. However, this material is only used for the purpose of concealment from detection by the eye, against enemy.
Especially, these textile materials cannot provide protection/concealment against the technique used by radars. Radars are devices that can detect location of subjects by determining the reflection of the electromagnetic waves emitted from these subjects.
In order to prevent detection of radar devices and thermal cameras, structures called multispectral camouflage nets are frequently used. Said multispectral camouflage nets are known as structures capable of absorbing and reflecting the radar waves.
Some problems arise in the use of said multispectral camouflage nets, especially in moving vehicles. It is of great importance that the multispectral camouflage nets remain stable and do not fall while on the vehicle. For this reason, the problems of fixing process on the vehicle shows.
Similarly, protection of said multispectral camouflage nets from vehicle temperatures is also of great importance. Especially in long-term vehicles, due to engine temperature, multispectral camouflage nets can be burned or they are unable to prevent radar effects.
In the literature, in application number TR 2015/15774 it is disclosed that “The invention is a concealment cover ensuring safe concealment due to its ability of absorbing and reflecting radar waves, and it is characterized in that; it comprises X- type texture formed by knitting of different types of conductor-containing fibers and randomly distributed on said concealment cover.
In the aforementioned application, a multispectral camouflage net is disclosed.
In the literature, in application number EP1365206B1 it is disclosed that “A camouflage net is provided with a base material in the form of a formed-loop knit of polyester fiber, having fractions of metal and plastic in fiber or pigment form and with a camouflage color coating. The polyester formed-loop knit incorporates metal- sheathed polyam ide fibers and optionally polyam ide fibers comprising electroconductive pigments.”
Said application also includes the construction of a multispectral camouflage net. For the reasons mentioned above, a new multispectral camouflage net has been needed to hide mobile vehicles against radar and thermal cameras.
Disclosure of the Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a novel multispectral camouflage net that provides for the concealment of mobile vehicles against radar and thermals, which eliminate existing disadvantages.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which protects the military vehicles from the radar effects and provides hiding.
Another object of the invention is to provide a means for the military to provide mobility to the vehicle both visually and without being affected by radar effects.
Another object of the invention is to provide a lightweight structure to enable the military means to move more comfortably.
Another object of the invention to provide a robust structure to prevent tearing in difficult terrain.
Another object of the invention to provide a structure which eliminates the risk of burning due to the fact that the vehicles are not exposed to heat.
Another object of the invention to provide a structure that prevents the vehicles falling over from moving.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the novelty according to the invention is only disclosed for better understanding of the subject without forming any limiting effect.
The invention relates to a mobile multispectral camouflage net structuring (A), which is easily assembled on mobile vehicle, capable of absorbing and outputting radar waves.
The invention relates to a mobile multispectral camouflage net structuring (A) comprising a multispectral camouflage net (1 ) as the outermost layer that provides a secure concealment of mobile vehicle against radar effects and thermal cameras even when in motion; characterized in that, said multispectral camouflage net (1 ) comprises a separating apparatus (4) which is preventing the temperature of the vehicle from passing through the mobile multispectral camouflage net structuring (A) by preventing the direct contact of said multispectral camouflage net (1 ) to the vehicle. Figure - 1 shows a side view of mobile multispectral camouflage net structuring (A) of the invention.
Figure - 2 shows a bottom view of the mobile multispectral camouflage net structuring (A) of the invention.
The mobile multispectral camouflage net structuring (A) according to invention consists of main part that; a multispectral camouflage net (1 ) positioned as the outermost layer that provides a safe hiding of the vehicles against radar effects and thermal cameras, an aluminum film layer (2) positioned at the underside of said multispectral camouflage net (1 ), which serves to more effectively obstruct radar effects by its reflection feature; PVC mesh layer (3) which prevents the combustion of the multispectral camouflage net (1 ) by preventing the transmission of the engine temperature of the mobile vehicles to the said multispectral camouflage net (1 ) by placing it on the underside of said aluminum film layer (2), the separating apparatus (4) which eliminates heat transfer by preventing the direct contact of said multispectral camouflage net (1 ) to the vehicle; the separating apparatus PVC outer layer (4.1 ) forming the outermost layer of said separating apparatus (4) and preventing said separating apparatus (4) from burning; the separating apparatus inner foam (4.2) positioned on the inner side of the PVC outer layer (4.1 ), which causes the multispectral camouflage network (1 ) to strike more softly into the roof of the vehicle due to external factors such as wind and in and out of the pit, when the vehicle is in motion and forming a gap between the vehicle and the PVC mesh layer (3) closest to the vehicle and the separating apparatus connection apparatus (4.3) which secures said separating apparatus (4) to be fixed at a certain distance on the PVC mesh layer (3).
The aforementioned mobile multispectral camouflage net structuring (A) is in the most basic 3 layers. The first layer, the outermost layer, is a multispectral camouflage net (1 ). There is an aluminum film layer (2) underneath the multispectral camouflage net (1 ), which is a structure capable of absorbing and reflecting radar waves. Said aluminum film layer (2) provides a more effective hiding with its reflective property.
On the lower side of said aluminum film layer (2) there is a PVC mesh layer (3) positioned as the third layer. Said PVC mesh layer (3) prevents the heat generated in the vehicle engine from being transmitted to the multispectral camouflage net (1 ).
On the underside of said triple layer, the separating apparatus (4) is positioned. Said separator apparatus (4) is positioned in the preferred embodiment of the invention in such a way that it is close to the right and left edges.
Said separating apparatus (4) comprises the separating apparatus PVC outer layer (4.1 ) and the separating apparatus inner foam (4.2). The separating apparatus inner foam (4.2) may be in cylindrical form or in triangular or polygonal geometry in the preferred embodiment of the invention.
The separating apparatus PVC outer layer (4.1 ), which is arranged around the separating apparatus inner foam (4.2), prevents the combustion of said separating apparatus inner foam (4.2) from the vehicle heat.
