本申请涉及空调器技术领域,特别涉及一种空调室外机和应用该空调室外机的空调器。
背景技术
空调室外机的大把手安装在室外机右侧板上面,安装大把手一方面是为了方便室外机的搬运,另一方面是为了对电控盒和电源接线柱进行相关保护,防止雨水和其他异物进入箱体内对电控本体和线体有所损害,目前的大把手都是完全封闭的,只在大把手底部开有过线孔,电源连接线通过过线孔进入箱体内部与电控电源连接线连接,但是大把手完全封闭,导致电控所处的压缩机腔体为一个完全密封的结构,在压缩机运行过程中电控无法散热导致温度过高,元器件容易损坏。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种空调室外机,旨在提高空调室外机的散热效果。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的空调室外机,包括:
壳体,所述壳体开设有连通壳体的内腔的安装口;
把手,所述把手安装于所述安装口,所述把手朝向所述壳体外部凸设形成电器容纳部,所述电器容纳部的底壁和/或侧壁开设有连通所述壳体的内腔的过气孔;及
接线组件,所述接线组件对应所述安装口设置并部分伸入所述电器容纳部内。
可选地,所述电器容纳部的内侧还连接有挡板,所述挡板位于所述过气孔上方并对应所述过气孔设置,所述接线组件与所述挡板抵接并被所述挡板限位。
可选地,所述接线组件包括接线端子,所述挡板包括基板和分别连接于所述基板两端的连接臂,所述连接臂与所述电器容纳部的内壁固定连接,所述基板和所述连接臂配合形成安装槽,所述接线端子卡入所述安装槽内。
可选地,所述基板上还形成有过线槽,与所述接线端子连接的连接线穿过所述过线槽。
可选地,所述过气孔设置有多个,多个所述过气孔在所述把手的宽度方向上间隔排列,所述基板向下倾斜设置,多个所述过气孔位于所述基板朝向下方的投影区域内。
可选地,所述电器容纳部的底壁开设有所述过气孔,所述电器容纳部的底壁内表面凸设有挡水筋,所述挡水筋位于所述过气孔靠近所述壳体的一侧。
可选地,所述把手包括围框,所述电器容纳部水平方向上的相对两侧分别与所述围框的两侧固定连接,所述把手于所述电器容纳部的上方凸设有提手部,所述提手部与所述围框和所述电器容纳部的上端固定连接,所述围框于所述电器容纳部的下方凸设有凸起部,所述凸起部的底壁和/或侧壁开设有过线孔。

本申请还提出一种空调器,包括如上述的空调室外机。
本申请技术方案通过在空调室外机的把手上开设有连通空调室外机内腔和外界的过气孔,使得室外空气通过把手的过气孔进入空调室外机的内腔,并且空调室外机的接线组件部分伸入到把手凸设形成的电器容纳部内,一方面可以充分利用把手的空间,使得空调室外机具有更大的内部零件安装空间,另一方面,接线组件可以迅速与经由过气孔处的外部的冷空气对流,电器容纳部的设置也增大了换热空间,如此冷空气可以迅速进行热交换进而对电子元器件进行散热,降低电子元器件温度。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提出一种空调室外机300。请结合参照图1至图3,以及图7至图10,空调室外机300包括壳体100以及安装于壳体100上的把手200,壳体100包括底盘110,安装于底盘110上的前面板120、顶盖130、后面板和右侧板140,前面板120、顶盖130、后面板和右侧板140之间围设限定出内腔,空调室外机300的电控盒和与电控盒连接的接线组件(未标示)等元器件设置在内腔内并邻近右侧板140设置,其中空调室外机300于内腔内还设置有压缩机(未图示)、冷凝器、风扇、电机等元件,并且壳体100内还连接有中隔板(未图示)以将内腔分为两部分,电控盒、接线组件和压缩机处于靠近右侧板140的内腔内。空调室外机300的工作原理可参照现在市面上的空调器结构,在此不再赘述。本申请在右侧板140上设置有开设有连通靠近压缩机一侧的内腔的安装口141;把手200与右侧板140可拆卸的固定连接并安装于安装口141,把手200朝向壳体100外部凸设形成的电器容纳部230,电器容纳部230的底壁230a(参图8)和/或侧壁开设有连通壳体100的内腔的过气孔231;接线组件对应安装口141设置并部分伸入电器容纳部230内,把手200邻近电器容纳部230的位置还开设有连通壳体100的内腔以及外界的过线孔212。
请参照图3至图6,空调室外机300的接线组件包括有板体以及固定在板体上的接线端子150,接线端子150伸入到电器容纳部230内,空调室外机300的连接线(包括电源线以及控制数据线),均由把手200的过线孔212处穿过并延伸而与接线端子150连接,接线端子150和电控盒连接。本申请在将把手200安装到右侧板140之后,其中电器容纳部230是凸设于外界的,而接线组件中的接线端子150将伸入到电器容纳部230的内部,可以将空调室外机300的内腔空间延伸至电器容纳部230,以此扩大空调室外机300的内腔空间。
本申请技术方案通过在空调室外机300的把手200上开设有连通空调室外机300内腔和外界的过气孔231,使得室外空气通过把手200的过气孔231进入空调室外机300的内腔,并且空调室外机300的接线组件部分伸入到把手200凸设形成的电器容纳部230内,一方面可以充分利用把手200的空间,使得空调室外机300具有更大的内部零件安装空间,另一方面,接线组件可以迅速与经由过气孔231处的外部的冷空气对流,电器容纳部230的设置也增大了换热空间,如此冷空气可以迅速进行热交换进而对电子元器件进行有效散热,降低电子元器件温度。
进一步地的,请再次参照图7至图10,本申请的把手200还包括围框210,电器容纳部230水平方向上的相对两侧与围框210的两侧固定连接,把手200还于电器容纳部230的上方凸设有提手部220,提手部220与围框210和电器容纳部230的上端固定连接,围框210于电器容纳部230的下方凸设有凸起部211,凸起部211的底壁230a和/或侧壁开设有所述过线孔212。
本申请提手部220、电器容纳部230、以及凸起部211于高度方向上依次间隔排布,并且过气孔231与过线孔212于水平面的投影不重叠,即过气孔231和过线孔212在由右侧板140的内侧朝向外侧的方向上进行层叠排布,并且过气孔231在外侧并且对应在安装口141的开口的高度范围内,这样的设置好处在于,当连接线经过过线孔212进入时,连接线不会对过气孔231进行遮挡,如此,在空调器运行过程中,外界的空气更容易由过气孔231穿过安装口141进入壳体100的内腔,从而有利于热交换而提升散热效果。
本申请提手部220和电器容纳部230是与围框210为一体结构,在材料的选取上,把手200可以是高强度塑料、玻璃材料、或者钣金等阻燃材料。提手部220和电器容纳部230之间设置有间隔可以供人手伸入而方便抬起空调室外机300。提手部220位于电器容纳部230的上方并且向壳体100外凸设,这样设计的好处在于,提手部220的内部可以减少外界雨水的停留的时间。本申请为了实现把手200与右侧板140可拆卸的安装固定,围框210的内壁面向壳体100内凸设有安装边213,安装边213包括与围框210的上边框连接夹持边215,夹持边215与围框210之间配合形成卡槽218,安装口141的周缘嵌入卡槽218内。进一步地,本申请右侧板140在安装口141的上部内壁连接有一弹性扣142,弹性扣142为钣金件折弯加工形成。围框210为大致处于一个平面的板体方框结构,安装边213还包括分别与夹持边215的两端连接的导引边217,导引边217沿围框210的侧边框向下延伸,在把手200的装配过程,首先把手200上端伸入安装口141内,右侧板140上的弹性扣142通过卡槽218嵌入卡槽218,同时导引边217与安装口141的周缘过盈配合,其中可以是通过在右侧板140在安装口141的周缘向壳体100内延伸有抵持边(未标示),通过抵持边抵接导引边217来实现过盈配合。以此把手200可以实现初步固定定位到右侧板140,整个过程无需借助其他工具,装配过程较为便利。进一步地本申请在围框210的下边框邻近凸起部211的位置还开设有安装孔219,右侧板140的下端开设有螺纹孔(未图示),把手200的下端通过连接件(螺钉或螺栓)穿过安装孔219和螺纹孔与右侧板140固定连接以将把手200稳固固定连接到右侧板140。本申请过线孔212为把手200面向右侧板140一侧设置有开口的敞口结构,在安装过程中可以将外部接线与接线端子150连接好以后,再将把手200与右侧板140进行固定连接并且外部接线正好嵌进过线孔212内,整个安装过程较为方便。
请参照图8,本申请的电器容纳部230大致锥台形状,其中在电器容纳部230的底壁230a或者侧壁上设置有过气孔231,或者底壁230a和侧壁上均可以同时设置连通散热通道的过气孔231,其中电器容纳部230的底壁230a为其面向凸起部211的外壁,其中电器容纳部230面向提手部220的外壁为顶壁230b,顶壁230b倾斜向上延伸至提手部220,位于顶壁230b和底壁230a之间的外壁均为电器容纳部230的侧壁,并且本申请优选在电器容纳部230的底壁230a上开设有连通壳体100内腔的过气孔231,外界的雨水在重力作用下一般为具有下落的运动趋势,因此外界的雨水等异物不容易由设置在底壁230a上的过气孔231进入到空调室外机300的壳体100内腔而损坏电子元器件。
进一步地,请参照图11,为了实现更好的防水功能,在本申请一些实施例中,电器容纳部230的底壁230a内表面凸设有挡水筋250,挡水筋250位于过气孔231靠近所述壳体100的一侧。其中挡水筋250为向上凸设,当外界有少量雨水由过气孔231涌入的情况下,挡水筋250可以阻挡雨水进一步向壳体100的内腔流动,从而进一步确保空调室外机300的结构安全。
本申请的过气孔231的开口形状可以是方形、圆形或者其他形状,并且过气孔231设置有多个,多个过气孔231在电器容纳部230的底壁230a长度延伸方向间隔排布,并且单个过气孔231在方形结构的情况其横截面积的尺寸参数为13*15毫米,这样的尺寸设计,在确保把手200具有较佳的换气效率的基础上,还可以尽可能减少外界异物进入壳体100内部的可能。
进一步地,本申请还将电器容纳部230的底壁230a设置为与水平面呈0到90度之间的夹角的倾斜面,通过电器容纳部230的底壁230a为倾斜面的设计,使得电器容纳部230的迎风面面积较大,一方面有利于外界空气通过过气孔231进入而进行散热,另一方面对于外界冲击的雨水一方面因为电器容纳部230倾斜的底壁230a设计不易在电器容纳部230的底部停留。
而为了进一步提升把手200的防水防异物性能,电器容纳部230的内侧还连接有挡板240,挡板240位于过气孔231上方并对应过气孔231设置,接线组件中的接线端子150与挡板240抵接并被挡板240限位。本申请挡板240与把手200可以是固定连接,例如在把手200注塑成型时一体成型或者焊接、胶粘在一起,把手200与挡板240也可以是可拆卸连接,例如挡板240与把手200通过设置卡槽结构进行插接。挡板240位于过气孔231上方并对应过气孔231设置,定义挡板240在水平方向向内腔内延伸的尺寸为挡板240的宽度尺寸,则挡板240的宽度要大于过气孔231的宽度,通过挡板240的设置在外界雨水或者其他异物涌入的情况下,挡板240可以有效的阻止雨水冲击到内部的电子元件处,如此可以大大提升空调室外机300的安全性能,同时挡板240与接线端子150进行抵接,也可以对接线组件进行固定定位,有利于空调室外机内部电器元件的连接结构稳固。
本申请在电器容纳部230的内部设置挡板240,挡板240除了可以实现对外界雨水的阻挡作用外,还可以在装配上发挥作用,在此基础上,为了实现对接线端子150的良好固定。在一些实施例中,当挡板240具有较大的壁厚的情况下,挡板240可以以去除部分材料的形式向下凹陷形成有安装槽243,接线端子150卡入安装槽243内。本申请安装槽243的外形与接线端子150的外形相适配,在将把手200固定到右侧板140之后,挡板240的安装槽243的槽壁也同时卡到接线端子150的外壁上,由此把手200也可以实现对空调室外机300的内部电子元件的限位固定。具体的,本申请挡板240对接线端子150的限位是指在竖直方向上,接线端子150被挡板240的底壁抵挡,并且在水平方向上且在把手200的宽度方向上,接线端子150被挡板240的侧壁夹持,由此,在空调室外机300运行过程中在竖直方向上和水平方向上被挡板240限制,进而可以减少空调室外机300运行过程中的振动对电子元件的影响。
请参照图7,在本申请一实施例中,挡板240包括基板241和分别连接于基板241两端的连接臂242,基板241和连接臂242配合形成安装槽243,连接臂242与电器容纳部230的内壁固定连接,接线端子150卡入安装槽243内。本实施例连接臂242可以与电器容纳部230的内壁为可拆卸的固定连接方式,例如卡扣连接,也可以是不可拆卸的固定连接方式,例如焊接或者一体注塑成型。基板241上还形成有过线槽244,与接线端子150连接的连接线穿过过线槽244。本申请通过过线槽244的设计,有利于连接线的限位固定,使得空调室外机300内部的走线更合理。
进一步地,本申请过气孔231设置有多个,多个过气孔231在把手200的宽度方向上间隔排列,通过这样设置使得过气孔231排列成栅格孔的形状,以使得把手200具有加大的换气量,而为了实现挡板240更好的挡水作用,多个过气孔231位于挡板240上的基板241朝向下方的投影区域内,且挡板240上的基板241向下倾斜设置,并与电器容纳部230的内壁面之间的夹角范围为0到90度之间,本申请优选为70到90度之间,以此可以较好的阻挡由过气孔231向上冲击的雨水。
本申请凸起部211部位于所述电器容纳部230部的下方,并且连接电器容纳部230开设有过气孔231的底壁230a的下边缘,凸起部211部围设形成有连通壳体100的内腔以及过线孔212的走线通道2111。本申请走线通道2111为一个凹槽结构,通过走线通道2111的设计,使得与接线端子150连接的接线可以通过走线通道2111进行汇聚并整理成线束,则空调室外机300的接线不易遮挡过气孔231,使得外界空气更容易进入壳体100的内腔从而有利于空调室外机的散热。
本申请还提出一种空调器,空调器包括空调室内机以及与空调室内机连接的空调室外机300,其中空调室外机300的具体结构请参照上述实施例,由于本空调器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。由于空调室外机与空调室外机300的连接方式对本领域技术人员而言是已知的,因此不再做详细描述。

    壳体,所述壳体开设有连通壳体内腔的安装口;
    把手,所述把手安装于所述安装口,所述把手朝向所述壳体外部凸设形成电器容纳部,所述电器容纳部的底壁和/或侧壁开设有连通所述壳体内腔的过气孔;及
    接线组件,所述接线组件对应所述安装口设置并部分伸入所述电器容纳部内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,所述电器容纳部的内侧还连接有挡板,所述挡板位于所述过气孔上方并对应所述过气孔设置,所述接线组件与所述挡板抵接并被所述挡板限位。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调室外机,其中,所述接线组件包括接线端子,所述挡板包括基板和分别连接于所述基板两端的连接臂,所述连接臂与所述电器容纳部的内壁固定连接,所述基板和所述连接臂配合形成安装槽,所述接线端子卡入所述安装槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的空调室外机,其中,所述基板上还形成有过线槽,与所述接线端子连接的连接线穿过所述过线槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的空调室外机,其中,所述过气孔设置有多个,多个所述过气孔在所述把手的宽度方向上间隔排列,所述基板向下倾斜设置,多个所述过气孔位于所述基板朝向下方的投影区域内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,所述电器容纳部的底壁开设有所述过气孔,所述电器容纳部的底壁内表面凸设有挡水筋,所述挡水筋位于所述过气孔靠近所述壳体的一侧。

    接线组件,所述接线组件对应所述安装口设置并部分伸入所述电器容纳部内。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的空调器,其中,所述电器容纳部的内侧还连接有挡板,所述挡板位于所述过气孔上方并对应所述过气孔设置,所述接线组件与所述挡板抵接并被所述挡板限位。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其中,所述接线组件包括接线端子,所述挡板包括基板和分别连接于所述基板两端的连接臂,所述连接臂与所述电器容纳部的内壁固定连接,所述基板和所述连接臂配合形成安装槽,所述接线端子卡入所述安装槽内。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的空调器,其中,所述过气孔设置有多个,多个所述过气孔在所述把手的宽度方向上间隔排列,所述基板向下倾斜设置,多个所述过气孔位于所述基板朝向下方的投影区域内。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的空调器,其中,所述电器容纳部的底壁开设有所述过气孔,所述电器容纳部的底壁内表面凸设有挡水筋,所述挡水筋位于所述过气孔靠近所述壳体的一侧。
