供应链标准化、信息化、智慧化创新是供给侧改革的一个重点领域,但传统的供应链信息化技术所依托的通用条形码机器识读存在两个缺陷:其一是通用条形码本身只能反映商品的种类属性,并不能反映单件商品的个体属性,因此在数据标准化快速采集上存在缺陷;其二是无法防止假冒伪劣产品的流通。

其中,所述商品唯一识别码可以是包含商品通用条形码信息的组合式识别码,比如:所述商品包装上设置的商品唯一识别码是由商品通用条形码和以明码方式呈现的标识码(该标识码可以是随机码或采用某种固定编码规律的编码)共同组合而成的组合式标识码,所述标识码是字符或者一维/二维条形码,与商品通用条形码相互分离地一起设置在产品包装的识别区域内;所述信息存储系统中存储的商品唯一识别码具体采集方法为:通过设置在供应链各流通环节的扫码识别系统读取、识别出商品唯一识别码,生成识别信息,所述识别信息包括商品唯一识别码和扫码识别系统的权属标记;然后将识别信息通过电商平台服务端发送或直接发送到信息存储系统进行存储,完成与商品唯一识别码对应的供应链数据的采集,以便查询供应链数据,从而实现商品溯源。所述上架验证环节具体为:首先电商平台卖家客户端对拟销售商品上的唯一识别码进行扫描识别,并上传至电商平台服务端;接着电商平台服务端依据信息存储系统中存储的唯一识别码对卖家客户端上传的唯一识别码进行一致性验证;最后在验证通过后进入商品信息发布流程的下一环节;在商品信息发布流程中,电商平台服务端仅对确定为商品当前权属人的扫码识别系统上传的该商品信息予以发布。所述交易验证环节具体为:首先卖家客户端扫描识别拟销售商品的唯一识别码,并上传至电商平台服务端;然后电商平台服务端依据信息存储系统中存储的商品唯一识别码信息或者卖家客户端上传的商品唯一识别码的历史数据,对卖家客户端本次上传的商品唯一识别码进行一致性验证;最后在验证通过后才能进入交易流程的下一环节。而且,电商平台服务端或信息存储系统依据供应链数据和/或电商平台商品流转记录来确定上传的商品唯一识别码的扫码识别系统权属人是否属于该商品唯一识别码所对应商品当前权属人,并对于商品当前权属人以外的扫码识别系统上传的该商品的识别信息不作为供应链数据进行采集。
本发明还提供了一种适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源系统,包括有商品唯一识别码1、信息存储系统2、电商平台服务端3和电商平台卖家客户端4。其中,所述商品唯一识别码1可以是包含商品通用条形码的组合式标识码,并设置在商品包装上;所述信息存储系统2主要用于存储商品唯一识别码信息、供应链各流通环节中扫码识别系统上传的识别信息,以及对上述数据进行处理、与商品防伪溯源系统内的各组成设备进行数据交换、应答查询请求;所述电商平台服务端3主要用于处理商品信息发布流程、交易流程,并在上述流程中,对卖家客户端上传的商品唯一识别码信息进行验证;所述电商平台卖家客户端4在商品信息发布流程、交易发货流程中对拟销售商品上的商品唯一识别码进行扫描识别、上传至电商平台服务端。
这样,通过本发明所述适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源方法和系统即可实现扫码上架、扫码卖出,有效杜绝假冒伪造商品进入电商平台流通,既保证电商平台销售商品均为正品,又可大大提高电商平台商誉,而且全面兼容到现有标准物品编码系统,有效杜绝假冒伪造商品进入供应链的各个流通环节,进一步降低假冒伪造商品进入网络电商平台流通的可能性,同时网络电商平台卖家和供应链各流通环节只需一次扫描操作便可同时快速完成供应链数据的采集和“一物一码”防伪溯源,有效简化供应链中各流通环节的入库操作和缩短操作时间,还可大大缩短标识码的长度,减少数据量的处理,提高数据采集和识别效率,并且结构简单极易被供应链各商户接受,有利于全面推广应用。
另外,该系统还包括设置在供应链的各流通环节中的扫码识别系统,(该扫码识别系统可以包括有光学透镜子系统、光电传感子系统、模拟数字转换电路子系统和解码子系统,所述光电传感子系统是将光信号转换成电信号的光电转换模块,所述解码子系统是可同时解码商品货物通用条形码和标识码的识别系统。),主要用于读取、识别出的商品唯一识别码,并生成识别信息后通过其设有的通信装置经网络将该识别信息发送到信息存储系统,以完成信息存储系统供应链数据的采集和“一物一码”防伪溯源。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在商品包装上设置商品唯一识别码,实现一物一码,信息存储系统中存储有商品唯一识别码;
    在商品信息发布流程中设置上架验证环节:电商平台卖家客户端对拟销售商品上的商品唯一识别码进行扫描识别、上传至电商平台服务端进行验证,验证通过后进入商品信息发布流程的下一环节;
    在交易流程中设置交易验证环节:卖家客户端扫描识别拟销售商品的商品唯一识别码、并上传至电商平台服务端进行验证,验证通过后进入交易流程的下一环节。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源方法,其特征在于,所述上架验证环节具体为:首先电商平台卖家客户端对拟销售商品上的商品唯一识别码进行扫描识别,并上传至电商平台服务端;接着电商平台服务端依据信息存储系统中存储的商品唯一识别码对卖家客户端上传的商品唯一识别码进行一致性验证;最后在验证通过后进入商品信息发布流程的下一环节。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源方法,其特征在于,所述交易验证环节具体为:首先卖家客户端扫描识别拟销售商品的商品唯一识别码,并上传至电商平台服务端;然后电商平台服务端依据信息存储系统中存储的商品唯一识别码信息或者卖家客户端上传的商品唯一识别码的历史数据,对卖家客户端本次上传的唯一识别码进行一致性验证;最后在验证通过后才能进入交易流程的下一环节。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源方法,其特征在于,设置在供应链各流通环节的扫码识别系统读取、识别出商品唯一识别码,生成识别信息,所述识别信息包括商品唯一识别码和扫码识别系统的权属标记;然后将识别信息通过电商平台服务端发送或直接发送到信息存储系统进行存储,完成与商品唯一识别码对应的供应链数据的采集,以便查询供应链数据,从而实现商品溯源。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源方法,其特征在于,电商平台服务端或信息存储系统依据供应链数据和/或电商平台商品流转记录来确定上传的商品唯一识别码的扫码识别系统权属人是否属于该商品唯一识别码所对应商品当前权属人,并对于商品当前权属人以外的扫码识别系统上传的该商品的识别信息不作为供应链数据进行采集。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源方法,其特征在于,在商品信息发布流程中,电商平台服务端仅对确定为商品当前权属人的扫码识别系统上传的该商品信息予以发布。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一所述适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源方法,其特征在于,所述商品包装上设置的商品唯一识别码是包含商品通用条形码信息的组合式识别码。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源方法,其特征在于,所述商品包装上设置的商品唯一识别码是由商品通用条形码和以明码方式呈现的标识码共同组合而成的组合式标识码,所述标识码是字符或者一维/二维条形码,与商品通用条形码相互分离地一起设置在产品包装的识别区域内。
  9. 一种适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源系统,其特征在于,包括:
    商品唯一识别码,设置在商品包装上;
    信息存储系统,用于存储商品唯一识别码信息、供应链各流通环节中扫码识别系统上传的识别信息,以及对上述数据进行处理、与商品防伪溯源系统内的各组成设备进行数据交换、应答查询请求;
    电商平台服务端,用于处理商品信息发布流程、交易流程,并在上述流程中,对卖家客户端上传的商品唯一识别码信息进行验证;
    电商平台卖家客户端,在商品信息发布流程、交易发货流程中对拟销售商品上的商品唯一识别码进行扫描识别、上传至电商平台服务端。
  10.    根据权利要求9所述适用于电商平台的商品防伪溯源系统,其特征在于,所述商品唯一识别码是包含商品通用条形码的组合式标识码;该系统还包括设置在供应链的各流通环节中的扫码识别系统,用于读取、识别出的商品唯一识别码,并生成识别信息后通过其设有的通信装置经网络将该识别信息发送到信息存储系统,以完成信息存储系统供应链数据的采集。
