优选地,所述雾化器壳体上还设置有控制按键,所述控制按键与所述电路板连接,用于控制所述雾化器的开关和/或所述雾化器的档位,所述电路板上还 设置有一个或多个指示灯,所述指示灯用于指示所述雾化器的开关状态和/或工作档位,所述雾化器壳体上设置有与所述指示灯相配合的指示窗口;或者所述电路板上设置有USB电源接口。
优选地,还包括收纳壳体,所述收纳壳体中开设有收纳腔,所述储液瓶收纳在所述收纳腔中,所述收纳壳体与所述雾化器壳体可拆卸连接,所述收纳壳体和所述雾化器壳体外径相同,所述收纳壳体和所述雾化器壳体连接成圆柱体状。
本实用新型通过吸液棉芯将储液瓶中的液体连续不断地传送到微孔雾化片,电路板控制微孔雾化片连续不断的振动,从而连续自动地将液体雾化并扩散至空气中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型技术方案作进一步的详细描述,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本实用新型并能予以实施,但所举实施 例不作为对本实用新型的限定。
参考图1-3,本实用新型实施例一方面提供一种用于扩香器的储液瓶,包括瓶体1和吸液棉芯2,吸液棉芯2一端插入瓶体1中,另一端伸出于瓶体1外。瓶体1的瓶口还设置有内瓶盖3,内瓶盖3与瓶体1的瓶口固定连接,吸液棉芯2贯穿内瓶盖3,伸出于内瓶盖3外。瓶体1用于储存液体香料,吸液棉芯2用于将液态香料导出,内瓶盖3起到固定吸液棉芯2的作用,防止吸液棉芯2晃动。
参考图2和图3,在优选实施例中,该用于扩香器的储液瓶还包括外瓶盖30,外瓶盖30螺纹连接于瓶体1的开口端,并将内瓶盖3和凸出于瓶体1的吸液棉芯2密封。进一步地,外瓶盖30的内腔包括连接端和容置端301,容置端301比连接端的直径小。容置端301的一端与连接端相连通,容置端301的另一端呈密封设置,连接端与瓶体1螺纹连接。存放时,吸液棉芯2突出于瓶体1的一端插入该容置端301内,外瓶盖30与瓶体1旋紧,防止精油挥发。使用时,将外瓶盖30取下,外瓶盖30只是在储存时密封溶液瓶。
参考图3,在优选实施例中,内瓶盖3包括固定部31和连接部32。固定部31位于瓶体1的瓶口内部,吸液棉芯2贯穿固定部31,固定部31起到固定吸液棉芯2的作用。连接部32位于该瓶体1的瓶口的外部,连接部32靠近瓶口的一侧设置有凸块321,瓶口上设置有与该凸块321配合的固定槽,凸块321卡持于该固定槽内,连接部32与瓶口卡持固定,连接部32将内瓶盖3固定在瓶体上。内瓶盖3还包括夹持部33,夹持部33与固定部31之间通过多个间隔设置的固定筋条连接,固定筋条呈辐条状分布于夹持部33与固定部31之间,使其结构更加稳定。夹持部33位于固定部31和连接部32之间,且夹持部33与固定部31和连接部32之间均设置有间隙,瓶口夹持于夹持部32和连接部33之间。内瓶盖3整体都是由具有一定弹性的橡胶制成,固定部31和夹持部33之间设置间隙,使固定部31具有一定的柔性,方便吸液棉芯2穿过,并固定吸液棉芯2。夹持部33朝向瓶口内壁的侧表面上设置有环形凸起331,环形凸起331与瓶口内壁密封配合,使其密封效果更好。环形凸起331的下部还设置有加固凸环332,该加固凸环332位于瓶口的下部,且与瓶口内部的下边缘抵接,使 内瓶盖3和瓶体1连接更加稳固,内瓶盖3不容易从瓶口处脱落。
参考图1,在优选实施例中,内瓶盖3远离瓶口的表面上设置有集油槽10,集油槽10环绕在吸液棉芯2的周侧,集油槽10中开设有回油孔101,回油孔101连通瓶体1内部,在吸液棉芯2的径向方向上,回油孔101位于固定部31和连接部32之间。经雾化的精油,有一部分较大的颗粒会回落在集油槽10内,通过集油槽10中的回油孔101落入瓶体1内部,对精油进行回收。
参考图5-8,本实用新型实施例另一方面提供一种扩香器,包括上述任一项的储液瓶和雾化器,雾化器包括雾化器壳体4、电路板100和微孔雾化片7。雾化器壳体4上设置有出雾口40,电路板100和微孔雾化片7设置于雾化器壳体4中,微孔雾化片7与电路板100连接。微孔雾化片7的中心具有雾化部,雾化部具有多个雾化微孔。吸液棉芯位于瓶体1外部的一端伸入雾化器壳体4内,与微孔雾化片7的雾化部相抵接。出雾口40和吸液棉芯2位于微孔雾化片7的相反两侧,微孔雾化片7做远离和靠近吸液棉芯2的往复振动。吸液棉芯2将精油导到微孔雾化片7的下部,微孔雾化片7往复振动拍打吸液棉芯2,吸液棉芯2上的液体穿过微孔雾化片7上的雾化微孔形成雾滴,向空气中扩散。
在优选实施例中,雾化微孔贯穿微孔雾化片7,雾化微孔靠近吸液棉芯一端的孔径大于远离吸液棉芯一端的孔径。雾化微孔靠近吸液棉芯2一端的孔径较大,使微孔不容易堵塞,且液滴更容易进入至微孔中;雾化微孔远离吸液棉芯一端的孔径较小,使雾化的雾滴更小,雾化效果更好。微孔雾化片7中雾化微孔的数量为150-600,进一步地,雾化微孔的数量为200-500。所有的雾化微孔都集中在微孔雾化片7与吸液棉芯2相接触的位置上。该微孔雾化片7的结构和雾化原理请参考申请号为201521038947.8”、专利名称为“一种新型压电超声波雾化片”的实用新型专利或者申请号为201710866789.2”、“专利名称为一种微孔雾化片”的发明专利。
在优选实施例中,雾化器壳体4内还设置有弹簧5,弹簧5的一端与微孔雾化片7远离吸液棉芯2一侧的表面相抵接,另一端与雾化器壳体4的内壁抵接。弹簧5将微孔雾化片7向下压,使微孔雾化片7与吸液棉芯2接触,保证雾化效果。雾化器壳体4内设置有向微孔雾化片7凸出的凸沿411,凸沿411与壳体 盖41一体成型,凸沿411环绕出雾口40,弹簧5的一端套在凸沿411外,另一端环绕在微孔雾化片7的雾化部的周侧,与微孔雾化片7抵接,即使该扩香器出现震动时,弹簧5也能够将微孔雾化片7压紧,使微孔雾化片7不会出现位移,该扩香器的雾化效果更稳定。
参考图8,在优选实施例中,雾化器壳体远离出雾口40的一端设置有螺纹连接部,瓶体的瓶口与螺纹连接部螺纹连接。雾化器壳体内还设置有环形支撑架43,微孔雾化片7的雾化部位于该环形支撑架43中部的通孔内,环形支撑架43设置于微孔雾化片7靠近吸液棉芯2的一侧,用来支撑微孔雾化片7,吸液棉芯2穿过环形支撑架43,与微孔雾化片7的雾化部抵接,吸液棉芯2将精油引导至雾化部上,雾化部震动将精油雾化。
在优选实施例中,雾化器壳体4包括壳本体42和壳体盖41,壳本体42和壳体盖41可拆卸的固定连接,方便安装微孔雾化片7、电路板100和弹簧5等。出雾口40位于壳体盖41上。壳本体42和壳体盖41之间形成容置腔420,弹簧5和微孔雾化片7皆位于容置腔420内,微孔雾化片7在容置腔420内将液体的精油雾化。参考图6,电路板100位于该容置腔420内,容置腔420内还设置有指示灯8,指示灯8与电路板100电性连接,指示灯8通过灯套81固定在电路板100上。雾化器壳体4上还设置有控制按键9,控制按键9与电路板100连接,用于控制雾化器的开关和/或雾化器的档位,指示灯8设置有一个或者多个,指示灯8用于指示雾化器的开关状态和/或工作档位,雾化器壳体4上设置有与指示灯相配合的指示窗口;电路板100上设置有USB电源接口。
参考图7,在优选实施例中,该雾化器还包括收纳壳体6,收纳壳体6中开设有收纳腔60,储液瓶1收纳在收纳腔60中,收纳壳体6与雾化器壳体4可拆卸连接,收纳壳体6和雾化器壳体4外径相同,收纳壳体6和雾化器壳体4连接成圆柱体状。雾化器壳体4的下部设置有卡块421,收纳壳体6的上部设置有与缺口61和与该缺口61相连通的卡槽62,该卡槽62与雾化器壳体4的卡块421相配合。将雾化器壳体4上的卡块421置于收纳壳体6的缺口61内,旋转雾化器壳体4或者收纳壳体6,即可将卡块421卡持于壳体6上的卡槽62内,将雾化器壳体4和收纳壳体6固定。收纳壳体6的深度大于储液瓶1的高度, 将收纳壳体6和雾化器壳体4固定后,储液瓶1的底部和收纳壳体6具有一定的间隙;收纳壳体6的内径大于储液瓶1的外径,将收纳壳体6和雾化器壳体4固定在一起后,位于壳体6内的储液瓶1的侧壁与壳体6的内壁之间也具有一定的间隙。由于壳体6和储液瓶1之间有间隙,发生震动或者碰撞时,储液瓶1能够得到一定的保护,使其抗震、耐摔,使用寿命更长。
本实用新型通过吸液棉芯将储液瓶中的液体连续不断地传送到微孔雾化片,电路板控制微孔雾化片连续不断的振动,从而连续自动地将液体雾化并扩散至空气中。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于扩香器的储液瓶,其特征在于,包括瓶体和吸液棉芯,所述吸液棉芯一端插入所述瓶体中,另一端伸出于所述瓶体外,所述瓶体的瓶口还设置有内瓶盖,所述内瓶盖与瓶体的瓶口固定连接,所述吸液棉芯贯穿所述内瓶盖,伸出于所述内瓶盖外。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于扩香器的储液瓶,其特征在于,所述内瓶盖包括固定部和连接部,所述固定部位于所述瓶体的瓶口内部,所述吸液棉芯贯穿所述固定部,所述连接部位于所述瓶体的瓶口的外部,所述连接部与所述瓶口固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于扩香器的储液瓶,其特征在于,所述内瓶盖还包括夹持部,所述夹持部与所述固定部之间通过多个间隔设置的固定筋条连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的用于扩香器的储液瓶,其特征在于,所述内瓶盖还包括夹持部,所述夹持部位于所述固定部和所述连接部之间,且所述夹持部与所述固定部和所述连接部之间均设置有间隙,所述瓶口夹持于所述夹持部和连接部之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于扩香器的储液瓶,其特征在于,所述夹持部朝向所述瓶口内壁的侧表面上设置有环形凸起,所述环形凸起与所述瓶口内壁密封配合。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的用于扩香器的储液瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶口的外部形成有固定槽,所述连接部上形成有固定凸块,所述固定凸块卡入所述固定槽中。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的用于扩香器的储液瓶,其特征在于,所述内瓶盖远离所述瓶口的表面上设置有集油槽,所述集油槽中开设有回油孔,所述回油孔连通所述瓶体内部,在所述吸液棉芯的径向方向上,所述回油孔位于所述固定部和所述连接部之间。
  8. 一种扩香器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7任一项所述的储液瓶和 雾化器,所述雾化器包括雾化器壳体、电路板和微孔雾化片,所述雾化器壳体上设置有出雾口,所述电路板和微孔雾化片设置于雾化器壳体中,所述微孔雾化片与所述电路板连接,所述微孔雾化片具有雾化部,所述雾化部具有多个雾化微孔,所述吸液棉芯位于所述瓶体外部的一端伸入所述雾化器壳体内,与所述微孔雾化片的雾化部相抵接,所述出雾口和所述吸液棉芯位于所述微孔雾化片的相反两侧,所述微孔雾化片做远离和靠近所述吸液棉芯的往复振动。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的扩香器,其特征在于,所述雾化器壳体内还设置有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与所述微孔雾化片远离所述吸液棉芯一侧的表面相抵接,另一端与所述雾化器壳体的内壁抵接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的扩香器,其特征在于,所述雾化器壳体内设置有向所述微孔雾化片凸出的凸沿,所述凸沿环绕所述出雾口,所述弹簧的一端套在所述凸沿外,另一端环绕在所述雾化部的周侧。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的扩香器,其特征在于,所述雾化微孔贯穿所述微孔雾化片,所述雾化微孔靠近所述吸液棉芯一端的孔径大于远离所述吸液棉芯一端的孔径。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的扩香器,其特征在于,所述微孔雾化片中雾化微孔的数量为150-600。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的扩香器,其特征在于,所述雾化器壳体远离所述出雾口的一端设置有螺纹连接部,所述瓶体的瓶口与所述螺纹连接部螺纹连接,所述雾化器壳体内还设置有环形支撑架,所述环形支撑架设置于所述微孔雾化片靠近所述吸液棉芯的一侧,支撑所述微孔雾化片,所述吸液棉芯穿过所述环形支撑架,与所述微孔雾化片抵接。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的扩香器,其特征在于,所述雾化器壳体上还设置有控制按键,所述控制按键与所述电路板连接,用于控制所述雾化器的开关和/或所述雾化器的档位,所述电路板上还设置有一个或多个指示灯,所述指示灯用于指示所述雾化器的开关状态和/或工作档位,所述雾化器壳体上设置有与所 述指示灯相配合的指示窗口;或者所述电路板上设置有USB电源接口。
  15. 如权利要求8所述的扩香器,其特征在于,还包括收纳壳体,所述收纳壳体中开设有收纳腔,所述储液瓶收纳在所述收纳腔中,所述收纳壳体与所述雾化器壳体可拆卸连接,所述收纳壳体和所述雾化器壳体外径相同,所述收纳壳体和所述雾化器壳体连接成圆柱体状。
