(1)设备主体可实现翻转。本发明实施例提供的智能穿戴设备的设备主体能够通过连接结构相对支架转动任意角度,当智能穿戴设备佩戴在用户手上时,用户无需摆动手臂,只需转动设备主体即可改变设备主体朝向场景或者物体的角度,极大提高该智能穿戴设备的使用便捷性。
(2)设备主体的转动与穿戴部件的转动互不影响、互相独立。虽然设备主体与穿戴部件均与支架的第一端转动连接,但是设备主体是通过转动件与该支架的第一端转动连接,所以当设备主体或者穿戴部件相对支架转动时,设备主体与穿戴部件相互独立,互不影响,便于使用者佩戴该智能穿戴设备或者转动设备主体,极大提高该智能穿戴设备的使用舒适度。
(3)能够实现保持转动状态的目的。该智能穿戴设备还设有阻尼结构,有利于在该设备主体相对支架转动任意角度后,阻止设备主体继续发生转动,从而将该设备主体维持在该转动角度的位置上。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“中”、“竖直”、“水平”、“横向”、“纵向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系。这些术语主要是为了更好地描述本发明及其实施例,并非用于限定所指示的装置、元件或组成部分必须具有特定方位,或以特定方位进行构造和操作。

请一并参阅图1及图2,本发明实施例提供的一种设备主体可翻转的智能穿戴设备,包括支架1、连接结构2、设备主体3以及穿戴部件4。该支架1包括相对设置的第一端111以及第二端112,该连接结构2包括固定件21以及与固定件21转动连接的转动件,该固定件21固设于该支架1的第一端111。设备主体3与转动件固接,以使该设备主体3能够相对支架1转动。该穿戴部件4的两端分别与支架1的第一端111以及支架1的第二端112连接。
在本实施例中,该支架1包括相对设置的上表面10以及下表面(未图示),该转动件固设于支架1的上表面10上,即,当设备主体3转动置于支架1时,设备主体3与支架1的上表面10接触。穿戴部件4的一端与支架1的第一端111的下表面连接,且为了便于使用者佩戴该智能穿戴设备,该穿戴部件4的两端分别与支架1通过第二转轴41转动连接,即,穿戴部件4的两端可分别相对支架1发生转动。采用上述设置方式,设备主体3与穿戴部件4为非共轴设计,以使设备主体3或者穿戴部件4在相对支架1转动时,两者相互独立,互不干扰,便于 使用者佩戴或者拆卸该智能穿戴设备,也便于使用者转动设备主体3时,穿戴部件4与支架1均保持静止状态,避免穿戴部件4也跟随转动而影响佩戴的效果或者佩戴的舒适度。
进一步地,请参阅图1至图3,该支架1起到支撑设备主体3、连接设备主体3及穿戴部件4的作用。该支架1可为平板结构或者线框结构。由于线框结构为一个镂空的框状结构,而平板结构为整块板状结构,所以,当设备主体3转动放置在平板结构的支架1上时,设备主体3的底面与支架1的上表面10的接触面积较大,此时,该支架1具有更强的承载能力。
当然,作为其他的实施方式,由于线框结构相较于平板结构更节省材料,因此,若支架1采用线框结构,则为了增强线框结构的承载能力,支架1可包括相对设置的两承载杆11以及相对设置的两固持杆12,且两承载杆11分别与两固持杆12围合并固接。两承载杆11形成该支架1的第一端111以及支架1的第二端112,且穿戴部件4的两端分别与两承载杆11连接,固定件21设于形成支架1的第一端的承载杆11上。该两固持杆12均包括固持连接部12a以及与固持连接部12a固接的卡接部12b,该固持连接部12a与承载杆11固接,卡接部12b用于在该设备主体3未相对该支架1转动时卡接该设备主体3,以将该设备主体3固定于支架1上。其中,该卡接部12b可通过固持杆12弯折形成,且该设备主体3未相对该支架1转动时,指的是设备主体3置于支架1上的时候,不包括设备主体3相对支架1转动任意角度后保持当前状态的时候。
在本实施例中,该智能穿戴设备为智能手表,该智能穿戴设备可佩戴在手上,其具有多种智能功能。且当智能穿戴设备为智能手表时,设备主体可作为智能手表的主机使用,穿戴部件可为智能手表的表带。具体地,该设备主体3可包括主板组件、显示屏组件、拍摄组件、多个传感器以及识别模块,且显示屏组件、拍摄组件、多个传感器以及识别模块均与主板电连接。其中,传感器包括有距离传感器、重力传感器、心率传感器、温湿度传感器及压力传感器等多个传感器,以使该智能穿戴设备能够实现距离检测、手势检测、心率监测、温湿度检测及压力检测等多个智能功能。识别模块包括面部识别模块以及指纹识别模块,主板通过面部识别模块及指纹识别模块控制该智能穿戴设备的显示界面解锁及某些功能设置或操作,大大提高了该智能穿戴设备的安全性。
由此可知,该设备主体3可实现该智能手表的多种智能功能,且能够执行多种智能操作,因此,本发明的设备主体3是有别于传统的手表仅能够实现单一的 时间显示、定时的表盘结构的。
在本实施例中,该设备主体3能够相对支架1转动,即,使用者可根据实际使用需求调节设备主体3朝向自己的角度,便于使用者查看设备主体3上的显示屏或者利用设置在设备主体3上的拍摄装置进行拍摄。
进一步地,请参阅图1及图5,该固定件21包括支架固定部211以及与支架固定部211固接的转轴连接部212,该支架固定部211与该支架1的第一端111固接,以使该固定件21固定于该支架1上。而该转轴连接部212为中空的柱状结构,该转轴连接部212自其顶端开设有贯穿至其底端的通槽,该通槽形成转轴连接部212的中空部。该转动件212包括第一转轴221,该第一转轴221穿设于该转轴连接部212的中空部,使得转动件通过固定件21设在支架1的第一端111上,并实现转动件与固定件21转动连接,从而当设备主体3固接于第一转轴221的两端时,设备主体3可通过由于转动件相对固定件21的转动而实现相对支架1任意角度的转动。
其中,设备主体3能够相对支架1转动任意角度,该角度可为0~180°内的任意角度,例如:0°(即,设备主体3置于支架1的状态)、15°、30°、45°、60°、90°、120°、145°、150°、160°、165°、170°、175°或180°。
请参阅图7,为了便于设备主体3相对支架1转动,该第一转轴221的两端分别设有第一转动部222以及第二转动部223,第一转动部222以及第二转动部223均与该设备主体3固接。具体地,该第一转动部222与第二转动部223均包括第一连接部222a以及与该第一连接部222a固接的第二连接部222b,两第一连接部222a均用于与设备主体3固接,两第二连接部222b均为环状结构,且第一转轴221的两端分别固定于第二连接部222b的中空部。当设备主体3在外力的作用下转动时,带动第一转动部222及第二转动部223转动,从而带动第一转轴221转动,以使设备主体3能够顺利地相对支架1转动。
更进一步地,为了使得该第一转动部222及第二转动部223与第一转轴221固定,该第一转动部222的第二连接部222b的中空部设有固定槽(未图示),第一转轴221的一端位于该第二连接部222b的中空部并与该固定槽卡接。第一转轴221的另一端穿过第二转动部223的第二连接部222b的中空部,且该智能穿戴设备还包括紧固件224,该紧固件224套设于第一转轴221的另一端上,紧固件224与第二转动部223的第二连接部222b远离第一转动部222的一面贴合。
在本实施例中,为了使得该智能穿戴设备的整体结构更紧凑,该设备主体3 对应该支架1的第一端111的位置设有凹槽31(如图4所示),上述的支架固定部211、第一转动部222及第二转动部223的第二连接部222b、紧固件224均位于该凹槽内。
在本实施例中,该智能穿戴设备还包括设于第一转轴221的阻尼结构5,该阻尼结构5用于提供保持该设备主体3相对支架1转动至任意角度的作用力。采用阻尼结构的设计,设备主体3可相对支架1转动至任意角度时停止继续转动,一直保持与支架1相对该角度,从而无需使用者手动摆动手臂调整整个智能穿戴设备的摆放位置,以便于使用者查看设备主体3的显示屏或者对某场景进行准确对准并拍摄,极大提高该智能穿戴设备的使用便捷性。
作为一种可选的实施方式,请参阅图6,该阻尼结构5包括两弹性垫圈,该两弹性垫圈分别穿设于第一转轴221的两端,且上述的转轴固定部212的中空部的内壁面与两弹性垫圈抵接,该阻尼结构5通过在第一转轴221与转轴固定部212之间设置弹性垫圈,增加第一转轴221与转轴固定部212之间的摩擦力,从而起到能够使得设备主体3能够相对支架1转动任意角度的作用。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,请参阅图7,该阻尼结构5包括弹性件51、第一凹凸轮52以及第二凹凸轮53。该弹性件51穿设于第一转轴221,且该弹性件51的一端连接该第一转动部222。该第一凹凸轮52滑动穿设于第一转轴221,且该第一凹凸轮52连接于弹性件51的另一端。第二凹凸轮53固定穿设于第一转轴221并与第一凹凸轮52抵接,以使弹性件51压紧于第一凹凸轮52及第一转动部222之间。其中,该弹性件51用于在该设备主体3相对支架1转动并带动第二凹凸轮53转动至与第一凹凸轮52分离时,提供保持该设备主体3相对支架1转动至任意角度的作用力。
进一步地,由于第一凹凸轮52滑动穿设于第一转轴221,因此,该第一凹凸轮52可相对第一转轴221滑动,且由于第一转轴221穿设于转轴固定部212的中空部内,即,第一凹凸轮52在转轴固定部212的中空部滑动。第一凹凸轮52的形状与转轴固定部212的中空部的截面形状匹配,以使第一凹凸轮52的外表面能够贴合转轴固定部212的中空部的内壁面的同时,第一凹凸轮52又能相对转轴固定部212滑动,使得转轴固定部212对第一凹凸轮52起到导向的作用。
更进一步地,该第一凹凸轮52包括倾斜面52a,该第二凹凸轮53抵接于该倾斜面52a或者可转动与该倾斜面52a分离。具体地,初始状态下(即设备主体未相对支架转动时,如图2所示),第二凹凸轮53抵接于倾斜面52a上,此时, 弹性件51被压缩于第一凹凸轮51和第一转动部222之间,即,弹性件51处于压缩状态。当设备主体3相对支架1转动时,在设备主体3的带动下,第一转轴221转动并带动固设于第一转轴221上的第二凹凸轮53转动。当第二凹凸轮53沿远离倾斜面52a的方向转动直至与倾斜面52a分离时,第一凹凸轮52的倾斜面52a上不受到第二凹凸轮53的作用力,从而使得作用在弹性件51上的挤压力消失,弹性件51可在其自身弹性作用力下往第二凹凸轮53的方向伸长并使得第一凹凸轮52沿着第一转轴221朝向第二凹凸轮53的方向滑动,直至第一凹凸轮的倾斜面52a再次与第二凹凸轮53抵接,弹性件51、第一凹凸轮52及第二凹凸轮53三者之间达到平衡,此时,第二凹凸轮53停止转动,从而使得第一转轴221停止转动,进而使得设备主体3停止转动,设备主体3相对支架1保持当前的转动角度不变。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例具有以下有益效果:
该智能穿戴设备的支架可采用平板结构或者线框结构,当该智能穿戴设备的支架采用线框结构时,通过支架的固持杆在设备主体未相对支架发生转动时卡接该设备主体,以增强线框结构的承载能力,从而将设备主体牢牢地固定在支架上。
此外,该智能穿戴设备还设有阻尼结构,该阻尼结构通过弹性件、第一凹凸轮以及第二凹凸轮的配合,实现当作用于设备主体的外力消失时,弹性件、第一凹凸轮以及第二凹凸轮三者达到平衡,从而使得第二凹凸轮停止转动,进而使得第一转轴及设备主体停止转动,达到设备主体能够相对支架转动任意角度并保持当前的转动角度不变。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种设备主体可翻转的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述智能穿戴设备包括
    支架,所述支架包括相对设置的第一端以及第二端;
    连接结构,所述连接结构包括固定件以及与所述固定件转动连接的转动件,所述固定件固设于所述支架的第一端;
    设备主体,所述设备主体与所述转动件固接,以使所述设备主体能够相对所述支架转动;以及
    穿戴部件,所述穿戴部件的两端分别与所述支架的第一端以及所述支架的第二端连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述固定件包括中空部,所述转动件包括第一转轴,所述第一转轴穿设于所述固定件的所述中空部,所述设备主体固接于所述第一转轴的两端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述第一转轴的两端分设有第一转动部和第二转动部,所述设备主体固接于所述第一转动部和所述第二转动部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述智能穿戴设备还包括设于所述第一转轴的阻尼结构,所述阻尼结构用于提供保持所述设备主体相对所述支架转动至任意角度的作用力。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述阻尼结构包括
    弹性件,所述弹性件穿设于所述第一转轴,所述弹性件的一端连接所述第一转动部;
    第一凹凸轮,所述第一凹凸轮滑动穿设于所述第一转轴,所述第一凹凸轮连接于所述弹性件的另一端;以及
    第二凹凸轮,所述第二凹凸轮固定穿设于所述第一转轴并与所述第一凹凸轮抵接,以使所述弹性件压紧于所述第一凹凸轮及所述第一转动部之间;
    所述弹性件用于在所述设备主体相对所述支架转动并带动所述第二凹凸轮转动至与所述第一凹凸轮分离时,提供保持所述设备主体相对所述支架转动至所述任意角度的所述作用力。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述第一凹凸轮包括倾斜面,所述第二凹凸轮抵接所述倾斜面或可转动与所述倾斜面分离。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述阻尼结构包括穿设于所述第一转轴的两端的两弹性垫圈,所述固定件的所述中空部的内壁面与两所述弹性垫圈抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述支架为平板结构或者线框结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述线框结构包括相对设置的两承载杆以及相对设置的两固持杆,两所述承载杆分别与两所述固持杆围合并固接,所述固定件设于其中一所述承载杆,所述固持杆用于在所述设备主体未相对所述支架转动时卡接所述设备主体。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述设备主体上设有凹槽,所述固定件位于所述凹槽内。
