Abstract

一种腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板,包括干部主板(1)和侧翼主板(2);干部主板(1)上设置多个万向锁定螺钉孔(3)、多个锁定螺钉孔(4)和多个导针孔(5),干部主板(1)的前干部端两侧分别设置环抱翼(7),干部主板(1)的后干部端向侧后方扭转;侧翼主板(2)凸出设置在干部主板(1)的一侧,侧翼主板(2)上设置滑动加压孔(6)。环抱翼(7)可配合器械将与骨骼环抱,增加骨板稳定性;与人体腓骨相吻合的接骨板的贴服性更好,对皮肤张力影响更小;接骨板上的万向锁定螺钉孔(3)可使锁定螺钉呈多方向固定,便于避开关节面,且交叉固定提高固定强度;侧翼主板(2)上的滑动加压孔(6),既可植入螺钉固定,又可以配合纽扣与尼龙线弹性固定,增加医生手术选择。

Description

一种腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板 技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨科医疗器械技术设备领域,具体来说,是一种在骨折手术中用于复位的一种腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板。
技术背景
骨折是最常见的损伤之一,随着人口老龄化越发严重,骨折年发生率逐步上升,腓骨远端骨折是常见的骨折,克氏针、张力带、螺钉等缺乏对骨折远端的牢固固定,针对B型骨折几乎没有针对型的专门骨板,不能完全满足复位固定的要求。普通的接骨板虽然具有一定的固定强度,但是贴服性不能完全满足,容易出现皮肤愈合延迟等并发症,现有的解剖型接骨板或普通锁定接骨板,不具备螺钉的多角度固定,使用中螺钉易发生松动,而使把持力减弱,现有技术的接骨板在使用中螺钉易打到关节面中,造成临床应用困难,影响治疗效果,给患者带来痛苦等。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种满足腓骨远端B型骨折特点、减少对软组织刺激、有效加压、贴服性良好且有效固定的腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板,包括干部主板和侧翼主板;干部主板上设置多个万向锁定螺钉孔、多个锁定螺钉孔和多个导针孔,干部主板的前干部端两侧分别设置环抱翼,干部主板的后干部端向侧后方扭转以与腓骨骨体表面相贴合;侧翼主板凸出设置在干部主板的一侧,侧翼主板上设置滑动加压孔。
本发明还可以采用以下技术措施:
所述的干部主板的前干部端贯穿设置五个万向锁定螺钉孔,两个锁定螺钉孔和四个导针孔,干部主板的后干部端贯穿设置四个锁定螺钉孔;侧翼主板上贯穿设置一个滑动加压孔。
所述的侧翼主板上的滑动加压孔选择通过植入螺钉固定或纽扣与尼龙线相配合弹性固定。
干部主板与侧翼主板为一体成型结构。
干部主板的万向锁定螺钉孔朝向不同方向。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
本发明的腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板中,干部主板上设置环抱翼和侧翼主板,使用中能够将环抱翼形变以环抱固定住骨体,从而使接骨板与腓骨的结合更加稳定牢固,干部主板上包含5个万向锁定螺 钉孔,可使锁定螺钉呈多方向固定,便于避开关节面,且交叉固定提高固定强度;骨板后干部端向侧后方扭转,采用与人体腓骨相吻合的设计,贴服性良好,对皮肤张力影响更小;侧翼主板上的滑动加压孔,既可植入螺钉固定,又可以配合纽扣与尼龙线弹性固定,使临床手术中使用方便,增加医生手术选择。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
如图1至图2所示,本发明的一种腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板,包括干部主板1和侧翼主板2;所述干部主板上设置五个万向锁定螺钉孔3、六个锁定螺钉孔4,四个导针孔5,锁定螺钉孔又分为设在干部主板的前干部的两个锁定螺钉孔和设在干部主板的后干部的四个锁定螺钉孔;干部主板沿侧方凸出形成侧翼主板,干部主板与侧翼主板为一体成型结构,侧翼主板2上设置一个滑动加压孔6。干部主板的前干部端两侧分别设置环抱翼7,可配合器械将环抱翼与骨骼环抱,以增加接骨板与骨骼之间的固接稳定性,干部主板的后干部端向侧后方扭转,以与人体腓骨骨体表面相贴合,贴服性良好,对皮肤张力影响更小;干部主板上的万向锁定螺钉孔,可使万向锁定螺钉呈多方向固定,便于避开关节面,且交叉固定提高固定强度;侧翼主板上的滑动加压孔,既可植入螺钉固定,又可以配合纽扣与尼龙线弹性固定,使临床手术中使用方便,增加医生手术选择。
本发明在使用时,接骨板上的万向锁定螺钉孔与万向锁定螺钉相配合,从而将接骨板与骨体相固定,万向锁定螺钉与万向锁定螺钉孔配合时能够在±15°的角度范围内改变固定角度,从而避开关节面,防止对病人造成额外创伤。手术中根据实际情况确定万向锁定螺钉孔和锁定螺钉孔的固定位置和使用数量。万向锁定螺钉孔和万向锁定螺钉的结构和使用方式属于本领域的现有技术,在此不再赘述。
干部主板的万向锁定螺钉孔的设置方向朝向不同方向,从而进一步扩大了万向锁定螺钉在使用中的设置角度和范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板,其特征在于,包括干部主板和侧翼主板;干部主板上设置多个万向锁定螺钉孔、多个锁定螺钉孔和多个导针孔,干部主板的前干部端两侧分别设置环抱翼,干部主板的后干部端向侧后方扭转以与腓骨骨体表面相贴合;侧翼主板凸出设置在干部主板的一侧,侧翼主板上设置滑动加压孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板,其特征在于:干部主板的前干部端贯穿设置五个万向锁定螺钉孔,两个锁定螺钉孔和四个导针孔,干部主板的后干部端贯穿设置四个锁定螺钉孔;侧翼主板上贯穿设置一个滑动加压孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板,其特征在于:侧翼主板上的滑动加压孔选择通过植入螺钉固定或纽扣与尼龙线相配合弹性固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板,其特征在于:干部主板与侧翼主板为一体成型结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的腓骨远端B型骨折带侧翼环抱接骨板,其特征在于:干部主板的万向锁定螺钉孔朝向不同方向。
