本发明提供的技术方案之三如下:出水单元,包括出水嘴,该出水嘴具有回转孔段,该回转孔段具有回转轴线,还包括配套该出水嘴的活动部件,该活动部件包括驱动部、减速机构和活动件,该驱动部包括叶轮,该叶轮传动连接减速机构,该减速机构连接该活动件以带动活动件绕回转轴线做圆周运动。
本发明产生的有益效果在于:
M个出水嘴中的每个出水嘴都配设有活动部件,活动部件包括驱动部和活动件,活动件至少部分伸入出水嘴内,驱动部受流至出水嘴的水流冲击作用相对出水部转动,通过驱动部转动带动活动件绕驱动部的转动轴线做圆周运动,因此能产生如下技术效果:其一,每个出水嘴配套一个活动件,可降低出水嘴、活动件的生产精度,活动件能实现标准化生产,能配套具有不同出水嘴数量或出水嘴布置不同的出水装置,如配套手柄花洒、雨淋花洒、厨房花洒等,降低制造成本;其二,可靠性好,结构简单,占用体积小,可有效减小花洒的体积;其三,可灵活与其它功能水花组合使用,而且不用特意设置环状水路或者集中设置,设置在任何形状的腔体中都可实现其效果;其四,产生具有按摩效果的抖动水花。
活动件和出水嘴间设减速机构,能降低水花按摩频率,满足不同的淋浴需求。
外轮齿和内齿轮啮合,且活动件外的外轮齿数和出水嘴的内轮齿数差额设置,构成差齿运动机构,实现减速,结构简单、紧凑,能成倍降低水花按摩频率。
出水嘴都具有出水嘴套,出水嘴套固装在安装孔内且出水嘴套内孔构成出水嘴,结构简单、紧凑,装配方便。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图8,出水装置,包括出水部10和后盖20,该出水部10如为出 水面盖。该出水部10和后盖20沿正背向布置且密封固定装接在一起,如配合密封圈21实现密封,该后盖和出水部之间形成有出水腔22。
该出水部10设有N个能接通出水腔22的出水嘴,N为大于3的自然数,该N个出水嘴中至少有M个出水嘴,M为不大于N且大于2的自然数,该M个出水嘴中的每个出水嘴都配设有活动部件30,该活动部件30包括驱动部31和活动件32,该活动件32至少部分伸入出水嘴内,该驱动部31受流至出水嘴的水流冲击作用相对出水部10转动,该驱动部31传动连接活动件32,通过驱动部31转动带动活动件32绕驱动部31的转动轴线做圆周运动。
具体结构中:该出水部10设有贯穿正面和背面的安装孔11,该M个出水嘴都具有出水嘴套12,该出水嘴套12固装在安装孔11内且该出水嘴套12内孔构成出水嘴,该安装孔11如包括或为正向小背向大的阶梯通孔,该出水嘴套12外壁适配装接在该阶梯通孔,而且,该阶梯通孔和出水嘴套12间设有限转机构。该出水嘴套12具有伸出出水部10背面的伸出部分。该出水嘴套12都配设有配合座13,该配合座13设有外周壁132,该外周壁适配套接在出水嘴套12伸出部分外,以将该配合座13和出水嘴套12密封固定在一起。
该驱动部31包括叶轮311和同轴固接在叶轮311之下的偏心轴312,该偏心轴312如凸轮结构,该驱动部31还设有上下贯穿的中心孔313;该配合座13还固设有朝下伸出的中心轴131,该中心轴131适配穿入该中心孔313内,以使驱动部31能相对中心轴131转动,通过中心轴131定位该驱动部31,根据需要也可采用其它定位,如驱动部设中心轴,该中心轴转动连接配合座等等。该出水嘴套12设有贯穿出水嘴套12内外的进水孔122,该进水孔122至少部分位于该伸出部分,通过由出水腔经进水孔122流入出水嘴套12内的水流冲击叶轮311以带动驱动部31转动。
该出水嘴套12包括回转孔段121,该回转孔段121的回转轴线和驱动部31转动轴线重合,该叶轮311轴线和驱动部31转动轴线重合。该活动件32包括连接座321和固接在连接座321之下的针体322,该针体322至少部分伸入出水嘴套12内,该连接座321顶面凹设有装配孔323,该针体322相对叶轮311轴线偏心设置。该偏心轴312适配装接在装配孔323内,以使得通过偏心轴312的偏心活动带动活动件32绕回转孔段121轴线做圆周运动,带动针体322绕回转孔段121轴线做圆周运动。
本发明的一个发明点在于:该活动件32和出水嘴间设减速机构33。该减速机构33例如:包括设在活动件32外的外轮齿331,例如圆周布置在该连接座321外周壁;及,该出水嘴内壁设有内轮齿332,例如圆周布置在该出水嘴套12内周壁;该外轮齿和内齿轮啮合,且活动件32外的外轮齿数和出水嘴套的内轮齿数差额设置,以构成差齿运动机构,实现减速,使针体322的自转速度比叶轮的转动速度慢,以使形成的按摩水花频率较小,按摩效果和视觉效果较好。根据需要也可采用其它减速机构,如通过齿轮组合实现。
本具体实施方之中:该针体322和出水嘴套12的回转孔段121的孔壁相接触,针体322绕驱动部31的转动轴线做圆周运动时针体322能刮落附着在孔壁的水垢实现清洁作用。同时,由于水流在冲击叶轮311时会产生高速旋转的涡流,涡流在出水嘴套12内又经针体322(针体转动速度小于叶轮转动速度)搅动(对水花产生干扰),涡流和搅动配合以产生具有按摩效果的水花。因此,本具体实施方案中,通过叶轮、针体、出水嘴和减速机构的配合,能产生如下技术效果:其一,能够刮落附着在孔壁的水垢实现清洁作用,防止水花斜射和堵孔,具有自清洁功能;其二,涡流和搅动相结合以产生具有按摩效果的抖动水花;其三,每个出水嘴配套一个转动部件,可降低出水嘴、转动部件的生产精度,转动部件能实现标准化生产,能配套具有不同出水嘴数量或出水嘴布置不同的出水装置,降低制造成本;其四,形成的按摩水花频率较小,按摩效果和视觉效果较好。上述的出水嘴、活动部件和配合座配合构成出水单元。
具体结构之中:该后盖20向后延伸有连接环壁23,该连接环壁23配套有螺母24、衬套25和球头26,通过螺母24、衬套25和球头26使得后盖20能装拆地装接在供水源上,该技术可参照现有技术。该球头26和后盖20的连接环壁23之间设有第二密封圈231,该球头26内还可设置过滤网垫片232和节水片233。该配合座13被后盖20压紧,通过压紧将出水部、后盖和配合座装接在一起,根据需要,螺钉333固接出水部和后盖,该螺钉333设有垫片334。
本具体实施方式之中,该N和M相等,即,所有出水嘴套12都设置有活动部件30。但并不以此为限,由于出水嘴套12配套有独立的活动部件30,因此也可有部分出水嘴套12没有配套活动部件30,使出水装置能出不同水花,即出水单元可作为一种功能组件灵活嫁接在任何一把多功能花洒中,增加其功能多样性,改善淋浴体验。而且,由于出水嘴套12配套有独立的活动部件30,因此出水部10 和后盖20不仅可采用固定连接,还可采用转动连接。
本具体实施方式的出水单元对腔体的形状以及出水嘴的布局要求不高,不像常规花洒那样同种水花需要设置在规则的环形或者集中设置在中心位置。可将出水嘴以任意形状排布,如三角形、S形,Y形等或者是分区设置,不设置在同一个腔体中,左边以三角形方式排布,右边以正方形方式排布等等。具体例如图9中的六个出水嘴圆周间隔布置,也可如图10中,七个出水嘴非圆周间隔布置,也可如图11中,七个出水嘴Y形间隔布置,或者类似S形间隔布置等等。
当然,根据需要,该活动件32和出水嘴套12的孔壁可相隔布置,此时出水装置没有起到清洁作用,但能使该出水嘴出具有按摩效果的水花。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明出水装置及出水单元,每个出水嘴配套一个活动件,可降低出水嘴、活动件生产精度,可灵活与其它功能水花组合使用,能产生具有按摩效果的抖动水花,具有工业实用性。

Claims (19)

  1. 出水装置,包括出水部,该出水部设有N个出水嘴,其特征在于:该N个出水嘴中至少有M个出水嘴,该M个出水嘴中的每个出水嘴都配设有活动部件,该活动部件包括驱动部和活动件,该活动件至少部分伸入出水嘴内,该驱动部受流至出水嘴的水流冲击作用相对出水部转动,该驱动部传动连接活动件,通过驱动部转动带动活动件绕驱动部的转动轴线做圆周运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该N为大于3的自然数,该M为不大于N且大于2的自然数。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该活动件和出水嘴间设减速机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该减速机构包括设在活动件外的外轮齿,该出水嘴内壁设有内轮齿,该外轮齿和内齿轮啮合,且活动件外的外轮齿数和出水嘴的内轮齿数差额设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该驱动部设有偏心轴,该活动件设有适配偏心轴的装配孔,该偏心轴适配装接在装配孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该驱动部包括叶轮,该叶轮轴线和驱动部转动轴线重合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该活动件包括针体,该针体相对驱动部转动轴线偏心设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该出水嘴包括回转孔段,该回转孔段轴线和驱动部转动轴线重合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该活动件和出水嘴的孔壁相接触。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该活动件和出水嘴的孔壁相隔。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该出水部设有贯穿正面和背面的安装孔,该M个出水嘴都具有出水嘴套,该出水嘴套固装在安装孔内且该出水嘴套内孔构成出水嘴,该出水嘴套具有伸出出水部背面的伸出部分,该出水嘴套设 有贯穿出水嘴套内外的进水孔,该进水孔至少部分位于该伸出部分,通过自进水孔流入出水嘴套内的水流冲击驱动部以带动驱动部转动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该出水嘴套都配设有配合座,该配合座和出水嘴套相对固定,且驱动部和配合座配合以定位驱动部。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于:还包括后盖,该出水部和后盖密封装接在一起,该后盖和出水部之间形成有出水腔,该出水腔能接通出水嘴。
  14. 出水单元,包括出水嘴,该出水嘴具有回转孔段,该回转孔段具有回转轴线,其特征在于:还包括配套该出水嘴的活动部件,该活动部件包括驱动部、减速机构和活动件,该驱动部包括叶轮,该叶轮传动连接活动件以带动活动件绕回转轴线做圆周运动,该减速机构传动连接活动件和出水嘴。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的出水单元,其特征在于:该活动件包括针体,该针体轴线相对叶轮轴线偏心设置。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的出水单元,其特征在于:该活动件和出水嘴的孔壁相接触。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的出水单元,其特征在于:该活动件和出水嘴的孔壁相隔。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的出水单元,其特征在于:该减速机构包括设在活动件外的外轮齿,该出水嘴内壁设有内轮齿,该外轮齿和内齿轮啮合,且活动件外的外轮齿数和出水嘴的内轮齿数差额设置。
  19. 出水单元,包括出水嘴,该出水嘴具有回转孔段,该回转孔段具有回转轴线,其特征在于:还包括配套该出水嘴的活动部件,该活动部件包括驱动部、减速机构和活动件,该驱动部包括叶轮,该叶轮传动连接减速机构,该减速机构连接该活动件以带动活动件绕回转轴线做圆周运动。
