Description
本申请涉及显示领域,特别涉及一种显示面板、显示模组及电子装置。
在现有的显示面板中,显示面板包括阵列基板、彩膜基板及位于二者之间的隔垫物。隔垫物作为重要的组成部分,一直都是设计时需要做特殊考量的。隔垫物的主要作用是支撑上下基板,使阵列基板与彩膜基板保持固定的间距。隔垫物本身的材料特性决定其有一定的压缩比例,使面板在搬运或者按压时可以出现适当的小范围间距调整。
阵列基板包括呈阵列分布的公共电极板。在行方向上,相邻公共电极板之间存在一定间距的凹槽。因此,部分所述隔垫物将设置在所述凹槽内,导致部分所述隔垫物与彩膜基板之间存在一定的间隙,使得显示面板部分区域显示不均,影响显示面板的品质。
本申请提供一种显示面板、显示模组及电子装置,以解决现有显示面板显示不均匀的技术问题。
本申请提出了一种显示面板,其包括:
阵列基板,包括第一基板及位于所述第一基板上的第一公共电极层;
彩膜基板,与所述阵列基板相对设置,所述彩膜基板包括第二基板及位于所述第二基板上的隔垫物;
其中,所述隔垫物包括第一隔垫物和第二隔垫物,所述第一隔垫物的高度不小于所述第二隔垫物的高度。
在本申请的显示面板中,所述第一公共电极层包括至少两个公共电极板,相邻两所述公共电极板之间设置有一凹槽;
其中,所述第一隔垫物的高度大于所述第二隔垫物的高度,所述第一隔垫物位于所述凹槽上。
在本申请的显示面板中,所述第一隔垫物包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分靠近所述第二基板,所述第二部分远离所述第二基板;

在本申请的显示模组中,所述第一隔垫物包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分靠近所述第二基板,所述第二部分远离所述第二基板;
其中,所述第一部分包括远离所述第二基板的第一平面,所述第二部分在所述第一平面上的正投影位于所述第一平面内。
在本申请的显示模组中,所述第二部分位于所述凹槽内,所述第二部分的宽度不大于相邻两所述公共电极板之间的间距。
在本申请的显示模组中,所述第二隔垫物位于所述公共电极板上,部分所述公共电极板对应至少一所述第二隔垫物;
所述第一隔垫物的第一部分与所述第二隔垫物的形状相同。
在本申请的显示模组中,所述显示面板还包括位于所述第一公共电极板上的保护层,所述保护层远离所述第一基板的表面为一平整的表面;

本申请还提出了一种电子装置,包括显示模组和背光模组,其中,所述显示模组包括显示面板及位于所述显示面板上的触控层、偏光片层及盖板层,所述显示面板包括:
阵列基板,包括第一基板及位于所述第一基板上的第一公共电极层;
彩膜基板,与所述阵列基板相对设置,所述彩膜基板包括第二基板及位于所述第二基板上的隔垫物;
其中,所述隔垫物包括第一隔垫物和第二隔垫物,所述第一隔垫物的高度不小于所述第二隔垫物的高度。
在本申请的电子装置中,所述第一公共电极层包括至少两个公共电极板,相邻两所述公共电极板之间设置有一凹槽;
其中,所述第一隔垫物的高度大于所述第二隔垫物的高度,所述第一隔垫物位于所述凹槽上。
在本申请的电子装置中,所述第一隔垫物包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分靠近所述第二基板,所述第二部分远离所述第二基板;
其中,所述第一部分包括远离所述第二基板的第一平面,所述第二部分在所述第一平面上的正投影位于所述第一平面内。
在本申请的电子装置中,所述第二部分位于所述凹槽内,所述第二部分的宽度不大于相邻两所述公共电极板之间的间距。
在本申请的电子装置中,所述第二隔垫物位于所述公共电极板上,部分所述公共电极板对应至少一所述第二隔垫物;

在本申请的电子装置中,所述显示面板还包括位于所述第一公共电极板上的保护层,所述保护层远离所述第一基板的表面为一平整的表面;
其中,所述第一隔垫物的高度与所述第二隔垫物的高度相同。
本申请通过设置不同高度的所述隔垫物,消除了部分隔垫物与彩膜基板之间的间隙,改善了显示面板的显示效果,提高了显示面板的品质。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本申请可用以实施的特定实施例。本申请所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本申请,而非用以限制本申请。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
请参阅图1,图1为本申请一种显示面板的膜层结构图。
所述显示面板包括阵列基板100、彩膜基板200及位于所述阵列基板100与所述彩膜基板200之间的液晶层(未画出)。
所述阵列基板100包括第一基板10、位于所述第一基板10上的薄膜晶体管层20、及位于所述薄膜晶体管层20上的第一公共电极层30。
在一种实施例中,所述第一基板10可以为玻璃基板、石英基板、树脂基板等中的一种。
所述薄膜晶体管层20可以为蚀刻阻挡层型、背沟道蚀刻型或顶栅薄膜晶体管型结构,具体没有限制。例如,顶栅薄膜晶体管型的所述薄膜晶体管层20包括缓冲层、有源层、栅绝缘层、栅极层、间绝缘层、源漏极及平坦层。
请参阅图,图2为本申请实施例一显示面板中第一公共电极层的俯视图。
所述第一公共电极层30形成于所述薄膜晶体管层20上,所述第一公共电极层30包括至少两个呈阵列分布的公共电极板301。
在行或列方向上,相邻两所述公共电极板301之间存在一定间距。但是由于列方向的间距过小,部分隔垫物设置于行方向的相邻两所述公共电极板301之间。因此,本实施例中列方向的相邻两所述公共电极板301之间的间距不作考虑。
所述第一公共电极层30为一透明金属层,由透明金属材料构成。在行方向上,相邻两所述公共电极板301之间设置有一凹槽304。
在一种实施例中,所述第一公共电极层30的材料可以为氧化铟锡。
请参阅图1,所述彩膜基板200与所述阵列基板100相对设置。所述彩膜基板200包括第二基板40、位于所述第二基板40上的色组层(未画出)及黑色遮光层(未画出)、及位于所述色组层及所述黑色遮光层上的所述隔垫物50。
在一种实施例中,所述第二基板40的材料可以但不限于与所述第一基板10的材料相同。
所述色组层包括多个红色色组块、绿色色组块及蓝色色组块。其中,相邻俩色组块之间的不相同,且相邻两色组块之间设置有所述黑色遮光层,避免相邻两所述色组块的颜色发生串扰。
所述隔垫物50包括第一隔垫物501和第二隔垫物502。所述第一隔垫物501的高度不小于所述第二隔垫物502的高度。
在一种实施例中,所述第一隔垫物501的高度大于所述第二隔垫物502的高度。
在一种实施例中,所述第一隔垫物501设置于所述凹槽304上,所述第一隔垫物501与所述凹槽304对接。
所述第一隔垫物501包括第一部分5011和第二部分5012。所述第一部分5011靠近所述第二基板40,所述第二部分5012远离所述第二基板40。所述第一部分5011包括远离所述第二基板40的第一平面,所述第二部分5012在所述第一平面的正投影位于所述第一平面内。
请参阅图1,所述第一隔垫物501的所述第一部分5011的形状与所述第二隔垫物502的形状相同。
在一种实施例中,所述第一隔垫物501的所述第一部分5011的与所述第二隔垫物502的形状为倒梯形。靠近所述第二基板40的第一边大于远离所述第二基板40的第二边;
在一种实施例中,所述第一隔垫物501的第二部分5012的形状可以依据所述凹槽304的形状进行设置。所述第二部分5012位于所述凹槽304内,所述第二部分5012的宽度不大于相邻两所述公共电极板301之间的所述凹槽304的间距。
在一种实施例中,所述第二部分5012的宽度与相邻两所述公共电极板301之间的所述凹槽304的间距相等。所述第二部分5012刚好嵌入至所述凹槽304内。
所述第二部分5012的宽度可以小于相邻两所述公共电极板301之间的所述凹槽304的间距。所述第二部分5012未将所述凹槽304在行方向上的间距完全填充。
所述第二部分5012的形状在本实施例中不作具体限制。
在一种实施例中,所述第二部分5012的剖面图为正方形、长方形或梯形中的至少一种。
所述第二隔垫物502设置于所述第一公共电极板302上,且部分所述第一公共电极板302对应至少一所述第二隔垫物502。
请参阅图1,所述第一公共电极层30包括第一公共电极板302和第二公共电极板303,所述第一公共电极板302与所述第二公共电极板303之间设置有所述凹槽304。
所述第一公共电极板302与所述第二公共电极板303之间设置有所述第一隔垫物501,所述第一公共电极板302和所述第二公共电极板303上均设置有一个所述第二隔垫物502。
在一种实施例中,所述第一公共电极板302上的所述第二隔垫物502的数量本申请不作具体限制,可以根据实际情况进行设定。
在一种实施例中,图1中的所述第一公共电极板302及所述第二公共电极板303,与图2中的所述公共电极板301为同一结构。
请参阅图3,图3为本申请实施例二显示面板的膜层结构图。
所述显示面板还包括位于所述第一公共电极板302上的保护层60。所述保护层60远离所述第一基板10的表面为一平整的表面。
在一种实施例中,所述第一隔垫物501的高度与所述第二隔垫物502的高度相同。
在一种实施例中,所述保护层60的材料可以为高流动性的绝缘材料。在形成所述保护层60时,所述保护层60填充所述凹槽304,保证所述保护层60远离所述第一基板10的表面为一平整的表面。
在一种实施例中,所述第一隔垫物501和所述第二隔垫物502的高度可以设置成相同的高度,无须实施例一中较为繁琐的设置。
根据本申请的另一个方面,还提供了一种显示模组,所述显示模组包括所述显示面板,还包括在所述显示面板上依次设置的触控层、偏光层和盖板层。
根据本申请的又一个方面,还提供了一种电子装置,所述电子装置包括所述显示模组。所述电子装置包括但不限定于手机、平板电脑、计算机显示器、游戏机、电视机、显示屏幕、可穿戴设备及其他具有显示功能的生活电器或家用电器等。
所述显示模组的工作原理、所述电子装置的工作原理与所述显示面板的工作原理相似,所述显示模组的工作原理以及所述电子装置的工作原理具体可以参考所述显示面板的工作原理,这里不做赘述。
本申请提出了一种显示面板、显示模组及电子装置,所述显示面板包括:阵列基板,包括第一基板及位于所述第一基板上的第一公共电极层;彩膜基板,与所述阵列基板相对设置,所述彩膜基板包括第二基板及位于所述第二基板上的隔垫物;其中,所述隔垫物包括第一隔垫物和第二隔垫物,所述第一隔垫物的高度不小于所述第二隔垫物的高度。本申请通过设置不同高度的所述隔垫物,消除了部分隔垫物与彩膜基板之间的间隙,改善了显示面板的显示效果,提高了显示面板的品质。
综上所述,虽然本申请已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种显示面板,其包括:阵列基板,包括第一基板及位于所述第一基板上的第一公共电极层;彩膜基板,与所述阵列基板相对设置,所述彩膜基板包括第二基板及位于所述第二基板上的隔垫物;其中,所述隔垫物包括第一隔垫物和第二隔垫物,所述第一隔垫物的高度不小于所述第二隔垫物的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一公共电极层包括至少两个公共电极板,相邻两所述公共电极板之间设置有一凹槽;其中,所述第一隔垫物的高度大于所述第二隔垫物的高度,所述第一隔垫物位于所述凹槽上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一隔垫物包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分靠近所述第二基板,所述第二部分远离所述第二基板;其中,所述第一部分包括远离所述第二基板的第一平面,所述第二部分在所述第一平面上的正投影位于所述第一平面内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二部分位于所述凹槽内,所述第二部分的宽度不大于相邻两所述公共电极板之间的间距。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二部分的剖面图为正方形、长方形或梯形中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二隔垫物位于所述公共电极板上,部分所述公共电极板对应至少一所述第二隔垫物。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一隔垫物的第一部分与所述第二隔垫物的形状相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述显示面板还包括位于所述第一公共电极板上的保护层,所述保护层远离所述第一基板的表面为一平整的表面;其中,所述第一隔垫物的高度与所述第二隔垫物的高度相同。
- 一种显示模组,包括显示面板及位于所述显示面板上的触控层、偏光片层及盖板层,其中,所述显示面板包括:阵列基板,包括第一基板及位于所述第一基板上的第一公共电极层;彩膜基板,与所述阵列基板相对设置,所述彩膜基板包括第二基板及位于所述第二基板上的隔垫物;其中,所述隔垫物包括第一隔垫物和第二隔垫物,所述第一隔垫物的高度不小于所述第二隔垫物的高度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示模组,其中,所述第一公共电极层包括至少两个公共电极板,相邻两所述公共电极板之间设置有一凹槽;其中,所述第一隔垫物的高度大于所述第二隔垫物的高度,所述第一隔垫物位于所述凹槽上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示模组,其中,所述第一隔垫物包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分靠近所述第二基板,所述第二部分远离所述第二基板;其中,所述第一部分包括远离所述第二基板的第一平面,所述第二部分在所述第一平面上的正投影位于所述第一平面内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示模组,其中,所述第二部分位于所述凹槽内,所述第二部分的宽度不大于相邻两所述公共电极板之间的间距。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示模组,其中,所述第二隔垫物位于所述公共电极板上,部分所述公共电极板对应至少一所述第二隔垫物;所述第一隔垫物的第一部分与所述第二隔垫物的形状相同。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示面板还包括位于所述第一公共电极板上的保护层,所述保护层远离所述第一基板的表面为一平整的表面;其中,所述第一隔垫物的高度与所述第二隔垫物的高度相同。
- 一种电子装置,包括显示模组,其中,所述显示模组包括显示面板及位于所述显示面板上的触控层、偏光片层及盖板层,所述显示面板包括:阵列基板,包括第一基板及位于所述第一基板上的第一公共电极层;彩膜基板,与所述阵列基板相对设置,所述彩膜基板包括第二基板及位于所述第二基板上的隔垫物;其中,所述隔垫物包括第一隔垫物和第二隔垫物,所述第一隔垫物的高度不小于所述第二隔垫物的高度。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子装置,其中,所述第一公共电极层包括至少两个公共电极板,相邻两所述公共电极板之间设置有一凹槽;其中,所述第一隔垫物的高度大于所述第二隔垫物的高度,所述第一隔垫物位于所述凹槽上。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子装置,其中,所述第一隔垫物包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分靠近所述第二基板,所述第二部分远离所述第二基板;其中,所述第一部分包括远离所述第二基板的第一平面,所述第二部分在所述第一平面上的正投影位于所述第一平面内。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子装置,其中,所述第二部分位于所述凹槽内,所述第二部分的宽度不大于相邻两所述公共电极板之间的间距。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子装置,其中,所述第二隔垫物位于所述公共电极板上,部分所述公共电极板对应至少一所述第二隔垫物;所述第一隔垫物的第一部分与所述第二隔垫物的形状相同。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子装置,其中,所述显示面板还包括位于所述第一公共电极板上的保护层,所述保护层远离所述第一基板的表面为一平整的表面;其中,所述第一隔垫物的高度与所述第二隔垫物的高度相同。
