进一步地,所述椅面机构包括靠背面板、中间面板和腿托面板,所述中间面板安装于所述承载架上,所述靠背面板和所述腿托面板分别与所述中间面板的两侧铰接连接;
所述靠背面板和所述腿托面板均与所述姿态转化机构相连接,并在所述姿态转化机构的驱动下相对于所述中间面板实现翻转。
优选地,所述中间面板包括第一变形板段和第二变形板段,所述第一变形板段固定安装于所述承载架上,所述第二变形板段和所述第一变形板段铰接连接,所述第一变形板段背离所述第二变形板段的一侧与所述靠背面板相铰接,所述第二变形板段背离所述第一变形板段的一侧与所述腿托面板相铰接。
优选地,所述姿态转化机构包括前压力撑杆和驱动支架,所述前压力撑杆安装于所述承载架上,所述驱动支架安装于所述前压力撑杆和所述靠背面板之间。
优选地,所述姿态转化机构还包括若干后压力撑杆,各所述后压力撑杆的一端均固定安装于所述承载架上,各所述压力撑杆的另一端均固定安装于所述腿托面板上。
优选地,所述伸缩调位机构包括升降组件和伸缩组件,所述升降组件固定安装于所述承载架内,所述伸缩组件包括安装台、两组横向导轨和两侧向支撑面板,所述安装台固定安装于所述升降组件上,两组所述横向导轨分别沿所述安装台的宽度方向固定安装于所述安装台的相对两侧,两所述侧向支撑面板的两端均分别滑动连接于两组所述横向导轨上。
优选地,所述升降组件包括剪式千斤顶,所述剪式千斤顶固定安装于所述承载架内,所述安装台固定安装于所述剪式千斤顶的顶出端,所述剪式千斤顶上连接有用于驱动所述剪式千斤顶升降的驱动杠杆。
优选地,所述升降组件还包括四个导向组件,四个所述导向组件均包括导向柱和套设于所述导向柱之外的导向套筒,四个所述导向套筒均穿设固定于所述承载架上且分别对应所述安装台的四个角部设置,四个所述导向柱的上端分别与所述安装台的四个角部相连接。
优选地,所述升降组件还包括限位挡板,所述限位挡板安装于所述承载架上,且所述限位挡板开设有竖向避空槽,所述驱动杠杆的一端穿过所述竖向避空槽。
优选地,所述限位挡板背离所述竖向避空槽的一侧弯折形成有弯折板,所述限位挡板上开设有横向槽,所述横向槽贯通于所述限位挡板和所述弯折板上,所述升降组件还包括弹性压杆,所述弹性压杆的一端固定安装于所述承载架上,所述弹性压杆的另一端穿过所述横向槽并与所述驱动杠杆相连接。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本申请实施例提供的轮椅床,工作时,滚轮机构可驱动轮椅床到达病患所在的床榻处,此时与椅面机构相连接的姿态转化机构便可驱动椅面机构变形至相应的床面状态,而伸缩调位机构又可使得椅面机构的侧向宽度变宽,进而可消除椅面机构与病患所在的床榻之间的缝隙,使得病患可仅仅通过侧向平躺移动即可被转移至椅面机构上,病患在完成自床榻至椅面机构的转移后,椅面机构又可在姿态转化机构的驱动下被变形至轮椅状态。那么通过上述过程,帮扶人在病患自床榻移动至轮椅床所付出的劳动力便得到了显著地减轻,同时上述过程也避免了对病患的身体产生剧烈的移动,减轻了病患在移动过程中所产生的不适感,降低了病患的伤口开裂的风险。通过将轮椅与床的功能合二为一,这样便有效提升了卧床病患自床榻移动至轮椅过程的便利性。

如图1~3所示,本申请实施例提供的一种轮椅床,适用于将病患自躺卧状转变为坐靠状,其包括承载架10、椅面机构20、姿态转化机构30、伸缩调位机构40和滚轮机构50。
其中,承载架10可为不锈钢方通件焊接而成的方框支架,亦可为不锈钢杆件通过螺栓连接形成的可拆卸式框架。如此即可保证承载架10的整体刚性和环境适应性,进而可显著提升轮椅床的长期使用耐用性。
进一步地,椅面机构20安装于承载架10上并用于承载病患的身体;其中,在病患从床榻转移至椅面机构20的过程中,需要保持椅面机构20的上端面与床榻表面齐平或稍低于床榻表面。这样可使得病患的转移过程变得容易,而椅面机构20可通过将柔性板件覆盖在金属框架上而制成。
进一步地,姿态转化机构30安装于承载架10上并与椅面机构20相连接以驱动椅面机构20由床面状态转化为座椅状态;实际上,姿态转化机构30可包括有至少两个驱动端,上述两个驱动端可分别用于驱动椅面机构20的两端发生翻折变形,使得椅面机构20由床面状态转变为座椅状态。
进一步地,伸缩调位机构40安装于承载架10上并与椅面机构20相连接以调节椅面机构20的侧向宽度;其中,伸缩调位机构40与椅面机构20宽度方向的两端相连接,以驱动上述两端朝向或背离椅面机构20运动,进而实现对椅面机构20的侧向宽度的调节。
进一步地,滚轮机构50安装于承载架10的下端以使得承载架10移动。滚轮机构50可由多个滚轮组成,而其中至少有两个滚轮具有万向滚动的能力,这样滚轮机构50便能够使得轮椅床的整体移动灵活性得到显著地提升。
本申请实施例提供的轮椅床,工作时,滚轮机构50可驱动轮椅床到达病患所在的床榻处,此时与椅面机构20相连接的姿态转化机构30便可驱动椅面机构20变形至相应的床面状态,而伸缩调位机构40又可使得椅面机构20的侧向宽度变宽,进而可消除椅面机构与病患所在的床榻之间的缝隙,使得病患可仅仅通过侧向平躺移动即可被转移至椅面机构上,病患在完成自床榻至椅面机构的转移后,椅面机构20又可在姿态转化机构30的驱动下被变形至轮椅状态。那么通过上述过程,帮扶人在病患自床榻移动至轮椅床所付出的劳动力便得到了显著地减轻,同时上述过程也避免了对病患的身体产生剧烈的移动,减轻了病患在移动过程中所产生的不适感,降低了病患的伤口开裂的风险。通过将轮椅与床的功能合二为一,这样便有效提升了卧床病患自床榻移动至轮椅过程的便利性。
在本实施例中,如图1、图2和图5所示,椅面机构20包括靠背面板21、中间面板22和腿托面板23,中间面板22安装于承载架10上,靠背面板21和腿托面板23分别与中间面板22的两侧铰接连接;
靠背面板21和腿托面板23均与姿态转化机构30相连接。并在姿态转化机构30的驱动下相对于中间面板22实现翻转。具体地,通过使得中间面板22的两侧分别与靠背面板21和腿托面板23铰接连接,这样靠背面板21和托退面板即能够相对于中间面板22实现翻折,如此便为椅面机构20在床面状态和轮椅状态之间切换提供了先决条件。又由于靠背面板21和腿托面板23均与姿态转化机构30相连接,这样当椅面机构20需要自床面状态切换为轮椅状态时,姿态转化机构30即可驱动靠背面板21朝向中间面板22翻折,同时姿态转化机构30可驱动腿托面板23背离中间面板22翻折,如此便形成了椅面机构20的座椅状态。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,中间面板22包括第一变形板段221和第二变形板段222,第一变形板段221固定安装于承载架10上,第二变形板段222和第一变形板段221铰接连接,且第一变形板段221背离第二变形板段222的一侧与靠背面板21相铰接,第二变形板段222背离第一变形板段221的一侧与腿托面板23相铰接。如此,通过将中间面板22细分为第一变形板段221和第二变形板段222,那么当轮椅床自床面状态向轮椅状态变形时,第二变形板段222便会受到腿托面板23的挤压力而相对于第一变形板段221发生倾斜,进而在第二变形板段222和腿托板段的接缝处产生隆起,如此便使得由中间板段朝向腿托板段的一侧形成翘起,这样当病患坐于轮椅床上时,便不易自其上滑下。
在本实施例中,如图1~3所示,姿态转化机构30包括前压力撑杆31和驱动支架32,前压力撑杆31安装于承载架10上,驱动支架32安装于前压力撑杆31和靠背面板21之间。具体地,当需要使得靠背面板21相对于中间面板22翻折时,可首先对前压力撑杆31进行释压处理,这样压力撑杆便可自如收缩,此时操作人员便可撑动或拉拽驱动支架32,而驱动支架32也可相应地驱动靠背面板21相对于中间面板22翻折,当靠背面板21翻折至指定位置后,操作人员可停止对压力撑杆的释压操作,压力撑杆即可保持其长度不变,进而实现对靠背面板21的有效支撑。
进一步地,如图2和图6所示,驱动支架32包括第一斜拉杆321、两第二斜拉杆322和第三斜拉杆323,第一斜拉杆321的第一端与承载架10铰接连接,压力撑杆与第一斜拉杆321铰接连接,两第二斜拉杆322的第一端和第三斜拉杆323的第一端均与第一斜拉杆321的第二端铰接连接,两第二斜拉杆322的第二端均与靠背面板21铰接连接,第三斜拉杆323的第二端与中间面板22铰接连接。如此,当操作人员对压力撑杆进行释压,并搬动靠背面板21朝向中间翻折时,第一斜拉杆321即可相对于承载架10摆动,而此时两第二斜拉杆322在第一斜拉杆321的推动作用和第三斜拉杆323的限位作用下,即可推动靠背面板21朝向中间面板22翻折,同理地,靠背面板21朝向中间面板22翻折的过程亦然。
在本实施例中,如图2和图6所示,姿态转化机构30还包括若干后压力撑杆33,各后压力撑杆33的一端均固定安装于承载架10上,各压力撑杆的另一端均固定安装于腿托面板23上。具体地,当需要使得腿托面板23朝向中间面板22翻折时,操作人员即可对各压力撑杆释压并同时将腿托面板23朝向中间面板22翻折,翻折至指定位置后,各压力撑杆停止释压,保持其长度不变,进而可对腿托面板23形成有效支撑,保证腿托面板23和中间面板22的相对位置关系不变。
在本实施例中,如图2、图4和图6所示,伸缩调位机构40包括升降组件41和伸缩组件42,升降组件41固定安装于承载架10内,伸缩组件42包括安装台421、两横向导轨422和两侧向支撑面板423,安装台421固定安装于升降组件41上,两横向导轨422均沿承载架10的宽度方向固定安装于安装台421上,两侧向支撑面板423的两端均分别滑动连接于两横向导轨422上。具体地,当椅面机构20需要调整其宽度时,操作人员即可将滑动安装于两横向导轨422上的两侧向支撑面板423抽出,随后,升降组件41可驱动安装台421上升,使得两侧向支撑面板423与中间面板22的高度相齐平,如此即实现了对中间面板22宽度的有效扩展,进而使得椅面机构20形成了十字状造型,那么病患在被移动至轮椅床上时,可先将病患的身体转动90度,使病患的头部朝向一侧向支撑面板423,此时再拖拽病患,即可使得病患平移至中间面板22和两侧向支撑面板423上,病患就位后,再将病患的身体转动90度,使得病患的头部位于靠背面板21处,病患的腿部位于腿托面板23处,此时便完成了病患的转移工作。
在本实施例中,如图4所示,升降组件41包括剪式千斤顶411,剪式千斤顶411固定安装于承载架10内,安装台421固定安装于剪式千斤顶411的顶出端,剪式千斤顶411上连接有用于驱动剪式千斤顶顶升的驱动杠杆412。具体地,通过使得升降组件41包括剪式千斤顶411,这样操作人员在升降两侧向支撑面板423时,即可通过反复旋转驱动杠杆412,这样剪式千斤顶411的顶出端即可顶升安装台421直至安装于安装台421上的两侧向支撑面板423与中间面板22相齐平。
进一步地,如图6所示,升降组件41还包括四个导向组件415,四个导向组件415均包括导向柱(图未示)和套设于导向柱之外的导向套筒(图未示),四个导向套筒均穿设固定于承载架10上且分别对应安装台421的四个角部设置,四个导向柱的上端分别与安装台421的四个角部相连接四个导向柱的下端均向下延伸设置。如此,安装台421在剪式千斤顶411的驱动下远离或靠近承载架10运动时,四个导向柱便也能够分别在四个导向套筒的限位下运动,这样便使得安装台421的升降运动更为稳定,同时也保证了两侧向支撑面板423的升降更为稳定。
在本实施例中,如图6所示,升降组件41还包括限位挡板413,限位挡板413安装于承载架10上,且限位挡板413开设有竖向避空槽414,驱动杠杆412的一端穿过竖向避空槽414。具体地,通过设置限位板,并在限位板上开设竖向避空槽414,如此便使得与剪式千斤顶411相连接的驱动杠杆412的一端得以在竖向避空槽414内得到限位。同时,当操作人员需要使得剪式千斤顶411顶升作业时,即可握持驱动杠杆412,并使得其在竖向避空槽414内做旋转转动,这样便可驱动剪式千斤顶411持续顶升。当然,为使得轮椅床的自动化水平更高,千斤顶411亦可被替换为升降电机。
进一步地,驱动杠杆412为可伸缩杆。如此,在操作时,操作人员即可先拉拔出驱动杠杆412,再竖向摆动驱动杠杆412,完成剪式千斤顶411的顶升作业,这样便能够便于操作人员的操作。同时,驱动杠杆412在工作状态呈拉伸态,而不用时可收缩嵌设于竖向避空槽414中,如此也避免了驱动杠杆412过于暴露在外界,避免绊倒行人的现象发生。
更进一步地,限位挡板413背离竖向避空槽414的一侧弯折形成有弯折板(图未示),限位挡板413上还开设有横向槽417,横向槽417贯通于限位挡板413和弯折板上,升降组件41还包括弹性压杆416,弹性压杆416的一端固定安装于承载架10上,弹性压杆416的另一端穿过横向槽417并与驱动杠杆412相连接,这样,驱动杠杆412即可在弹性压杆416的进一步限位下,保持其在竖向避空槽414内的稳定性安设。
在本实施例中,如图1、图2和图6所示,滚轮机构50包括两主滚轮51和两转向滚轮52,两主滚轮51分别安装于承载架10的长度方向一侧的相对两端,两转向滚轮52分别安装于承载架10长度方向的另一侧的相对两端。具体地,两主滚轮51和两转向滚轮52和设置一方面保证了轮椅床具有稳定行进的能力,另一方面也保证了轮椅床的转向灵活性。
进一步地,如图6所示,滚轮机构50还包括两连接件53,两连接件53分别可转动地安装于承载架10的长度方向一侧的相对两端,两主滚轮51分别可转动地安装于两连接件53上,两连接件53上均安装有脚踏刹车片531,两脚踏刹车片531分别正对两主滚轮51的轮面设置。
进一步地,如图6所示,两连接件53背离彼此的一侧均安装有导向短管532,承载架10正对于两连接件53的相对两侧边缘均固定安装有导向件533,导向件533包括容置方通534和导向杆535,导向杆535的一端滑动安装于容置方通534内,导向杆535的另一端则延伸于导向短管532内。如此一来,当导向杆535自导向短管532内拔出时,两主滚轮51便能够相对于承载架10灵活转动,这样便提升了轮椅床在小空间内发生位移的能力。而当导向杆535插设入导向短管532内时,主滚轮51相对于承载架10的转动自由度便会受到限制,进而使得主滚轮51只能按照特定方向滚动。这样便保证了轮椅床在运动过程中的稳定性和易操作性。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,中间面板22宽度方向的相对两侧均安装有防护组件43。具体地,通过在中间面板22宽度方向的相对两侧均安装有防护组件43,这样便有效防止了病患翻摔下轮椅床的现象发生。
进一步地,椅面机构20还包括两侧靠板25,两侧靠板25分别铰接连接于靠背面板21的相对两侧,靠背面板21的相对两侧的下端均安装有若干用于卡托两侧靠板25的卡接片211。如此,当轮椅床呈床面姿态时,此时可放展两侧靠板25,使得两侧靠板25与靠背面板21保持齐平,这样便能够显著增大轮椅床的床面面积。
更进一步地,椅面机构20还可包括有两侧托板26,两侧托板26分别铰接连接于腿托面板23的相对两侧,腿托面板23的相对两侧的下端均安装有若干用于卡托两侧托板26的卡托片(图未示)。如此便进一步地增大了轮椅床的床面面积。使得病患在轮椅床上的躺卧更为从容和舒适。而当轮椅床呈轮椅姿态时,两侧靠板25和两侧托板26又可分别朝向靠板面板和腿托面板23的方向翻折,进而使得轮椅床在呈轮椅姿态时,能够为病患提供一种环绕式半包围的乘坐环境,这样便显著提升了病患在坐于轮椅床中时的安全性。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,椅面机构20还包括脚撑面板24,脚撑面板24安装于腿托面板23背离中间面板22的一侧。具体地,由于脚撑面板24的存在,这样当轮椅床在呈轮椅姿态时,病患的双脚便有地可放,这样便显著提升了病患的乘坐舒适性,而当轮椅床在呈床面姿态时,并在行进过程中突遇急刹车时,脚撑面板24还可为病患提供阻挡物,避免病患在惯性作用下滑出轮椅床的床面。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,椅面机构20还包括头部挡板27,头部挡板27安装于靠背面板21背离中间面板22的一侧。具体地,由于头部面板的存在,当当轮椅床在呈床面姿态行进时,其便可与脚撑面板24共同作用,对病患的身体起到进一步地限位作用。
综上所述可知本申请乃具有以上所述的优良特性,得以令其在使用上,增进以往技术中所未有的效能而具有实用性,成为一极具实用价值的产品。

  1. 一种轮椅床,其特征在于:包括:
    承载架;
    椅面机构,安装于所述承载架上并用于承载病患的身体;
    姿态转化机构,安装于所述承载架上并与所述椅面机构相连接以驱动所述椅面机构由床面状态转化为座椅状态;
    伸缩调位机构,安装于所述承载架上并与所述椅面机构相连接以调节所述椅面机构的侧向宽度;
    滚轮机构,安装于所述承载架的下端以使得所述承载架移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述椅面机构包括靠背面板、中间面板和腿托面板,所述中间面板安装于所述承载架上,所述靠背面板和所述腿托面板分别与所述中间面板的两侧铰接连接;
    所述靠背面板和所述腿托面板均与所述姿态转化机构相连接,并在所述姿态转化机构的驱动下相对于所述中间面板实现翻转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述中间面板包括第一变形板段和第二变形板段,所述第一变形板段固定安装于所述承载架上,所述第二变形板段和所述第一变形板段铰接连接,所述第一变形板段背离所述第二变形板段的一侧与所述靠背面板相铰接,所述第二变形板段背离所述第一变形板段的一侧与所述腿托面板相铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述姿态转化机构包括前压力撑杆和驱动支架,所述前压力撑杆安装于所述承载架上,所述驱动支架安装于所述前压力撑杆和所述靠背面板之间。

  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述伸缩调位机构包括升降组件和伸缩组件,所述升降组件固定安装于所述承载架内,所述伸缩组件包括安装台、两组横向导轨和两侧向支撑面板,所述安装台固定安装于所述升降组件上,两组所述横向导轨分别沿所述安装台的宽度方向固定安装于所述安装台的相对两侧,两所述侧向支撑面板的两端均分别滑动连接于两组所述横向导轨上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述升降组件包括剪式千斤顶,所述剪式千斤顶固定安装于所述承载架内,所述安装台固定安装于所述剪式千斤顶的顶出端,所述剪式千斤顶上连接有用于驱动所述剪式千斤顶升降的驱动杠杆。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述升降组件还包括四个导向组件,四个所述导向组件均包括导向柱和套设于所述导向柱之外的导向套筒,四个所述导向套筒均穿设固定于所述承载架上且分别对应所述安装台的四个角部设置,四个所述导向柱的上端分别与所述安装台的四个角部相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述升降组件还包括限位挡板,所述限位挡板安装于所述承载架上,且所述限位挡板开设有竖向避空槽,所述驱动杠杆的一端穿过所述竖向避空槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述限位挡板背离所述竖向避空槽的一侧弯折形成有弯折板,所述限位挡板上开设有横向槽,所述横向槽贯通于所述限位挡板和所述弯折板上,所述升降组件还包括弹性压杆,所述弹性压杆的一端固定安装于所述承载架上,所述弹性压杆的另一端穿过所述横向槽并与所述驱动杠杆相连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述滚轮机构包括两主滚轮和两转向滚轮,两所述主滚轮分别安装于所述承载架的长度方向一侧的相对两端,两所述转向滚轮分别安装于所述承载架长度方向的另一侧的相对两端。
  12. 根据权利要求2~5任一项所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述中间面板宽度方向的相对两侧均安装有防护组件。
  13. 根据权利要求2~5任一项所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述椅面机构还包括脚撑面板,所述脚撑面板安装于所述腿托面板背离所述中间面板的一侧。
  14. 根据权利要求2~5任一项所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述椅面机构还包括头部挡板,所述头部挡板安装于所述靠背面板背离所述中间面板的一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求2~5任一项所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述椅面机构还包括两侧靠板,两所述侧靠板分别铰接连接于所述靠背面板的相对两侧,所述靠背面板的相对两侧的下端均安装有若干用于卡托两所述侧靠板的卡接片。
  16. 根据权利要求2~5任一项所述的轮椅床,其特征在于:所述椅面机构还可包括有两侧托板,两所述侧托板分别铰接连接于所述腿托面板的相对两侧,所述腿托面板的相对两侧的下端均安装有若干用于卡托两所述侧托板的卡托片。
