Abstract

The present invention relates to a packaging machine which unrolls a substrate-material web, comprising paperboard, paper and/or a rigid material that is not a plastic, from a supply roll, and conveys said web intermittently or continuously along the packaging machine, the web being provided with the goods for packaging, wherein a shrinkable top-film web is subsequently sealed to the substrate-material web at a sealing station. The present invention also relates to a method for producing packaging.
