Abstract

一种光纤适配器,包括第一适配器本体(3)、弹性铰接于第一适配器本体(3)下端口的遮蔽门(2)、以及下端部插设于第一适配器本体(3)的腔体内的第二适配器本体(1);第二适配器本体(1)的下端部的端面向下延伸有延伸柱(11)和卡接臂(12),延伸柱(11)压设于遮蔽门(2)的铰接轴(4)的两端,卡接臂(12)外露于遮蔽门(2)与插设于第一适配器本体(3)下端的光纤连接器接头相卡接。以此结构设计,能够方便遮蔽门的安装固定,继而起到较好的遮光防尘效果。

Description

光纤适配器
本申请要求在2018年09月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为201811109738.6的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及连接器技术领域,例如涉及一种光纤适配器。
背景技术
在相关技术中,用于和光纤连接器接头相配合的光纤适配器大多采用一体成型设置,且光纤适配器的端口处为防止与其相对的一端插入光纤连接器接头时,高强度的红外光束从端口处射出误伤人眼,大多采用防尘帽进行遮蔽,但以此方式设计,很容易造成防尘帽遗失,且防尘帽的插拔也会带来诸多麻烦。
发明内容
本公开采用以下技术方案:
一种光纤适配器,包括:
第一适配器本体;
第二适配器本体,所述第二适配器本体的下端部从所述第一适配器本体的上端部插设于所述第一适配器本体的腔体内,且所述第二适配器本体的下端部的端面向下延伸有多个延伸柱和至少一个卡接臂;以及
至少一个遮蔽门,通过铰接轴弹性铰接于所述第一适配器本体的下端部;
其中,在将所述第二适配器本体插设于所述第一适配器本体的腔体内后,所述多个延伸柱分别对应压设于所述至少一个遮蔽门的铰接轴的两端,所述卡 接臂外露于所述遮蔽门,且所述卡接壁与插设于所述第一适配器本体的下端部的光纤连接器接头相卡接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例来说明本公开的技术方案。
一实施例提供一种光纤适配器,包括第一适配器本体3、第二适配器本体1以及至少一个遮蔽门2,所述第二适配器本体1的下端部从所述第一适配器本体3的上端部插设于所述第一适配器本体3的腔体内,且所述第二适配器本体1的下端部的端面向下延伸有多个延伸柱11和至少一个卡接臂12,所述至少一个遮蔽门2通过铰接轴4弹性铰接于所述第一适配器本体3的下端部。在将所述第二适配器本体1插设于所述第一适配器本体3的腔体内后,所述多个延伸柱11分别对应压设于所述至少一个遮蔽门2的铰接轴4的两端,所述卡接臂12在所述第一适配器本体3的下端部外露于所述遮蔽门2,且所述卡接臂12与插设于所述第一适配器本体3的下端部的光纤连接器接头相卡接。
结合图1至图4所示,本实施例提供了一种光纤适配器,包括第一适配器本体3、弹性铰接于所述第一适配器本体3的下端部的遮蔽门2、以及下端部插设于所述第一适配器本体3的腔体内的第二适配器本体1。所述第二适配器本体 1的下端部的端面向下延伸有延伸柱11和卡接臂12,所述延伸柱11压设于所述遮蔽门2的铰接轴4的两端,所述卡接臂12外露于所述遮蔽门2与插设于所述第一适配器本体3的下端部的光纤连接器接头相卡接。
本实施例中,所述第一适配器本体3的腔体的相对两个内侧壁上、沿所述第一适配器本体3的腔体的深度方向开设有多个长槽31,至少一个遮蔽门2的铰接轴4的端部收纳于对应的长槽31的底部,多个延伸柱11分别插设于对应的长槽31并与铰接轴4的端部相抵接。为了便于和铰接轴4的端部配合,长槽31的底部呈U型设置。
本实施例中,为了更加稳定可靠地压紧铰接轴4的端部,每个延伸柱11的横截面均呈L型设置,当延伸柱11插入长槽31后,能够稳定可靠地与长槽31配合,继而将铰接轴4牢牢压紧。
本实施例中,四个延伸柱11均布于第二适配器本体1的下端部的端面的四个角。弹性铰接于第一适配器本体3的下端部的遮蔽门2为两个,每个遮蔽门2通过一个铰接轴4弹性铰接于第一适配器本体3的下端部,两个遮蔽门2的铰接轴4的端部分别收纳于四个长槽31中对应的长槽31的底部。四个延伸柱11分别插设于对应的长槽31的底部,且四个延伸柱11两两一对分别压设于对应的铰接轴4的两端。
本实施例中采用上述安装方式在所述第一适配器本体3的下端部的两个内侧壁上分别弹性铰接有遮蔽门2,每个遮蔽门2的远离所述遮蔽门2的铰接轴4的一侧壁22均呈圆角设置,且两个遮蔽门2的远离所述遮蔽门2的铰接轴4的一侧壁22相互搭接。以此结构设计,能够使得两个遮蔽门能够充分闭合,避免漏光。
此外,为了增加第一适配器本体3和第二适配器本体1之间的连接强度, 且便于光纤连接器接头的安装固定,如图2所示,在所述第一适配器本体3的腔体的位于所述遮蔽门2两端的相对两个内侧壁的中部沿腔体的深度方向分别贯穿开设有插槽32,两个卡接臂12分别插设于对应的插槽32且两个卡接臂12的下端分别外露于遮蔽门2的下底面。
所述第一适配器本体3的上端部的外侧壁周向设置有多个卡位33,所述第二适配器本体1的下端部的外侧壁周向凸设有多个卡勾13,每个卡位33与对应的卡勾13相卡合。
此外,为了使得光纤连接器接头在插入过程中,能够驱动两个遮蔽门2顺畅打开,并对光纤连接器接头起到较好的导向作用,本实施例在所述遮蔽门2的下底面与卡接臂12相邻的一侧均凸设有导向凸起21,所述导向凸起21与光纤连接器接头相配合。
为了防止卡接臂12外露于遮蔽门2的下底面后与遮蔽门2因缝隙产生漏光,本实施例中,每个所述卡接臂12的内侧壁设置有凸台121,每个所述遮蔽门2的两端的每一端的端部23搭设于对应的所述凸台121。因此在光纤连接器接头未插入之前,通过两个相互搭接的遮蔽门2与卡接臂12之间的配合,在遮蔽门2上方的光纤接入侧形成一个避免漏光的腔体,从而有效防止第二适配器本体1的上端部插入光纤时,光线从第一适配器本体3的下端部射出,以起到较好的遮光防尘效果。
本实施例中,所述第一适配器本体3的上端部的相对两个外侧壁向外延伸分别设置有定位凸台34,所述第二适配器本体1的上端部的相对两个外侧壁分别设置有定位弹片14。以此结构能够方便地将此光纤适配器卡接于安装体的安装壁上,即安装壁套设于第二适配器本体1的上端部并卡接于定位凸台34和定位弹片14之间。
采用上述方案设计的光纤适配器,通过第一适配器本体3和第二适配器本体1的相互配合,能够方便的将两个遮蔽门2弹性铰接于第一适配器本体3的下端部的腔体内,方便遮蔽门的安装固定,并通过两个遮蔽门2与两个卡接臂12的配合,使得两个遮蔽门2在未打开前,可在两个遮蔽门2上方的光纤接入侧形成一个避免漏光的腔体,从而有效防止第二适配器本体1的上端部插入光纤时,光线从第一适配器本体3的下端部射出,以起到较好的遮光防尘效果。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种光纤适配器,包括:
    第一适配器本体;
    第二适配器本体,所述第二适配器本体的下端部从所述第一适配器本体的上端部插设于所述第一适配器本体的腔体内,且所述第二适配器本体的下端部的端面向下延伸有多个延伸柱和至少一个卡接臂;以及
    至少一个遮蔽门,通过铰接轴弹性铰接于所述第一适配器本体的下端部;
    其中,在将所述第二适配器本体插设于所述第一适配器本体的腔体内后,所述多个延伸柱分别对应压设于所述至少一个遮蔽门的铰接轴的两端,所述卡接臂外露于所述遮蔽门,且所述卡接臂与插设于所述第一适配器本体的下端部的光纤连接器接头相卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    所述第一适配器本体的腔体的相对两个内侧壁上、沿所述第一适配器本体的腔体的深度方向开设有多个长槽,所述至少一个遮蔽门的铰接轴的端部分别收纳于对应的长槽的底部,所述多个延伸柱分别插设于对应的长槽并与所述铰接轴的端部相抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    所述多个延伸柱包括四个延伸柱,四个延伸柱均布于所述第二适配器本体的下端部的端面的四个角,且每个所述延伸柱的横截面均呈L型设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    所述遮蔽门为两个,所述第一适配器本体的下端部的相对两个内侧壁上分别弹性铰接有所述遮蔽门,每个所述遮蔽门的远离所述遮蔽门的铰接轴的一侧壁均呈圆角设置,且两个所述遮蔽门的远离所述遮蔽门的铰接轴的一侧壁相互 搭接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    所述多个长槽包括四个长槽,所述两个所述遮蔽门的铰接轴的端部分别收纳于对应的长槽的底部,所述四个延伸柱分别插设于对应的长槽并与所述铰接轴的端部相抵。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    所述至少一个卡接臂包括两个卡接臂;
    所述第一适配器本体的腔体的相对两个内侧壁的中部沿所述腔体的深度方向贯穿开设有两个插槽,所述两个卡接臂分别插设于对应的插槽且所述两个卡接壁的下端分别外露于所述遮蔽门的下底面。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    每个所述卡接臂的内侧壁设置有凸台,每个所述遮蔽门的两端的每一端的端部搭设于对应的所述凸台。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    所述遮蔽门的下底面与所述卡接壁相邻的一侧均凸设有导向凸起,所述导向凸起与所述光纤连接器接头相配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    所述第一适配器本体的上端部的外侧壁周向设置有多个卡位,所述第二适配器本体的下端部的外侧壁周向凸设有多个卡勾,每个所述卡位与对应的所述卡勾相卡合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    所述第一适配器本体的上端部的相对两个外侧壁向外延伸分别设置有定位凸台。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的光纤适配器,其中:
    所述第二适配器本体的上端部的相对两个外侧壁分别设置有定位弹片。
