进一步地,当用户点击所述知识点,并开启所述知识点的详细页面后,在浏览了其中的内容之后可以通过预设的方式,如点击详细页面右上角的关闭选项,关闭所述知识点的详细页面。所述装置时时侦测用户对所述知识点的关闭操作。
当用户执行了所述知识点的关闭操作时,在所述知识点的详细页面没有关闭之前,生成针对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见录入界面,如在所述装 置的显示界面上弹出一个对话框,提示用户对该知识点提交反馈意见。
所述对话框中可以包括至少两个选项:1、有解决问题;2、没有解决问题。
当用户选择了任何一个选项之后,所述知识点的详细页面以及所述对话框自动关闭。
当然,用户也可以直接选择关闭所述对话框而不进行意见反馈。
优选地,本方法还可以包括:S4、给予提交了反馈意见的用户以奖励,如积分形式的奖励。
当用户在进行知识搜索时,是以会员的身份,则在提交了反馈意见后,会在所述用户的会员账号中给予积分奖励。
其他实施例中,当用户在进行知识搜索时,是以游客的身份,则可以提醒用户进行会员注册或者登录,以累积积分。
优选地,本方法还可以包括:S5、筛选用户执行了预设类型操作,但是没有提交反馈意见的知识点,并提示用户进入历史记录中提交反馈意见。
当用户在进行知识搜索时,是以会员的身份时,其搜索和对知识点的操作记录会存储于该用户的会员账号的历史记录中。
用户可以通过该历史记录选择其中标记为未反馈的知识点进行补充的意见反馈。
S6、根据获取的用户对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重,并在用户利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据各个知识点关联的权重的大小顺序确定各条知识点对应的排序。
本申请较佳实施例中,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重包括:
若任何一条知识点得到的反馈意见是有解决问题,则增加该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使增加后的权重为n=n+1;
若任何一条知识点得到的反馈是没有解决问题,则减少该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使减少后的权重为n=n-1;及
若任何一条知识点没有得到反馈意见,则维持该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重不变。
根据每条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,在利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据所述权重从大到小的顺序,调整所述知识点的排序。
优选地,本申请较佳实施例还可以包括:
S7,当根据与所述关键字相关联的所有知识点的反馈结果表示,所有知识点都没有解决用户问题,则提示系统管理员,补充所述关键字相关联的知识点。
当用户利用所述关键字进行搜索得到的知识点中,所有知识点得到的反馈都是没有解决问题,则说明互联网上可能没有与所述关键字相关的知识点,因此,需要提示系统管理员,补充所述关键字相关联的知识点。
发明还提供一种搜索结果优化排序装置。参照图2所示,为本申请一实施例提供的搜索结果优化排序装置的内部结构示意图。
在本实施例中,所述搜索结果优化排序装置1可以是PC(Personal Computer,个人电脑),也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、便携计算机等终端设备。该搜索结果优化排序装置1至少包括存储器11、处理器12,通信总线13,以及网络接口14。
其中,存储器11至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。存储器11在一些实施例中可以是搜索结果优化排序装置1的内部存储单元,例如该搜索结果优化排序装置1的硬盘。存储器11在另一些实施例中也可以是搜索结果优化排序装置1的外部存储设备,例如搜索结果优化排序装置1上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,存储器11还可以既包括搜索结果优化排序装置1的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。存储器11不仅可以用于存储安装于搜索结果优化排序装置1的应用软件及各类数据,例如搜索结果优化排序程序01的代码等,还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
处理器12在一些实施例中可以是一中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他数据处理芯片,用于运行存储器11中存储的程序代码或处理数据,例如执行搜索结果优化排序程序01等。
通信总线13用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。
网络接口14可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口),通常用于在该装置1与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。
可选地,该装置1还可以包括用户接口,用户接口可以包括显示器(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选的用户接口还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。可选地,在一些实施例中,显示器可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液晶显示器以及OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)触摸器等。其中,显示器也可以适当的称为显示屏或显示单元,用于显示在搜索结果优化排序装置1中处理的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面。
图2仅示出了具有组件11-14以及搜索结果优化排序程序01的搜索结果优化排序装置1,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,图1示出的结构并不构成对搜索结果优化排序装置1的限定,可以包括比图示更少或者更多的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
在图2所示的装置1实施例中,存储器11中存储有搜索结果优化排序程序01;处理器12执行存储器11中存储的搜索结果优化排序程序01时实现如下步骤:
步骤一、接收用户输入的关键字。
本方案中,当用户需要进行知识搜索时,向所述装置中安装的搜索引擎输入所需搜索的关键字。所述搜索引擎(Search Engine)是指根据一定的策略、运用特定的计算机程序从互联网上搜集信息,在对信息进行组织和处理后,为用户提供检索服务,将用户检索相关的信息展示给用户的系统。
例如,用户需要查询平安公司推出的一款名为“尊宏人生”的保险产品,则可以在所述装置中安装的搜索引擎中输入关键字“尊宏人生”。
步骤二、根据接收的关键字查询知识库,当查询到所述关键字对应有至少一条知识点时,向用户返回根据所述关键字查询到的包括至少一条知识点的搜索结果列表。
所述装置利用所述搜索引擎按照预先确定的检索策略从互联网上搜集与所述关键字相关的知识点,在对搜索到的知识点进行组织和处理后,将包括一条或者多条知识点的搜索结果返回给用户。
例如,所述装置将搜索引擎搜索到的包含有关键字“尊宏人生”的一条或者多条知识点的搜索结果返回给用户。
步骤三、侦测用户对所述搜索结果列表的预设类型操作,在侦测到用户对所述搜索结果列表中的一条或多条知识点进行了预设类型操作后,生成针对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见录入界面,并基于生成的所述反馈意见录入界面获取用户对该知识点的反馈意见。
本申请较佳实施例中,所述预设类型操作包括对所述一条或多条知识点的开启以及关闭操作。
当所述装置将所述搜索引擎搜索到的包括一条或者多条知识点的搜索结果返回给用户时,用户可以通过点击的方式开启其中任何一条知识点,以浏览其详细的页面内容。当用户点击了其中任何一条知识点时,所述装置可以侦测到用户选择了所述搜索结果列表中的其中一条知识点。
进一步地,当用户点击所述知识点,并开启所述知识点的详细页面后,在浏览了其中的内容之后可以通过预设的方式,如点击详细页面右上角的关闭选项,关闭所述知识点的详细页面。所述装置时时侦测用户对所述知识点的关闭操作。
当用户执行了所述知识点的的关闭操作时,在所述知识点的详细页面没有关闭之前,生成针对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见录入界面,如在所述装置的显示界面上弹出一个对话框,提示用户对该知识点提交反馈意见。
所述对话框中可以包括至少两个选项:1、有解决问题;2、没有解决问题。
当用户选择了任何一个选项之后,所述知识点的详细页面以及所述对话框自动关闭。
当然,用户也可以直接选择关闭所述对话框而不进行意见反馈。
优选地,本方法还可以包括:步骤四、给予提交了反馈意见的用户以奖励,如积分形式的奖励。
当用户在进行知识搜索时,是以会员的身份,则在提交了反馈意见后,会在所述用户的会员账号中给予积分奖励。
其他实施例中,当用户在进行知识搜索时,是以游客的身份,则可以提醒用户进行会员注册或者登录,以累积积分。

步骤六、根据获取的用户对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重,并在用户利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据各个知识点关联的权重的大小顺序确定各条知识点对应的排序。
本申请较佳实施例中,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重包括:
若任何一条知识点得到的反馈意见是有解决问题,则增加该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使增加后的权重为n=n+1;
若任何一条知识点得到的反馈是没有解决问题,则减少该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使减少后的权重为n=n-1;及
若任何一条知识点没有得到反馈意见,则维持该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重不变。
根据每条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,在利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据所述权重从大到小的顺序,调整所述知识点的排序。
优选地,本申请较佳实施例还可以包括:
步骤七、当根据与所述关键字相关联的所有知识点的反馈结果表示,所有知识点都没有解决用户问题,则提示系统管理员,补充所述关键字相关联的知识点。
当用户利用所述关键字进行搜索得到的知识点中,所有知识点得到的反馈都是没有解决问题,则说明互联网上可能没有与所述关键字相关的知识点,因此,需要提示系统管理员,补充所述关键字相关联的知识点。
可选地,在其他实施例中,搜索结果优化排序程序还可以被分割为一个或者多个模块,一个或者多个模块被存储于存储器11中,并由一个或多个处 理器(本实施例为处理器12)所执行以完成本申请,本申请所称的模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,用于描述搜索结果优化排序程序在搜索结果优化排序装置中的执行过程。
例如,参照图3所示,为本申请搜索结果优化排序装置一实施例中的搜索结果优化排序程序的程序模块示意图,该实施例中,搜索结果优化排序可以被分割为搜索模块10、侦测模块20、反馈模块30以及排序模块40,示例性地:
所述搜索模块10用于:根据用户输入的关键字,当查询到所述关键字对应有至少一条知识点时,向所述用户返回根据所述关键字查询到的包括至少一条知识点的搜索结果列表。
所述侦测模块20用于:侦测用户对所述搜索结果列表的预设类型操作。
所述反馈模块30用于:在侦测到用户对所述搜索结果列表中的一条或多条知识点进行了预设类型操作后,生成针对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见录入界面,并基于生成的所述反馈意见录入界面获取用户对该知识点的反馈意见。
所述反馈模块30还用于:给予提交了反馈意见的用户以奖励,如积分形式的奖励,以及筛选用户执行了预设类型操作,但是没有提交反馈意见的知识点,并提示用户进入历史记录中提交反馈意见。
所述排序模块40用于:根据获取的用户对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重,并在用户利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据各个知识点关联的权重的大小顺序确定各条知识点对应的排序。
所述排序模块40还用于:当根据与所述关键字相关联的所有知识点的反馈结果表示,所有知识点都没有解决用户问题,则提示系统管理员,补充所述关键字相关联的知识点。
上述搜索模块10、侦测模块20、反馈模块30以及排序模块40等程序模块被执行时所实现的功能或操作步骤与上述实施例大体相同,在此不再赘述。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有搜索结果优化排序程序,所述搜索结果优化排序程序可被 一个或多个处理器执行,以实现如下操作:
根据用户输入的关键字,当查询到所述关键字对应有至少一条知识点时,向所述用户返回根据所述关键字查询到的包括至少一条知识点的搜索结果列表;
侦测用户对所述搜索结果列表的预设类型操作,在侦测到用户对所述搜索结果列表中的一条或多条知识点进行了预设类型操作后,生成针对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见录入界面,并基于生成的所述反馈意见录入界面获取用户对该知识点的反馈意见;及
根据获取的用户对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重,并在用户利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据各个知识点关联的权重的大小顺序确定各条知识点对应的排序。
本申请计算机可读存储介质具体实施方式与上述搜索结果优化排序装置和方法各实施例基本相同,在此不作累述。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种搜索结果优化排序方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    根据用户输入的关键字查询知识库,当查询到所述关键字对应有至少一条知识点时,向所述用户返回根据所述关键字查询到的包括至少一条知识点的搜索结果列表;
    侦测用户对所述搜索结果列表的预设类型操作;
    在侦测到用户对所述搜索结果列表中的一条或多条知识点进行了预设类型操作后,生成针对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见录入界面,并基于生成的所述反馈意见录入界面获取用户对该知识点的反馈意见;及
    根据获取的用户对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重,并在用户利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据各个知识点关联的权重的大小顺序确定各条知识点对应的排序。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的搜索结果优化排序方法,其特征在于,所述调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重包括:
    若任何一条知识点得到的反馈意见是有解决问题,则增加该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使增加后的权重为n=n+1;
    若任何一条知识点得到的反馈是没有解决问题,则减少该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使减少后的权重为n=n-1;及
    若任何一条知识点没有得到反馈意见,则维持该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重不变。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的搜索结果优化排序方法,其特征在于,所述预设类型操作包括对所述一条或多条知识点的开启以及关闭操作。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的搜索结果优化排序方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    筛选出用户执行了开启以及关闭操作后,没有提交反馈意见的知识点,并提示用户进入历史记录中提交反馈意见。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的搜索结果优化排序方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    若所有知识点得到的反馈意见都是没有解决问题时,提示系统管理员, 补充所述关键字相关联的知识点。
  6. 一种搜索结果优化排序装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的搜索结果优化排序程序,所述搜索结果优化排序程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    根据用户输入的关键字查询知识库,当查询到所述关键字对应有至少一条知识点时,向所述用户返回根据所述关键字查询到的包括至少一条知识点的搜索结果列表;
    侦测用户对所述搜索结果列表的预设类型操作;
    在侦测到用户对所述搜索结果列表中的一条或多条知识点进行了预设类型操作后,生成针对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见录入界面,并基于生成的所述反馈意见录入界面获取用户对该知识点的反馈意见;及
    根据获取的用户对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重,并在用户利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据各个知识点关联的权重的大小顺序确定各条知识点对应的排序。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的搜索结果优化排序装置,其特征在于,所述调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重包括:
    若任何一条知识点得到的反馈意见是有解决问题,则增加该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使增加后的权重为n=n+1;
    若任何一条知识点得到的反馈是没有解决问题,则减少该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使减少后的权重为n=n-1;及
    若任何一条知识点没有得到反馈意见,则维持该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重不变。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的搜索结果优化排序装置,其特征在于,所述预设类型操作包括对所述一条或多条知识点的开启以及关闭操作。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的搜索结果优化排序装置,其特征在于,所述搜索结果优化排序程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    筛选出用户执行了开启以及关闭操作后,没有提交反馈意见的知识点,并提示用户进入历史记录中提交反馈意见。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的搜索结果优化排序装置,其特征在于,所述搜 索结果优化排序程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    若所有知识点得到的反馈意见都是没有解决问题时,提示系统管理员,补充所述关键字相关联的知识点。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有搜索结果优化排序程序,所述搜索结果优化排序程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,根据用户输入的关键字查询知识库,当查询到所述关键字对应有至少一条知识点时,向所述用户返回根据所述关键字查询到的包括至少一条知识点的搜索结果列表;
    侦测用户对所述搜索结果列表的预设类型操作;
    在侦测到用户对所述搜索结果列表中的一条或多条知识点进行了预设类型操作后,生成针对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见录入界面,并基于生成的所述反馈意见录入界面获取用户对该知识点的反馈意见;及
    根据获取的用户对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重,并在用户利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据各个知识点关联的权重的大小顺序确定各条知识点对应的排序。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重包括:
    若任何一条知识点得到的反馈意见是有解决问题,则增加该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使增加后的权重为n=n+1;
    若任何一条知识点得到的反馈是没有解决问题,则减少该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使减少后的权重为n=n-1;及
    若任何一条知识点没有得到反馈意见,则维持该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重不变。

    搜索模块:用于根据用户输入的关键字,当查询到所述关键字对应有至少一条知识点时,向所述用户返回根据所述关键字查询到的包括至少一条知识点的搜索结果列表;
    侦测模块:用于侦测用户对所述搜索结果列表的预设类型操作;
    反馈模块:在侦测到用户对所述搜索结果列表中的一条或多条知识点进行了预设类型操作后,生成针对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见录入界面,并基于生成的所述反馈意见录入界面获取用户对该知识点的反馈意见;及
    排序模块:用于根据获取的用户对该一条或多条知识点的反馈意见,调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重,并在用户利用所述关键字进行新的搜索时,根据各个知识点关联的权重的大小顺序确定各条知识点对应的排序。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的搜索结果优化排序程序,其特征在于,所述调整该一条或多条知识点中每一条知识点关联所述关键字时的权重包括:
    若任何一条知识点得到的反馈意见是有解决问题,则增加该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使增加后的权重为n=n+1;
    若任何一条知识点得到的反馈是没有解决问题,则减少该条知识点关联所述关键字的权重,使减少后的权重为n=n-1;及

  18. 如权利要求16所述的搜索结果优化排序程序,其特征在于,所述预设类型操作包括对所述一条或多条知识点的开启以及关闭操作。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的搜索结果优化排序程序,其特征在于,所述反馈模块还用于给予提交了反馈意见的用户以奖励,如积分形式的奖励,以及筛选用户执行了预设类型操作,但是没有提交反馈意见的知识点,并提示用 户进入历史记录中提交反馈意见。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的搜索结果优化排序程序,其特征在于,所述排序模块还用于当根据与所述关键字相关联的所有知识点的反馈结果表示,所有知识点都没有解决用户问题,则提示系统管理员,补充所述关键字相关联的知识点。
