S3、基于上述异常等级在标识-年龄-类型模型内查询所述两个被监禁人员对应的年龄和/或犯罪类型;
S4、基于对所述两个被监禁人员的年龄和/或犯罪类型的分析结果制定预警策略,并将上述预警策略及所述两个被监禁人员的监禁标识反馈至监管部门。

选择不同的信息反馈频率,有利于通过所述频率反映出异常情况的紧急程度,从而方便监管部门根据实际情况和实际需要及时采取针对性的处理措施和方案,全面保证监狱内的安全性。
本实施方式提出的具有对比分析功能的监狱监控智能化调控方法,首先建立监狱内每一个被监禁人员的年龄、犯罪类型与其身份之间的对应关系,方便后续过程中分析每一个被监禁人员的年龄和犯罪类型是否对其自身存在的异常情况造成了影响,为分析过程提供直接有效的参考基础;然后通过分析监狱内任意两个被监禁人员在预设时间段内累计的会面总时长来确定所述两个被监禁人员的异常等级,通过分等级的方式能够对所述两个被监禁人员是否存在潜在危险进行定性分析,且有利于提高分析的精细性;再根据上述异常等级的不同选择对所述两个被监禁人员的年龄和/或犯罪类型进行分析,针对性挑选分析对象有利于进一步提高分析过程的有效性;最后根据对两个被监禁人员的年龄和/或犯罪类型的分析结果制定不同的预警策略。
一方面使监管部门实时了解上述两个被监禁人员的实际状况,有利于帮助监管部门分析两者之间的潜在危险性,另一方面为监管部门对监狱内 被监禁人员的监管提供直接且有效的分析数据,提高监管部门的管理效率,优化监狱内的环境。
本实施方式通过分析监狱内任意两个监禁人员的见面总时长、年龄、犯罪类型之间的关系,来对所述两个被监禁人员的行为动态进行预判断,有效地防止了被监禁人员之间相互私通等异常情况的发生,全面且有效地保障监狱内的安全。
以上所述,仅为本申请较佳的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,根据本申请的技术方案及其申请构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种具有对比分析功能的监狱监控智能化调控方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1、为监狱内每一个被监禁人员分配一个监禁标识,且基于每一个监禁标识与其对应的被监禁人员的年龄、犯罪类型之间的对应关系建立标识-年龄-类型模型并存储;
    S2、统计监狱内任意两个被监禁人员在预设时间段内累计的会面总时长,并基于上述会面总时长确定所述两个被监禁人员的异常等级;
    S3、基于上述异常等级在标识-年龄-类型模型内查询所述两个被监禁人员对应的年龄和/或犯罪类型;
    S4、基于对所述两个被监禁人员的年龄和/或犯罪类型的分析结果制定预警策略,并将上述预警策略及所述两个被监禁人员的监禁标识反馈至监管部门。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有对比分析功能的监狱监控智能化调控方法,其特征在于,步骤S2内存储有预设持续时间;
    步骤S2中,统计监狱内任意两个被监禁人员在预设时间段内累计的会面总时长具体包括:
    获取监狱内任意两个被监禁人员的单次见面持续时间;
    将所述单次见面持续时间与预设持续时间进行比较,当所述单次见面持续时间大于预设持续时间时,标记此次会面为有效会面;
    将上述有效会面的见面持续时间标记为所述两个被监禁人员的会面总 时长的计算项。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有对比分析功能的监狱监控智能化调控方法,其特征在于,步骤S2内存储有第一总时长C 1、第二总时长C 2、第三总时长C 3
    步骤S2中,基于会面总时长确定所述两个被监禁人员的异常等级具体包括:
    获取监狱内任意两个被监禁人员在预设时间段内累计的会面总时长,记为C;
    将会面总时长C分别与第一总时长C 1、第二总时长C 2、第三总时长C 3进行比较:
    当C>C 1时,确定所述两个被监禁人员为第一异常等级;
    当C>C 2时,确定所述两个被监禁人员为第二异常等级;
    当C>C 3时,确定所述两个被监禁人员为第三异常等级;
    其中,C 1<C 2<C 3
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有对比分析功能的监狱监控智能化调控方法,其特征在于,步骤S3具体包括:
    获取所述两个被监禁人员的异常等级;
    当所述两个被监禁人员为第一异常等级时,获取所述两个被监禁人员的年龄;
    当所述两个被监禁人员为第二异常等级时,获取所述两个被监禁人员的犯罪类型;
    当所述两个被监禁人员为第三异常等级时,获取所述两个被监禁人员 年龄、犯罪类型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有对比分析功能的监狱监控智能化调控方法,其特征在于,步骤S4内存储有预设年龄差;
    步骤S4具体包括:
    获取所述两个被监禁人员的年龄和/或犯罪类型;
    计算所述两个被监禁人员的实际年龄差,并将所述两个被监禁人员的犯罪类型标记为第一犯罪类型和第二犯罪类型;
    分别将所述两个被监禁人员的实际年龄差与预设年龄差、第一犯罪类型与第二犯罪类型进行比较:
    当所述两个被监禁人员的实际年龄差大于预设年龄差时,制定第一预警策略;
    当第一犯罪类型与第二犯罪类型不同时,制定第二预警策略;
    当所述两个被监禁人员的实际年龄差大于预设年龄差、第一犯罪类型与第二犯罪类型不同时,制定第三预警策略;
    其中,第一预警策略为:标记所述两个被监禁人员会面累计时间长、年龄差距大的信息;
    第二预警策略为:标记所述两个被监禁人员会面累计时间长、犯罪类型不同的信息;
    第三预警策略为:标记所述两个被监禁人员会面累计时间长、年龄差距大、犯罪类型不同的信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有对比分析功能的监狱监控智能化调控方法,其特征在于,步骤S4还包括:
    基于不同的预警策略选择不同的预警手段;
    当智能调控模块制定第一预警策略时,选择第一预警手段;
    当智能调控模块制定第二预警策略时,选择第二预警手段;
    当智能调控模块制定第三预警策略时,选择第三预警手段;
    其中,所述第一预警手段为:向监管部门反馈信息的频率保持为P 1
    所述第二预警手段为:向监管部门反馈信息的频率保持为P 2
    所述第三预警手段为:向监管部门反馈信息的频率保持为P 3
    其中,P 1、P 2、P 3均为预设值,P 1<P 3,P 2<P 3
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有对比分析功能的监狱监控智能化调控方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述标识-年龄-类型模型中,一个监禁标识、一个年龄、一种犯罪类型三者一一对应。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的具有对比分析功能的监狱监控智能化调控方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,当一个被监禁人员具有至少两种犯罪类型时,选择最近一次的犯罪类型作为与该被监禁人员的监禁标识对应的犯罪类型。
