优选地,该电子烟具组合的电子烟充电装置还包括用于辅助该充电仓转动的行程限位机构,该行程限位机构包括设置在该充电仓收容部两侧的第一限位柱和第二限位柱、设置在该安装板上的第一行程槽以及设置在该隔板上的第二行程槽,该第一限位柱沿第一行程槽的轨迹滑动,该第二限位柱沿第二行程槽的轨迹滑动。
有益效果
本实施例的电子烟充电装置、电子烟以及电子烟具组合,充电仓可转动地安装在电子烟充电装置的外壳上,用户使用时拨动该充电仓即可选出以安放或者取出电子烟,该种旋转式充电仓设计为电子烟用户提供新颖的电子烟充电方式,提升用户使用体验;本实施例的电子烟充电装置、电子烟以及电子烟具组合,充电仓在该第一充电电路处设置第一磁性件,充电仓中置入的电子烟设置第二充电电路以及第二磁性件,该电子烟的第二磁性件作用于该充电仓的第一磁性件使充电仓的充电导针紧贴第二充电电路,该种磁吸式弹针充电方式,可大大提供充电可靠性以及电子烟充电装置的便携性。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图对本申请实施例作进一步详细说明。在此,本申请的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本申请,但并不作为对本申请的限定。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

请参考图1至图3,本申请涉及电子烟具组合,包括电子烟充电装置1以及电子烟2。该电子烟充电装置1包括外壳11以及转动安装在该外壳11上的充电仓13。该充电仓13用来放置电子烟2,该电子烟2用于加热烟弹。
请一并参考图7,该电子烟充电装置1主要包括外壳11以及隔板111。该隔板111将该外壳11分为充电腔室114以及连接腔室112。该充电腔室114安装控制电路板14,该连接腔室112通过枢转结构安装可旋转的充电仓13。该充电仓13用于收纳该电子烟2,该充电仓包13括连接至该控制电路板14的第一充电电路136以及从该第一充电电路136引出的充电导针137,该充电仓13在该第一充电电路136处设置第一磁性件138。
该电子烟2包括第二充电电路24以及设置在该第二充电电路24处的第二磁性件223,该电子烟2的第二磁性件223作用于该充电仓13的第一磁性件138使充电仓13的充电导针137紧贴第二充电电路24,从而大大提供电子烟充电装置1与电子烟2之间的充电可靠性以及电子烟充电装置的便携性。
实施例1
请一并参考图8至图10,本实施例的电子烟充电装置1的主体结构包括外壳11、隔板111以及安装板16。该隔板111将该外壳11分为充电腔室114以及连接腔室112。
该充电腔室114用于安装可充电电池15以及控制电路板14,该可充电电池15的输出连接至该控制电路板14。本实施例中,该可充电电池15可以采用锂电池。该控制电路板14可以包括充电管理电路、稳压电路以及反馈控制电路。该连接腔室112通过枢转结构安装可旋转的充电仓13,该充电仓13中容纳电子烟2并对电子烟2完成充电。
该充电仓13包括引导部131以及收容部132。该收容部132中部形成放置电子烟2的腔体,外部为收容套。为了使充电仓13与电子烟充电装置1的外观协调和统一保持设计一致性,该引导部131的外侧与部分收容部132共同形成装饰壳体,该装饰壳体与该外壳外形一致。本实施例中,该充电仓13通过自锁机构扣紧在该外壳11上。
请参考图5,为了实现充电,该充电仓13收容部132的底部还设置连接至该控制电路板14的第一充电电路136以及从该第一充电电路136引出的充电导针137。进一步地,该充电仓13在该第一充电电路136处设置第一磁性件138,该第一磁性件138作用于设置于电子烟2的第二磁性件223使该充电导针137紧贴该第二充电电路24以提高电子烟的充电稳定性。
在一枢转结构实施例中,该枢转结构包括设置在该充电仓13收容部132两侧的第一枢接部和第二枢接部(比如第二枢接部164)、设置在该底板116上的第一枢转轴(比如第一枢转轴166)以及设置在该隔板111上的第二枢转轴(第二枢转轴165),该第一枢接部与第一枢转轴配合,该第二枢接部与第二枢转轴配合。可以理解的是,其它枢转结构比如齿轮传动枢转等可以实现充电仓13与外壳11之间相对转动的实施例均包含于枢转结构之内。
本实施例中,该自锁机构的实施方式很多,可以包括磁吸式自锁结构或者卡扣式自锁结构或者弹簧式自锁结构。
以下以卡扣式自锁结构加以介绍。
如图10所示,该自锁结构包括设置于安装板16上的卡槽以及形成于该充电仓的锁定凸起17。
请再次参考图4,该电子烟充电装置1还包括用于辅助该充电仓13转动的行程限位机构。
该行程限位机构用于约束该充电仓13的转动轨迹同时防止该充电仓13摆动提高用户打开该充电仓13的手感。该行程限位机构包括设置在该充电仓13的收容部132两侧的第一限位柱135和第二限位柱136,设置在该安装板16上的第一行程槽162以及设置在该隔板111上的第二行程槽113,该第一限位柱135沿第一行程槽162的轨迹滑动,同时,该第二限位柱136沿第二行程槽113的轨迹滑动。
实施例2
请一并参考图6以及图7,本实施例介绍在该充电仓13充电的电子烟2。该电子烟2包括烟杆本体以及设置于该烟杆本体内的加热部21、控制部23、移动充电电源221以及充电部22。
请一并参考图9,该加热部21内部中空,安装有烟弹套212,该烟弹套212内形成电子烟加热烟弹的加热空间。加热烟弹的热源发热体214固定安装在该烟弹套底部,并凸伸在该加热空间中。该发热体214由该移动充电电源221提供电能,将电能转变为精确控制温度的热能以加热烟弹。该发热体214连接作为控制器的控制部23。
该控制部23为控制电路板,连接至该移动充电电源221,该控制部23可包括功率输出模块,以根据需要输出电能。该控制部23还可连接按钮231用于操控该电子烟。
该充电部22包括壳体,该壳体内安装该移动充电电源221,该移动充电电源221可以是锂电池,该充电部22还包括连接至该移动充电电源221的第二充电电路24以及设置在该第二充电电路24处的第二磁性件223。
该电子烟2可收容于电子烟充电装置1的充电仓13内,并使该第二磁性件223作用于该充电仓13中的第一磁性件138以将该第二充电电路24紧密压紧在充电仓13底部的。
本实施例电子烟具组合的磁吸式的充电方式操作过程如下:
将电子烟2插入电子烟充电装置1的充电仓13。由于电子烟2底部的第二磁性件223与电子烟充电装置1的充电仓13底部的第一磁性件138发生磁吸作用,使得该充电仓13的充电导针137牢固的顶在电子烟2的第二充电电路24上,开始对该移动充电电源221充电。
旋转该充电仓13,以将该充电仓13连同电子烟2推入该电子烟充电装置1。合拢该充电仓13后,该隐藏式充电仓13的装饰壳体与电子烟充电装置1的外壳11保持整体性设计。
电子烟2充电完成后,拨动充电仓13,将电子烟2连同充电仓13一起转出该电子烟充电装置1,用户只需要在充电仓13的引导部131处握住该电子烟2的加热部21即可让该电子烟2与该电子烟充电装置1分离取下。
本实施例的电子烟充电装置1、电子烟2以及电子烟具组合,充电仓13可转动地安装在电子烟充电装置1的外壳11上,用户使用时拨动该充电仓13即可选出以安放或者取出电子烟2,该种旋转式充电仓13设计为电子烟用户提供新颖的电子烟充电方式,提升用户使用体验;本实施例的电子烟充电装置1、电子烟2以及电子烟具组合,充电仓13在该第一充电电路136处设置第一磁性件138,充电仓13中置入的电子烟设置第二充电电路24以及第二磁性件223,该电子烟2的第二磁性件223作用于该充电仓13的第一磁性件138使充电仓13的充电导针137紧贴第二充电电路24,该种磁吸式弹针充电方式,可大大提供充电可靠性以及电子烟充电装置1的便携性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,包括外壳以及隔板,所述隔板将所述外壳分为充电腔室以及连接腔室,所述充电腔室安装控制电路板,所述连接腔室通过枢转结构安装旋转的充电仓,所述充电仓用于收纳电子烟包括连接至所述控制电路板的第一充电电路以及从所述第一充电电路引出的充电导针,所述充电仓在所述第一充电电路处设置第一磁性件,所述第一磁性件作用于设置于电子烟的第二磁性件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述充电仓包括引导部以及收容部,所述引导部与部分收容部形成装饰壳体,所述装饰壳体与所述外壳外形一致,所述充电仓通过自锁机构扣紧在所述外壳上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,还包括固定在所述外壳内的安装板,所述枢转结构包括设置在所述充电仓收容部两侧的第一枢接部和第二枢接部、设置在所述安装板上的第一枢转轴以及设置在所述隔板上的第二枢转轴,所述第一枢接部与第一枢转轴配合,所述第二枢接部与第二枢转轴配合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述自锁机构包括磁吸式自锁结构或者卡扣式自锁结构或者弹簧式自锁结构。
  5. 如权利要求2或3所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,还包括用于辅助所述充电仓转动的行程限位机构,所述行程限位机构包括设置在所述充电仓收容部两侧的第一限位柱和第二限位柱、设置在所述安装板上的第一行程槽以及设置在所述隔板上的第二行程槽,所述第一限位柱沿第一行程槽的轨迹滑动,所述第二限位柱沿第二行程槽的轨迹滑动。
  6. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括烟杆本体以及设置于所述烟杆本体内的加热部、控制部、移动充电电源以及充电部,所述充电部包括连接至所述移动充电电源的第二充电电路以及设置在所述第二充电电路处的第二磁性件,所述电子烟可收容于电子烟充电装置的充电仓内,并使所述第二磁性件作用于所述充电仓中的第一磁性件。
  7. 一种电子烟具组合,其特征在于,包括电子烟充电装置以及电子烟,所述电子烟充电装置包括外壳以及隔板,所述隔板将所述外壳分为充电腔室以及连接腔室,所述充电腔室安装控制电路板,所述连接腔室通过枢转结构安装旋转的充电仓,所述充电仓用于收纳所述电子烟,所述充电仓包括连接至所述控制电路板的第一充电电路以及从所述第一充电电路引出的充电导针,所述充电仓在所述第一充电电路处设置第一磁性件,所述电子烟包括第二充电电路以及设置在所述第二充电电路处的第二磁性件,所述电子烟的第二磁性件作用于所述充电仓的第一磁性件使所述充电导针紧贴所述第二充电电路。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟具组合,其特征在于,所述充电仓包括引导部以及收容部,所述引导部与部分收容部形成装饰壳体,所述装饰壳体与所述外壳外形一致,所述充电仓通过自锁机构扣紧在所述外壳上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子烟具组合,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括烟杆本体以及设置于所述烟杆本体内的加热部、控制部、移动充电电源以及充电部,所述充电部包括连接至所述移动充电电源的所述第二充电电路。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟具组合,其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置还包括固定在所述外壳内的安装板,所述枢转结构包括设置在所述充电仓收容部两侧的第一枢接部和第二枢接部、设置在所述安装板上的第一枢转轴以及设置在所述隔板上的第二枢转轴,所述第一枢接部与第一枢转轴配合,所述第二枢接部与第二枢转轴配合。
  11. 如权利要求8-10任意一项所述的电子烟具组合,其特征在于,还包括用于辅助所述充电仓转动的行程限位机构,所述行程限位机构包括设置在所述充电仓收容部两侧的第一限位柱和第二限位柱、设置在所述安装板上的第一行程槽以及设置在所述隔板上的第二行程槽,所述第一限位柱沿第一行程槽的轨迹滑动,所述第二限位柱沿第二行程槽的轨迹滑动。
