在本实施例中,连接部20还包括移动件22,连接件21与移动件22铰接,移动件22能够带动连接件21移动到连接位置或避让位置,操作部30与移动件22驱动连接,复位部40与移动件22驱动连接。这样可通过操作部30和复位部40驱动移动件22移动,然后通过移动件22带动连接件21移动到连接位置或避让位置。
在本实施例中,操作部30能够驱动移动件22朝向背离操作部30的方向移动,以使连接件21移动到避让位置;复位部40具有弹性,复位部40用于驱动移动件22朝向靠近操作部30的方向移动,以使连接件21移动到连接位置。这样可通过操作部30与复位部40的配合带动移动件22移动,然后移动件22带动连接件21移动到连接位置或避让位置。操作部30可以作为具有动力的驱动部件,也可以作为被动驱动的部件,例如通过用户按压。复位部40可以作为具有动力的驱动部件,例如弹性件,也可以作为被动驱动的部件。
在本实施例中,操作部30和复位部40分别位于移动件22的两侧,复位部40位于移动件22与洗涤剂盒10之间。这样可通过复位部40的弹性使移动件22移动,从而带动连接件21移动到连接位置并保持在连接位置,以保证与机体连接的可靠性。在需要将连接件21与机体分离时,通过操作部30的移动可克服复位部40的弹力,从而带动移动件22移动。此种设置方式结构简单、便于操作。在本实施例中,可以将复位部40设置为压缩状态。
如图2所示,移动件22包括驱动块221和设置在驱动块221上的限位柱222,复位部40包括第一弹簧,第一弹簧套设在限位柱222上。通过第一弹簧可对驱动块221施加弹力。通过限位柱222可以对第一弹簧起到限位和导向的作用。
在本实施例中,连接件21用于与机体卡接,连接部20还包括转轴23,连接件21通过转轴23可转动地设置在移动件22上。通过卡接的方式可便于连接件21与机体的连接或分离。通过设置转轴23可便于实现连接件21与移动件22的连接以及连接件21的转动。移动件22在带动连接件21转动时,能够使连接件21的端部向远离或靠近机体的方向移动,从而与机体分离或卡接。具体地,在本实施例中,转轴23凸出地设置在驱动块221上。
在本实施例中,连接部20包括两个相对设置的连接件21,两个连接件21均与移动件22铰接,移动件22能够带动两个连接件21移动。这样可通过两个连接件21共同与机体连接,从而提高洗涤剂盒组件与机体连接的稳定性和可靠性。
在本实施例中,操作部30包括:按压板31,可移动地设置在洗涤剂盒10上;抵压件32,设置在按压板31上,抵压件32用于抵压移动件22。用户在使用时,可以采用按压的方式使按压板31朝向移动件22移动,从而使抵压件32抵压移动件22,进而使移动件22带动连接件21移动。
具体地,在本实施例中,按压板31可转动地设置在洗涤剂盒10上,抵压件32为柱状结构。这样可便于用户按压按压板31,并且使抵压件32有足够的长度与移动件22接触。
在本实施例中,洗涤剂盒10包括:盒体11,盒体11上具有用于容纳洗涤剂的容纳槽;端盖12,设置在盒体11上,连接部20可移动地设置在盒体11上且位于盒体11与端盖12之间,操作部30可移动地设置在端盖12上。这样便于各部件的布置与装配。
在本实施例中,盒体11的朝向端盖12的一侧具有第一安装腔111,连接部20设置在第一安装腔111中,第一安装腔111的侧壁上具有避让孔,连接件21穿设在避让孔中。第一安装腔111对连接部20具有限位和导向的作用,而且通过避让孔便于连接件21移动,以与机体连接或分离。
如图5和图6所示,在本申请的实施例二中,与上述实施例不同的是,洗涤剂盒组件还包括:弹出结构50,弹出结构50和洗涤剂盒10能够设置在机体内,洗涤剂盒10与弹出结构50连接,连接部20位于避让位置时,弹出结构50用于将洗涤剂盒10至少部分地从机体内弹出到外部。通过设置弹出结构50,当连接部20位于避让位置时,可实现洗涤剂盒10的自动弹出,无需用户手动拉出,便于操作。
在本实施例中,洗涤剂盒组件还包括:壳体60,用于设置在机体内,洗涤剂盒10可移动地设置在壳体60内;弹出结构50设置在洗涤剂盒10的远离操作部30的一侧与壳体60之间。这样可通过弹出结构50与壳体60的配合实现洗涤剂盒10的滑动,以从机体中弹出。通过设置壳体60便于将洗涤剂盒组件整体与机体装配。
如图6所示,弹出结构50包括:顶出件51,顶出件51与洗涤剂盒10的远离操作部30的一侧连接;弹性件52,设置在顶出件51与壳体60之间,且弹性件52处于压缩状态。这样,当连接部20与机体分离后,在弹性件52的弹力下可将洗涤剂盒10自动弹出。
在本实施例中,弹出结构50还包括:第二导向柱53,与顶出件51的远离洗涤剂盒10的一侧连接,第二导向柱53可移动地穿设在壳体60上,弹性件52为第二弹簧,第二弹簧套设在第二导向柱53上。通过第二导向柱53与壳体60的配合,可以对弹性件52以及顶出件51的运动进行导向,以保证洗涤剂盒10顺利弹出。
在本实施例中,壳体60包括上壳61和下壳62,上壳61和下壳62之间具有第二安装腔63和第三安装腔64,洗涤剂盒10至少部分地设置在第二安装腔63内,顶出件51设置 在第三安装腔64内。其中,上壳61上可以设置管路以为洗涤剂盒10中通水。通过上述设置可以便于各部件的布置和装配。
可选地,第二安装腔63的侧壁上具有与洗涤剂盒10配合的第一导向面65,第三安装腔64的侧壁上具有与弹性件52配合的第二导向面66。通过第一导向面65可以保证洗涤剂盒10按照预定方向移动,通过第二导向面66可以保证弹性件52按照预定方向移动。这样可以保证洗涤剂盒10移动的可靠性和稳定性。
本申请的另一实施例还提供了一种洗衣机,包括机体和洗涤剂盒组件,洗涤剂盒组件可移动地设置在机体内,洗涤剂盒组件为上述实施例提供的洗涤剂盒组件。应用本实施例的技术方案,在洗涤剂盒组件中设置洗涤剂盒10、连接部20、操作部30和复位部40,这样可通过连接部20中的移动件22带动连接件21移动,以使连接件21与洗衣机的机体连接或分离,连接件21与机体连接后能够使洗涤剂盒10与机体可靠连接,连接件21与机体分离后便于移动洗涤剂盒10。而且,通过操作部30和复位部40的配合便于使连接件21移动到连接位置或避让位置,从而方便地将洗涤剂盒10固定在机体内或从机体内移出。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,包括:
    洗涤剂盒(10);
    连接部(20),可移动地设置在所述洗涤剂盒(10)上,所述连接部(20)包括连接件(21),所述连接件(21)可摆动地设置,所述连接件(21)能够移动到用于与洗衣机的机体连接的连接位置以及用于避让所述机体的避让位置;
    操作部(30),可移动地设置在所述洗涤剂盒(10)上,所述操作部(30)用于驱动所述连接件(21)移动到所述避让位置;
    复位部(40),可移动地设置在所述洗涤剂盒(10)上,所述复位部(40)用于驱动所述连接件(21)移动到所述连接位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述连接部(20)还包括移动件(22),所述连接件(21)与所述移动件(22)铰接,所述移动件(22)能够带动所述连接件(21)移动到所述连接位置或所述避让位置,所述操作部(30)与所述移动件(22)驱动连接,所述复位部(40)与所述移动件(22)驱动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,
    所述操作部(30)能够驱动所述移动件(22)朝向背离所述操作部(30)的方向移动,以使所述连接件(21)移动到所述避让位置;
    所述复位部(40)具有弹性,所述复位部(40)用于驱动所述移动件(22)朝向靠近所述操作部(30)的方向移动,以使所述连接件(21)移动到所述连接位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述操作部(30)和所述复位部(40)分别位于所述移动件(22)的两侧,所述复位部(40)位于所述移动件(22)与所述洗涤剂盒(10)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述移动件(22)包括驱动块(221)和设置在所述驱动块(221)上的限位柱(222),所述复位部(40)包括第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧套设在所述限位柱(222)上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述连接件(21)用于与所述机体卡接,所述连接部(20)还包括转轴(23),所述连接件(21)通过所述转轴(23)可转动地设置在所述移动件(22)上。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述连接部(20)包括两个相对设置的连接件(21),两个所述连接件(21)均与所述移动件(22)铰接,所述移动 件(22)能够带动两个所述连接件(21)移动。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述操作部(30)包括:
    按压板(31),可移动地设置在所述洗涤剂盒(10)上;
    抵压件(32),设置在所述按压板(31)上,所述抵压件(32)用于抵压所述移动件(22)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述按压板(31)可转动地设置在所述洗涤剂盒(10)上,所述抵压件(32)为柱状结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒(10)包括:
    盒体(11),所述盒体(11)上具有用于容纳洗涤剂的容纳槽;
    端盖(12),设置在所述盒体(11)上,所述连接部(20)可移动地设置在所述盒体(11)上且位于所述盒体(11)与所述端盖(12)之间,所述操作部(30)可移动地设置在所述端盖(12)上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述盒体(11)的朝向所述端盖(12)的一侧具有第一安装腔(111),所述连接部(20)设置在所述第一安装腔(111)中,所述第一安装腔(111)的侧壁上具有避让孔,所述连接件(21)穿设在所述避让孔中。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒组件还包括:
    弹出结构(50),所述弹出结构(50)和所述洗涤剂盒(10)能够设置在所述机体内,所述洗涤剂盒(10)与所述弹出结构(50)连接,所述连接部(20)位于所述避让位置时,所述弹出结构(50)用于将所述洗涤剂盒(10)至少部分地从所述机体内弹出到外部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒组件还包括:
    壳体(60),用于设置在所述机体内,所述洗涤剂盒(10)可移动地设置在所述壳体(60)内;
    所述弹出结构(50)设置在所述洗涤剂盒(10)的远离所述操作部(30)的一侧与所述壳体(60)之间。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述弹出结构(50)包括:
    顶出件(51),所述顶出件(51)与所述洗涤剂盒(10)的远离所述操作部(30)的一侧连接;
    弹性件(52),设置在所述顶出件(51)与所述壳体(60)之间,且所述弹性件(52)处于压缩状态。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述弹出结构(50)还包括:
    第二导向柱(53),与所述顶出件(51)的远离所述洗涤剂盒(10)的一侧连接,所述第二导向柱(53)可移动地穿设在所述壳体(60)上,所述弹性件(52)为第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧套设在所述第二导向柱(53)上。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述壳体(60)包括上壳(61)和下壳(62),所述上壳(61)和所述下壳(62)之间具有第二安装腔(63)和第三安装腔(64),所述洗涤剂盒(10)至少部分地设置在所述第二安装腔(63)内,所述顶出件(51)设置在所述第三安装腔(64)内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述第二安装腔(63)的侧壁上具有与所述洗涤剂盒(10)配合的第一导向面(65),所述第三安装腔(64)的侧壁上具有与所述弹性件(52)配合的第二导向面(66)。
  18. 一种洗衣机,包括机体和洗涤剂盒组件,所述洗涤剂盒组件可移动地设置在所述机体内,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒组件为权利要求1至17中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒组件。
