请参阅图4至图9,为了使所述弹性导电端子20的末端22在靠近所述插槽12的底壁122方向上,能够更加顺畅的压向所述扣台13而使所述扣台13伸入所述末端22。在其中一实施例中,所述导向面131呈平面设置,且因为导向面131在远离所述底壁122的方向上,与设置有所述扣台13的侧壁121的间距逐渐减小,从整体上看,则所述导向面131呈斜面设置。所述弹性导电端子20的末端则沿所述导向面131向所述底壁122的方向滑动,呈斜面设置的导向面131使滑动更加舒畅,滑动到位后则使所述扣台13卡入所述末端22内。
进一步地,请参阅图3和图5,所述扣台13还包括连接所述导向面131、朝靠近所述插槽12的底壁122的方向延伸的台面132,所述台面132背对所述插槽12的侧壁121设置。因为将所述弹性导电端子20的末端22卡于所述扣台13处 后,即所述扣台13伸入所述弹性导电端子20的末端22后,为了保证扣台13的限位效果,所述台面132具有一定的延伸高度,进而防止了弹性导电端子20的末端22从扣台13上脱离出来。且较佳地,所述台面132平行于所述插槽12的侧壁121。
当所述弹性导电端子20的末端向靠近插槽12的底壁122方向上移动时,为了将末端22限位于所述扣台13,则末端22需要从接触导向面131一直向底壁122方向移动,为了进一步的保护弹性导电端子20不会刮到所述扣台13,防止扣台13发生损坏,较佳地,所述导向面131与所述台面132的连接处呈倒圆角设置。将连接处呈倒圆角设置,也更加便于弹性导电端子20组装到所述外壳10上,即更加方便将扣台13卡入弹性导电端子20的末端22。所述弹性导电端子20较佳的为一弹片。
所述弹性导电端子20除了可以从靠近插槽12的底壁122方向上,将末端20卡于所述扣台13,进而将弹性导电端子20安装于外壳10外,也可以在靠近插槽12的侧壁121方向上,即将弹性导电端子20的末端22向靠近插槽12侧壁121的方向上运动,从而使扣台13伸入末端22内,而将弹性导电端子20的末端22限位于扣台13。
具体地,请参阅图6至图10,所述弹性导电端子20的末端22为一朝向所述弹性导电端子20的弹性自由端21开口的弧形段,所述扣台132伸入所述弧形段。将所述末端22设置为弧形段,使得所述末端22在弹性导电端子20受到下压的过程中具有一定的旋转自由度,使弹性导电端子20在长时间使用下不易损坏,延长弹性导电端子20的使用寿命。在上一实施例的基础上,较佳地,所述弧形段为圆弧段,且所述圆弧段的弧度为0.5π~1.5π,即可以为0.5π、0.6π、0.7π、0.8π、π、1.2π、1.3π、1.5π等。呈圆弧段使弹性导电端子20的末端22具有更好的柔度,使其更加不易损坏,且圆弧段是较标准的弧段,使其加工生产时也更加方便。
进一步地,所述弹性导电端子20安装在所述插槽12上后,为了使其末端22与插槽12具有更好的装配效果,请参阅图5,较佳地,所述插槽12的底壁122上凹设有用于容置所述弧形段的凹陷部122a。则所述弹性导电端子20的末端22与所述凹陷部122a相适配,对所述末端22具有一定的保护作用,且为放置所述末端22提供了一定的容纳空间。
所述弹性导电端子20安装于所述外壳10后,所述末端22卡于所述扣台13,则所述末端22与扣台13具有一定的配合关系。在其中一较佳的实施例中,请参阅图3和图5,所述扣台13还包括设于所述插槽12的底壁122上的限位面133,所述限位面133与所述底壁122呈相对设置,所述限位面133呈与所述弧形段的内表面适配的弧形设置。即所述弹性导电端子20在受到下压时,所述末端22则会绕着所述限位面133旋转一定角度,通过将限位面133与弧形段的内表面相适配设置,使两者间产生相对转动时,能够降低两者间受到的损害。
进一步地,所述扣台13在所述插槽12的侧壁121上的投影呈半圆设置,如此不仅使末端22限位于所述扣台13时,两者间具有较佳的配合关系,而且外观更加美观。
本发明还提供一种智能终端,该智能终端包括上述任一实施例的扬声器,因此,上述任一实施例的扬声器的所有有益效果本智能终端也应当一一具有,在此不一一赘述。所述智能终端可以为手机或平板电脑等。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器,其特征在于,包括:外壳,所述外壳包括一侧板,所述侧板上开设有插槽,所述插槽包括侧壁和底壁;弹性导电端子,安装于所述插槽,所述弹性导电端子具有弹性自由端,以及在所述侧板的长度方向上与所述弹性自由端相对的呈弯折状的末端;扣台,凸设于所述插槽的侧壁,所述扣台伸入所述弹性导电端子的末端,所述扣台的背向所述插槽的底壁的一端形成有导向面,所述导向面在远离所述底壁的方向上,与设置有所述扣台的侧壁的间距逐渐减小。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述导向面呈平面设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扣台还包括连接所述导向面、朝靠近所述插槽的底壁的方向延伸的台面,所述台面背对所述插槽的侧壁设置。
- 如权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述导向面与所述台面的连接处呈倒圆角设置。
- 如权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述弹性导电端子的末端为朝向所述弹性导电端子的弹性自由端开口的弧形段,所述扣台伸入所述弧形段。
- 如权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述弧形段为圆弧段,且所述圆弧段的弧度为0.5π~1.5π。
- 如权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述插槽的底壁上凹设有用于容置所述弧形段的凹陷部。
- 如权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扣台还包括设于所述插槽的底壁上的限位面,所述限位面呈与所述弧形段的内表面适配的弧形设置。
- 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扣台在所述插槽的侧壁上的投影呈半圆设置。
- 一种智能终端,其特征在于,所述智能终端包括如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的扬声器。
