本发明涉及PPT技术领域,具体为一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置。
背景技术
PPT,是微软公司的演示文稿软件,用户可以在投影仪或者计算机上进行演示,也可以将演示文稿打印出来,制作成胶片,以便应用到更广泛的领域中。
随着时代和科技的发展,科技的进步同时也促进了基于路演的PPT自动播放装置的技术进步,但是依然存在着缺陷,现在的基于路演的PPT自动播放装置体积较大,不便于安装和拆卸,极大地降低了工作效率,故而提出了一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是旨在提供了一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现在的基于路演的PPT自动播放装置体积较大,不便于安装和拆卸,极大地降低了工作效率的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置,包括底座、固定在所述底座中部的播放器收纳盒、分别固定在所述固定基座两侧的伸缩结构、固定在伸缩结构上的播放器,所述播放器收纳盒内腔底部设置有减震结构,其顶部设置有用于固定播放器的可拆卸固定结构;所述伸缩结构包括固定在所述基座端部的外筒、滑动连接在外筒内部的内杆,所述内杆贯穿并延伸至外筒顶部,所述外筒的顶部开设有位于内杆外部的安装槽,所述安装槽内活动安装有内螺纹套筒,所述内杆的两端分别固定有外螺纹套筒,所述内螺纹套筒与所述外螺纹套筒匹配,所述内杆的顶部设置有用于牵引播放器上下移动的牵引结构;所述牵引结构包括固定设置在所述顶杆顶部之间的横拉杆、设置在所述横拉杆上的滑轮、安装在所述外筒上的电机、固定在所述电机输出轴上转盘、拉绳,所述拉绳的一端缠绕在所述转盘上,另一端绕过滑轮并与所述播放器固定连接。
作为本发明一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置的一种优选,所述播放器的底部固定连接有安装座。
作为本发明一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置的另一种优选,所述可拆卸固定结构包括 铰接在所述播放器收纳盒顶部的端盖,所述端盖和所述安装座位置对应,并通过磁力进行可拆卸连接。
作为本发明一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置的又一种优选,所述减震结构包括固定设置在所述播放器收纳盒内腔底部、上端呈开口状的缓冲弹簧座,固定安装在所述缓冲弹簧座内的弹簧;所述显示器收纳于所述显示器收纳盒时,所述安装座置于所述缓冲弹簧座内。
作为本发明一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置的再一种优选,所述播放器外固定有保护罩,所述保护罩上固定有固定扣,所述拉绳绕过滑轮的那一端与所述固定扣固定连接。
作为本发明一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置的再一种优选,所述播放器收纳盒内腔的左右侧壁沿着其竖直方向均开设有滑槽,所述保护罩的两侧设置有滑动杆,所述滑动杆远离所述保护罩的那一端滑动的插设与所述滑槽内。滑槽和滑动杆的设置,既方便显示屏从收纳盒中取出,又能避免显示屏晃动。
作为本发明一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置的又一种优选,所述拉绳的外部活动安装有与内杆固定连接的套管。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该基于路演的PPT自动播放装置,通过设置的内杆,内杆上固定安装的外螺纹套筒,从而实现了内杆在外筒内上下移动进行伸缩的同时通过转动安装槽内活动安装的内螺纹套筒与外螺纹套筒螺纹连接,即可实现对内杆进行固定,进而便捷了对内杆的使用和收起。
通过设置的电机,电机的输出轴处固定安装的转盘,从而实现了电机带动转盘转动的同时转盘上固定安装的拉绳在滑轮的导动作用下拉动固定扣上固定安装的保护罩上下移动,进而便捷了保护的安装和拆卸,同时也通过底座对保护内部的播放器进行保护,方便了基于路演的PPT自动播放装置达到便于安装和拆卸的目的。
端盖与安装座通过磁力固定,可避免在伸缩结构伸长时,播放器晃动。播放器收纳盒在不使用播放器时,可将播放器收纳于收纳盒中,对播放器进行保护;缓冲结构,在外力撞击收纳盒时,可对缓释掉外力,对播放器进行保护。

为了使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明技术方案进一步说明。
如图1、2、3所示,一种基于路演的PPT自动播放装置,包括底座1、固定在底座1中部的播放器4收纳盒2、分别固定在固定基座左右两侧的两个伸缩结构3、固定在两个伸缩结构3上的播放器4,播放器4收纳盒2内腔底部设置有减震结构21,其顶部设置有用于固定播放器4的可拆卸固定结构;伸缩结构3包括固定在基座端部的外筒31、滑动连接在外筒31内部的内杆32,内杆32贯穿并延伸至外筒31顶部,外筒31的顶部开设有位于内杆32外部的安装槽311,安装槽311内活动安装有内螺纹套筒312,内杆32的两端分别固定有一个外螺纹套筒321,内螺纹套筒312与外螺纹套筒321匹配,内杆32的顶部设置有用于牵引播放器4上下移动的牵引结构;牵引结构包括固定设置在顶杆顶部之间的横拉杆51、设置在横拉杆51上的滑轮52、安装在外筒31上的电机53、固定在电机53输出轴上转盘54、拉绳55,拉绳55的一端缠绕在转盘54上,另一端绕过滑轮52并与播放器4固定连接。
播放器4的底部固定连接有安装座41。
可拆卸固定结构包括铰接在播放器4收纳盒2顶部的端盖221,端盖221和安装座41位置对应,并通过磁力进行可拆卸连接。避免播放器4升起来后,在使用过程中产生晃动,将安装座41与端盖221通过磁力进行可拆卸连接。当然,也可以是通过螺栓等其他形式进行拆卸连接。
减震结构21包括固定设置在播放器4收纳盒2内腔底部、上端呈开口状的缓冲弹簧212座211,固定安装在缓冲弹簧212座211内的弹簧212;显示器收纳于显示器收纳盒时,安装座41置于缓冲弹簧212座211内。减震结构21的设置,可缓释点一部分外力,对播放器4进行保护。
播放器4外固定有保护罩42,保护罩42上固定有固定扣421,拉绳55绕过滑轮52的那一端与固定扣421固定连接。
所述播放器4收纳盒2内腔的左右侧壁沿着其竖直方向均开设有滑槽23,所述保护罩42的两侧设置有滑动杆422,所述滑动杆422远离所述保护罩42的那一端滑动的插设与所述滑槽23内。滑槽23和滑动杆422的设置,既方便显示屏从收纳盒中取出,又能避免显示屏晃动。
拉绳55的外部活动安装有与内杆32固定连接的套管551。
本装置的使用步骤:
(1)将内杆32顶部的内螺纹套筒312与外螺纹套筒321拧松,将内杆32从外筒31中向上提拉,让内杆32底部的内螺纹套筒312与外螺纹套筒321拧紧,将内杆32高度固定;
(2)将端盖221打开,启动电机53,电机53驱动转盘54转动,拉伸变短,将保护罩42和播放器4一同升高,升高的指定位置后,电机53停止转动;
(3)将端盖221关闭后,再次启动电机53,让保护罩42和播放器4一同下降,使得安装座41与端盖221接触,磁性连接,将播放器4固定;
(4)然后在播放器4上进行播放PPT;
(5)播放完毕后,再次启动电机53,将播放器4位置升高,将端盖221与安装座41分开,并打开端盖221;
(6)再次启动电机53,让播放器4下降,将播放器4收纳于播放器4收纳盒2中,然后电机53停止转动;
(7)拧松内螺纹套筒312与位于内杆32底部的外螺纹套筒321,将内杆32向下插入外筒31中,并同时将内螺纹套筒312与内杆32顶部的外螺纹套筒321拧紧固定。
