优选的,所述转子包括与所述第一轴承、第二轴承同轴设置且内部具有安装孔的空心轴体,所述限位部包括空心轴体开口端向第二轴承内环伸出的限位凸部,所述限位凸部与第二轴承的内圈内壁接触配合。
优选的,所述安装孔内壁设有沿轴心方向排布内花键,所述驱动轴上对应设置有外花键,所述限位部为所述内花键的齿端沿轴线向外桶一侧延伸形成的限位凸部,所述限位凸部延伸至第二轴承的内圈并与所述内圈的内表面接触配合,第二轴承限制转子在径向上的晃动。
在上述方案中,驱动轴的外花键和安装孔内的内花键相啮合传动,各内花键的齿端与第二轴承的内圈接触配合,第二轴承限制驱动轴晃动。
优选的,所述第一轴承的内圈直径小于第二轴承的内圈直径,所述驱动轴包括与第一轴承过盈配合的第一轴段和与第二轴承过盈配合的第二轴段,所述第一轴段穿过所述第二轴承和安装孔支撑安装在所述第一轴承上,所述的第二轴段与第二轴承过盈配合。
优选的,所述转子包括由所述空心轴体沿径向凸出的延伸结构,所述延伸结构边沿向第一壳体一侧弯折形成环状腔室,所述定子容纳在所述环形腔室内,并与所述第一壳体连接固定。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的洗衣机用驱动装置,包括转子、壳体和安装在壳体上的定子,所述壳体上安装有第一轴承,洗衣机的驱动轴穿过所述转子,端部支撑安装在所述第一轴承上,本发明中,将驱动装置的定子和转子设置在壳体内部,在壳体上设置轴承,在保持洗衣机容量及整机宽度不变的情况下,使得洗衣机的前后外形尺寸减小,大大减少了洗衣机尤其是滚筒洗衣机占用的空间,同时节省了工序及人工成本。
2、本发明中,所述安装孔内壁设有沿轴心方向排布内花键,所述驱动轴上对应设置有外花键,所述转子的限位部为所述内花键的齿端沿轴线向外桶一侧延伸形成的限位凸部,所述限位凸部延伸至第二轴承的内圈并与所述内圈的内表面接触配合,第二轴承限制转子在径向上的晃动。驱动轴的外花键和安装孔内的内花键相啮合传动,各内花键的齿端与第二轴承的内圈接触配合,第二轴承限制驱动轴晃动。

参见图1-3所示,本发明提供一种洗衣机用驱动装置,包括转子2、壳体和安装在壳体上的定子1,壳体上还安装有第一轴承311,洗衣机的驱动轴穿过所述转子2,端部支撑安装在所述第一轴承311上。
在上述方案中,将驱动装置的定子1和转子2设置在壳体内部,在保持洗衣机容量及整机宽度不变的情况下,使得洗衣机的前后外形尺寸减小,大大减少了洗衣机尤其是滚筒洗衣机占用的空间,同时节省了工序及人工成本。
优选的,所述壳体包括位于定子1远离洗衣机外桶的一侧的第一壳体3,所述定子1安装在第一壳体3上,所述第一壳体3安装在洗衣机外桶上,所述第一壳体3上设置有第一轴承座31,所述第一轴承311安装在所述第一轴承座31内,洗衣机的驱动轴穿过所述转子2,端部支撑安装在所述第一轴承座31内的第一轴承311上。
在上述方案中,洗衣机的驱动轴的端部支撑安装在所述的第一轴承311上,从而防止了驱动轴的晃动。
优选的,所述壳体上还设置有第二轴承411,所述转子2和定子1安装在壳体内位于第一轴承311和第二轴承411之间;
在上述方案中,相对于现有技术中,将驱动装置设置在外桶底部的轴承座外部,本发明在第二壳体上设置第二轴承411,转子2和定子1安装在壳体内位于第一轴承311和第二轴承411之间,相当于将驱动装置设置在轴承座内部,从而在保持滚筒洗衣机容量及整机宽度不变的情况下,整机的前后外形尺寸减小,大大减少了滚筒洗衣机整机占用的空间,同时节省了工序及人工成本。
或者洗衣机的外桶上安装有第二轴承411;
其中,洗衣机的驱动轴穿过所述第二轴承411和转子2,端部支撑安装在第一轴承座31内的第一轴承311上。
优选的,所述壳体包括第一壳体3和第二壳体4,第一壳体3和第二壳体4扣合固定在内部形成用于安装所述定子1和转子2的安装腔,所述第一壳体上设有所述第一轴承座31,所述第二壳体上对应设有第二轴承座41,第二轴承座41内安装有第二轴承411,洗衣机的驱动轴依次穿过第二轴承411和转子2,端部支撑安装在所述第一轴承311上。
在上述方案中,所述的第一壳体3和第二壳体4为铸铝或钣金冲压结构,第一壳体3和第二壳体4分别压装有第一轴承311和第二轴承411。
优选的,所述第二壳体具有凹腔,所述第一壳体3为板状结构,所述第一壳体3覆盖安装在第二壳体4的凹腔的开口上并与第一壳体3固定连接,所述的转子2和定子1均容纳在所述的凹腔内,定子1与所述的第一壳体固定连接。
在上述方案中,外桶的桶底中部设置有内凹的安装部,所述的第二壳体4安装在所述的安装部内,所述的定子1通过螺钉或卡爪等连接方式固定在所述的第一壳体3上;所述的第一壳体3和第二壳体4通过焊接或螺钉连接结合在一起,连同之前压装及固定好的第一轴承311、第二轴承411、定子1、转子2成为一个完整的驱动装置;再者,所述的第一壳体和/或第二壳体通过螺栓及定位柱固定在外桶的桶底上,所述的完整的驱动装置可以整体安装或拆卸。
优选的,参见图3所示,所示的第一壳体3上环绕第一轴承一周设置有多个螺钉孔7,所述的定子通过螺钉固定在所述的螺钉孔7上。再者,参见图3所示,所示的第二壳体周侧边沿外翻,形成了配合面,所示的第一壳体3为圆形板状结构,圆形板状结构周侧设置有多个豁口,两个豁口之间具有一连接板,每一连接板的外边沿设置有螺钉孔8,所述的配合面的边沿对应设置有螺钉孔8,两者通过螺钉连接固定,再进一步的,所述的配合面上对应所述的豁口的位置设置有螺钉孔8,以通过螺钉紧固在洗衣机外桶的桶底上。
优选的,所述第二壳体4上的第二轴承座41上安装有油封5;
在上述方案中,通过油封5的设置,防止了漏水。
优选的,所述第二轴承座41向外桶一侧延伸设置有环形凸台,所述油封5包括环形本体,所述环状本体安装在所述环形凸台上。
优选的,所述转子2包括有限位部,所述限位部限位在所述第二轴承411或第二轴承座41上,第二轴承411或第二轴承座41限制转子2在径向上的活动。所述的第一轴承座设置在第一壳体的中部位置,所述的第二轴承座设置在第二壳体的中部位置。
在上述方案中,通过限位部的设计,保证了定子1的稳定运行,防止定子1在径向上的晃动,进而保证了驱动轴稳定的转动而不晃动。
优选的,参见图1和图2,所述转子2包括与所述第一轴承311、第二轴承411同轴设置且内部具有安装孔的空心轴体6,所述限位部包括空心轴体6开口端向第二轴承411内环伸出的限位凸部62,所述限位凸部62与第二轴承411的内圈内壁接触配合。
优选的,所述安装孔内壁设有沿轴心方向排布内花键61,所述驱动轴上对应设置有外花键,所述限位部为所述内花键61的齿端沿轴线向外桶一侧延伸形成的限位凸部62,所述限位凸部62延伸至第二轴承411的内圈并与所述内圈的内表面接触配合,第二轴承411限制转 子2在径向上的晃动。
在上述方案中,驱动轴的外花键和安装孔内的内花键61相啮合传动,各内花键61的齿端与第二轴承411的内圈接触配合,第二轴承411限制驱动轴晃动。
优选的,所述第一轴承311的内圈直径小于第二轴承411的内圈直径,所述驱动轴包括与第一轴承311过盈配合的第一轴段和与第二轴承411过盈配合的第二轴段,所述第一轴段穿过所述第二轴承411和安装孔支撑安装在所述第一轴承311上,所述的第二轴段与第二轴承411过盈配合。
优选的,所述转子2包括由所述空心轴体6沿径向凸出的延伸结构,所述延伸结构边沿向第一壳体3一侧弯折形成环状腔室,所述定子1容纳在所述环形腔室内,并与所述第一壳体3连接固定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机用驱动装置,其特征在于,包括转子、壳体和安装在壳体上的定子,所述壳体上安装有第一轴承,洗衣机的驱动轴穿过所述转子,端部支撑安装在所述第一轴承上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述洗衣机用电机,其特征在于,所述壳体包括位于定子远离洗衣机外桶的一侧的第一壳体,所述定子安装在第一壳体上,所述第一壳体安装在洗衣机外桶上,所述第一壳体上设置有第一轴承座,所述第一轴承安装在所述第一轴承座内,洗衣机的驱动轴端部支撑安装在所述第一轴承座内的第一轴承上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述洗衣机用电机,其特征在于,所述壳体上还设置有第二轴承,所述转子和定子安装在壳体内位于第一轴承和第二轴承之间,或者洗衣机的外桶上安装有第二轴承;洗衣机的驱动轴穿过所述第二轴承和转子,端部支撑安装在第一轴承座内的第一轴承上。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述洗衣机用电机,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括第二壳体,第一壳体和第二壳体扣合固定在内部形成用于安装所述定子和转子的安装腔,所述第一壳体上设有所述第一轴承座,所述第二壳体上对应设有第二轴承座,第二轴承座内安装有第二轴承,洗衣机的驱动轴依次穿过第二轴承和转子,端部支撑安装在所述第一轴承上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种洗衣机用驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第二壳体具有凹腔,所述第一壳体为板状结构,所述第一壳体覆盖安装在第二壳体的凹腔的开口上并与第一壳体固定连接,所述的转子和定子均容纳在所述的凹腔内,定子与所述的第一壳体固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述一种洗衣机用驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第二壳体上的第二轴承座上安装有油封;
    优选的,所述第二轴承座向外桶一侧延伸设置有环形凸台,所述油封包括环形本体,所述环状本体安装在所述环形凸台上。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述洗衣机用电机,其特征在于,所述转子包括有限位部,所述限位部限位在所述第二轴承或第二轴承座上,第二轴承或第二轴承座限制转子在径向上的活动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种洗衣机用驱动装置,其特征在于,所述转子包括与所述第一轴承、第二轴承同轴设置且内部具有安装孔的空心轴体,所述限位部包括空心轴体开口端向第二轴承内环伸出的限位凸部,所述限位凸部与第二轴承的内圈内壁接触配合。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述一种洗衣机用驱动装置,其特征在于,所述安装孔内壁设有沿轴心方向排布内花键,所述驱动轴上对应设置有外花键,所述限位部为所述内花键的齿端沿轴线向外桶一侧延伸形成的限位凸部,所述限位凸部延伸至第二轴承的内圈并与所述内圈 的内表面接触配合,第二轴承限制转子在径向上的晃动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述一种洗衣机用驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第一轴承的内圈直径小于第二轴承的内圈直径,所述驱动轴包括与第一轴承过盈配合的第一轴段和与第二轴承过盈配合的第二轴段,所述第一轴段穿过所述第二轴承和安装孔支撑安装在所述第一轴承上。
