参照图1-图8所示,本发明的一种可拆卸电器电保护结构,在电器处于拆卸状态时实现电保护。所述电器例如可以是冷风扇,所述电保护结构包括开关1,所述开关1包括弹片11和基座15,所述弹片11上设置有动触点111,所述基座15上设置有静触点151,所述开关1串联到所述电器内部的电路上,所述电保护结构包括设置在所述电器上的可拆卸件2,所述可拆卸件2上设置有按压部21。所述可拆卸件2处于安装状态时,所述按压部21按压所述弹片11,所述动触点111和所述静触点151抵接,所述开关1处于导通状态,所述可拆卸件2处于拆卸状态时,所述按压部21离开所述弹片11,所述动触点111离开所述静触点151,所述开关1处于断开状态,所述可拆卸件2处于拆卸状态时,所述开关1将电器内部的电路关闭,所述电路关闭例如可以是使得整机不工 作或者使得电机不工作,进而避免了安全事故,提高了可拆卸电器电保护结构及气体处理设备的安全性。
所述开关1包括安装部14,如图1和图3所示,用于固定所述开关1,所述开关还包括壳本体12,所述安装部14位于所述壳本体12的一侧,所述弹片11包括呈夹角设置的第一部分112和第二部分113,如图7和图8所示,所述第一部分112上设置有所述动触点111,所述基座15和所述第一部分112设置在所述壳本体12内部,所述第二部分113设置在所述壳本体12的外部,所述第一部分112和所述第二部分113优选一体成型,所述基座15通过与其连接的接线13与所述电器内部的电路连接,所述按压部21能够按压所述第二部分113,所述开关1实现可以单路断电。所述开关1还包括偏置件16,所述偏置件16向所述第一部分112提供远离所述基座15的偏置力,所述弹片11的动触点111能够在所述偏置件16的作用下远离所述静触点151。优选地,所述偏置件16为弹簧,所述壳本体12内设置有弹簧安装结构17,所述弹簧安装结构17上设置有柱体171,所述弹簧设置在所述柱体171上,且位于所述第一部分112和所述弹簧安装结构17之间。
所述安装部14为板状,如图3所示,所述板状的安装部14上设置有定位孔141,所述电器包括壳体3,所述壳体3的内侧壁上设置有定位柱31,如图2所示,所述开关1通过所述定位柱31和所述定位孔141的配合预定位在所述壳体3上,以方便所述开关1的安装。
在定位柱31的外侧壁上设置有加强筋311,如图2所示,所述加强筋311的一侧连接所述定位柱31,所述加强筋311的另一侧连接所述壳体3的内侧壁,如此,使得所述定位柱31的安装强度可靠。
所述壳体3的内侧壁上设置有安装柱32,如图2所示,所述安装柱32与所述壳体3的内侧壁优选呈90度设置,所述安装柱32和所述定位柱31设置在所述壳体3的同一内侧壁上,所述安装柱32上优选设置有螺纹孔321,所述安装部14上设置有安装孔142,如图3所示,优选地,所述安装孔142和所述定位孔141设置在所述壳本体12的两侧,预定位在所述壳体3上的开关1通过同时设置在所述安装柱32的螺纹孔321和安装孔142上的紧固件固定在所述壳体3上。
所述安装柱32的外侧壁上设置有加强筋322,如图2所示,所述加强筋322的一侧与所述安装柱32的侧壁相连,所述加强筋322的另一侧与所述壳体3的内侧壁相连,如此,使得所述安装柱32的安装强度可靠。
所述壳体3上设置有通孔33,如图1、图2和图5所示,所述通孔33位于所述定位柱31和所述安装柱32限定的区域中,所述开关1设置成所述弹片11的第二部分113面向所述通孔33,所述按压部21构造为设置在所述可拆卸件2上的凸起211,在所述可拆卸件2处于安装状态时,所述凸起211能够穿过所述通孔33作用在所述弹片11上,进而使得所述开关1处于导通状态,所述开关1将电器内部的电路导通,所述电器正常工作,在所述可拆卸件2处于拆卸状态时,所述弹片11优选在偏置件16作用下使得所述开关1处于断开状态,所述开关1将电器内部的电路断开,所述电器断电无法工作,安全性提高。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述电保护结构包括按钮4,如图1和图4所示,所述按钮4可滑动的设置在所述通孔33中,在装配状态下,所述凸起211通过按压所述按钮4作用在所述弹片11上,在拆卸状态下,显然,所述开关1的弹片11在弹簧的弹性下可以推动所述按钮4在所述通孔33内滑动,进而使得所述开关1的弹片11处于完全的释放状态,保证所述开关1的使用可靠性。优选地,所述按钮4包括管状结构41和设置在所述管状结构41的一端的外延结构42,所述外延结构42优选设置在所述管状结构41的整个周向上,如图4和图1所示,所述壳体包括凸柱结构331,所述通孔33优选设置在所述壳体3的凸柱结构331上,在使用状态下,所述外延结构42的一侧端面能够与所述弹片11相互作用,所述外延结构42的另一侧端面能够作用在凸柱结构331的端面上,当所述开关1的弹片11作用所述按钮4并使得所述按钮4沿所述通孔33滑动时,所述外延结构42的另一侧端面能够作用在凸柱结构331的端面上,进而避免所述按钮4滑出所述通孔33,造成所述设备故障。
所述可拆卸件2为设置在所述壳体3上的盖板22或者过滤网或者湿帘组件,所述盖板22或者所述过滤网或者所述湿帘组件和所述壳体3之间可拆卸连接。
所述盖板22的内侧设置有卡扣221,如图6所示,所述壳体3的外 侧设置有与所述卡扣221配合的卡槽34,如图5所示,所述盖板22通过所述卡扣221和所述卡槽34的配合安装在所述壳体3上,所述盖板22和所述壳体3之间实现卡扣连接,卡扣连接使得所述盖板22和所述壳体3之间的连接方便可靠。可以理解,所述盖板22的内侧也可以设置成卡槽,所述壳体3的外侧对应的设置成与所述卡槽配合的卡扣,如此,所述盖板22和所述壳体3之间也可以实现卡扣连接,进而使得所述盖板22和所述壳体3的连接方便可靠。
所述壳体3的外侧底部设置有向外侧凸出的凸部35,如图5所示,所述凸部35上设置有槽/孔结构351,“/”的意思是槽结构或者孔结构351,所述盖板22的底侧设置有与所述槽/孔结构351配合的柱结构222,如图6所示,所述盖板22通过卡扣221和卡槽34的配合与所述槽/孔结构351和柱结构222的配合安装在所述壳体3上,安装时,先将所述槽/孔结构351和柱结构222装配,再将所述卡扣221和所述卡槽34装配,进而实现所述盖板22和所述壳体3的快速可靠连接。优选地,所述盖板22上的卡扣221或者卡槽设置在所述盖板22的上部,所述壳体3上的与所述盖板22的卡扣221或者所述卡槽配合的卡槽34或者卡扣设置在所述壳体3的相应位置,所述凸起211设置在所述盖板22的上部,这样可以在将所述盖板22按压安装在所述壳体3上时,所述凸起211才推动所述按钮4作用所述开关1的弹片11,实现进一步增加所述设备的安全性。可替换地,所述凸部35上可以设置成向上突出的柱结构,所述盖板22的下侧设置有槽/孔结构,如此,所述盖板22和所述壳体3之间也可以实现通过卡扣221和卡槽34的配合与所述槽/孔结构351和柱结构222的配合安装在所述壳体3上,并使得所述盖板22和所述壳体3之间的连接快速可靠。
本发明的一种气体处理设备,所述气体处理设备例如可以是冷风扇,所述气体处理设备包括上述可拆卸电器电保护结构,具有更高的安全性。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组合、叠加。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域技术人员而言,本发明可以有各种改动和变化。凡在本发明的精神 和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种可拆卸电器电保护结构,在电器处于拆卸状态时实现电保护,其特征在于,所述电保护结构包括开关,所述开关包括弹片和基座,所述弹片上设置有动触点,所述基座上设置有静触点,所述开关串联到所述电器内部的电路上,所述电保护结构包括设置在所述电器上的可拆卸件,所述可拆卸件上设置有按压部,
    所述可拆卸件处于安装状态时,所述按压部按压所述弹片,所述动触点和所述静触电抵接,所述开关处于导通状态;
    所述可拆卸件处于拆卸状态时,所述按压部离开所述弹片,所述动触点离开所述静触点,所述开关处于断开状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述开关包括壳本体,所述弹片包括呈夹角设置的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分上设置有所述动触点,所述基座和所述第一部分设置在所述壳本体内部,所述基座与所述电器内部的电路连接,所述第二部分露出所述壳本体,所述按压部能够按压所述第二部分。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述开关包括偏置件,所述偏置件向所述第一部分提供远离所述基座的偏置力。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述开关包括安装部,用于固定所述开关,所述安装部位于远离所述第二部分的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述安装部上设置有定位孔,所述电器包括壳体,所述壳体上设置有定位柱,所述开关通过所述定位柱和所述定位孔的配合预定位在所述壳体上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有安装柱,所述安装部上设置有安装孔,预定位在所述壳体上的开关通过同时设置在所述安装柱和安装孔上的紧固件固定在所述壳体上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有通孔,所述通孔位于所述定位柱和所述安装柱限定的区域中,所述按压部构造为设置在所述可拆卸件上的凸起,所述凸起能够穿过所述通孔作用在所述弹片上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述电保护结构包括按钮,所述按钮可滑动的设置在所述通孔中,在装配状态下,所述凸起通过按压所述按钮作用在所述弹片上。
  9. 根据权利要求5-8之一所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述可拆卸件为设置在所述壳体上的盖板或者过滤网或者湿帘组件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述可拆卸件为盖板,所述盖板的内侧设置有卡扣或卡槽,所述壳体的外侧设置有与所述卡扣或卡槽配合的卡槽或卡扣,所述盖板通过所述卡扣和所述卡槽的配合安装在所述壳体上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述壳体的外侧底部设置有向外侧凸出的凸部,所述凸部上设置有槽/孔结构或柱结构,所述盖板的底侧设置有与所述槽/孔结构或柱结构配合的柱结构或槽/孔结构,所述盖板通过卡扣和卡槽的配合与所述槽/孔结构和柱结构的配合安装在所述壳体上。
  12. 一种气体处理设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至11中任意一项所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的气体处理设备,其特征在于,所述气体处理设备为冷风扇。
