本实施例中,该检测支架100设置为支撑显示面板200使其处于竖立状态,从而方便对显示面板200进行光学性能的测试,以保证显示面板200的合格率。所述显示面板200包括相对的第一表面和第二表面及四个侧面,底座1大致呈长方体板状,具有一定的厚度,其材质可以是金属,具有较大的质量,从而可以起到很好的稳固作用。当然,底座1的材质也不限于金属,例如电木、塑胶或是其他材料。底座1一体成型,有效提高其结构强度,且其长度方向上的两端面向中心位置凹设形成有凹口,该结构可以节省底座1的材料,还于外观较为美观,同时对于相同的显示面板200,底座1的面积减少,可以提高底座1的摩擦力,从而进一步提高该检测支架100的稳定性。第一止挡件2、第二止挡件3和底座1的连接可以分别是螺纹连接、卡扣连接或是其他可拆卸地形式连接中的一种。
第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3可以均设置一个,结构简单,两者以显示面板200的一横向轴线为轴对称设置;也可以是第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3中的一者设置一个,另一者设置多个,从而实现更稳定的夹持;当然,也可以是第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3均设置多个。当显示面板200放于检测支架100时,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3中有一个会抵接显示面板200屏幕,另一个抵接显示面板200的背板,以下实施例中均设定第一表面为屏幕,第二表面为背板的表面,第一止挡件2抵接显示面板200的屏幕,第二止挡件3抵接显示面板200的背板。当然,也可以第一止挡件2抵接显示面板200的背板,第二止挡件3抵接显示面板200的屏幕。
本申请技术方案通过设置第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3与底座1配合,形成夹持位,结构简单,无需复杂的连接关系,该夹持位可以夹持显示面板200两相对的表面和一侧面,即,底座1抵持显示面板200的一侧面,第一止挡件2抵接第一表面,第二止挡件3抵接第二表面,该结构降低了支撑显示面板200的高度,且增加了检测支架100与显示面板200的接触面积,从而可以提供稳定的支撑,不会出现掉落损坏的情况;同时,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3与底座1为可拆卸连接,在检测支架100不使用或移动携带时,可以将第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3拆掉,平行放置在底座1上,节约空间,从而方便存放携带。且第一止挡件2与第二止挡件3沿第一方向的距离可调节,从而可以适用不同厚度的显示面板200,实用性强。
请结合图1和图2,在本申请一实施例中,所述第二止挡件3与所述第一止挡件2平行设置,且两者之间的垂直距离可调节设置。
第二止挡件3和第一止挡件2均凸设于底座1设置,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3凸出底座1并面向显示面板200的表面可以完全抵接显示面板200的表面,也可以部分抵接。本实施例中,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3平行设置,使得两者均完全抵接显示面板200的表面,从而进一步增加夹持的稳定性。第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3可根据实际需求与底座1呈直角或锐角设置,从而使得显示面板200垂直于底座1或相对于底座1倾斜设置,方便进行光学色域、均匀度及穿透率等的测量。同时,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3之间的垂直距离可调节设置,使得该检测支架100可以设置为夹持不同厚度的显示面板200,从而提高广泛适用性。
请结合参照图1和图6,为了进一步提高夹持稳定性,第一止挡件2为长杆状,因其夹持在显示面板200的屏幕表面上,故而其高度、宽度和厚度均不易设置较大尺寸,以免遮挡屏幕。具体地,第一止挡件2的高度适当,不作限定,厚度小于等于5mm,宽度小于等于15mm。为了进一步减少对屏幕测试的影响,将第一止挡件2的材质设为透光材料,从而在进行光学测试时,不会遮挡光线射入屏幕,从而既可以提供稳定夹持,又不会影响正常测试的进行。透光材料可以是玻璃、透光性好的塑料及树脂等等。
请参照图7,第二止挡件3的材质可以是金属、塑料或是木质等,具有较好的抗弯抗压能力。第二止挡件3包括止挡杆31,该止挡杆31抵接显示面板200的背板表面,不影响光学的测试,其高度设置大于第一止挡件2的高度,具体可依据显示面板200的高度进行设置,宽度也可设置较大尺寸,但保证不影响与底座1的配合关系,从而提供较稳定的支撑。同时,显示面板200的背板表面通常是具有一定圆弧度,故而该止挡杆31的周缘可以进行倒角处理,以与背板进行较好的配合,从而提高夹持稳定性,同时不会刮花背板。
请参照图1,可选的实施例中,所述第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3均与所述底座1垂直设置。
本实施例中,第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3均与底座1垂直,可以使显示面板200完全直立于水平面,从而可以使显示面板200的重量直接压设于底座1,减少对第一止挡件2和第二止挡件3的弯折压力,使得该检测支架100使用更耐久。在进行光学测试时,也可以提高测试的效率。
为了同时满足结构简单且结构稳定的要求,所述第二止挡件3设有一个,所述第一止挡件2设有两个,所述第二止挡件3位于两所述第一止挡件2连线的中线上。
本实施例中,为更进一步提高夹持稳定性,第一止挡件2设有两个,两第一止挡件2间隔并排设置,第二止挡件3位于两所述第一止挡件2连线的中线上,从而进一步增大了与显示面板200接触的面积,形成较稳定的三角夹持位,从而对显示面板200提供均匀且稳定的支撑,方便对显示面板200的测试;且无需和显示面板200设置相同的尺寸,从而进一步减小检测支架100的规格尺寸,更加方便携带使用和存放。
具体地,请结合参照图2至图4、图7和图8,所述底座1设有至少一沿第一方向延伸的滑道1a,一所述第二止挡件3的一端部与滑道1a可滑动配合。
本实施例中,设置第二止挡件3相对于底座1可滑动设置,第一止挡件2在第一方向上相对于底座1不动,从而仅通过调节第二止挡件3的位置,就可以调节第一止挡件2与第二止挡件3之间的间距以夹持不同厚度的显示面板,结构简单,操作便捷,提高检测效率。底座1设有导向槽11,该导向槽11的尺寸与第二止挡件3的端部尺寸相匹配,便于滑动的同时也不会使第二止挡件3过于松动。第二止挡件3于导向槽11内滑动,并在合适的位置固定,从而形成一定的夹持间距夹持一定厚度的显示面板200。滑道1a的延伸方向为底座1的宽度方向,从而可以使显示面板200较大的表面尺寸与底座1的长度方向平行,进而可以使显示面板200更加稳定。当然,也可以设置第一止挡件2与第二止挡件3均与底座1可滑动设置,从而使得第一止挡件2与第二止挡件3的间距调节选择性更多。
在本申请一实施例中,所述第二止挡件3还包括连接部32及滑动部33,所述滑动部33连接于所述止挡杆31的一端,所述连接部32连接所述止挡杆31与滑动部33。具体地,所述连接部32由所述止挡杆31的端部延伸形成,所述滑动部33连接于所述连接部32远离所述止挡杆31的端面;所述滑道1a包括导向槽11,所述导向槽11设于所述底座1背离所述止挡杆31的表面,所述导向槽11的槽底开设有贯穿的避开孔13;
所述止挡杆31穿出所述避开孔13,所述滑动部33与所述导向槽11可滑动配合。
本实施例中,滑动部33具体为正方体状,其两端与导向槽11的侧壁相配合可滑动设置,可以实现第二止挡件3的顺畅滑动,从而便于调节第二止挡件3的位置。连接部32设置为与底座1固定连接,连接部32的外周缘设有外螺纹,将第二止挡件3从底座1的下表面(此处的下表面是指底座1处于工作状态时与工作台接触的表面)向上穿过导向槽11和避开孔13时,连接部32部分位于导向槽11内,滑动部33抵接导向槽11的底壁,当确定止挡杆31的夹持位置时,使用锁紧件,可为螺母,旋紧连接部32,并与滑动部33配合,从而使连接部32稳定固定在导向槽11内,实现第二止挡件3与底座1的稳定连接。
请参照图1,两所述第一止挡件2之间的间距在与所述第一方向垂直的方向上可调节设置。
本实施例中,根据光线的反射和折射原理,当光线的射入面和出射面平行时,可以保持光路不变,从而较大程度减少光的衰减。因此,为了进一步减小第一止挡件2的影响,设置第一止挡件2的横切面形状为半圆形或矩形,矩形的两相对表面均为平行表面,当横切面为半圆形状时,入射光线经过反射和折射后依然以平行的光线射出,故而两种形状均可以有效减少光衰减,提高对显示面板200光学测试的准确度。
同时,为了适应多种屏幕尺寸规格的显示面板200,将两个第一止挡件2之间的间距设置为可调节,显示面板200的宽度与显示面板200的厚度相垂直,故而两个第一止挡件2于底座1的长度方向上平行排布,从而可依据实际需要设置两个第一止挡件2的最大间距,从而满足夹持的需求。
具体地,所述底座1设有多个连接孔12,所述多个连接孔12沿所述底座1的长度方向均匀间隔排布,一所述第一止挡件2的一端部连接于一连接孔12内。
本实施例中,第一止挡件2的一端部设置有外螺纹,连接孔12为内螺纹孔,将第一止挡件2拧入连接孔12内即可完成连接,该连接结构简单且稳定,便于安装与拆卸,提高检测支架100的夹持效率,同时保证夹持的稳定性。当然,第一止挡件2与连接孔12的连接还可以为卡扣连接。连接孔12的数量可以大于第一止挡件2的数量,在需要不同间距时,可以随意调整第一止挡件2与连接孔12的连接。

Claims (20)
- 一种检测支架,设置为支撑显示面板,所述显示面板包括相对的第一表面和第二表面,其中,所述检测支架包括底座,抵持所述显示面板的一侧面;至少一第一止挡件,可拆卸连接于所述底座,并抵接所述第一表面;及至少一第二止挡件,可拆卸连接于所述底座,并抵接所述第二表面;所述第一表面到第二表面的方向为第一方向,所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件沿第一方向上的距离可调节。
- 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述第二止挡件与所述第一止挡件均与所述底座垂直设置。
- 如权利要求2所述的检测支架,其中,所述第二止挡件设有一个,所述第一止挡件设有两个,所述第二止挡件位于两所述第一止挡件连线的中线上。
- 如权利要求2所述的检测支架,其中,所述底座呈长方体板状,所述底座设有至少一沿所述第一方向延伸的滑道,一所述第二止挡件的一端部与所述滑道可滑动配合。
- 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述底座设有至少一沿所述第一方向延伸的滑道,一所述第二止挡件的一端部与所述滑道可滑动配合。
- 如权利要求5所述的检测支架,其中,所述第二止挡件包括止挡杆和滑动部,所述滑动部连接于所述止挡杆的一端;所述滑道包括导向槽,所述导向槽设于所述底座背离所述止挡杆的表面,所述导向槽的槽底开设有贯穿的避开孔;所述止挡杆穿出所述避开孔,所述滑动部与所述导向槽可滑动配合。
- 如权利要求6所述的检测支架,其中,所述第二止挡件还包括连接部,所述连接部连接所述止挡杆与滑动部,所述连接部设有外螺纹,所述止挡杆穿出所述避开孔,所述连接部与锁紧件配合将所述第二止挡件锁固于所述底座。
- 如权利要求6所述的检测支架,其中,所述止挡杆的周缘设有倒角结构。
- 如权利要求3所述的检测支架,其中,两所述第一止挡件之间的间距在与所述第一方向垂直的方向上可调节设置。
- 如权利要求9所述的检测支架,其中,所述底座设有多个连接孔,所述多个连接孔沿与所述第一方向垂直的方向均匀间隔排布,一所述第一止挡件的一端部连接于一连接孔内。
- 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述第二止挡件与所述第一止挡件平行设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件为长杆状,所述第一止挡件的材质为透光材料。
- 如权利要求2所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一表面为显示设备的屏幕,所述第一止挡件为长杆状,所述第一止挡件的材质为透光材料。
- 如权利要求12所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件厚度小于等于5mm,宽度小于等于15mm。
- 如权利要求13所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件厚度小于等于5mm,宽度小于等于15mm。
- 如权利要求12所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件的横切面形状为半圆形或矩形。
- 如权利要求12所述的检测支架,其中,所述第一止挡件的长度小于第二止挡件的长度。
- 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,第二止挡件的材质是金属、塑料或是木质。
- 如权利要求1所述的检测支架,其中,所述第二止挡件与所述第一止挡件均与所述底座垂直设置;所述底座设有至少一沿所述第一方向延伸的滑道,一所述第二止挡件的一端部与所述滑道可滑动配合。
- 一种检测支架,设置为支撑显示面板,所述显示面板包括相对的第一表面和第二表面,其中,所述检测支架包括:底座,抵持所述显示面板的一侧面;至少一第一止挡件,可拆卸连接于所述底座,并抵接所述第一表面;及至少一第二止挡件,可拆卸连接于所述底座,并抵接所述第二表面;所述第一表面到第二表面的方向为第一方向,所述第一止挡件和第二止挡件沿第一方向上的距离可调节;所述第二止挡件与所述第一止挡件均与所述底座垂直设置;所述第一止挡件为长杆状,所述第一止挡件的材质为透光材料。
