Description

知识图谱(Knowledge Graph)是一种叫做语义网络(semanticnetwork)的知识库,即具有有向图结构的一个知识库,其中图的节点代表实体(entity)或者概念(concept),而图的边代表实体/概念之间的各种语义关系。实体可以具有对应的属性信息,属性信息可以用于表征实体的某些属性(例如实体表征的信息的类别、存储地址等属性)。知识图谱可以应用于各种领域,例如信息搜索、信息推荐等领域。利用知识图谱,可以得到与表征某一信息的实体关联的其他实体,从而可以较准确地得到与该信息关联的其他信息。
发明内容
本申请实施例提出了用于输出信息的方法和装置。

可选地,上述执行主体可以将接收的搜索词与知识图谱中的实体的属性信息包括的文本信息进行相似度计算,将大于等于预设的相似度阈值的相似度对应的实体确定为与搜索词相匹配的匹配实体。具体地,上述执行主体可以按照现有的确定文本相似度的算法(例如杰卡德(Jaccard)相似度算法、余弦相似度算法、simhash算法等),计算搜索词与实体的属性信息包括的文本信息之间的相似度。可选的,实体的属性信息可以包括至少一个关键词。上述执行主体可以按照现有的各种计算关键词之间的相似度的算法(例如编辑距离(LevenshteinDistance)算法、基于向量空间模型(Vector Space Model,VSM)的余弦距离算法等),计算搜索词与实体对应的至少一个关键词之间的相似度作为匹配结果。
上述执行主体可以进一步根据上述匹配结果确定知识图谱中是否存在与搜索词相匹配的匹配实体。作为示例,当匹配结果是搜索词与知识图谱中的实体的属性信息包括的文本信息之间的相似度时,可以 将大于等于预设的相似度阈值的相似度对应的实体确定为匹配实体。通常,匹配实体可以用于指示视频,视频可以是各种类型的视频,例如电影、电视剧、用户上传的小视频等。
步骤203,响应于确定存在至少一个匹配实体,对于所确定的至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,基于用户选择的输出方式,从该匹配实体的属性信息中,确定与输出方式相对应的属性信息作为目标属性信息。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以响应于确定知识图谱中存在至少一个匹配实体,对于所确定的至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,基于用户选择的输出方式,从该匹配实体的属性信息中,确定与输出方式相对应的属性信息作为目标属性信息。其中,输出方式还用于指示目标属性信息的排列顺序。
具体地,输出方式可以用某种可供用户选择的信息表征,且每种输出方式预先设置为对应于至少一种属性信息。例如,用于表征输出方式的信息可以包括“播放量”,当用户选择信息“播放量”时,则从匹配实体的属性信息中,选择匹配实体表征的视频在设定时间段内的播放量数据作为目标属性信息。并且,输出方式还可以表征播放量数据的排列顺序(例如由大到小)。通过执行本步骤,每个匹配实体可以对应于用户选择的输出方式对应的目标属性信息,以及确定目标属性信息的排列顺序。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,用户选择的输出方式对应于至少一条属性信息。上述执行主体可以确定与用户选择的输出方式相对应的至少一条属性信息中的每条属性信息作为目标属性信息。通过执行本实施方式,每个匹配实体可以对应于至少一条目标属性信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,目标属性信息可以包括以下至少一种:视频的播放量,视频的评分,视频的关注量等。其中,上述播放量可以是视频在指定的播放平台(例如某视频网站、某视频播放应用等)的指定时间段内的实际播放量,也可以是视频在指定时间段内,在指定的播放平台的实际播放量与该播放平台的总播放量的比值。上述评分可以是用户对视频的评分的平均值。上述关注量可以 是关注视频的用户的数量。
步骤204,按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。通常,目标属性信息可以包括数值,目标属性信息的排列顺序可以是数值的大小顺序。例如,当目标属性信息为匹配实体表征的视频的播放量时,上述执行主体可以按照各个匹配实体对应的播放量的大小顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。其中,匹配实体的相关信息可以是匹配实体的属性信息包括的信息,也可以是与匹配实体相关的其他信息(例如预先获取的、用户对匹配实体表征的视频的评论、评分等)。作为示例,属性信息可以包括各种类型的子信息,子信息可以具有对应的标识或序号,以区分子信息的类别。上述执行主体可以从属性信息中提取预设类别的子信息作为相关信息。
可选的,上述执行主体可以以各种方式输出匹配实体的相关信息。例如,将匹配实体的相关信息按照目标属性信息的顺序,显示在与上述执行主体连接的显示器上。或者,按照目标属性信息的顺序,依次将匹配实体的相关信息输出到与上述执行主体通信连接的其他电子设备上。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,匹配实体的相关信息可以包括但不限于以下至少一种:匹配实体表征的视频的标题、匹配实体表征的视频版本信息(例如“删减版”、“86年版”等)、匹配实体表征的视频的类型(例如科幻、武侠等)、匹配实体表征的视频的相关人物信息(例如演员名称、导演名称等)。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,当用户选择的输出方式对应于至少一条属性信息时,对于上述至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,上述执行主体可以执行如下步骤:
首先,对该实体的至少一条目标属性信息进行加权求和计算,得到计算结果。具体地,技术人员可以在上述执行主体中预先设置上述至少一条目标属性信息中的每条属性信息的权重,基于每条属性信息 的权重,上述执行主体可以对各个目标属性信息进行加权求和,得到计算结果。作为示例,假设目标属性信息的数量为三条,分别是播放量、评分值、关注量,技术人员可以设置对应的权重值分别为0.4、0.3、0.3,加权求和结果为0.4×播放量+0.3×评分值+0.3×关注量。
然后,按照用户选择的输出方式所指示的、所得到的计算结果的排列顺序,输出计算结果对应的匹配实体的相关信息。通过执行本实现方式,输出的匹配结果的相关信息的顺序可以综合体现各个目标属性信息,有助于提高输出的相关信息的准确性。
继续参见图3,图3是根据本实施例的用于输出信息的方法的应用场景的一个示意图。在图3的应用场景中,服务器301首先接收用户在终端设备302输入的搜索词303(例如“武侠张三”)。然后,将搜索词303与预先建立的知识图谱304中的、表征视频的实体的属性信息进行匹配,得到每个实体对应的匹配结果。其中,匹配结果是实体的属性信息包括的文本信息与搜索词303之间的相似度。再然后,服务器301从知识图谱304中确定出三个匹配实体3041、3042、3043,其中,匹配实体3041、3042、3043的属性信息包括的文本信息均与搜索词303之间的相似度大于等于预设的相似度阈值(例如90%)。然后,服务器301确定用户选择的输出方式对应的目标属性信息为实体表征的视频在当天的播放量,并且输出方式用于指示播放量的排列顺序为由大到小。最后,服务器301按照播放量由大到小排列顺序,将匹配实体的相关信息305输出到与服务器301连接的显示器上显示。其中,匹配实体3041、3042、3043的相关信息是各个匹配实体表征的视频的标题(例如《XXX》、《YYY》、《ZZZ》)、主演名称(例如“张三、李四”、“张三”、“王五、张三”)和播放量(例如“6%”、“3%”、“1%”),其中,播放量是匹配实体在某播放平台的实际播放量与该播放平台的总播放量的比值。
本申请的上述实施例提供的方法,通过接收用户输入的搜索词,根据搜索词确定预先建立的知识图谱中是否存在匹配实体,如果存在至少一个匹配实体,基于用户选择的输出方式,从匹配实体的属性信息中确定与输出方式相对应的目标属性信息,最后按照目标属性信息 的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息,从而可以通过输出排序后的匹配实体的相关信息,提高输出信息的针对性,有助于有针对性地向用户展示实体的相关信息。
进一步参考图4,其示出了用于输出信息的方法的又一个实施例的流程400。该用于输出信息的方法的流程400,包括以下步骤:
步骤401,接收用户输入的搜索词。
在本实施例中,步骤401与图2对应实施例中的步骤201基本一致,这里不再赘述。
步骤402,将搜索词与预先建立的知识图谱中的、表征视频的实体的属性信息进行匹配,以确定知识图谱中是否存在匹配实体。
在本实施例中,实体的属性信息可以包括视频来源信息,视频来源信息用于指示实体表征的视频的来源(例如视频的播放地址、存储地址等)。
本步骤中的确定知识图谱中是否存在匹配实体的方法与图2对应实施例中的步骤202中描述的确定知识图谱中是否存在匹配实体的方法基本一致,这里不再赘述。
步骤403,响应于确定存在至少一个匹配实体,对于所确定的至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,基于用户选择的输出方式,从该匹配实体的属性信息中,确定与输出方式相对应的属性信息作为目标属性信息。
在本实施例中,步骤403与图2对应实施例中的步骤203基本一致,这里不再赘述。
步骤404,对至少一个匹配实体中的、所对应的视频来源信息符合输出方式指示的来源的匹配实体,按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以对至少一个匹配实体中的、所对应的视频来源信息符合输出方式指示的来源的匹配实体,按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。具体地,用户选择的输出方式还可以用于指示视频的来源。 例如用户选择的输出方式指示视频的来源为某视频播放网站,上述执行主体可以从上述至少一个匹配实体中,确定用于表征的视频的来源是该视频播放网站的匹配实体。将所确定的各个匹配实体按照目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
需要说明的是,本步骤中的匹配实体的相关信息可以与上述步骤204中描述的相关信息相同,这里不再赘述。
从图4中可以看出,与图2对应的实施例相比,本实施例中的用于输出信息的方法的流程400突出了按照视频来源信息确定匹配实体的步骤。由此,本实施例描述的方案可以有助于用户自主选择输出哪些来源的视频的相关信息,从而可以进一步提高信息输出的针对性。
进一步参考图5,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本申请提供了一种用于输出信息的装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图5所示,本实施例的用于输出信息的装置500包括:接收单元501,被配置成接收用户输入的搜索词;匹配单元502,被配置成将搜索词与预先建立的知识图谱中的、表征视频的实体的属性信息进行匹配,以确定知识图谱中是否存在匹配实体,其中,匹配实体是对应的属性信息与搜索词匹配的实体;确定单元503,被配置成响应于确定存在至少一个匹配实体,对于所确定的至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,基于用户选择的输出方式,从该匹配实体的属性信息中,确定与输出方式相对应的属性信息作为目标属性信息,其中,输出方式还用于指示目标属性信息的排列顺序;输出单元504,被配置成按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
在本实施例中,接收单元501可以通过有线连接方式或者无线连接方式接收用户输入的搜索词。其中,搜索词的数量可以为至少一个。搜索词可以是用于信息搜索的词汇、短语、或句子等。搜索词的形式可以包括但不限于以下至少一种:任意语言(例如中文、英文等)的文字、数字、符号等。
在本实施例中,基于接收单元501接收的搜索词,上述匹配单元502可以将搜索词与预先建立的知识图谱中的、表征视频的实体的属性信息进行匹配,以确定知识图谱中是否存在匹配实体。其中,匹配实体是对应的属性信息与搜索词匹配的实体。
通常,知识图谱中的实体可以用于表征某种事物或概念(例如表征人物、地点、时间、信息等)。实体的形式可以包括以下至少一种:数字、文字、符号等。在本实施例中,知识图谱可以包括用于表征视频的实体。作为示例,预先建立的用于表征某视频的实体可以为“v-abc”,其中,“v”表示该实体用于表征视频,“abc”是用于表征该视频的标识。另外,本实施例的知识图谱还可以包括用于表征除视频以外的其他事物或概念的实体。例如预先建立的用于表征某人物的实体可以为“p-xyz”,其中,“p”表示该实体用于表征人物,“xyz”是用于表征该人物的标识。
上述表征视频的实体可以具有对应的属性信息。属性信息可以是与实体表征的视频相关的信息,可以包括但不限于以下至少一种:与视频相关的人物(例如视频制作者、演员、导演等)信息、与视频相关的时间(例如上映时间、拍摄时间等)信息、视频的来源信息(例如视频的播放地址、视频所在的网站名称等)、以及其他与视频内容相关的信息(例如视频简介、剧照、海报图片等)等。通常,在知识图谱中,实体和属性信息的对应关系可以用三元组形式的数据结构来表示,即“实体-属性-属性值”,其中,实体的属性信息可以包括上述属性-属性值。例如,某三元组可以为“abc123-名称-XXX”,其中,“abc123”为用于表征电影《XXX》的实体,“名称”为一种属性,“XXX”为属性值。
在本实施例中,上述匹配单元502可以按照各种方法将搜索词与上述知识图谱中的实体的属性信息进行匹配,得到匹配结果。其中,匹配结果的数量可以是多个,每个匹配结果对应于知识图谱中的一个实体。例如,搜索词包括文字。实体的属性信息可以包括文本信息(例如各个演员的名称、对视频的内容的描述等)。上述匹配单元502可以从知识图谱中的实体中,将对应的属性信息包括的文本信息包括上述 搜索词的实体确定为匹配实体。需要说明的是,当搜索词的数量为至少一个时,上述匹配单元502可以将属性信息包括的文本信息包括上述至少一个搜索词中的全部搜索词或预设数量个搜索词的实体确定为匹配实体。
上述匹配单元502可以进一步根据上述匹配结果确定知识图谱中是否存在与搜索词相匹配的匹配实体。作为示例,当匹配结果是搜索词与知识图谱中的实体的属性信息包括的文本信息之间的相似度时,可以将大于等于预设的相似度阈值的相似度对应的实体确定为匹配实体。通常,匹配实体可以用于指示视频,视频可以是各种类型的视频,例如电影、电视剧、用户上传的小视频等。
在本实施例中,确定单元503可以响应于确定知识图谱中存在至少一个匹配实体,对于所确定的至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,基于用户选择的输出方式,从该匹配实体的属性信息中,确定与输出方式相对应的属性信息作为目标属性信息。其中,输出方式还用于指示目标属性信息的排列顺序。
具体地,输出方式可以用某种可供用户选择的信息表征,且每种输出方式预先设置为对应于至少一种属性信息。例如,表征输出方式的信息可以包括“播放量”,当用户选择信息“播放量”时,则从匹配实体的属性信息中,选择匹配实体表征的视频在设定时间段内的播放量数据作为目标属性信息。并且,输出方式还可以表征播放量数据的排列顺序(例如由大到小)。通过执行本步骤,每个匹配实体可以对应于用户选择的输出方式对应的目标属性信息。
在本实施例中,输出单元504可以按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。通常,通常,目标属性信息可以包括数值,目标属性信息的排列顺序可以是数值的大小顺序。例如,当目标属性信息为匹配实体表征的视频的播放量时,上述输出单元504可以按照各个匹配实体对应的播放量的大小顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。其中,匹配实体的相关信息可以是匹配实体的属性信息包括的信息,也可以是与匹配实体相关的其他信息(例如预先获取的、用户对匹配实体表征的视 频的评论、评分等)。作为示例,属性信息可以包括各种类型的子信息,子信息可以具有对应的标识或序号,以区分子信息的类别。上述输出单元504可以从属性信息中提取预设类别的子信息作为相关信息。
可选的,上述输出单元504可以以各种方式输出匹配实体的相关信息。例如,将匹配实体的相关信息按照目标属性信息的顺序,显示在与上述装置500连接的显示器上。或者,按照目标属性信息的顺序,依次将匹配实体的相关信息输出到与上述装置500通信连接的其他电子设备上。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,实体的属性信息可以包括视频来源信息,视频来源信息用于指示实体表征的视频的来源。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,输出方式还用于指示视频的来源;以及输出单元504可以进一步被配置成:对至少一个匹配实体中的、所对应的视频来源信息符合输出方式指示的来源的匹配实体,按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,输出方式对应于至少一条属性信息;以及确定单元503可以进一步被配置成:确定与输出方式相对应的至少一条属性信息中的每条属性信息作为目标属性信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,输出单元504可以包括:计算模块(图中未示出),被配置成对于至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,对该实体的至少一条目标属性信息进行加权求和计算,得到计算结果;输出模块(图中未示出),被配置成按照用户选择的输出方式所指示的、所得到的计算结果的排列顺序,输出计算结果对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,匹配实体的相关信息可以包括以下至少一种:匹配实体表征的视频的标题、匹配实体表征的视频的版本信息、匹配实体表征的视频的类型、匹配实体表征的视频的相关人物信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,目标属性信息可以包括以下至少一种:视频的播放量,视频的评分,视频的关注量。
本申请的上述实施例提供的装置,通过接收用户输入的搜索词,根据搜索词确定预先建立的知识图谱中是否存在匹配实体,如果存在至少一个匹配实体,基于用户选择的输出方式,从匹配实体的属性信息中确定与输出方式相对应的目标属性信息,最后按照目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息,从而可以通过输出排序后的匹配实体的相关信息,提高输出信息的针对性,有助于有针对性地向用户展示实体的相关信息。
下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的服务器的计算机系统600的结构示意图。图6示出的服务器仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,计算机系统600包括中央处理单元(CPU)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储部分608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 603中,还存储有系统600操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 601、ROM 602以及RAM 603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。

- 一种用于输出信息的方法,包括:接收用户输入的搜索词;将所述搜索词与预先建立的知识图谱中的、表征视频的实体的属性信息进行匹配,以确定所述知识图谱中是否存在匹配实体,其中,所述匹配实体是对应的属性信息与所述搜索词匹配的实体;响应于确定存在至少一个匹配实体,对于所确定的至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,基于所述用户选择的输出方式,从该匹配实体的属性信息中,确定与所述输出方式相对应的属性信息作为目标属性信息,其中,所述输出方式还用于指示目标属性信息的排列顺序;按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,实体的属性信息包括视频来源信息,视频来源信息用于指示实体表征的视频的来源。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述输出方式还用于指示视频的来源;以及所述按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息,包括:对所述至少一个匹配实体中的、所对应的视频来源信息符合所述输出方式指示的来源的匹配实体,按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述输出方式对应于至少一条属性信息;以及所述确定与所述输出方式相对应的属性信息作为目标属性信息,包括:确定与所述输出方式相对应的至少一条属性信息中的每条属性信 息作为目标属性信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息,包括:对于所述至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,对该实体的至少一条目标属性信息进行加权求和计算,得到计算结果;按照用户选择的输出方式所指示的、所得到的计算结果的排列顺序,输出计算结果对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
- 根据权利要求1-5之一所述的方法,其中,匹配实体的相关信息包括以下至少一种:匹配实体表征的视频的标题、匹配实体表征的视频的版本信息、匹配实体表征的视频的类型、匹配实体表征的视频的相关人物信息。
- 根据权利要求1-5之一所述的方法,其中,目标属性信息包括以下至少一种:视频的播放量,视频的评分,视频的关注量。
- 一种用于输出信息的装置,包括:接收单元,被配置成接收用户输入的搜索词;匹配单元,被配置成将所述搜索词与预先建立的知识图谱中的、表征视频的实体的属性信息进行匹配,以确定所述知识图谱中是否存在匹配实体,其中,所述匹配实体是对应的属性信息与所述搜索词匹配的实体;确定单元,被配置成响应于确定存在至少一个匹配实体,对于所确定的至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,基于所述用户选择的输出方式,从该匹配实体的属性信息中,确定与所述输出方式相对应的属性信息作为目标属性信息,其中,所述输出方式还用于指示目标属性信息的排列顺序;输出单元,被配置成按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输 出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,实体的属性信息包括视频来源信息,视频来源信息用于指示实体表征的视频的来源。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述输出方式还用于指示视频的来源;以及所述输出单元进一步被配置成:对所述至少一个匹配实体中的、所对应的视频来源信息符合所述输出方式指示的来源的匹配实体,按照所确定的目标属性信息的排列顺序,输出目标属性信息对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述输出方式对应于至少一条属性信息;以及所述确定单元进一步被配置成:确定与所述输出方式相对应的至少一条属性信息中的每条属性信息作为目标属性信息。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述输出单元包括:计算模块,被配置成对于所述至少一个匹配实体中的匹配实体,对该实体的至少一条目标属性信息进行加权求和计算,得到计算结果;输出模块,被配置成按照用户选择的输出方式所指示的、所得到的计算结果的排列顺序,输出计算结果对应的匹配实体的相关信息。
- 根据权利要求8-12所述的装置,其中,匹配实体的相关信息包括以下至少一种:匹配实体表征的视频的标题、匹配实体表征的视频的版本信息、匹配实体表征的视频的类型、匹配实体表征的视频的相关人物信息。
- 根据权利要求8-12之一所述的装置,其中,目标属性信息包 括以下至少一种:视频的播放量,视频的评分,视频的关注量。
- 一种服务器,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序,当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的方法。
