②通过在弧形导向板和弧形板之间设置滑轨和滑槽及导向齿,使得摄像头在转动一定角度后牢固固定,避免车辆颠簸过程中导致摄像头的拍摄角度变化,从而影响车距测量;
③由于需要准确测量车距,因此对摄像头的位置需要严格标定,通过在弧形板的外弧形侧沿弧形通槽设置刻度,方便摄像头拍摄角度的精准调整。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种行车安全监测装置,其特征在于:包括摄像头、喇叭及固定连接的前内壳和后内壳,在所述前内壳上开设有摄像口,在所述后内壳上对应所述摄像口的位置固设有弧形板,所述弧形板的内弧形朝向所述摄像口,所述弧形板的外弧形裸露在所述后内壳的外部,所述摄像头的底部沿所述弧形板的内弧形与所述弧形板滑动配合,所述摄像头上设置的镜头位于所述摄像口处,在所述前内壳内靠近所述摄像口的位置固设有侧板,所述摄像头的中部与所述侧板转动配合;所述喇叭固设在所述后内壳内部且位于所述后内壳上开设的喇叭口处,在所述前内壳内固设有处理器组件,所述摄像头和喇叭均与所述处理器组件电连接,所述处理器组件用于传输所述摄像头采集的视频信号、所述喇叭的控制信号和用于电源的供给;在所述弧形板的中部开设有弧形通槽,在所述摄像头的底部设有定位机构,所述摄像头通过所述定位机构与所述弧形通槽滑动配合;在所述弧形板上沿所述弧形通槽设置有刻度,所述刻度位于所述弧形板的外弧形侧;所述定位机构包括滑块和定位螺栓,所述滑块穿设在所述弧形通槽内,所述滑块的一端与所述摄像头固定连接,所述滑块的另一端与所述定位螺栓螺纹配合;在所述弧形板上沿所述弧形通槽设置有第一导向齿和滑轨,在所述弧形板的外弧形侧对应所述滑块的位置设置有弧形导向板,在所述弧形导向板上设有与所述第一导向齿啮合的第二导向齿;在所述弧形导向板上开设有与所述滑轨匹配的滑槽;所述定位螺栓穿过所述弧形导向板后与所述滑块固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种行车安全监测装置,其特征在于:所述处理器组件包括同轴信号线、模组连接器、电源接口、喇叭连接器、音量控制按键,所述摄像头依次经所述模组连接器、同轴信号线后与传输线电连接,所述喇叭通过喇叭连接器与所述传输线电连接;所述电源接口分别与所述摄像头、喇叭及所述传输线电连接,所述音量控制按键与所述喇叭电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种行车安全监测装置,其特征在于:在所述前内壳上开设有按键通孔,所述音量控制按键位于所述按键通孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种行车安全监测装置,其特征在于:在所述前内壳上靠近所述摄像口的下方一体化连接有V型口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种行车安全监测装置,其特征在于:所述前内壳为内部为方体型的凹槽,所述摄像口和V型口均位于所述前内壳的槽底面上;在所述前内壳上罩有前外壳,所述前外壳与所述前内壳贴合,在所述前外壳上对应所述摄像口和V型口的位置开设有匹配口。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的一种行车安全监测装置,其特征在于:所述后内壳为内部为方体型的凹槽,所述喇叭口位于所述后内壳的槽底面上;在所述后内壳上罩有后外 壳,所述后外壳与所述后内壳贴合,在所述后外壳上对应所述喇叭口的位置开设有散热孔。
