第二安装座9内设置有扬声器5,第二安装座9的底部设置有用于散射声波的声道孔92,第二安装座9上设置有定位块93,定位块93可采用柱状凸块,定位块93插接在第一安装座8的定位槽821中。
在其中一个实施方式中,参阅图1,第二安装座9底部可拆卸地连接有底盖10,底盖10上设置有限位件101,限位件101上设置有开口槽1011,第二安装座9上还设置有限位孔94,限位件101插入在限位孔94中,当底盖10和 第二安装座9锁紧时,限位孔94的部分外边缘卡接在开口槽1011中,可以理解地,当需要锁紧底盖10和第二装座9时,只需旋转底盖10,直至开口槽1011卡接住限位孔94的外边缘即可,操作简单灵活,锁紧效果好。
第一安装座8的顶部可拆卸地连接有顶盖11,具体地,顶盖11上设置有插接板111,第一安装座8上设置有插接槽83,插接板111插接在插接槽83中。
进一步地,插接板111上设置有定位孔1111,第一安装座8上靠近插接槽83处设置有挡块84,挡块84插接在定位孔1111中,以更好地限定第一安装座8和顶盖11的位置,保证两者连接的可靠度。
进一步地,挡块84的顶面为斜面,以便于挡块84能够更加顺利地插入定位孔1111中,避免插接过程中出现较大干涉。
参阅图1和图4,顶盖11上设置有安装孔112,以便于语音控制装置的线缆的穿接。
本实施例的语音控制装置可通过外部电源供电,也可内置电池供电。
本实施例的语音控制装置的结构参阅图3-图5,语音控制装置在使用时,用户发出语音信息,语音传感器采集用户发出的语音信息,并将该语音信息传输给控制器,控制器先识别所述语音信息,并将识别出的用户的语音信息转化为家用电器可识别的操作指令,并将该操作指令通过发射器2传输至家用电器,家用电器即可根据收到的操作指令进行相关操作。同时,家用电器的状态信息也可通过接收器反馈至控制器,控制器将家用电器状态信息转化为用户可识别的信息供用户查看。该过程中的电器可以是空调、台灯、冰箱或其他电器产品,通过上述过程可使得用户通过语音信息远程控制各种家用电器,提升了生活的便利性。
本实施例的语音控制装置通过印刷电路板上发射器2的设置形式,有效增强了语音信息的发射强度,提高了语音信息的传输成功率,保证了语音控制装置和家用电器之间信号传输的可靠度,从而实现了语音控制装置对电器的可靠控制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种语音控制装置,其特征在于,包括印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板上设置有至少一个发射器,至少一个所述发射器相对所述印刷电路板呈倾斜设置,所述印刷电路板上还设置有语音采集器以及与所述语音采集器电连接的控制器,所述控制器用于识别所述语音采集器采集到的语音信息,并将识别出的所述语音信息转换为电信号,再将所述电信号发送给所述发射器,所述发射器用于将接收到的电信号发送至电器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,至少一个所述发射器与所述印刷电路板的之间的夹角小于90°。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,所有的所述发射器沿所述印刷电路板的中心呈环形设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,所述发射器采用红外信号发射器。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,所述印刷电路板上还设置有接收器,所述接收器用于接收所述电器的状态信息并将所述电器的状态信息反馈至所述控制器。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,还包括外壳,所述印刷电路板设置于外壳内,所述外壳内还设置有扬声器。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,所述扬声器和所述控制器电连接,所述控制器用于将所述电器的状态信息转换为音频信号,并将所述音频信号传输给所述扬声器;所述扬声器用于对接收到的音频信号予以播报。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体上可拆卸地连接有第二壳体,所述第一壳体内设置有所述印刷电路板,第二壳体内设置有所述扬声器。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一壳体上还连接有第一安装座,所述第一安装座内设置有用于容纳所述发射器的通孔,所述第二壳体内连接有第二安装座,所述第二安装座内设置有所述扬声器,所述第二安装座的底部设置有用于散射声波的声道孔。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一安装座的顶部可拆卸地连接有顶盖,所述顶盖上设置有插接板,所述第一安装座上设置有插接槽,所述插接板插接在所述插接槽中。
