Abstract
一种稳压泵,该稳压泵包括泵体(10),泵体(10)一端的端面上设置有进水接口(13)和出水接口(14),进水接口(13)和出水接口(14)的开口方向与泵体(10)的长度延伸方向相同,外部进水管(15)与进水接口(13)相连,外部出水管(16)与出水接口(14)相连。一种应用该稳压泵的净水机。该稳压泵能够减小安装稳压泵所占用的空间,满足现有净水产品体积小的需求;另外,能够降低成本,去掉了螺纹接头的旋钮装配,安装效率得到提高,产品竞争力上升。
Description
本申请要求于2018年8月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810973337.9、发明名称为“稳压泵及净水机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及家电技术领域,尤其涉及一种稳压泵及净水机。
随着环境污染的加剧和人们生活水平的提高,净水机越来越普及,逐渐成为人们日常生活必不可少的一部分。其中,稳压泵作为净水机的核心零部件,是净水机不可或缺的一部分。
现有稳压泵一般具有一个进水端和一个出水端,且进水端和出水端上分别带有螺纹,安装时须用螺纹接头拧上,然后用PE管插进螺纹接头才能导通管路,装配比较麻烦,在流水线上耗用工时较长。
此外,现有进水端和出水端分别设置在泵头的两侧,使用时还需要连接上螺纹接头,螺纹接头本身具有一定尺寸,故而,用螺纹接头连接的稳压泵所要求的空间比稳压泵本体还要大一些,在目前净水机产品越来越追求小体积化的市场下,显然是一个难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种稳压泵及净水机,以解决现有稳压泵占用空间大的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种稳压泵及净水机的具体技术方案为:
一种稳压泵,其中,包括泵体,泵体一端的端面上设置有进水接口和出 水接口,进水接口和出水接口的开口方向与泵体的长度延伸方向相同,外部进水管与进水接口相连,外部出水管与出水接口相连。
进一步,泵体包括泵头和泵身,泵头包括相对设置的内侧端面和外侧端面,泵头的内侧端面与泵身固定连接,泵头的外侧端面上设置有进水接口和出水接口。
进一步,泵头的外侧端面为平面状结构,进水接口和出水接口并列设置在泵头的外侧端面上,进水接口连接外部进水管和出水接口连接外部出水管后的总体宽度小于泵体的总体宽度。
进一步,泵体端面上的进水接口和/或出水接口为快插接口,快插接口中设置有卡接组件,外部进水管可插入到快插接口中并通过卡接组件卡紧固定,以完成外部进水管与进水接口的连接;外部出水管可插入到快插接口中并通过卡接组件卡紧固定,以完成外部出水管与出水接口的连接。
进一步,泵体的底部设置有支撑脚架。
进一步,支撑脚架的底部设置有缓冲组件。
进一步,缓冲组件为橡胶圈。
进一步,泵体包括泵头和泵身,泵身为圆筒状结构,泵头固定连接在泵身的端部,泵头的外侧端面为平面状结构,进水接口和出水接口设置在泵头的外侧端面上,进水接口连接外部进水管和出水接口连接外部出水管后的总体宽度小于泵体的总体宽度。
进一步,泵头上的进水接口和出水接口分别为快插接口,快插接口中设置有卡接组件,外部进水管可插入到进水接口中并通过卡接组件卡紧固定,外部出水管可插入到出水接口中并通过卡接组件卡紧固定,以完成外部进水管与进水接口的连接,外部出水管与出水接口的连接。
一种净水机,其中,包括上述任一所述的稳压泵。
本发明的稳压泵及净水机的优点在于:
1)进水管和出水管的长度延伸方向与泵体的长度延伸方向相同,且进水管和出水管的总体宽度小于泵体的总体宽度,从而相比于现有的稳压泵,本发明的稳压泵在组装完成后所占用的空间更小,尤其是在泵体的宽度方向上, 满足了现有净水产品体积小的需求;
2)进水接口和出水接口采用快插接口的形式,进水管和出水管可快速插入到进水接口和出水接口中,并通过卡接组件卡紧固定,即可轻松实现相互连通,方便快捷,而且还能够降低成本,去掉了螺纹接头的旋钮装配,安装效率得到提高,产品竞争力上升。

为了更好的了解本发明的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本发明的一种稳压泵及净水机做进一步详细的描述。
如图1至图5所示,本发明的稳压泵包括泵体10和支撑脚架20,其中,泵体10包括泵头11和泵身12,泵身12为圆筒状结构,泵头11为圆锥状结构,泵头11固定连接在泵身12的端部;支撑脚架20固定连接在泵身12的底部,以对整个泵体10起到支撑作用。应注意的是,泵身12内部的结构并非本发明的技术重点,具体设计可参考现有稳压泵的内部结构,不再赘述。
进一步,泵头11包括相对设置的内侧端面和外侧端面,其中,泵头11的内侧端面与泵身12固定连接,如可通过多个紧固件进行连接固定;泵头11的外侧端面为平面状结构,进水接口13和出水接口14并列设置在泵头11的外侧端面上,外部进水管15可与进水接口13相连,外部出水管16可与出水接口14相连。
进一步,优选的是,泵头11外侧端面上的进水接口13和出水接口14的开口方向与泵体10的长度延伸方向相同,也即泵体10的轴向方向;进水接口13连接外部进水管15和出水接口14连接外部出水管16后的总体宽度a小于泵体10的总体宽度b,也即在泵体10的径向方向上,如图5所示。
由此,当外部进水管15与进水接口13、外部出水管16与出水接口14相连时,外部进水管15和外部出水管16的长度延伸方向与泵体的长度延伸方向相同,且进水管和出水管的总体宽度a小于泵体的总体宽度b,从而相比于现有的稳压泵,本发明的稳压泵在组装完成后所占用的空间更小,尤其是在泵体的宽度方向上。
进一步,泵头11上的进水接口13和出水接口14优选采用快插接口的形式,具体来说,快插接口中设置有卡接组件17,外部进水管15可插入到进水接口13中并通过卡接组件17卡紧固定,外部出水管16可插入到出水接口14中并通过卡接组件17卡紧固定。
由此,当需要将外部进水管15与进水接口13、外部出水管16与出水接口14连接时,直接将外部进水管15插入到泵体10端面上的进水接口13中并通过卡接组件17卡紧固定,将外部出水管16插入到泵体10端面上的出水接口14中并通过卡接组件17卡紧固定,即可实现相互连通,方便快捷。应注意的是,快插接口和卡接组件的具体形式可采用现有管道快速连接结构的形式,如图6中所示的内插接头卡爪形式等,本发明中对此并不做具体限定,只要是能够实现快速连接即可。
进一步,支撑脚架20固定设置在泵身12的底部,如可以通过螺纹孔、螺钉的方式固定,以对泵身12进行支撑,优选的是,泵身12的两侧分别设置有一个支撑脚架20。此外,支撑脚架20可采用钣金或其他材料制作,支撑脚架20的底部优选设置多个缓冲组件21,缓冲组件21可起到减振作用,其中,缓冲组件21可以是在支撑脚架20的底部形成有橡胶孔,橡胶孔内设置橡胶圈,当然,缓冲组件也可以采用其他的减震结构形式。
本发明的稳压泵能够减小安装稳压泵所占用的空间,满足现有净水产品体积小的需求。另外,还能够降低成本,去掉了螺纹接头的旋钮装配,安装效率得到提高,产品竞争力上升。
以上借助具体实施例对本发明做了进一步描述,但是应该理解的是,这里具体的描述,不应理解为对本发明的实质和范围的限定,本领域内的普通技术人员在阅读本说明书后对上述实施例做出的各种修改,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种稳压泵,其特征在于,包括泵体,泵体一端的端面上设置有进水接口和出水接口,进水接口和出水接口的开口方向与泵体的长度延伸方向相同,外部进水管与进水接口相连,外部出水管与出水接口相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的稳压泵,其特征在于,泵体包括泵头和泵身,泵头包括相对设置的内侧端面和外侧端面,泵头的内侧端面与泵身固定连接,泵头的外侧端面上设置有进水接口和出水接口。
- 根据权利要求2所述的稳压泵,其特征在于,泵头的外侧端面为平面状结构,进水接口和出水接口并列设置在泵头的外侧端面上,进水接口连接外部进水管和出水接口连接外部出水管后的总体宽度小于泵体的总体宽度。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一所述的稳压泵,其特征在于,泵体端面上的进水接口和/或出水接口为快插接口,快插接口中设置有卡接组件,外部进水管可插入到快插接口中并通过卡接组件卡紧固定,以完成外部进水管与进水接口的连接;外部出水管可插入到快插接口中并通过卡接组件卡紧固定,以完成外部出水管与出水接口的连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的稳压泵,其特征在于,泵体的底部设置有支撑脚架。
- 根据权利要求5所述的稳压泵,其特征在于,支撑脚架的底部设置有缓冲组件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的稳压泵,其特征在于,缓冲组件为橡胶圈。
- 根据权利要求1所述的稳压泵,其特征在于,泵体包括泵头和泵身,泵身为圆筒状结构,泵头固定连接在泵身的端部,泵头的外侧端面为平面状结构,进水接口和出水接口设置在泵头的外侧端面上,进水接口连接外部进水管和出水接口连接外部出水管后的总体宽度小于泵体的总体宽度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的稳压泵,其特征在于,泵头上的进水接口和出 水接口分别为快插接口,快插接口中设置有卡接组件,外部进水管可插入到进水接口中并通过卡接组件卡紧固定,外部出水管可插入到出水接口中并通过卡接组件卡紧固定,以完成外部进水管与进水接口的连接,外部出水管与出水接口的连接。
- 一种净水机,其特征在于,包括上述任一权利要求中所述的稳压泵。
