本方案涉及移动终端配件技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种贴膜装置。
背景技术
目前,随着科技的发展和生活水平提高,人们越来越频繁地使用移动电子设备,很多用户给移动设备的屏幕贴上一层保护膜,为了对移动电子设备的屏幕提供保护,例如给移动设备的屏幕贴上钢化膜或防爆膜防止刮花、摔碰或挤压;或者为了对使用者的视力进行保护,给移动设备的屏幕贴上防蓝光膜等;又或者为了保护使用者的隐私,给移动设备的屏幕贴上防偷窥保护膜。
现有的贴膜装置通常是采用定位框将手机固定住,露出贴膜区域,然后将贴膜手工定位在手机屏幕上进行粘贴。然而,这种贴膜辅助器材的缺点不能适用多种移动设备,并且手工定位贴膜误差较大、效果较差,贴膜工作效率低。且这种类型的贴膜辅助器材比较浪费材料,需要专机专用,在生产实效上以及节能环保上比较低。
技术问题
本方案的目的在于提供一种贴膜装置,以解决现有技术中存在的贴膜装置贴膜准确率低且效率低的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本方案采用的技术方案是:提供一种贴膜装置,包括:
定位块;
设于所述定位块的至少一根定位柱;
设于所述定位块的定位凸起;
连接片,所述连接片上开设有与所述定位柱相配合的定位孔,所述定位柱设于所述定位孔内,所述连接片上设有折痕;

与所述连接片粘接的待贴保护膜。

有益效果
本方案的有益效果是将定位凸起插入待贴膜的设备的充电口或耳机孔,进而实现定位块与设备的固定连接并实现对设备的定位,连接片通过定位孔与定位柱的相互配合实现定位设置于定位块上,待贴保护膜粘接于连接片上,且待贴保护膜设有覆膜的表面放置于设备的待贴膜表面上,由于待贴膜的设备、定位块、待贴保护膜以及连接片之间的位置在贴膜时为相对固定的,可保证贴膜的准确率,通过翻转待贴保护膜即可完成贴膜,提升了贴膜的速率。

如图1-图4所示,本方案实施例提出了一种贴膜装置,包括定位块1、设于定位块1的至少一根定位柱6、设于定位块1的定位凸起5、连接片2、以及与连接片2粘接的待贴保护膜3;连接片2上开设有与定位柱6相配合的定位孔7,定位柱6设于定位孔7内;连接片2上设有折痕10。连接片2上的折痕10用于指引贴膜过程中在待贴膜的设备8中时的滑动方向以及贴膜时引导待贴保护膜3往一个方向旋转自由落下,这样可防止待贴保护膜3出现移动引起贴偏位的问题,并解决了在运输过程中因玻璃晃动引起的边沿易出现崩边碎裂的问题
在本方案的实施例中,贴膜装置的使用过程如下:将定位凸起5插入待贴膜的设备8(如手机)的充电口或耳机孔(如图4所示,设备8的上表面与定位块1的上表面平齐,共同放置于桌子等平面上),进而实现定位块1与设备8的固定连接并实现对设备8的定位,连接片2通过定位孔7与定位柱6的相互配合实现定位设置于定位块1上,待贴保护膜3粘接于连接片2上,且待贴保护膜3设有覆膜的表面放置于设备8的待贴膜表面上,此时待贴膜的设备8、定位块1、待贴保护膜3以及连接片2之间的位置为相对固定的,也即待贴保护膜3完全覆盖于设备8的待贴膜表面上;然后抬起待贴保护膜3远离连接片2的一端使得连接片2沿折痕10发生弯折,然后利用待贴保护膜3上的覆膜上的撕拉片9将覆膜从待贴保护膜3上撕下,再将待贴保护膜3自然以旋转的方式下落至贴附于设备8的待贴膜表面上;此时待贴保护膜3与设备8的待贴膜表面(如屏幕)自然贴合。为了保证待贴保护膜3与设备8的待贴膜表面贴合的效果,用手指或刮卡片按图中连接片2上的箭头方向轻轻滑动,并按压待贴保护膜3的表面以排出气泡,将连接片2从待贴保护膜3的表面撕掉,最后拔出定位凸起5完成贴膜工作。由于待贴膜的设备8、定位块1、待贴保护膜3以及连接片2之间的位置在贴膜时为相对固定的,可保证贴膜的准确率,通过翻转待贴保护膜3即可完成贴膜,提升了贴膜的速率。解决了现有技术中存在的贴膜辅助器材需要将贴膜手工定位在手机屏幕上进行粘贴,贴膜定位误差大,贴膜工作效率低的问题;更解决了现有的贴膜辅助器材需要每款都用配套机型的贴膜装置。实现了一物用多机,并在实效以及节能上提高了很多。应用本方案的技术方案,在万能贴膜定位神器和不干胶防皱贴纸的精确定位下,保护膜已经没有贴歪的空间,不需要再将贴膜进行手工定位,提高了贴膜的准确率和贴膜的工作效率。
于本方案的实施例中,由于定位块1、待贴保护膜3以及连接片2之间在初始状态下均为相互连接的关系,因此将定位块1上的定位凸起5插入待贴膜的设备8内就可完成贴膜。
