本发明实施例公开了一种速记方法及装置、终端、存储介质,其中,所述方法包括:接收影像选择指令,确定被选中的目标影像,所述目标影像为图片文件或视频文件;对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签;将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目。

一种速记方法及装置、终端、存储介质 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及电子技术,涉及但不限于一种速记方法及装置、终端、存储介质。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快,人们在日常的生活和工作中需要处理非常多的任务,尤其是对于多任务处理者、健忘的人、移动办公的人,急需一款能够又快又好的记录方式来临时记录一些待办事项、备忘、灵感等。为了满足上述需求,市面上出现了各种速记应用和工具。
然而,当用户使用这些速记应用或者工具对待办事项、备忘或灵感等进行速记时,这些速记应用或工具并不能够完全满足用户在任一场景下的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例为解决相关技术中存在的至少一个问题而提供一种速记方法及装置、终端、存储介质。
本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种速记方法,所述方法包括:接收影像选择指令,确定被选中的目标影像,所述目标影像为图片文件或视频文件;对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签;将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种速记装置,所述装置包括:接收模块,配置为接收影像选择指令;目标影像确定模块,配置为确定被选中的目标影像,所述目标影像为图片文件或视频文件;影像识别模块,配置为 对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签;保存模块,配置为将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目。
第三方面,本发明实施例提供一种终端,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现上述速记方法中的步骤。
第四方面,本发明实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述速记方法中的步骤。
在本发明实施例中,用户可以不进行语音或者文字的输入,直接选中待记录的目标影像就可以快速记录灵感、备忘、待办事项等,从而突破了语音速记和文字速记所带来的单一性和局限性,拓展了速记的应用场景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。
本实施例提供一种速记方法,该方法应用于终端,图1为本发明实施例的一种速记方法的实现流程示意图,如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S101、接收影像选择指令,确定被选中的目标影像,所述目标影像为图片文件或视频文件;
可以理解地,所述目标影像可以是已存储的图片或视频,例如,终端的相册中存储的图片或视频,这些图片通常包括用户通过终端拍摄得到的图片或视频、截屏得到的图片、在使用其他应用时下载下来的图片或视频等,也可以是终端未存储的图片或视频,例如,用户正在浏览器中浏览且未下载的图片或视频、用户正在使用即时通讯应用与好友聊天时查看好友发送的图片或视频、其他应用中的相册中的图片或视频。
S102、对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签;
S103、将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目。
在本发明实施例中,用户可以不进行语音或者文字的输入,直接选中待记录的目标影像就可以快速记录灵感、备忘、待办事项等,从而突破了语音速记和文字速记所带来的单一性和局限性,大大拓展了速记应用的应 用场景。
本发明实施例提供另一种速记方法,图2A为本发明实施例的另一种速记方法的实现流程示意图,如图2A所示,所述方法可以包括如下步骤:
S201、接收影像选择指令,确定被选中的目标影像,所述目标影像为图片文件或视频文件;
S202、放大显示所述目标影像;
S203、检测到放大显示后的目标影像接收到触摸操作时,检测所述触摸操作对应的触摸时长是否小于预设的时间阈值;如果是,执行步骤S204;否则,执行步骤S205;
这里提供了两种呼出影像速记功能的方式,一种是用户触摸放大显示后的目标影像的时长小于预设的时间阈值时,如图2B所示,在放大显示所述目标影像21的界面20上直接呼出用于启动速记功能的按钮22,当所述按钮21接收到操作指令时,进入步骤S205。另一种是用户触摸放大显示后的目标影像的时长大于等于预设的时间阈值时,确定用户想要对所述目标影像进行速记,此时进入步骤S205。
S204、显示速记按钮,如果速记按钮接收到操作指令时,进入步骤S205;
S205、对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与目标影像对应的文字标签;
S206、将目标影像和文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目。
在本发明实施例中,通过上述速记方法可以为用户提供两种便捷地记录转瞬即逝的灵感入口,即,用户可以在查看浏览影像时,就可以对这些影像进行速记,且该方法可以对图片或视频进行速记,从而突破了语音速记和文字速记所带来的单一性和局限性,大大拓展了速记应用的应用场景。
本发明实施例提供又一种速记方法,图3A为本发明实施例的又一种速记方法的实现流程示意图,如图3A所示,所述方法可以包括如下步骤:
S301、接收启动指令,所述启动指令用于指示启动所述速记应用;
这里,对于启动指令的输入方式不受限制,速记应用的启动可以全局 调起,用户可随时随地调起速记应用,从而快速记录灵感。如,终端在锁屏状态下,用户通过同时按压音量增大键和电源键,调起速记应用,即当终端在预设时间内(如20毫秒)分别接收到音量增大键发送的操作指令和电源键发送的操作指令时,确定接收的是所述启动指令。再如,用户通过语音“小欧,打开速记”唤醒终端调起速记应用,即当终端通过语音识别技术检测到接收的语音内容与启动速记应用相关,则确定接收的是速记应用的启动指令。又如,用户通过控制中心键一键唤起速记应用。再如,终端在前台运行非速记应用时,用户通过长按非速记应用界面,呼出用于启动速记应用的功能按钮,即如果终端检测到用户在非速记应用界面上的触摸时间超过预设的时间阈值时,在非速记应用界面上显示进行速记的功能按钮,当该功能按钮接收到操作指令时,确定接收的是速记应用的启动指令。又如图3B所示,在终端屏幕30上显示速记应用的图标31,当图标31接收到操作指令时,确定接收的是速记应用的启动指令,显示速记模式。
S302、根据所述启动指令启动所述速记应用,并显示所述速记应用的一个或多个速记模式,所述一个或多个速记模式包括影像速记模式;
在其他实施例中,所述速记模式还可以包括以下之一:语音速记模式、文字速记模式等预设的速记模式。
S303、接收选择指令,所述选择指令用于指示选择所述影像速记模式;
S304、根据所述选择指令,显示预先存储的影像集;
可以理解地,当接收到选择指令时,显示预先存储的影像集,以便用户从中选择速记的图片或视频,影像集可以是终端的相册中的影像集,也可以是其他应用(如即时通讯应用)中的相册中的影像集。
S305、接收影像选择指令,确定被选中的目标影像,所述目标影像为图片文件或视频文件;
S306、对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签;
S307、将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目。
在本发明实施例中,用户不仅可以通过语音或者文字进行速记,还可以通过选择影像集中的影像进行速记,从而弥补了语音速记和文字速记的不足,拓展了速记应用的使用场景,提升用户体验。
在其他实施例中,对于上述实施例中的步骤S102、步骤S205、步骤S306中任一所述的:对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签,如图4A所示,可以包括如下步骤:
S401、确定所述目标影像的文件类型;如果所述目标影像为视频文件时,执行步骤S402;如果所述目标影像是图片文件时,执行步骤S404;
一般来说,可以通过读取目标影像的文件后缀名来确定目标影像的文件类型,例如,如果目标影像的文件后缀名属于预设的视频后缀名集合,确定该目标影像为视频文件,视频后缀名集合中包括但不限于MP4、AVI、DAT、FLV等;再如,如果目标影像的文件后缀名属于预设的图片后缀名集合,确定所述目标影像为图片文件,图片后缀名集合包括但不限于BMP、JPG、JPEG、PNG、GIF等。在其他实施例中,终端也可以根据目标影像的其他属性确定目标影像的文件类型,例如根据目标影像的文件大小来确定。
S402、提取所述视频文件的特征数据,所述特征数据为帧图像、文字数据、语音数据;
可以理解地,当视频文件太大时,可以等间隔地从帧图像集中抽取N张图像,作为所述视频文件的特征数据。
S403、对所述特征数据进行分析,得到与所述视频文件对应的文字标签;
在其他实施例中,如果特征数据是语音数据时,利用语音识别技术对语音数据进行识别,得到与语音数据对应的文字内容,再对这些文字内容进行语义识别,得到与该语音数据对应的文字标签。
S404、对所述图片文件进行分析,得到与所述图片文件对应的文字标签。
在其他实施例中,对于上述任一实施例中的步骤S103、步骤S206、步骤S307中所述的:将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目,如图4B所示,可以包括以下步骤:
S405、在第一速记界面显示所述目标影像和所述文字标签;
需要说明的是,为了增加速记功能的灵活性,如图4C所示,在所述第一速记界面41中,除了显示目标影像411和文字标签“某牌6SUV”412以外,还显示添加文字标签的功能按钮413、删除文字标签内容的功能按钮414、替换目标影像411的功能按钮415、保存目标影像和文字标签的功能按钮416。用户可以通过对这些功能按钮进行操作,达到想要的速记效果。例如,当功能按钮415接收到操作指令时,显示影像集,以供用户重新选择想要速记的目标影像。
S406、当在所述第一速记界面接收到保存指令时,将所述目标影像、所述文字标签和保存时间记录在速记卡片中,并保存所述速记卡片。
例如,当功能按钮416接收到操作指令时,将目标影像、文字标签和保存时间记录在速记卡片中,保存时间通常为最后接收的保存指令的时间。
在其他实施例中,如图4D所示,所述方法还可以包括以下步骤:
S407、当在所述第一速记界面接收到标签编辑指令或标签添加指令时,获取用户输入的文字标签;
一般来说,显示文字标签的区域接收到操作指令时,确定接收到标签编辑指令,即用户可以通过触摸文字标签,对文字标签进行编辑。当第一速记界面上有两个或两个以上的文字标签时,用户可以沿着文字标签的排列方向左右或者上下滑动,以便查看浏览该界面上的所有文字标签。
S408、将所述用户输入的文字标签记录在所述速记卡片中。
在其他实施例中,如图4E所示,所述方法还可以包括以下步骤:
S409、在第二速记界面显示所述速记卡片;
需要说明的是,第二速记界面可以在终端屏幕的任一工作状态被调出显示,如,终端在锁屏状态下如果接收到满足预设条件的触摸指令时,调出第二速记界面;再如,如果终端检测到用户在非速记应用界面上的触摸时间超过预设时间阈值时,在非速记应用界面上显示进行速记的功能按钮,当该功能按钮接收到操作指令时,直接调出第二速记界面。事实上,这里触发显示第二速记界面的方式和上述触发显示速记模式的方式是相同的,所以,此处不再举例赘述。
S410、当在所述速记卡片上接收到操作指令时,响应所述操作指令;其中,所述操作指令至少包括以下之一:展开或收起所述速记卡片、更改卡片级别的颜色标识、删除所述速记卡片、转发所述速记卡片、添加附件(例如,添加图片、网页链接等)、编辑所述速记卡片中的文字标签、放大或缩小所述目标影像。
在实际应用中,如图4F所示,第二速记界面42除了显示速记卡片421以外,还显示了历史速记卡片422至42N的内容、用于上下查看速记卡片421至42N的功能按钮423、用于搜索速记卡片421至62N的功能按钮424、用于编辑速记卡片421至42N(如删除其中的某一速记卡片、添加新的速记卡片等)的功能按钮425、以及供用户选择速记模式的功能按钮426;
速记卡片421上显示:速记卡片421的最后保存时间4211、用于展开或收起速记卡片421的功能按钮4212、目标影像的缩略图4213、与目标图像对应文字标签“某牌6SUV”4214、用于表征卡片级别的颜色标识4215(例如,红色表示该卡片的内容为一级处理内容;黄色表示该卡片的内容为二级处理内容,黄色标识的优先级没有红色标识的高)、用于更改颜色标识4125的功能按钮4216、用于删除速记卡片421的功能按钮4217、用于添加附件的功能按钮4218、用于转发速记卡片421的功能按钮4219;
需要说明的是,用户可以通过点击缩略图4213来查看目标影像的内容, 当缩略图4213接收到触摸操作时,放大显示缩略图4213;如果缩略图4213是视频文件的,那么在放大显示后,用户可以通过点击放大显示后的缩略图4213上的播放按钮,控制视频文件的播放和停止播放。
历史速记卡片422至42N的内容以收起的状态显示,用户可以通过触摸其他历史速记卡片422至42N所在的区域,来展开查看被触摸的速记卡片所记录的全部内容,也就是说,当历史速记卡片接收到操作指令时,展开接收所述操作指令的历史速记卡片的全部内容;
所述功能按钮426至少包括以下之一:用于调起文字速记模式的功能按钮4261、用于调起语音速记模式的功能按钮4262、用于调起影像速记模式的功能按钮4263。
本发明实施例提供再一种速记方法,图5为本发明实施例的再一种速记方法的实现流程示意图,如图5所示,所述方法可以包括以下步骤:
S501、当启动速记应用时,呼出影像速记模式的选项;
S502、如果所述影像速记模式接收到选择指令,显示相册中的影像集;所述影像集包括N张图片或M个视频;
S503、确定被选中的目标影像;
S504、对所述目标影像进行分析,得到文字标签;
S505、将所述目标影像和所述文字标签记录在速记胶囊。
需要说明的是,所述速记胶囊即为上述实施例所述的速记应用的产品名称,实际上就是一种速记应用。在其他实施例中,没有从相册选择照片进行速记的功能,只能拍照,但是对于用户而言,用户拍照的场景和时机都非常多,如果用户想把之前拍好的照片拿来存速记,则不支持;并且在其他实施例中也不能支持对视频进行速记。
基于前述的实施例,本发明实施例提供一种速记装置,该装置包括所包括的各模块、以及各模块所包括的各单元,可以通过终端中的处理器来实现;当然也可通过具体的逻辑电路实现;在实施的过程中,处理器可以 为中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
图6A为本发明实施例的一种速记装置的组成结构示意图,如图6A所示,所述装置600包括接收模块601、目标影像确定模块602、影像识别模块603和保存模块604,其中:接收模块601,配置为接收影像选择指令;目标影像确定模块602,配置为确定被选中的目标影像,所述目标影像为图片文件或视频文件;影像识别模块603,配置为对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签;保存模块604,配置为将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目。
在其他实施例中,如图6B所示,所述装置还包括:显示模块605,配置为放大显示所述目标影像,检测到放大显示后的目标影像接收到触摸操作时,如果所述触摸操作对应的触摸时长大于等于预设的时间阈值,触发所述影像识别模块603。
在其他实施例中,显示模块605,还配置为如果所述触摸操作对应的触摸时长小于预设的时间阈值,显示速记按钮,如果所述速记按钮接收到操作指令时,触发所述影像识别模块603。
在其他实施例中,接收模块601,还配置为接收启动指令,所述启动指令用于指示启动所述速记应用;显示模块605,还配置为根据所述启动指令启动所述速记应用,并显示所述速记应用的一个或多个速记模式,所述一个或多个速记模式包括影像速记模式;接收模块601,还配置为接收选择指令,所述选择指令用于指示选择所述影像速记模式;显示模块605,还配置为根据所述选择指令,显示预先存储的影像集,并触发所述接收模块601。
在其他实施例中,如图6C所示,影像识别模块603,包括:类型确定单元6031,配置为确定所述目标影像的文件类型;特征提取单元6032,配置为如果所述目标影像为视频文件时,提取所述视频文件的特征数据,所述特征数据为帧图像、文字数据、语音数据;特征分析单元6033,配置为 对所述特征数据进行分析,得到与所述视频文件对应的文字标签。在其他实施例中,特征分析单元6033,还配置为如果所述目标影像是图片文件时,对所述图片文件进行分析,得到与所述图片文件对应的文字标签。
在其他实施例中,如图6D所示,保存模块604,包括:显示单元6041,配置为在第一速记界面显示所述目标影像和所述文字标签;保存单元6042,配置为当在所述第一速记界面接收到保存指令时,将所述目标影像、所述文字标签和保存时间记录在速记卡片中,并保存所述速记卡片。
在其他实施例中,如图6E所示,所述装置还包括:标签获取模块611、配置为当在所述第一速记界面接收到标签编辑指令或标签添加指令时,获取用户输入的文字标签;标签记录模块612,配置为将所述用户输入的文字标签记录在所述速记卡片中。
在其他实施例中,如图6F所示,所述装置还包括:显示模块605,配置为在第二速记界面显示所述速记卡片;响应模块614,配置为当在所述速记卡片上接收到操作指令时,响应所述操作指令;其中,所述操作指令至少包括以下之一:展开或收起所述速记卡片、更改卡片级别的颜色标识、删除所述速记卡片、转发所述速记卡片、添加附件、编辑所述速记卡片中的文字标签、放大或缩小所述目标影像。

对应地,本发明实施例提供一种终端,图7为本发明实施例终端的一种硬件实体示意图,如图7所示,包括存储器701和处理器702,所述存储器701存储有可在处理器702上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器702执行所述程序时实现上述实施例中提供的速记方法中的步骤。
存储器701配置为存储由处理器702可执行的指令和应用,还可以缓存待处理器702以及终端700中各模块待处理或已经处理的数据(例如,图像数据、音频数据、语音通信数据和视频通信数据),可以通过闪存(FLASH)或随机访问存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)实现;
在其他实施例中,所述终端700还包括通信接口,通信接口可以使终端700通过网络与其他终端或服务器通信。
对应地,本发明实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述实施例中提供的速记方法中的步骤。

或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得终端(可以是手机、平板电脑、台式机、个人数字助理、导航仪、数字电话、视频电话、电视机、传感设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、ROM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
在本发明实施例中,通过接收影像选择指令,确定被选中的目标影像之后,对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签,并将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目,从而帮助用户快速记录灵感、备忘、待办事项等。利用本发明实施例所提供的速记方法,用户可以不进行语音或者文字的输入,直接选中待记录的目标影像就可以快速记录灵感、备忘、待办事项等,从而突破了语音速记和文字速记所带来的单一性和局限性,大大拓展了速记应用的应用场景。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种速记方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收影像选择指令,确定被选中的目标影像,所述目标影像为图片文件或视频文件;
    对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签;
    将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收影像选择指令,确定被选中的目标影像之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收启动指令,所述启动指令用于指示启动所述速记应用;
    根据所述启动指令启动所述速记应用,并显示所述速记应用的一个或多个速记模式,所述一个或多个速记模式包括影像速记模式;
    接收选择指令,所述选择指令用于指示选择所述影像速记模式;
    根据所述选择指令,显示预先存储的影像集,并触发所述接收影像选择指令,确定被选中的目标影像的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述确定被选中的目标影像之后,所述方法还包括:
    放大显示所述目标影像;
    检测到放大显示后的目标影像接收到触摸操作时,如果所述触摸操作对应的触摸时长大于等于预设的时间阈值,触发所述对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果所述触摸操作对应的触摸时长小于预设的时间阈值,显示速记按钮;
    如果所述速记按钮接收到操作指令时,触发所述对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签,包括:
    确定所述目标影像的文件类型;
    如果所述目标影像为视频文件时,提取所述视频文件的特征数据,所述特征数据为帧图像、文字数据、语音数据;
    对所述特征数据进行分析,得到与所述视频文件对应的文字标签。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果所述目标影像是图片文件时,对所述图片文件进行分析,得到与所述图片文件对应的文字标签。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目,包括:
    在第一速记界面显示所述目标影像和所述文字标签;
    当在所述第一速记界面接收到保存指令时,将所述目标影像、所述文字标签和保存时间记录在速记卡片中,并保存所述速记卡片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当在所述第一速记界面接收到标签编辑指令或标签添加指令时,获取用户输入的文字标签;
    将所述用户输入的文字标签记录在所述速记卡片中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在第二速记界面显示所述速记卡片;
    当在所述速记卡片上接收到操作指令时,响应所述操作指令;
    其中,所述操作指令至少包括以下之一:
    展开或收起所述速记卡片、更改卡片级别的颜色标识、删除所述速记卡片、转发所述速记卡片、添加附件、编辑所述速记卡片中的文字标签、放大或缩小所述目标影像。
  10. 一种速记装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,配置为接收影像选择指令;
    目标影像确定模块,配置为确定被选中的目标影像,所述目标影像为图片文件或视频文件;
    影像识别模块,配置为对所述目标影像进行识别,得到与所述目标影像对应的文字标签;
    保存模块,配置为将所述目标影像和所述文字标签在速记应用中保存为一个速记条目。
  11. 一种终端,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现权利要求1至9任一项所述速记方法中的步骤。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至9任一项所述速记方法中的步骤。
