(2)在生产过程中,通过固定架将LED灯与电磁线圈组装在一起,然后将该组装件一起安装在电子蜡烛灯中,从而减少了生产步骤,缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本。
(3)通过卡环与第二卡槽卡扣连接,便于火焰片本体与支架的安装或拆卸,在使用过程中可以根据个人的喜好,更换不同颜色或大小的火焰片本体,或者当火焰片本体损坏时,便于拆卸损坏的火焰片本体,并更换新的火焰片本体,保证了电子蜡烛灯的正常使用;在运输过程中,将火焰片本体拆下,可以缩小包装盒的尺寸,且不需要另外使用保护材料对火焰片本体进行保护,减少了包装材料和保护材料的消耗,降低了生产成本。
(4)通过在支架的第二支架上开设一顶部为球面的锥形孔,又将顶针的顶部设为球面,使锥形孔与顶针之间的接触面为弧面,使得支架可以在顶针上360°任意摆动,由于火焰片本体与支架固定连接,因此火焰片本体会和支架一起在顶针上360°任意摆动,从而模拟出蜡烛燃烧时火焰360°任意摆动的效果。另外,通过在第三支架上开设通孔,通孔与锥形孔贯通,顶针贯穿通孔并进入锥形孔,通孔用于限制火焰片本体和支架的摆动幅度,避免因火焰片本体和支架的摆动幅度过大而从顶针上脱落。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图5-图7所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种电子蜡烛灯,包括一竖直设置且两端均开口的外筒1,外筒1顶部固设有一平板2,平板2上开设有一安装孔3,安装孔3内固设有一固定筒4,固定筒4内悬挂有一火焰片5,火焰片5凸出于外筒1,火焰片5底部固设有一摆锤6,摆锤6由磁铁制成,火焰片5一侧固设有一倾斜设置的LED灯7和一倾斜设置的凸镜8,凸镜8位于LED灯7 上方,LED灯7发出的光线透过凸镜8照亮火焰片5,固定筒4底部固设有一电源控制板9,外筒1底部固设有一电池组10;
固定筒4内还设有一位于火焰片一侧的电磁线圈11,电磁线圈11的轴线水平设置,电磁线圈11与摆锤6正对设置;
电池组10与电源控制板9电连接,电源控制板9分别与LED灯7和电磁线圈11电连接。
如图8-图10所示,具体地,LED灯7和电磁线圈11均固设于一固定架12上,固定架12包括一偏向电子蜡烛灯中心线倾斜设置且两端均开口的中空圆筒121、两竖直且间隔设置的支撑杆122以及一竖直设置且与两支撑杆固定连接的安装板123;圆筒121位于两支撑杆122中间且固设于两支撑杆122上端,LED灯7穿设于圆筒121内;安装板123临近电子蜡烛灯中心线的一表面垂直固设有一圆柱124,电磁线圈11套设于圆柱124上。
具体地,各支撑杆122底部分别固设有一第一卡扣125,电源控制板9一侧开设有两第一卡槽925,第一卡槽925与第一卡扣125卡扣连接。
如图11-图13所示,具体地,火焰片5为可拆卸结构,火焰片5包括一火焰片本体51和一支架52,火焰片本体51和支架52均为塑料件,火焰片本体51与支架52卡扣连接;火焰片本体51底部开设有一盲孔511,盲孔511的开口朝下,盲孔内壁底端固设有一卡环512;支架52包括从上至下依次连接的第一支架521、第二支架522和第三支架523;第一支架521为圆柱体结构,第一支架521的直径从上至下递增,第一支架521设于火焰片本体51的盲孔511内;第二支架522上开设有一顶端密封、底端开口的锥形孔524,锥形孔524顶部为球面,第一支架521与第二支架522连接处向内凹陷形成一环形第二卡槽525,第二卡槽525与卡环512卡扣连接;第三支架523上开设有一通孔526,通孔526与锥形孔524贯通,第三支架523底部向外延伸形成一环形凸缘527,摆锤6固设于凸缘527上。
具体地,固定筒4底部还固设有一顶针13,顶针13竖直设置,顶针13从下至上贯穿电源控制板9,顶针13顶部悬挂火焰片5,顶针13顶部为球面,顶针13顶部与锥形孔524顶部配合。
具体地,火焰片本体51的形状为树叶形状或水滴形状。
优选地,火焰片本体51和支架52的材料均为POM。
本实用新型提供的电子蜡烛灯的工作原理为:电池组10通过电源控制板9向LED灯7提供稳定的直流电,LED灯7处于常亮的状态,LED灯7发出的光线透过凸镜8照亮火焰片本体51;当电池组10通过电源控制板9向电磁线圈11提供直流电时,电磁线圈11通电后产生磁场,磁场的磁力排斥摆锤6,使摆锤6向远离电磁线圈11的方向运动;当电池组10不通过电源控制板9向电磁线圈11提供直流电时,电磁线圈11产生的磁场消失,摆锤6在自身重力的作用下朝向电磁线圈11运动;从而实现摆锤6来回摆动,火焰片本体51随着支架52上的摆锤6一起来回摆动,火焰片5来回摆动可以模拟出蜡烛燃烧时火焰来回摆动的效果。
本实用新型提供的电子蜡烛灯的具有技术效果:
(1)如图3和图4所示,通过在火焰片的一侧固设固定架12,将LED灯7和电磁线圈11均固设在固定架12上,电磁线圈11与摆锤6正对设置,磁场对摆锤6的排斥力有倾斜向左上方的力F3以及倾斜向左下方的力F4,力F3在x轴上的分力为力F3x、力F3在y轴上的分力为力F3y,力F4在x轴上的分力为力F4x、力F4在y轴上的分力为力F4y,设定力F3y小于力F4y+重力G,由于F3x不需要克服力F4x,因此,不必增加流向电磁线圈11的直流电,力F3x+力F4x就很容易达到规定的排斥力使摆锤6向左摆动,故电池耗电量小,增加了电池的使用寿命。
(2)在生产过程中,通过固定架12将LED灯7与电磁线圈11组装在一起,然后将该组装件一起安装在电子蜡烛灯中,从而减少了生产步骤,缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本。
(3)通过卡环512与第二卡槽525卡扣连接,便于火焰片本体51与支架52的安装或拆卸,在使用过程中可以根据个人的喜好,更换不同颜色或大小的火焰片本体51,或者当火焰片本体51损坏时,便于拆卸损坏的火焰片本体51,并更换新的火焰片本体51,保证了电子蜡烛灯的正常使用;在运输过程中,将火焰片本体51拆下,可以缩小包装盒的尺寸,且不需要另外使用保护材料对火焰片本体51进行保护,减少了包装材料和保护材料的消耗,降低了生产成本。
(4)通过在支架52的第二支架522上开设一顶部为球面的锥形孔524,又将顶针13的顶部设为球面,使锥形孔524与顶针13之间的接触面为弧面,使得支架52可以在顶针13上360°任意摆动,由于火焰片本体51与支架52固定 连接,因此火焰片本体51会和支架52一起在顶针上360°任意摆动,从而模拟出蜡烛燃烧时火焰360°任意摆动的效果。另外,通过在第三支架523上开设通孔526,通孔526与锥形孔524贯通,顶针13贯穿通孔526并进入锥形孔524,通孔526用于限制火焰片本体51和支架52的摆动幅度,避免因火焰片本体51和支架52的摆动幅度过大而从顶针13上脱落。
以上所述是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种电子蜡烛灯,包括一竖直设置且两端均开口的外筒,所述外筒顶部固设有一平板,所述平板上开设有一安装孔,所述安装孔内固设有一固定筒,所述固定筒内悬挂有一火焰片,所述火焰片凸出于所述外筒,所述火焰片底部固设有一摆锤,所述摆锤由磁铁制成,所述火焰片一侧固设有一倾斜设置的LED灯和一倾斜设置的凸镜,所述凸镜位于所述LED灯上方,所述LED灯发出的光线透过所述凸镜照亮所述火焰片,所述固定筒底部固设有一电源控制板,所述外筒底部固设有一电池组;
    其特征在于,所述固定筒内还设有一位于所述火焰片一侧的电磁线圈,所述电磁线圈的轴线水平设置,所述电磁线圈与所述摆锤正对设置;
    所述电池组与所述电源控制板电连接,所述电源控制板分别与所述LED灯和电磁线圈电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯和电磁线圈均固设于一固定架上,所述固定架包括一偏向电子蜡烛灯中心线倾斜设置且两端均开口的中空圆筒、两竖直且间隔设置的支撑杆以及一竖直设置且与两所述支撑杆固定连接的安装板;
    所述圆筒位于两所述支撑杆中间且固设于两所述支撑杆上端,所述LED灯穿设于所述圆筒内;
    所述安装板临近电子蜡烛灯中心线的一表面垂直固设有一圆柱,所述电磁线圈套设于所述圆柱上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,各所述支撑杆底部分别固设有一第一卡扣,所述电源控制板一侧开设有两第一卡槽,所述第一卡槽与所述第一卡扣卡扣连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,所述火焰片为可拆卸结构,所述火焰片包括一火焰片本体和一支架,所述火焰片本体和支架均为塑料件,所述火焰片本体与所述支架卡扣连接;
    所述火焰片本体底部开设有一盲孔,所述盲孔的开口朝下,所述盲孔内壁底端固设有一卡环;
    所述支架包括从上至下依次连接的第一支架、第二支架和第三支架;
    所述第一支架为圆柱体结构,所述第一支架的直径从上至下递增,所述第 一支架设于所述火焰片本体的盲孔内;
    所述第二支架上开设有一顶端密封、底端开口的锥形孔,所述锥形孔顶部为球面,所述第一支架与第二支架连接处向内凹陷形成一环形第二卡槽,所述第二卡槽与所述卡环卡扣连接;
    所述第三支架上开设有一通孔,所述通孔与所述锥形孔贯通,所述第三支架底部向外延伸形成一环形凸缘,所述摆锤固设于所述凸缘上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,所述固定筒底部还固设有一顶针,所述顶针竖直设置,所述顶针从下至上贯穿所述电源控制板,所述顶针顶部悬挂所述火焰片,所述顶针顶部为球面,所述顶针顶部与所述锥形孔顶部配合。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,所述火焰片本体的形状为树叶形状或水滴形状。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的,其特征在于,所述火焰片本体和支架的材料均为POM。
